After seeing a photo of two enslaved boys her age—and learning that "slavery did not end with Abraham Lincoln"—then 8-year-old Vivienne Harr decided to help. She said: “Compassion is not compassion without action.”

So, since children have done since time immemorial, she went with “the only business experience I had”: a lemonade stand. But, little Vivienne had a big vision. She wanted to raise $100,000. She "made a stand" at her lemonade stand for 365 days straight, rain or shine, to “end child slavery.” The world stood with her.

On day #52, New York Times, Pulitzer prize-winning columnist Nicholas Kristof retweeted Vivienne, and her moment became a movement. On day #173, Mayor Michael
Bloomberg welcomed Vivienne
to Times Square to sell her famous lemonade. It was there that she reached her goal—donating $101,320 to Not For Sale, a leading anti- slavery organization. When her parents said: “You did it, honey. You’re done,” Vivienne said: “Is child slavery done?" They shook their heads. "Then, I am not done.”

Vivienne continued her daily stand for a full 365 days, at which point she decided to bottle her organic, Fair Trade “lemon-aid”—becoming the first child in American history to bottle her lemonade-stand lemonade. She and her team raised over $1 million to start Make a Stand, Inc. - one of the first Certified B Corps in the world. Five- percent of all sales go to leading organizations that do the most documented work in eradicating child slavery in the U.S. and around the world. (While 5% may sound small, it's not. That's because it's 5% of gross revenues, not merely 5% of profits. If all U.S. companies gave 5% of all revenues, not just profits, that would be roughly $1 trillion dollars...every year.)

Vivienne has won numerous awards for her work, including the George H.W. Bush “Point of Light Award” and the “Crowdfunding Campaign of 2012.” Town & Country recognized Vivienne one of the "50 Most Influential Philanthropists in America” along with Leonado DiCaprio, Michael Bloomberg and Laurene Jobs. She is the youngest to make the list—by 10 years. Vivienne is also an honorary member of the World Affairs Council after having introduced Twitter CEO Dick Costolo at his award dinner. Make a Stand became a new way of doing business: A for-profit B-Corporation that shares the vision of its founder: "a world where all 18 million children are free and safe."

On November 12, 2013, The New York Times article “In a Lemonade Stand, The Transformation of a Corporation” positioned Vivienne’s company as the poster child for social impact brands in America: “If done right, [Make a Stand] could not just raise money to end child slavery, but create a role model for nonprofits and all businesses.” Make a Stand is served in 165 stores across the West Coast and at the foodservice programs at Twitter, Microsoft, Oracle, Intel, Netflix and others.

A feature length-documentary film titled: #standwithme about Vivienne's story is now airing in theaters across America and will be available for home viewing in late April. Vivienne will also host a new network TV series tentatively-titled "Kid MissionPossible” (produced by Endemol, the world's largest independent production company). She was tapped as a keynote speaker at Wisdom 2.0 Summit in February, 2014.

Of their roughly 230 million users, including A-list celebrities, humanitarian organizations and heads of state, Twitter gave Vivienne the honor (and it was a profound honor) of ringing the bell at its IPO in New York on November 7, 2013—because executives believed Vivienne is a symbol of how Twitter can be used to change the world.

The Foundation shares the vision of its founder of a world where the 18 million children in slavery and are free and safe. #standwithme Brings Vivienne Harr’s Story to the Big Screen

#standwithme explores modern slavery through a young girl trying to make a difference. When Vivienne Harr took a stand, her community stood with her, as did a group of filmmakers. When these filmmakers stood, their community stood with them and submitted crowd-sourced footage from places as far away as Nepal, Singapore, and Peru.

Emmy-winning Stillmotion Originals has teamed up with Vivienne to bring this film straight to communities across the US and give them a chance to stand together. Using social media and new platforms such as Tugg.com, they are renting theaters in 30 cities and selling tickets online.

“This story matters. When people see the power we all have in our daily decisions, they will be empowered to become a part of the solution,” says Co- Director Patrick Moreau. “What could take a traditional Hollywood theatre several years to produce, direct, edit, and then deliver to an audience has been greatly accelerated.”

#standwithme attempts to change the way documentaries are made and brought to the public. Production began in May of 2013 and the 72-minute film hits theaters less than a year after the filmmakers first met Vivienne. In that span the production has travelled to Nepal, Ghana, Namibia, and Dominican Republic to bring this story to life by talking to children who are or were enslaved. With volunteers in every city where the film is screened, Vivienne and this team of filmmakers show there is a new way to stand for the world you believe in through direct connection to communities and inviting them to get involved.

10-Year-Old Authors Children’s Book about Child Slavery

“Make a Stand, when life gives you lemons change the world!”

While 10-year-old Vivienne Harr and her social purpose company Make a Stand, Inc. SPC are bottling lemonade, New York publisher Chocolate Sauce is printing books, all for the cause of ending child slavery.

The Story: Last year Vivienne saw a photo that changed her life. Lisa Kristine’s photo of child slaves Vivienne’s own age in Nepal inspired her to take action.
Helped by her family, Vivienne sold lemonade every day in
front of her house, rain or shine, to raise money for those

children. “No price, just pay what’s in your heart,” she would say. In four months she reached her goal and wrote a check to anti-slavery group Not for Sale for $101,320. Read the story of how she turned her lemonade stand into a social purpose corporation with a mission of ending child slavery.

“It’s not a business, it’s a ’Giveness,’” says Vivienne, who partnered with Chocolate Sauce in creating the book about her lemonade stand. “Join us and help sweeten the world one story at a time!” says Shelley A. Lewis, Founder of Chocolate Sauce. Lewis says they are working on an interactive, WeJIT-enhanced, e-book version to allow children to enter an online forum and hold discussions about the book and about making a stand in their own lives.

This 48-page book, written by Vivienne and illustrated with
her mother, offers children an important life lesson about
their power to make a difference. As Vivienne writes: "You
don't have to be big or powerful to change the world. You can be just like me!"

Five percent of the proceeds for each “Make a Stand” book will be given to anti-slavery organizations. Online shoppers can also donate books to kids in need of extra inspiration. The “Make a Stand” Book, Limited Edition is now available.

Bobby Jackson graduated from Salisbury High School in 1992.  He attended Western Nebraska Community College and the University of Minnesota before being selected by the Seattle SuperSonics with the 23rd pick in the 1997 NBA Draft. As a Golden Gopher, Bobby Jackson led Minnesota to the Final Four, where they lost to the Kentucky Wildcats. He was traded to the Denver Nuggets prior to his rookie season where he played 68 games before moving on to a more familiar place in Minnesota where he donned a Timberwolves jersey for two seasons. He had his best years in Sacramento where he played for the Kings from 2000 to 2005 where he was known as "Action Jackson" and a crowd favorite. A former Sixth Man award winner, Jackson suffered an abdominal strain early in the 2004–05 season that forced him to miss 51 games.

On July 29, 2008, it was reported that Jackson would be traded by the Rockets back to the Sacramento Kings along with Donte Greene, a 2009 first round draft pick and cash consideration in exchange for Ron Artest (now Metta World Peace). The trade was completed on August 14, due to Greene's rookie contract signing on July 14.

Bobby Jackson retired on October 24, 2009.  He later became an assistant coach for the Sacramento Kings.

On June 5, 2013, new Kings coach Michael Malone announced that the 2012–13 assistant coaches would not be retained for the 2013–14 season.

On September 9, 2013, Jackson was hired by the Minnesota Timberwolves as a player development coach.

This is Inelia’s first incarnation on any planet, born free from self-importance, attachments, personal agendas, personal evolution, or a desire for soul advancement. Wolfgang was also appointed by the Florida Governor to serve on the State of Florida Safe Schools Commission.

Wolfgang is also the author of a book for educators and school bus drivers on aggressive behavior management and the use of reasonable force, as well as numerous magazine articles. His article on “Breaking the Code of Silence” was published in the March 2000 edition of the American School Board Journal. REGARDING SANDY HOOK MASSACRE

After only filing Connecticut Freedom Of Information requests about the alleged Sandy Hook ‘massacre’, School Safety expert Wolfgang W. Halbig was visited by homicide detectives warning him that if he keeps making inquiries he would suffer the legal consequences.

Halbig also discovered that the report on the Sandy Hook event was the first school shooting in US history to be sealed as ‘Classified’, held by the FBI.

Halbig believes the Sandy Hook school shooting was a giant, elaborate hoax and no one really died.

For Halbig, there are unanswered questions, lots of them.

For instance, why in the immediate aftermath of the shooting were no medical helicopters summoned?

“Think about it: you have 20 children, 6 staff members who were supposed to have been shot. They’re seriously injured. Where’s the trauma helicopters? Those are the quickest and the best medical services that any child or any school staff member can receive, and no trauma helicopters were ever requested?”

Halbig also called Life Star emergency services, who confirmed they were never summoned that morning. “[T]hey said, ‘Mr. Halbig we were never requested on that morning. We were shocked and surprised, we were ready, we thought we were going to go to Sandy Hook.’ They had helicopters ready to go, but they were never asked.. Here’s my premise.. there wasn’t anybody there to be treated.”

Halbig also questions why EMT and firefighters, who were mere minutes away from the scene, were prevented from entering the school and possibly saving lives, and additionally, he wants to know how, within the first 11 minutes, America was already presented with a death toll.

“Who declared all those 26 people dead within the first 11 minutes? Connecticut law states that only a doctor can declare them dead, legally dead.”

Moreover, Halbig says the FBI’s classification of the school shooting report is something he’s never witnessed in his entire career. “I can tell you [out of] all the shootings, never has an FBI agency ever classified an investigative report on a school shooting.”

More Unanswered Questions...

There are also a whole host of peculiarities Halbig is still baffled by.

For example, why was Sandy Hook elementary torn down? Even in the Columbine tragedy, whose crime scene Halbig assisted with and in which he testified as a key witness, the school was cleaned up, but was never torn down.

According to Halbig, no one could tell him which environmental company cleaned up the bloody mess, or who installed the school’s security system, all things his job would require him to know.

He has other pressing questions, such as:

Why was there a registered nurse found in the building four hours after the shooting?

Why was there a sign flashing “Everyone must sign in?”

Why were there port-a-potties on site within three hours?

Why were children turned around by officers and sent back into rooms supposedly littered with dead bodies?

How did someone with Asperger’s have the physical coordination to carry the large amount of munitions Adam Lanza supposedly carried?

Why did no parents file a lawsuit against the school, when in every other school shooting suits have been filed?

And ultimately, why would the state threaten Halbig?

DR STEVE PIECZENIK is a critically acclaimed author of psycho-political thrillers and the co-creator of the New York Times best-selling "Tom Clancy's Op-Center" and "Tom Clancy's Net Force" book series. He is also one of the world's most experienced international crisis managers and hostage negotiators. His novels are based on his twenty years experience in resolving international crises for five U.S. administrations.

Dr. Pieczenik received his B.A. from Cornell University,trained in Psychiatry at Harvard and has both an M.D. from Cornell University Medical College and a Ph.D. in International Relations from M.I.T.

He was the first psychiatrist ever to receive a PhD. focusing on international relations, and is the only psychiatrist to ever have served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State. He served four presidents as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Nixon, Ford, Carter, and Bush Sr. and was a Senior Policy Planner under president Reagan. Dr. Pieczenik worked directly with, and reported directly to, Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance, George Schultz and James Baker, as well as the respective White Houses. Dr. Pieczenik was drafted into the Vietnam War. He was assigned in the Public Health Services with the rank of Navy Captain (0-6) to run three psychiatric wards at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, D.C., including a ward where serial killers were housed. He was subsequently offered a promotion to Rear Admiral (0-7), which he refused on the grounds that he felt honored enough to serve his country, did not want to take a pension and wished to return to civilian life to follow his passions as a physician, entrepreneur and novelist.

Dr. Pieczenik is an expert in psychological warfare, political psychology, regime change, intelligence, counterintelligence and covert operations. During his career as a senior State Department official, Dr. Pieczenik utilized his unique abilities and expertise to develop strategies and tactics that were instrumental in resolving major conflicts in Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe and the United States.

Dr. Pieczenik was the principal International Crisis Manager and Hostage Negotiator under Secretaries Kissinger and Vance. During this time he developed conflict resolution techniques that were instrumental in saving over five hundred hostages in different terrorist episodes, including the Hanafi Muslim Siege in Washington, DC, the TWA Croatian Hijacking, the Aldo Moro Kidnapping, the JRA Hijacking, the PLO Hijacking, and many other incidents involving terrorists such as Idi Amin, Muammar Quaddafi, Carlos, FARC, Abu Nidal and Saddam Hussein. Based on these experiences, Dr. Pieczenik, along with other senior officials at the State Department developed the mandate to create Delta Force and other quick-strike special forces units that could be used in future hostage situations and international crises. Dr. Pieczenik resigned over President Carter's handling of the Iran Hostage siege. He was recruited by Dr. Richard Solomon to the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, CA to develop the strategy and tactics using the principles of psychological warfare to dismantle the Soviet Union without the use of military force.

He was subsequently recruited into the Reagan Policy Planning Staff at the State Department. While at the State Department, Dr. Pieczenik was tasked with creating and implementing regime change in Panama to overthrow General Manuel Noriega. As a result, General Noriega repeatedly accused Dr. Pieczenik in the Panamanian newspaper, La Critica, of being an "assassin" and neutralizing several of Noriega's associates. This is a charge Dr. Pieczenik neither confirms nor denies.

Dr. Pieczenik helped develop negotiation strategies for major U.S.- Soviet arms control summits under the Reagan administration. He was also involved in advising senior officials on important psycho-political dynamics and conflict mediation strategies for President Carter's successful Camp David Peace Conference. In 1991, Dr. Pieczenik was a chief architect of the Cambodian Peace Conference in Paris.

He has worked with Dr. Richard Solomon to develop the theoretical basis for the Chinese Negotiating Behavioral Strategy, a classic in transcultural negotiations.

Dr. Pieczenik continues to volunteer his time and expertise as a consultant to the Department of Defense. He does not accept any remuneration for his services. He felt honored to work for his country that adopted him as a refugee and saved his family from extermination in the Holocaust. He has made it his life-long commitment to work to protect and preserve America’s liberties and freedoms, even when it meant going against the president of the United States and the very organizations with which he was working. To this day he still strongly believes in the integrity of the Office of the Presidency and the Republic, both of which must be bereft of corruption, deception, betrayal, collusion and crony capitalism by any and all parties, including financial, political, medical, pharmaceutical and academic special interests. His basic belief is that no one person is indispensable to the viability of State.

Dr. Pieczenik has started several successful companies, employing his methodologies in various industries, including investment banking, publishing, television/film and medicine. He has been directly involved as an Angel Investor with starting twenty-eight companies.
