About Elizabeth's book UNLIMITED REALITIES...

Unlimited Realities is a transformational book, showing how, when you tap into your higher guidance, you can move anything from negative to positive. It’s the first of its kind to demonstrate the inner power we all have to walk our path in a shining, powerful, sacred and comforting Light; the first step to physical and emotional healing as well as World peace. Don’t miss this insightful read.

A memoir of the life of a gifted “seer” and “healer.” How a woman transcends from pain and sorrow, as destiny taps her on the shoulder. Rather than just shrugging off her problems, she gazed upward, spiritually awakened, floated above her body, and gained great wisdom and knowledge.

When I was eight, I became ill with a touch of TB. We lived in Ridgewood, New Jersey, but Mother had grown up in Warner, New Hampshire, where her mother and family still lived. I was shipped up to grandma’s to live for a year, which was the beginning of “saving my Soul” as well as my life.

During that precious time I learned so much. Grammie taught me integrity of the heart. There in the Mink Hills of New Hampshire, I received my first nurturing. I felt the touch of God’s love, the glory of the animals, nature, clean air and water, honesty, integrity, and most of all, self-responsibility.

I came to see that the mark of true wisdom is twofold: First, it encompasses every aspect of our being, body/mind/spirit. It touches our personal lives as well as our relationships with family, community, and the world. At the same time, this new lifestyle was so simple, with no need to run, hide, or fear. I was able to feel inwardly and thought, “Yes, I knew that!” “Of course, this is natural.” There was a sense of reawakening to an understanding that Grammie believed was inherited through her ancestor generations. When we are open and touched on this deeper level, truth is instantly translated from a thought into active, workable solutions to our upsets and problems.

Such were the lessons of truth that flowed from Grandmother’s wisdom, ceaselessly. Not as platitudes, but as practical expressions of the supreme wisdom that brings success, health, enduring happiness, and love of the Divine into all circumstances of life. She filled my mind with a universal harmony and taught me that I could meet any challenge to my wellbeing. Her motto was, just listen. Get quiet, open your heart and your ears, and listen. “The heart has its reasons, which Reason knows nothing of.”

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined exactly what Grammie was preparing me for. Transformation, improvement of my family history, how to conquer any struggle between a variety of forces, as well as to locate my past-life talents and put them to use in this lifetime. To teach others how to enhance the understanding of who we are and release all that has constrained us in the past, from walking in Divine Love.

As our world civilization moves forward, the need for a means of achieving physical, mental, and spiritual harmony and balance is emerging as an absolute necessity. Today, those concepts and methods taught over the centuries are being adopted by scientists, religious leaders and experts in the physical and mental health fields that bring Light and vital insight to help guide everyone with the current ongoing and vital challenges. The human being is now entering the reality of Spiritual Connections with the Universe and whatever that can bring as we all ascend to a higher consciousness.

Guest Occupation: CBD Educator
Guest Biography:

CBD/THC discussion and availability through my second guest, Robin Ashley who grew up in Colorado where  she learned to both love and respect nature and our planet, her deep love for animals eventually guided her to living a vegan lifestyle.

Robin has been passionate about natural health since 2003, when her beloved cocker spaniel, Jessie, became extremely ill and the vet informed her that ‘nothing could be done’. Not believing this was true, she began desperately researching then trying natural cures, and within just 30 days, Jessie was back to full health. As remarkable as this was, it was not the reason Robin became passionate about natural health. It was actually the response from the vet that opened her eyes to what Western medicine was all about.

When Robin took Jessie back to the vet for a check up, she was anxious to share with him what she had done that resulted in a total reversal of Jessie’s condition. The vet admitted himself that he could not believe this was the same dog and asked Robin what she had done. Excitedly, she gave him all the details! When she was finished he said that he was very happy for her and Jessie, but that he could not share this information with anyone else. When she asked why, the vet replied, because it’s not medicine.

Robin left the vet’s office that day angry and confused, she didn’t understand why he felt that organic foods and herbs were not medicine, especially since it was the father of medicine, Hippocrates who said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

Since that day, Robin has spent thousands of hours researching natural health, every time she come across a new product or modality she would learn everything she could about its benefits. She is grateful to have come across several things that have improved her own health as well as the health of the people and animals she loves. However, nothing has had a bigger impact on her health and overall life, than CBD Hemp Oil!

Because of her personal life changing experience with CBD, she is on a mission to share this information and the CBD products that helped her with the world. She has been doing this only since September of 2016, but has already witnessed several others having dramatic and positive improvements in their health. Robin believes very strongly that she would not be here today had it not been for her very good friends sharing CBD with her.

Knowing that there are countless others who have been told by well meaning doctors that ‘nothing can be done’ to help them with their current health challenges, Robin has made it her life’s mission and full time career to be a CBD Educator. She says, “We have all been told things that quite simply are not true, and people have suffered needlessly for years because of it. I am eager to share the truth with anyone who is open minded enough to listen.”

Robin is happy to speak to large groups, do a one on one call, or anything in between. Every time someone shares their success story with her, she becomes even more determined to spread the word. More information is available at: https://www.linkedin.com/in/damon-ashley-b3b2b2b0/

NB: I searched for additional websites with prices and products and spent several hours reading about Kannaway, the company they work for. Things are not always as they seem so do you own research. I never did find specific products and prices other than that they are expensive according to reviews.

Guest Occupation: Energy Healer
Guest Biography:

Jann Holden is a 38 year Stage 4 Cervical Cancer Survivor who through a strong determination, REIKI. and diet change overcome cancer without chemo, surgery or radiation. She is an  Ordained Minister, REIKI Master, EFT Coach,  Tuning Fork & Sound Therapist with over 35 years experience in my field.  I offer doTerra essential oil products as well as Nikken Magnetic products. I also offer advise on dietary changes, and supplements you may be lacking.  Hair analysis and saliva testing are also available thru my office, as well as ph testing and iodine deficiency tests.

She is very passionate about energy healing, REIKI in particular.  Much against my families wishes, I did not use the conventional methods of chemotherapy, radiation or surgery for my cancer.  Instead I took a class in REIKI and learned to work on myself.  Later I went on to become a REIKI Master. My work is now aimed at making a difference in other people’s lives as well, whether physically, emotionally or spiritually.

REIKI is a hands on modality that balances the energy of the body, allowing the healing process to take place.  My specialty is distant REIKI where I work off a picture or even just a name.  REIKI can be used on animals, and literally anything with “energy”. I have actually fixed machines!

One thing people must realize is that I am a facilitator to the healing process, not a healer. REIKI is not a religion and you do not have to believe in it.  The actual healing work is done by the person requesting the healing thru their intent and often dietary and lifestyle changes.

Although REIKI cannot always physically heal everyone, it does make a difference on other levels, meaning mentally, emotionally or spiritually.  It is especially helpful to the terminally ill, making their transitioning easier, more comfortable and acceptable to them.

I offer many other modalities as well, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or tapping), Sound/Vibrational Therapies including OHM and color tuning forks, drumming, singing bowls, and I use crystals, orgonite and pendulums in my work.  I also offer Ear Candling, and Magnetic Therapy and roll-outs. I often combine some of these techniques.  Please see descriptions on each of these modalities.  My special is a combo tuning fork/REIKI session with special deep relaxation music and colored lights.  I call this “THE WORKS”.

My husband and I have been married for 40 years and own a small ranch in the foothills of Red Bluff, CA.  I have 2 sons and 6 grandkids that all live back near Chicago.

I enjoy trail riding on my horse, bike riding, camping,  gardening, country western dancing, gourmet cooking, and I am an avid reader.

With the help of producer Mike Flicker and session guitarist/keyboardist Howard Leese (who became a full- time member of Heart in 1975), the band recorded a demo tape. Heart’s debut album Dreamboat Annie was subsequently recorded for Mushroom Records in Vancouver, Canada. The seductive album cover featured a bare shouldered Ann and Nancy leaning up against each other.

The singles, “Magic Man” and “Dreamboat Annie” quickly gained notoriety over Canadian airwaves. Dreamboat Annie was released in the U.S. on Valentine’s Day 1976. “Magic Man” became the band’s first Top 10 hit. “Crazy On You” reached #35, and the single, “Dreamboat Annie” reach #42 in the U.S. on Billboard’s Hot 100. The album sold over 1 million copies and became a mainstay on AOR radio stations worldwide.

Heart became instantly identifiable as a rock phenomenon. A band fronted by two beautiful and multi-talented women, backed by hard rock virtuosos. It was that very combination which gave the band its true identity. Brothers Roger and Mike Fisher became romantically involved with Sisters Nancy and Ann Wilson, and “Magic Man” was written about Mike’s torrid love affair with Ann.

After the success of Dreamboat Annie, Heart left Mushroom Records due to a publicity stunt that stated the sisters were actually lesbian lovers. The group signed with Portrait Records and later released the album Little Queen in 1977. The album featured, “Barracuda” a tune that would become recognized as Heart’s signature song. Roger Fisher’s pivotal hard rock thrusting intro to “Barracuda” will forever be glorified in rock and roll history. Ann Wilson penned the tune out of sheer anger over Mushroom’s lesbian publicity stunt. Roger Fisher was a co-writer on “Barracuda” and on many other tracks on Little Queen. “Barracuda” reached #11 on Billboard’s Hot 100. Another preeminent arrangement on the album was Roger Fisher’s co-written masterpiece titled, “Love Alive.”

In 1978, Heart appeared on stage at California Jam II, a music festival held at the Ontario Motor Speedway in California. The concert featured Ted Nugent, Aerosmith, Santana, Dave Mason, Foreigner, Heart, Bob Welch (with special guests Stevie Nicks and Mick Fleetwood), Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush and Rubicon. More than 300,000 people attended.

Later in 1978, Heart released Dog and Butterfly on Portrait Records. The album spent 36 weeks on the charts and peaked at #17 on Billboard’s 200 -highest selling albums. “Straight On” was the first song released from the album reaching #15 on the charts. The title track, “Dog & Butterfly” reached #34 on Billboard’s Hot 100. Dog & Butterfly spawned several profound arrangements including, “Minstral Wind” an incredible rock measure co-written by Roger Fisher.

In 1979, Roger’s romance with Nancy Wilson ended. Later that year, Roger Fisher was voted out of the band. Mike Fisher also left the band after breaking his relationship with Ann Wilson. Heart lost their rock and roll backbone when Roger Fisher was asked to leave the band.

Roger’s songwriting and iconic guitar riffs have been used in numerous TV commercials, TV shows, Guitar Hero (3 songs), and in several movies, including Charlie’s Angels and Shrek 3. Other artists have covered his material, including Eminem. His timeless anthem guitar intro to Barracuda is frequently used as the lead in for America’s number one rated radio talk show, Rush Limbaugh. Tony Robbins refers to Barracuda as part of the turning point in his life. It was also controversially featured by Republican presidential and Vice Presidential candidates, John McCain and Sarah Palin in the 2008 election. The original line-up of Heart was inducted to the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2013. His latest release is album one – ALL TOLD – of a four-album package entitled ONE VISION, with brother Mike, aka Magic Man.
