About Sandy Anastasi

"My vision is to help each man, woman and child connect with their inherent psychic ability. I believe that each person has the potential to tap into their abilities and access them to empower their life and reach their full potential. - Sandy Anastasi"

Like many who realize their psychic gifts later in life, Sandy Anastasi awakened to her abilities in her late 20’s. She understood that many people develop deep psychological problems because their psychic abilities are misunderstood and often blocked. These insights and an inner need to pass on her knowledge and abilities led her to begin teaching others to develop their own psychic gifts. She believes that if you are psychic, you MUST use your gifts, or at least learn to control them, or they will use you!

Major Media Appearances

Sandy has appeared on national TV along side friend, colleague, and former student John Edward.

Sandy has many psychic gifts, but she believes her greatest to be the ability to identify and emulate the gifts of others. Because of that she is uniquely suited to teach people to open and develop those very gifts in themselves.

Sandy has been a professional psychic and astrologer since 1979. She holds a B.S. degree from Adelphi University and has teaching certifications in several fields. In addition to teaching, Sandy has worked as a Safety Engineer, and owned her own small book store for many years before retiring to become a full time psychic counselor, writer and teacher. Sandy’s writings include books on Astrology, Kabbala, and Tarot, as well as psychic development.

Internationally-renowned psychic channel Sandy Anastasi has established herself as one of the preeminent teachers of our time. With more than 30 years of experience, Sandy is a leading expert in Psychic Development, Astrology and Tarot. Through Sandy’s classes, workshops, lectures and appearances, she is able to share her knowledge to help people enhance their lives.

Sandy was a significant contributor to psychic medium John Edward’s Web site, InfiniteQuest.Com, which launched June 12th, 2009, and provided valuable insight alongside some of the nation’s top metaphysical teachers for three years.

Guest Occupation: President at Vestibular Training Services & provider of Figure Skating Spin Training Tools & Seminars Worldwide
Guest Biography:

Sheila Thelen has been a coach at the Figure Skating Club of Bloomington in Minnesota for the past 32 years. However, teaching skating is just part of her busy life dedicated to improving skaters’ training.

Thelen created several products skaters use on and off ice to help their skating techniques. She also hosts numerous seminars and is part of an online coaching staff.

“I’m thrilled to have met Trevor Laak, the founder of iCoachSkating.com, before he founded it,” Thelen said.

After meeting at Grassroots to Champions seminars, Thelen joined his company as a consultant and helps with their online marketing.

“iCoachSkating is truly a revolution in how coaches all over can improve their knowledge and improve their skaters,” Thelen said. “Every problem a coach has ever had, Trevor has a video to fix that problem. It’s fun to see skaters and coaches learning new techniques and skills on iCoachSkating, and it’s fantastic that skaters and coaches can join the website.”

iCoach, however, is just the beginning. She’s also a very successful entrepreneur, creating several products skaters use to improve various elements.

“My first big product I created was the ‘Jump Ease Skating Harness,’” Thelen said. “I learned a lot about business and how to make a company fun.”

Her second product, Champion Cords, taught her to embrace something new at the time: a business website.

“I really learned how to create a website, and to work with patents (USA Patent:  7,214,171), skate shops, seminars, packaging, staff and manufacturing,” Thelen said. “Champion Cords are fantastic for teaching a skater to feel alignment position, muscle memory awareness and technique.”

Thelen since added the Champion Skating Harness and Champion Electric Spinner.

“Both of these products help the skater learn vestibular balance and air position,” Thelen said. “Truly how you train modern day rotation. It’s actually fun to see people installing this gear in their homes. They are also great for seminars. We haul in a harness, install it and train coaches how to use it.”

Her Champion Developmental Seminars keep this busy coach traveling to clubs with many top coaches.

“Each seminar can be custom designed to feature a guest coach,” Thelen said. “We bring in tons of gear and help the coaches develop skaters at all levels. We are absolutely honored to have an amazing staff of coaches to help.”

Thelen even created a fun jewelry piece with her Champion Achievement Charm bracelet. The charms include all the jumps and spins, a perfect and fun way for skaters to keep track of their progression.

“As your skater progresses through the sport, add a charm to the bracelet,” Thelen said.

Thelen will host a booth featuring all her products at the upcoming May PSA and CFSA conferences in Chicago and Moncton NB, Canada. A two day seminar with World Coach Ravi Walia is scheduled for June at the Bloomington FSC.

Her skating harness and electric spinner also recently became part of physical therapy research and development work with autistic children, something Thelen is extremely proud of.

“This work is so important to me,” Thelen said. “Improving children’s, skaters and families’ lives.”

Guest Occupation: Owner/Instructor of the School of Holistic Massage & Reflexology
Guest Biography:

Owner/Instructor of the School of Holistic Massage & Reflexology and was inducted into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame on August 8, 2016.

I started in Massage and Reflexology industry at 35 years old. I was a single dad of 2 and worked a 12 hour shift in the printing industry working 4 days on 3 days off. I was burnt out. However, I knew my calling was to help people. I heard about reflexology and felt it was my calling. My wife Star, who is a graphic designer woke up one morning with a very stiff neck and started calling around to find a massage therapist. On her appointment she starting talking to the therapist and it turned out they were a brand new massage school that offered reflexology and massage classes. We really did not have the money for tuition, so she asked if they needed business materials? We were able to barter with her Graphic design skills and my printing skills to pay for the first the 10 week reflexology class. After that class I decided to take the Massage program, and we struck up the same deal. The owner of the school I attended saw leadership skills in me and asked me to teach part time and I loved it! While still working my printing job and teaching, I started my own business: "The Holistic Massage and Reflexology Center at a chiropractic office in Downers Grove. My space was literally the size of a closet. My business really started taking off, but I was not sure how I was going to be able to quit my dead end job. I had developed a very good clientele in a short time. Two of my very dedicated clients, believed in me so much, they became what I refer to as my "angel investors". This start up money enabled me to quit my printing job and start the real work of building my business and getting my name out there.

Anything worth while comes with a lot of hard work. I succesfully bulit my business through networking, pounding the pavement, and doing a lot of "free" massage at local events, high schools, non for profit organizations.

Through this hard work my business grew in leaps and bounds. A while later I wanted to share what I learned with others and it developed into SOHMAR, the School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology. That was over 20 years ago! I do still have a private practice since I love working one on one with my clients, but love teaching too!

LEGENDARY ORIGINAL DRUMMER

with

SLY AND THE FAMILY STONE

INDUCTED INTO THE ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME

CLASS OF 1993

If you’ve listened to radio, danced at a club, or played a recording during the past 50 years, you’ve enjoyed the rhythms of legendary drummer Greg Errico. As a founding member of the influential Rock & Funk group Sly & the Family Stone. Errico’s innovative drum performances & use of the hi hat and bass drum on recordings like Dance to the Music, I Want To Take You Higher, Everyday People, Thank You Falettin Me’, Hot Fun In The Summertime and Stand, among many others, helped bring about fusion of Rock, Funk and Jazz. For this accomplishment alone Greg would have deserved his 1993 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame… and the R&B Foundation “Pioneer Award” given to the group at the Apollo Theater in 2001. In the more than 40 years since Sly & the Family Stone broke up, Errico’s performances have been sampled well over 1000 times by various Artists & Bands. He continues playing and recording on some of rock and roll’s most historic LP’s and tours.

Playing has always been my number one interest, Errico states, “but writing and producing are also important. A complete musician has abilities and experiences in all areas. You explore your instrument… from writing and producing, one area strengthens another.” Greg’s writing contributions brought him #1 position on world pop charts in 2014 for the song “Timber”, which was also honored at the 32nd annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards for being among the most performed

ASCAP pop songs of 2014!

Other than raising a family in the San Francisco Bay Area, Greg stay’s active performing the music of Sly & The Family Stone w/various artists and is involved with Unity Music Foundation for which he has produced several recordings featuring many world class Jazz Artists such as the Count Basie Orchestra.

Guest Biography:

KURT A, KRUEGER

A native of Los Angeles, Kurt A. Krueger lives what he teaches and teaches what he lives.  He has won 16 medals in four Senior Olympic swim championships.  Mr. Krueger has taught Peak Performance Practices (PPP) around the world for elite athletes/coaches, performing artists, business people, and others.  His goal is to have everyone physically and mentally fit throughout the 21st Century.  He has been interviewed on Radio/TV and for the print media on four continents.

Mr. Krueger was an All-American swimmer at Los Angeles Valley College and is a member of their Hall of Fame for Water Polo, and he also coached numerous world-record holders for San Fernando Valley swim schools; he was a member of Glendale College and Cal St. Uni. – Los Angeles faculties of Psychology and/or Physical Education.  He has also coached soccer, football, basketball, and Track & Field. He is an internationally published author, photographer, lecturer and corporate consultant.

Mr. Krueger’s interest in Peak Performance Practices developed when he met a Master of these sciences in 1974.  His integrative learning was tested three years later when he was a passenger on a JAL plane hijacked by the Japanese Red Army terrorists.  Mr. Krueger used a PPP concentration technique he’d been practicing and found his mind relaxed and focused at the height of the crisis – the first coach passenger to speak with hijackers and ultimately the first off the plane.

Returning to America, Mr. Krueger taught history and government at an inner-city ghetto school — Crenshaw High in Los Angeles.  His mental control was again tested there when threatened twice by students carrying either a drawn knife or gun.  He peacefully settled the incidents by verbally demanding the weapons.  His clarity and ease in an intense situation once again amazed Mr. Krueger and others.  Fellow teachers recognized his ability to cope with crisis situations and requested that he instruct them in Stress Management techniques.  This ultimately led to a series of highly successful presentations in Southern California climaxing with programs at the United Nations in New York City, and Oxford Medical School (UK).

Concurrently, Mr. Krueger also began training athletes for Peak Performance.  It developed into a ‘systems’ program to strengthen a person’s body, mind and spirit.  The use of these techniques had enabled him to win numerous medals in the Senior Olympics.  Examples of some high school students improvements after just three months use of Peak Performance Practices: Greg Denby, a high jumper with a personal best of 6’6″, leapt 7’1″; Macarthur Osbourn went from a 2:01 880 yard runner to a 1:54; Anita Sood, of India, set eight National swimming records, and Bejoy Jain, in 14 days, set a National Junior Record then swam the English Channel faster than any other Asian.

Mr. Krueger founded the Institute of Sports Psychology in 1982 in Bombay and ultimately developed into an organization with four more offices in: London, Melbourne, Tokyo and Los Angeles.  The following year he founded Success Systems International to develop programs and practices specific to companies and performing artist needs. Mr. Krueger has trained the Claremont Professional Football Club, W. Australia, which took second in the Grand Final that year. He has trained professionals and athletes of SIX different countries National teams. He has been asked to and did present programs for the United States Military Academy, Young Presidents Organization, IBM and other major corporations.

Mr. Krueger has presented at major international conferences such as, a keynote speech, Stress Management in Sports and Business at the World Congress on Sports Psychology in Copenhagen; Fitness for the 21st Century at the Olympic Scientific Congress in Seoul; and Technology with a Heart workshop at the International Conference on Technology and Education, Brussels; and Strengthening Character at the Conference of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education Recreation and Dance in San Diego.  He has been published nearly 50 times internationally in magazines and journals. Also, he is a National Board Certified Teacher in ‘secondary’ Physical Education and is a trained Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts. Mr. Krueger had been serving on the Los Angeles Unified School District’s Physical Education Advisory Board from 2000-2014. His book, Winning Ways for Living became a bestseller in its first 3 weeks on Amazon in 2016! See what it will do for you!

In his spare time, Mr. Krueger has designed a Culturally Transformative annual event to be implemented called, The World Fest, and Character Education/Inclusion (if interested in this send him a note and you will receive several sources and ideas to implement. One of which reduced violence in a large Refugee Camp over 90% within two (2) years!

After winning the trophy in 2008, she left to focus on her wellbeing business.

Throughout her years of competing and working in the media, one thing became very apparent to her: when the body and mind are in harmony, you are connected and can be the best version of yourself, enabling you to deal with everyday situations from a more conscious place.

Camilla is a popular motivational speaker and her first self- help/memoir was published in January 2015. Entitled Strictly Inspirational in the UK and the US, it is based on the premise: “how I learnt to dream, act, believe to succeed”.

Camilla has founded her own life coaching, hypnosis and meditation practice – ZENME – in Hollywood, where she is the coach to many celebrities, producers and entrepreneurs and where her mission is to inspire the world to meditate and take time for self-care daily.

CORY PESATURO

Cory Pesaturo (“C Pez”) is on the forefront of the accordion world, pushing the boundaries on multiple fronts of what is possible with the accordion. The only person to ever win the trio of World Championships on Acoustic, Digital & Jazz Accordion, and the only accordion graduate of the prestigious New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA. In 2017, Pesaturo became a Guinness World Record Holder, as RedBull® flew him to Austria to break the Marathon Accordion Record, in which Cory played for over 32 hours. Cory’s main contribution is his visionary thinking of how the accordion should be used, played, taught, and presented in modern music. He has given 2 TED Talk’s and 2 Google Talk’s about this, which are currently the only TED or Google talks in the world about the accordion. Pesaturo is also developing his own electric accordion, and already has made the first ever skinned accordion which includes a symmetric lighting system attached to the keys.

Pesaturo’s extensive resumé includes appearances at the White House for President and Mrs. Clinton on 4 different occasions, starting at age 12, and 8 other appearances for the Clintons since 2000, along with 14 letters from the first family. On one of those occasions, he became the youngest person to ever perform at a State Dinner, performing with the Marine Strolling Strings for the President of Hungary. Some TV appearances include the Late Show with David Letterman, performing with Johnny Depp, and nationally televised programs in New Zealand, Canada, Italy, Tunisia, France, and Finland. On an NYC broadcast, CNBC/FOX host Maria Bartiromo once said “No one is currently doing more for the Accordion than Cory”. He has judged accordion competitions in the US, Canada, and Europe, in addition to other music competitions, and currently gives masterclasses at various universities throughout the US and Europe on Accordion and Improvisation.

For his Classical side which is lesser known, a win in a concerto competition at 16 years old gave Pesaturo the rare opportunity to perform with the Brockton Symphony Orchestra as a featured soloist, where he became the youngest accordionist to ever solo with a symphony orchestra in the US back in 2003. Concerning his Jazz side, Cory recorded two CD’s with saxophone legend George Garzone and his known band “The Fringe” at age 19, and has become friends with Jazz and Music Legends Quincy Jones and Wynton Marsalis. His performances at all 3 of his World Championships were played on accordions that were not his, and were generally 90% improvised; both aspects are unheard of in the accordion world.

The instruments most famous legend in the US, Dick Contino, said when Cory was only 15, “Of all the accordionists I’ve seen over the years, Cory is the one to pass the torch to, the only one who has all the tools to bring the accordion back to its former glory.” Guido Deiro’s son, the “Father of Piano Accordion”, has stated “I’ve worried greatly about the future of the accordion since my father died, but not anymore since seeing and hearing Cory.”

Pesaturo is also heavily involved and respected with the weather and motor sports worlds as well. He composed the Official list of records set by the record-breaking 2005 Atlantic hurricane season and also wrote the lists for the 2007 and 2008 Seasons as well. Moreover, he has put out reports on Winter Seasons for the US which have been featured on Accuweather.com, HurricaneCirty.com, and others. Cory is known for his FreeSledding work, including his own sledding mountain called “CN Mountain”. He has written sports blogs for sites like Bleacher Report, and has collaborated with members of the Red Sox and the Drop Kick Murphy’s on the “Fenway 100″ album released in 2012. His music has been played on Formula 1 broadcasts on NB

Guest Biography:

SPARROW R. HEATLEY

Sparrow Heatley is one of two founders of the nonprofit organization From The Heart Tribe. Sparrow has been organizing events and bringing people together to help the environment in Los Angeles for over 11 years.

In 2009, Sparrow helped organize, along with Sean Jennings and Tim Morris, one of the greatest community events in West Los Angeles—“100 Gardens for Gratitude” where over 800 volunteers installed 100 edible gardens in one weekend across Los Angeles at homeless shelters and boys & girls clubs.  This team-building event transformed lawns into drought-tolerant native species or edible landscapes that improved both the environment and water supply.

In 2010, Sparrow helped Topanga Canyon Earth Day Festival creator Stephanie Lallouz organize an annual weekend event featuring live music and vegan food, and highlighted environmental conservation, community, and healing for over 10 thousand attendees. Sparrow continued to help organize this festival until its finale year in 2013.

Beach cleanups started in 2011 when Sparrow lived in The Bahamas. She soon realized that Paradise Island wasn’t a paradise after all; its beaches around the tourist centers were covered in plastic trash.  To save life in the ocean and restore beauty to its beaches, Sparrow organized her first “Pick Up for Paradise” beach cleanup ridding the pink sands of Nassau from plastic straws and cigarette butts. After leaving the Bahamas for Los Angeles, she continued the effort and carried on the “paradise” name in hopes that people would consider their world a paradise even if it wasn’t an island.

In 2019, From The Heart Tribe (FTHT) was officially designated as a 501c3. FTHT became the perfect platform to support and inspire leaders to organize environmental, community, or animal welfare events.

As an ocean advocate, Sparrow organizes scientific data collection through her beach cleanups in order to advance environmental legislation in California, which contributed to the banning of plastic bags and plastic straws.  As a public speaker, she raises awareness about current environmental issues affecting Los Angeles as she did for Proposition 67 in 2016 and the “Clean Water Act” Measure W in 2018.

Sparrow’s passion and strength is helping people understand that some lifestyle choices are destroying the oceans. She strives to create solutions for our planet through her environmental events. To that extent, she goes beyond the ocean and teams up with organizations like TreePeople (a California 501c3 for mountain and park restoration) encouraging volunteers to take action.

Outside her environmental work, Sparrow is a massage therapist and yoga instructor who works with top athletes and people fighting cancer.  She holds degrees in business and management, and studied permaculture design.  Sparrow is continuing her education for green initiatives and renewable energy. During her spare time she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and pottery.
