Mustafa “Effortless” Shakir
Spoken Word Poet, Artist, Singer, Songwriter.
Mustafa “Effortless” Shakir says that the term “renaissance man” is passé and that we should all refer to him as a “polymath,” the consummate hyphenate artist extraordinaire. Raised in Harlem during the 80’s and 90’s, he found himself drawn to the many art forms around him, pooling inspiration from hip hop, dance, culture, film, photography, fashion, philosophy etc. “I’ve been writing since I can remember being able to hold a pen, my mother was always writing something so I guess I took suite.” Poetry came naturally to Mustafa who has used the written word to process his emotional impressions growing up. Poetry led to rapping and three albums to date HolyWar, Chameleon, and DIEMIND: god the carbon copy; plus partnership with Candice Anitra and the Love Machine project. (new ep released 11/14)
Mustafa’s written work also includes narrative script writing, he’s written, directed, and starred in a sitcom pilot presentation called, “HollyWeird Fitness” as well as a short film entitled, “Untitled Symphony” that has won some accolades on the festival circuit. Currently his writing’s taken the shape of a one-man experience called, “XII: SpokenYouniverse;” a multi-character spoken word journey through consciousness, which is being produced by Russell Simmons for All Def Digital’s poetry Vertical.
Mustafa has been popping up here and there on the big and small screen, with “Record/Play” which was shortlisted for the Oscars in 2013 but most recently on NCIS: Los Angeles, Shameless, and slated to shoot in November a HBO mini series titled, “Crime” helmed by John Turturro.
What is closet to his heart is The Love Mob, an organization he founded with two other lights, whose goal is the reconnect 3.7 billions people to the power of love and community through Organized Acts of Love. Founded in 2012 TLM has been involved in initiatives ranging from flash mobs for a purpose to campaign support for Marianne Williamson’s bid for congress. “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”
An album, a sitcom, a web-series, an organization dedicated to spreading love, a short in pre-production, and a touring one man show he is certainly living up to his name “Effortless” and his claim. “….with God anything is possible.”

Kartron is an inter-dimensional being, here assisting humanity to embrace and embody its True Divine Potential. Channeled by Patrick. Biography Kartron is an inter-dimensional being, here assisting humanity to embrace and embody its True Divine Potential. He is channeled by Patrick McCormick, who has worked and communicated with the Higher Realms of Creation for 26 years. After channelling various divine beings, Archangels, Ascended Masters, Engineers from Motherships, Divine Councils & Heavenly Hosts, Patrick, in 1994, began channeling Kartron, to restore the Divine Plan for the Earth & Mankind, by correcting time itself. Kartron does not just give information from the "other side," he conducts transformational energy work for spiritual improvements in people's lives.
Patrick McCormick began his channeling work after going through a fundamental quantum transformation both spiritually and physically on Bell Rock vortex in Sedona, Arizona during the Harmonic Convergence of August 1987.
Meeting his mentor and long-term friend that October, they embarked on a 25-year sojourn to re-establish the Divine Plan in Western America. Their Journey-of-Awakening the Original-Divine-Plan in fulfillment of ancient Prophecy began in 1989 in the Lemurian Mountain range known as the Hawaiian Islands. They have continually sought to improve the lives of those Beings of Light assembled in Hawaii to help bring Heaven to Earth ever since.
Experimenting with various forms of connecting/channelling various divine entities, essences and beings, Archaengels, Ascended Masters, Engineers from Motherships, Divine Councils and Heavenly Hosts, the Greater Work involved spiritual and physical transformation for the many people they came across.
In 1994 Kartron entered their lives, and thus began yet another chapter of working with the Heavenly Hosts to restore the Divine Plan for the Earth and Mankind, by correcting time itself.
In 2008 they entered into the unique virtual world of Second Life, and soon some of its residents began attending the Second Life/Real Life Kartron energy sessions, and that virtual fringe world became a vehicle of energy work for transforming their real lives wherever they resided in the physical world. Kartron does not just give information from the "other side," he conducts transformational energy work for spiritual improvements in people's lives.
Patrick remains available for private and public engagements, in continuance of the Greater Work. The current project involves activating the Ascension Series, designed to give God-Steward Training to those now awakening into their True Purpose aligned with Heaven on Earth again. He can be reached by contacting the party who gave you this information or at kartron999@gmail.com.

Stephanie Sorrell, author of Depression: Understanding the Black Dog
Stephanie was born in London and lived most of her life in the United Kingdom. When she was twelve she went to a Boarding School near Oxford where she stayed for four years. This was followed by nursing careers, one in orthopedics and the other working with people with learning difficulties in North Wales. But both these career directions were curtailed by major depressive illness. While living with her husband for sixteen years, she wrote for the romance market in the UK. However, Stephanie’s first love is poetry, many of which have been and still are published in gift books worldwide. She also contributed to Blue Mountain Arts cards in the USA.
In her mid thirties she was offered the editorship for a spiritually orientated publishing trust based on the pioneering work of Henry Thomas Hamblin, a retired Harley Street Optician who, after the sudden death of his ten year old son, left his successful practice in London to concentrate on changing people’s inner vision through positive thinking. In 1921, This was quite a radical philosophy at the time and his work inspired the American Ernest Holmes to founding Science of Mind journal in the States and which is still running today. He also worked closely with Joel Goldsmith, also an American, who became a close confidant and friend and founded the Infinite Way Movement.
While Stephanie was working as editor, she began her MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology at the London Institute for Psychosynthesis. She believed that with enough psychological and spiritual insight she would overcome her depression and help others to do the same. But this wasn’t the case, and it was through trial and error that she found, rather than overcoming depression, by drugs, psychology or psychotherapy, it actually was her journey. This became the subject of Stephanie’s thesis, The Light in the Darkness. Later, she expanded and modified this to become a book called Depression as a Spiritual Journey( O book 2009). This opened the door to leading workshops in both the UK and in Houston, Texas. She found this very humbling and a key part of her understanding of how other people coped with depression. She also wrote a Psychosynthesis Made Easy book (Psyche Books 2012) as she felt it needed to be more widely available.
Depression : Understanding the Black Dog emerged from all Stephanie’s experience and research. Because understanding how depression occurs and the various levels it manifests on is key to working with this incredibly misunderstood dis-ease of being.
Stephanie currently lives against a stunning backdrop of mountains with her partner and whippet, Oliver. She also works at a local hospital as a Clinical Support Worker.

HELLO...
Moving to Australia:
My name is Zaffar Khan. I had the good fortune to move to Australia when I was quite young. Australia truly seemed like the land of promise and opportunity to someone like me from a very poor country. I am married with Vina and I have 3 beautiful daughters.
Author of 36 Books: I have written 36 books on personal & business development, which can be downloaded free of charge from this website. Twenty two books have been printed already.
Rotary Club:
I am the president of Rotary Club of Archerfield, where we have unbelievable great people working with me and we are enjoying every day and making this club a great success and all of us giving great contribution to the mankind as we all must do a little to make this world better place to live. You can go to the following two websites to know and have better understanding about Rotary, and where you will find we are neighbours, community leaders, and global citizens uniting for the common good. With you, we can accomplish even more. My message is to join Rotary does not matter which country, religion, political party or city you belong to:
Fred Hollows Foundation: I am always involved with Fred Hollows Foundation in a different capacity. You will be surprised to know that 4 out of 5 people who are blind don't need to be as they can restore their sight. Sue Lawson is a great friend of mine and she is so active in Queensland, Australia. She works for the foundation 25 hours a week. I would like to take my hat off for her services and unbelievable contribution to this organisation.
P & C committee:
I have been involved with Local College P & C for more than 10 years in a different capacity, from being a member to the President. I suggest parents should involve in these kind of committees to improve and making our schools and colleges better place to study.
Fund Raising in Queensland Australia:
Whether there was a fire in Victoria, flood in QLD, disasters in Samoa or Indonesia & other parts of the world, I was always there with the communities to help generate funds and many of the fund raising functions were organised by me alone and with the partnership of local community organisations.
Unbelievable Achievement & Lost it all:
I went to New Zealand, and started a taxi company by the name of Ideal Cabs. I then built the second largest taxi company in the whole of NZ within 12 months' time. Once again it was unbelievable achievement. I given NZ government a plan to decrease unemployment from NZ. The scheme called "Six Million Dollar Scheme" and it was accepted by the NZ Government and the national television of NZ made a documentary on me as the scheme was a GREAT SUCCESS. But I got greedy and distracted - I wanted more. So I bought car yards - one, then another, then another and then started a car auction business. Unfortunately the hands that I had left running my business were not as safe and secure as I had thought. Bottom line - I lost it all. I did not even have the money to purchase my airline tickets to come back to Australia.
So I borrowed some money and came back to Sydney and thought I can just do this again. I started another taxi business, which went very well and I established 1, 2, 3, and 4 branches. But the choice of the wrong business partner, a couple of dirty acts against me, I had lost everything again I had made. Yes, I LOST everything AGAIN - Like a lot of you, I was wondering how and where the next dollar was coming from to feed the kids, pay the rent and make ends meet, but now I am the CEO of one of the leading deputising companies in Australia.
Real Success:
It seemed like the end of the world - how could I have tasted such stratospheric success, and then be wondering where the next meal was coming from. To me that was the real start of interesting life, and understanding real life, real friends, real life lessons. That was the time I understood the real definition of success, which was jumping from one failure to another failure and still hanging with the string of enthusiasm and staying in power. Knowing the fact that "Just Thinking & Growing Rich" is not enough, you need more than that.........& I realised not giving up is REAL SUCCESS.
Thinking Big, Motivation, Getting rid of Fear, Positive thinking etc., they are not enough to achieve your life goals. You need a foolproof step-by-step system to follow which will allow you to achieve anything you want in your life with exact steps and road map. Then I wrote my first book, which is called, Just Don't Think & Grow Rich (GPS to success). I strongly recommend reading this book. People always tell me that it's the first time they have seen such a book, which is written in a systematic way, which guides you from the first step until you ACHIEVE THE UNACHIEVABLE, and then I wrote hundreds of articles and 36 books, which you can download FREE of Charge from this website.
Welcome to the world of Success and Good Luck with your journey!

Adventure-preneur, TV host, college football analyst, best-selling author, motivational speaker, actor and Emmy nominated filmmaker Yogi Roth has been exploring human potential as an athlete, coach and analyst for over a decade.
After high school, he chose to “walk-on” at the University of Pittsburgh because he was confident he could play Division I football. In his second game he was put on the field as a true freshman, and soon was on full scholarship. Post-college came a stint in Australia playing American Football for the Gold Coast Sting Rays.
Back in the States, he began his broadcasting career with Fox Sports Net Pittsburgh, where he simultaneously worked as a sideline reporter and studio analyst while hosting a local radio show.
After a move to Southern California, he concurrently pursued his Master’s Degree at University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, while working for USC head football coach Pete Carroll, first in the Trojans player personnel department, and then as an assistant coach to their talented quarterbacks. From 2005-2009 he worked with both John David Booty and Mark Sanchez as the team won two more Pacific-10 titles, and Yogi graduated magna cum laude.
In 2009 he left coaching and became host and analyst for the ‘Elite 11’ quarterback show on ESPN, college football analyst for ESPN’s ‘College Football Live,’ and color analyst for Fox College Sports and their Big 12 and Pac-12 package. Prior to the 2012 season, Yogi joined the Pac-12 Networks as a college football analyst. He has also partnered with Duracell, Nike and other companies to host elements of their branded content.
In addition, Yogi has co-authored his first book with Seattle Seahawks Coach Pete Carroll titled Win Forever. It has been ranked as high as #7 on the New York Times best-seller list. And, as author of From PA to LA, which released in September 2010, Roth has dueling hardcover’s currently on sale.
Born in 1956, and raised on the outskirts of San Diego, California, Robert Kopecky survived a traumatic childhood, traveled extensively as a young man, and lived a variety of lives as a ski bum, a martial artist, a factory welder, a monumental sculpture fabricator, an underground cartoonist; and finally as an award-winning illustrator, art director, and animation designer. His journeys – from the Mayan underground, to remote South Pacific islands, to the capitals of Europe, to the deserts of Arizona and the canyons of New York City – were punctuated by three dramatic, distinctly different "Near Death Experiences."
Eventually, the years of professional successes and personal setbacks delivered him to his own “dark night of the soul.” This led to ten years of study, meditation, and service, and the eventual transpersonal realization of what life (and death) can be that inspired him to start joyfully passing along the lessons he’d learned in a very hard way.
He and his wife divide their time between the Upper Delaware Valley in Pennsylvania, and Brooklyn, New York. He continues his art, designing animation for agencies, TV and internet; and writing spiritual essays and memoir for his blog, “Art, Faith, and the Koko Lion,” RobertKopecky.blogspot.com.
Robert is an Emmy-nominated art director. He designed the credits for Showtime’s Weeds and designed and art directed the PBS children’s show Word World. He’s contributed to Evolver, Beliefnet, Gaiam TV, TheMindfulWord, and elsewhere. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Sue Pike, the Animal Talker (SuePikeEnergy.com).
Her countless television credits only add more cache to an already illustrious acting career, with starring roles in over twenty Movies of the Week and four hit television series including her most recent portrayal as the passive aggressive matriarch in a very dysfunctional family on the 2006/7 ABC comedy "Sons and Daughters". Other most recent television credits include, "Grey's Anatomy," "Cold Case," "Without a Trace," "Ghost Whisperer," and a recurring role on "My Name is Earl."

Dee Wallace is a rarity in Hollywood, a young actress who immediately found success and is still in demand three decades later as an accomplished veteran in her craft, with such major credits as ET: The Extraterrestrial and Cujo along the way.
But she doesn’t attribute her staying power to her blonde Midwestern good looks or traditional acting methods. She credits the intuitive style of heart-centered acting that she tapped into at the very beginning of her career and which ultimately lead the way to her becoming a highly-regarded healer and spiritual teacher, as well as an in-demand actress.
For the past decade, Wallace has blended her two careers, acting when the calls came, while simultaneously teaching the spiritual wisdom that she discerned through the perfection of her craft and her life experiences. Her new book, Bright Light: Spiritual Lessons from a Life in Acting (O Books, 2011) shares with readers the lessons she learned in her journey toward living an illuminated life.
After a Kansas childhood strained by her father’s alcoholism and suicide, and watching her mother sacrifice her own dreams of performing to keep food on the table, Wallace graduated from the University of Kansas, and then headed first to New York for two years and then to Hollywood with a passion to act. No stranger to performing--having been a ballet dancer throughout her youth and student actress in college she found that everything aligned in her favor to jumpstart her acting career. Wallace attained almost immediate success, and in pursuing her career she eschewed traditional acting schools until she connected with Charles Conrad, who encouraged his students not to memorize, but to act from their intuitive instincts. This style of acting fit Wallace perfectly and opened her up creatively.
This inner source would provide her wellspring of ability, and lead to significant roles in ET: The Extraterrestrial, Cujo, The Howling, Ten, The Frighteners, Critter and more than 130 movie roles; several series; 400 commercials and hundreds of television credits. She has most recently been seen on Grey's Anatomy; Cold Case; Without a Trace; Ghost Whisperer; My Name is Earl; Criminal Minds; Saving Grace; Law and Order, Los Angeles, and Detroit 1-8-7. Wallace continues to be one of Hollywood’s most sought-after TV guest stars. She has worked with some of Hollywood's biggest names including Steven Spielberg, Peter Jackson, and Blake Edwards. Not even half way through 2011, she has booked a dozen movie roles. Wallace also continues to be a favourite of the talk show circuit with appearances on Oprah and The O'Reilly Factor.
In the early 1980s, Wallace actually shared the screen several times with her then husband Christopher Stone before his unfortunate, early demise from a heart attack in October, 1995. His death was a significant test of her spiritual faith and a crucible for growth.
As Wallace applied what she had learned about following her heart and living from her intuition, she felt a natural inclination to share her wisdom both as an actor and spiritual teacher. She founded a very successful acting school, which taught life lessons, as well as acting, and then she began speaking around the world. She discovered her ability to help people heal their deep wounds, release their fears and limitations, and live a more satisfying and authentic life. She continues to work with people individually and through seminars, teleseminars and speaking engagements.
As an inspirational speaker her engagements have included numerous national and international venues such as the Love and Harmony Forum in Tokyo, Japan; the Dillion Lecture Series; Unity Temple; the Kansas Film Commission; Spiritworks; Energetic Healing seminars throughout England, and her own healing and teaching seminars throughout the United States.
Wallace held weekly international radio shows on Voice America and Awakening Zone networks, but in the now holds private healing sessions at her home in LA. As an author, Wallace devoted her first book, Conscious Creation, to the art of self-healing and she co-authored The Big E with Jarrad Hewett. Wallace has also been featured in or contributed articles for many other publications including People, US, Guideposts, Family, Awakening Zone, TV Guide, LA Times and the Washington Post.
Additionally, we can now officially announce that Dee Wallace will be starring on Steven Spielberg's ABC Series - The Whispers - shooting in Vancouver, Canada. Dee says, "It's great to be reunited with the director who put me on the map." Ms. Dee Wallace is also the author of three inspiring books: "Bright Light," Getting Stuff," and "Wake Up now."
Indeed, nowadays, she is so deeply passionate about raising the Consciousness and Vibrations of Mother Earth, and all with its inhabitants, that she is currently hosting her most invigorating and fascinating of accomplishments to date - Conscious Creation Radio on Blog Talk Radio: https://www.blogtalkradio.com/consciouscreation

I know firsthand the ups and downs of the work world. After age 40 I landed three corporate jobs, each paying better than the last. I also was terminated from three corporate jobs.
Each time I lost my job, I expanded my freelance writing practice, repairing my soul and earning ever higher rates. The rewards were tremendous. Income, yes, but even more important were the satisfied customers who value me much more highly than the employers who discharged me.
I had an advantage in finding assignments: desperation. Divorced, three children to support and no income in sight. It sure motivated me to overcome my fears by testing new techniques to find work and attempting new types of assignments.
First I met other freelancers. They said networking was responsible for most of their work so I gave it a try. I made small talk with executives in my industry (insurance) over expensive chicken breasts with canned gravy and sparse parsley flakes. This effort generated amazingly little work for so much effort and financial expense.
I needed to try something else. So I started telephoning insurance companies similar to the one I had worked for. (This was more than a decade ago when the Internet was less prominent.) I almost threw up as I made my first call, and it took an hour to wind down from the stress. But I continued to make calls.
In my early days I wasted hours trying to time my calls just perfectly. Before 8 a.m. when executives supposedly answer every call themselves? After 5 when their secretaries go home? And do they go to lunch at noon or 1? (I discovered these are not the right questions. Since everyone is different, it is more important to determine when phoning works for me than to calculate when my prospects will answer.)
Over time I learned what works as I received rewarding assignments at attractive rates. I’ve decided to help others conquer the pain of unemployment, underemployment, or simply not having enough paying work with techniques to land assignments quickly.
I also offer formal qualifications that help me understand where you are and support your journey:
- Knowledge of marketing developed through years in corporate marketing communications and marketing research,
