Founded New Consciousness Review in 2006, and since 2009 has been hosting NCR Radio, a weekly radio show interviewing authors and filmmakers. She co-founded Luminary Voices, a transformational speakers’ bureau and the conscious podcast platform, NCMedianet.com. For seven years after returning to the US from England, she published New Connexion, a body mind spirit magazine for the Pacific Northwest. Miriam is a long-time student of energy medicine and is a Reiki Master. Prior to embarking on the spiritual path, Miriam worked in hospital administration and industrial research funding, becoming VP of Finance and Administration of a multinational software company.

After moving to the UK, she was the Executive Director of a Public Health quango, and later General Manager of a medical manpower agency. A native of Venezuela and citizen of the world, Miriam speaks four languages and has lived on four continents. She has a BA in Romance Languages and Psychology from Boston University, and an MA in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She is the author of Seeding Change: Inspiring Evolution of Body, Mind & Spirit, (Kindle, 2010) and co-author of What Wags the World, Tales of Conscious Awakening, (O Books, 2014.).
