Diana, aka Coach D, knows a thing or two about this great game and she is taking her knowledge beyond the field with the mission to empower people to mastermind their lives.

The Lipstick Football method aims to help readers seize life (carpe vita!) and achieve their highest dreams.

Diana loves writing, coaching, speaking and motivating groups. Given the choice, she’d almost always rather play and throw the ball on a field than watch other people have fun doing it on TV.

I shine when I perform music and produce shows. I’m passionate about protecting nature and the environment, and I commit my leadership skills to climate nonprofit organizations. I’m a sailor and I love being out on the water. However challenging and messy it may be at times; I love my life. As Helen Keller said, ‘Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.’ I choose adventure.
