Guest Biography:

I wasn’t aware of how much I was connected with my Spiritual guides until I was in my twenties. I remember as a child I was afraid to be alone in the dark. I was five and my sister, Maureen, was six. I would ask my sister to “think” when we were tucked in for the night.  I somehow knew that if she was thinking, she would be awake allowing me to comfortably go to sleep so I wouldn’t be alone in the dark.

A few years later, while experiencing unpleasant dreams, my guides taught me to think pleasant thoughts to replace the haunting ones in my dreams. I later learned only one conscious thought can be in the mind at any one time. If I thought of something positive and exciting nothing negative could enter the doorway of my mind.

When I was in my teens, I could manifest almost all the things I wanted in life with grace and ease. The manifestations weren’t anything major – good grades in school, an occasional gift, getting the job I applied for – but I felt and noticed that my life appeared to be guided.

I enlisted in the Marine Corps after graduating from high school. I received a  medical discharge after two years for blindness in my right eye. I enrolled in college shortly thereafter and earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting. After graduation, I began my career in the corporate world. Most of my working years were in supervising individuals, coaching, and managing the daily routine using the spiritual techniques taught to me by my spirit guides. I contribute my 35 years of success in the corporate world to a spiritual consciousness in handling my daily business routines, dealing honestly and truthfully, and treating all individuals like family.

When I started to meditate as a young father,  my awareness increased and I realized that the Great White Brotherhood was working with me.  On one occasion while on a business trip, I was guided to go to an old book store  where I reached for a book on the top shelf. It was called First Book of Azrael: Teachings of the Great White Brotherhood (by the Great White Brotherhood and published by Devorss & Co., 1965). Subtle experiences like this were indications to me that I was being guided by the Great White Brotherhood.

Although I worked during the day in the corporate world, I continued to do my spiritual work in the evenings and on weekends. In my late twenties, I followed a four-year study curriculum and became an Ordained Metaphysical Minister.  In that capacity, I occasionally facilitated funerals and weddings.

After a dynamic, spiritually awakening dream visit with the Lords of Amenti, I learned about thoughts. I began facilitating meditation classes which I did for over twenty-five years assisting other in connecting with their Spirit guides. Through the years, I became a Reiki Master and studied in Hawaii to certify as a Kundalini Yoga instructor.

I enhanced my connection with Spirit when I visited to  Peru on several occasions to participate in Shamanic spiritual ceremonies that included  drinking the Shaman plants Ayahuasca and Huachum.

KALIYANI is a spiritually inspired visionary, producer, artist and founder of Stargate Alliance Films & Media whose mission is to inspire humanity though offering alternative visions, information and empowering tools for self, as well as for global soul transformation. It is Kaliyani's dream to offer her Self as an instrument for the betterment of humanity and uplifting of consciousness on the planet. She says her deep heartfelt connection with Source is the driving force and fuel in everything she co-creates and assists in bringing forth.

As New Age/World Music Recording Artist, Kaliyani had recently released her debut single and music video "Nammu's Invocation" she brings to the energetic landscape - wordless intonations of HEIGHTENED VIBRATION! The Debut of her EP - her first inspiring ALBUM is scheduled for release later this Fall 2014.

"Nammu's Invocation" was also featured, May 29th, in the World Premiere of new independent film, A Winter Rose, at the DANCES WITH FILMS festival, Hollywood's Chinese Theater.

Kaliyani's MUSIC features a blend of exotic world music style woven with a new age, elegant, yet complex thread, Kaliyani's evocative vocals are reminiscent of some classical music styles that range from Operatic to Gregorian and are often embedded in a dramatic, contemporary, cinematic orchestration that makes her music deep, luminously rich in structure and unique in its class.

"Singing came to me unexpectedly, revealed itself suddenly, and undeniably demanded my attention," says Kaliyani.

KALIYANI further explains about her music, "They are intonations from the heart I have coined as 'Immanence.'-- It's is a heart-centered intoning language that speaks when words cannot. It's a soul flow. They are pure energetic frequencies, which in their raw potency encode the transmission of the message that's coming through with perfect accuracy, with no need for the "middle" service that words play."

Here are what many of whom have gravitated towards her work EXCLAIMS:

"I had never dreamt of being a singer; it happened because I was broken open and I allowed it to come through. I was deeply inspired by a sense of intimate connection with the Mystery... an archetypal presence that has been dancing with me for the last ten years. In a way I would say this presence found a new access point and form of communication with and through me. Many have asked who is singing with me in the beginning of Nammu's Invocation...as if there was someone else there... In a sense it is true, since I feel a definite presence with me every time." (Unknown)

"Kaliyani is an Angel with a voice that will transform your soul, and take you to a place of brilliant light, and vibrant, full bliss. It is as easy as letting go and letting her music flow over you, lift you and take you on an adventure of heart and imagination. Take flight! Bravo, Kaliyani!" says Leigh J. McCloskey (artist, author, visual philosopher and founder of Olandar Foundation for Emerging Renaissance)

STATEMENT OF THE NATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION ON GRAND JURY DECISION NOT TO INDICT OFFICER DARREN WILSON:

The National Bar Association is questioning how the Grand Jury, considering the evidence before them, could reach the conclusion that Darren Wilson should not be indicted and tried for the shooting death of Michael Brown. National Bar Association President Pamela J.  Meanes expresses her sincere disappointment with the outcome of the Grand Jury's decision but has made it abundantly clear that the National Bar Association stands firm and will  be calling on the U.S. Department of Justice to pursue federal charges against officer Darren Wilson. "We will not rest until Michael Brown and his family has justice" states Pamela Meanes, President of the National Bar Association.

President Meanes is requesting that the citizens of Ferguson, Missouri not allow this decision to cause an unnecessary uproar in the community that could lead to arrests, injuries or even deaths of innocent people. "I am asking for everyone to remain as calm as possible and to join in solidarity as we continue to support the family of Michael Brown and put our legal plan into full effect" says President Meanes  "I feel the magnitude of the grand jury's ruling as Ferguson, Missouri is only minutes from where I reside", adds President Meanes.

Over the last couple of months, the National Bar Association has hosted Town Hall meetings informing  attendees of their Fourth Amendment (Search & Seizure) constitutional rights, whether it is legal to record police activity, and how citizens should behave/respond if and when they interface with police officers.  "The death of Michael Brown was the last straw and the catalyst for addressing issues of inequality and racial bias in policing, the justice system, and violence against members of minority communities," states Pamela Meanes.

The family of Michael Brownrequested that District Attorney McCullough step aside and allow a special prosecutor be assigned to the investigation to give the community confidence that the grand jury would conduct a complete and thorough investigation into the tragic shooting death of 18 year old Michael Brown. The grand jury's decision confirms the fear that many expressed months ago - that a fair and impartial investigation would not happen.

"The National Bar Association is adamant about our desire for transformative justice. While we are disappointed with the grand jury's ruling, we are promoting peace on every street corner around the world. The only way to foster systemic change is to organize, educate, and mobilize. We are imploring everyone to fight against the injustice in Ferguson, Missouri and throughout the United States by banding together and working within the confines of the law," states President Meanes.
