My Story
We all know how challenging life can be. It takes effort to find the balance between work and personal life. There are obstacles and distractions that can lead to frustration. If you are looking for assistance and solutions, Steven Melman can help.
My guest, filmmaker and musician Ben Joseph Stewart, is a pioneer in the conscious art field. Before his touring rock group Hierosonic disbanded, Ben had already launched his third full length documentary with global viral attention. His feature documentary Kymatica won Best Scientific Film at the New York Independent Film Festival. After producing the Psychedelica and Limitless series for Gaia TV, Ben went on to produce feature films for big influencers such as: The Magic Plant with Pete Evans, DMT Quest, Awake in the Darkness and Unsafe and Ineffective with Aubrey Marcus, as well as Game of Money with Tim Pool. His upcoming course, The Soul of Filmmaking, launches in Spring 2025.
For 27 years I have been helping people in service professions who feel like they are never good enough and never get the appreciation they deserve. I help them regain their self-esteem, build their self-confidence and unlearn their fear and worry.
I do this by means of a holistic method that I developed myself in 1997 after a seven-year training with a Taoist teacher. This method distinguishes itself by a combined physical/mental treatment, which is still relatively unknown in the rest of the world, but has proven to be very successful for 26 years.
Here life processes are explained and one gains insight into what happens in his or her life, which unconsciously learned behavior is the cause of this and how you can easily solve this. It does not take any conscious effort to bring about this change, because this change takes place in the subconscious and is therefore automatically integrated into daily life. 97% of my clients are permanently freed from their complaints during the treatments.
This makes life much simpler, more organized and happier.
DOINA ONCEL is a Founder, Financial Educator and Social Entrepreneur who is REVOLUTIONALIZING TEEN FINANCIAL SUCCESS!
Doina believes that financial freedom isn't about how much money you make—it's about understanding how money works. Her journey started in survival mode. Previously she was on welfare, homeless, buried in $60,000 of debt, and struggling to see a way out. But everything changed when she made one decision: to learn how money really works.
With that knowledge, she started investing—even when she had almost nothing. In just over a decade, she paid off her debt, became an investor, bought her first home, and completely transformed her life. Now, she's passionate about sharing what she learned with others, especially young people, because she knows firsthand that the sooner you understand money, the sooner you can take control of your future.
That's why she created Money Made: The 4-Week (Online) Course That Sets Your Teen Up for a Lifetime of Financial Success—a course that teaches real-life money skills like budgeting, saving, and investing in a simple, relatable way. Her goal is to empower young people and families with the knowledge and confidence to build wealth and create a life of freedom and choice.
Doina is named one of WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women and a Role Model in Barbie's You Can Be Anything campaign. She also received the NCWIT Educator Award and the International Women's Day Award for her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. But more than any title or recognition, her greatest accomplishment is helping others break free from financial stress and step into a future they truly own.

Karen Bruno is a Naturopath, Flower Essence Practitioner, and Reiki Master with almost 15 years of experience in holistic healing. Originally from Brazil, where she received the majority of her training and certification as a naturopath, Karen has dedicated her life to understanding the deeper aspects of existence—exploring emotions, energy, and the unseen forces that shape our reality.
Her passion for this work comes from her own journey of seeking answers and understanding both life and herself. Through this path of self-discovery, she realized it was about much more than just physical or emotional healing—it was about awakening to a greater truth. She found a deeper connection to Source and began to remember who she truly is—who I AM. This profound understanding of her essence, along with her desire to help others remember their own divine nature, has become the guiding force of her path.
Karen’s work is about more than healing—it’s about consciousness expansion. Through Flower Essence Therapy, Reiki, and other energy healing techniques, she helps individuals awaken to their own power and divine connection. She believes healing doesn’t have to be difficult; it can also be a gentle, graceful process, much like the subtle yet profound way Flower Essences work.
In her private sessions and group work, Karen guides people in releasing old patterns and beliefs, or any stuck emotions, allowing them to step fully into the present moment, reclaim their power, and create a life in alignment with their highest potential.
As the wellness manager at Rafi Lounge in Malibu, Karen shares her knowledge with the community, creating a beautiful and powerful space for transformation, healing, and empowerment.

Seth Gehle is a motivational speaker, author, husband, and father of two. Having endured 16 years of childhood trauma, neglect, and abuse, Seth has transformed his pain into a powerful message of resilience and hope. Through his speaking engagements and writing, he inspires others to overcome their own challenges and find strength in adversity. Seth’s journey from a troubled past to a fulfilling present is a testament to the power of perseverance and the human spirit.
At just 30 years old, Seth published his memoir, Strength Beyond the Shadows. While some might consider this a remarkably young age to reflect on life’s experiences, Seth’s journey has been far from ordinary.
With a wealth of lessons learned and stories to share, he’s now taking his message to the stage, inspiring audiences to find empowerment, motivation, and resilience in the face of adversity. Join Seth on his remarkable journey, as chronicled in his memoir, and discover how his emotionally charged story can prepare you to confront and overcome any obstacle that comes your way.
Because life will inevitably test you – will you be ready?
Seth was born in 1994 and was the middle child. He would grow up in a single-mother household after his father went to prison for nearly killing his mother when he was around 2 years old.
At the young age of 5 years old, Seth would be molested by a teenaged boy at his baby sitters house.
By the time Seth was 10 years old, his mother had become addicted to hard drugs and she was very abusive.
Seth was also molested for nearly 6 straight years until he was almost 16 years old. He ended his silence and reported his abuser in 2011.
After high school, Seth moved on with his life and joined the Army.
He was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division where he trained all around the world, which included a combat deployment to Afghanistan.
After serving for 8 years, Seth got out of the Army and joined the construction industry where he has received multiple awards, including national recognition from the NAHB.
Despite Seth’s tumultuous upbringing, he has found a path to hope and healing. He is now married to his amazing wife and has two beautiful children where he resides near Atlanta, GA.
Now, Seth is a motivational speaker and soon to be author of his upcoming memoir, Strength Beyond the Shadows.
Seth hopes to provide hope, healing and inspiration on overcoming trauma and adversity in life. He also provides education of the effects, signs and recovery of trauma.
Noah Solt is an Indie-Folk musician and sea captain whose music navigates the tension and release found in a journey of return. Through gentle, hymn-like melodies, poetic lyrics, and warm acoustic textures, his songs invite listeners to pause and reconnect with their inner luminosity.
Solt’s artistic path has been one of bold exploration and intentional reduction—distilling his work into a more intimate form. While growing up in the Rocky Mountains, Solt’s parents instilled a deep appreciation for simplicity, a clear mind, and a curiosity for the world.
After spending a year at Berklee College of Music, Solt decided to leave and pursue his lifelong dream of sailing worldwide. Yet it wasn’t until he returned from three years at sea that he fully understood how transformative that decision had been. The vast, mysterious, and indifferent sea had not only catalyzed an outward journey for Solt but an inward journey as well. Its raw presence had washed away distraction and allowed him to focus on what mattered. In that deeply personal space, Solt discovered that self-knowledge is life’s greatest treasure–a realization that continues to shape his music today.
Solt’s first album, Big Water, was recorded at the legendary FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and had a bold sound that reflected that chapter in his life. Yet, much like his experience at sea, Solt has since felt called to reduce his music to a more personal space of less sound and deeper resonance. His evolving style moves toward ethereal folk, though he continues to explore and refine this emerging direction.
Now anchored in San Francisco, Solt lives aboard his sailboat. The city’s vibrant creative energy and diverse culture fuel his artistic growth. His upcoming album, The Flight of Fallen Leaves, deepens this evolution. Blending poetic songwriting with the quiet wisdom gained from life at sea, Solt’s music reminds us that every step—no matter how uncertain—is part of a journey back home toward who we already are.
Solt’s unique background as a musician and sailor infuses his work with a rare depth and authenticity. His experiences sailing the world’s oceans have given him time to reflect on what really matters to him, creating an introspective and expansive sound. Solt’s performances, whether intimate house concerts or larger venue shows are known for creating a pause where audiences can find a moment to reflect on what matters to them.
As Solt continues to evolve as an artist, he remains committed to creating music that serves as a space for those seeking reconnection to themselves in an often chaotic world. His dedication to his craft and unique life experiences position him as a rising star in the Indie Folk scene, offering a space for listeners to pause, return to themselves, and reconnect with their inner luminosity.

An award winning author and playwright, Alretha Thomas is making her name through her pen. She started at the age of ten, when her 5th grade teacher picked and read her short story assignment in front of the class—that simple, loving act empowered a new writer. Continuing in high school, her numerous original oratorical conquests on the Speech Team led her to a journalism concentration at USC.
Upon graduating, Alretha soon realized that her interest in journalism was not heartfelt. While at the taping of a live sitcom, the producer noticed her and encouraged her hand at modeling. Modeling didn’t mean much to her, but it did lead her to acting and a NAACP Theatre Award Nomination (1993) for BEST ACTRESS. Alretha left acting and began to write full time. Her church gave her an outlet to fulfill her writing desires through their Liturgical Fine Arts Department wherein Alretha penned twelve theatre pieces—the community response was overwhelming.
This led to full length plays outside of the church. In 2002, The Stella Adler Theater presented A Shrine to Junior. The play was nominated for an NAACP Theatre Award and in 2004, Alretha’s play, Civil Rites, was the recipient of an NAACP Theatre Award. Her play Grandpa’s Truth ran at the Inglewood Playhouse in Inglewood, California in 2006, and was extended more than once by popular demand. Not only did radio station KJLH support by recommending this production to its listeners, but notables like the Mayor of Inglewood, Roosevelt Dorn, and music legends like Freda Payne and Stevie Wonder had critical acclaim for Grandpa’s Truth. This wonderful piece was featured on Channel 5 (KTLA News) by Entertainment Reporter, Sam Rubin. Additionally, in 2007, Alretha’s play, Sacrificing Simone had a successful run at Stage 52 in Los Angeles and was called “an inspirational crowd pleaser” by the Los Angeles Times and in 2009, Alretha’s groundbreaking One, Woman Two Lives, starring Kellita Smith (The Bernie Mac Show), directed by four-time NAACP Image Award Best Director recipient Denise Dowse, garnered rave reviews from critics and audiences.
In between plays Alretha’s first novel, Daughter Denied, was launched in 2008 and has received glowing reviews from readers and book clubs across the country. Representing her book, Alretha has been the guest on many radio shows and television shows including San Francisco Public Affairs show Bay Sunday with Barbara Rodgers on CBS affiliate, KPIX Channel 5. In 2011, Alretha launched her second novel Dancing Her Dreams Away, and it was also well received. Her third novel, Married in the Nick of Nine, spawned a four book series that was acquired by Soul Mate Publishing in January 2014. In August 2014, Alretha was awarded the Jessie Redmon Fauset Literary Award for her indie novel, Four Ladies Only. In 2016, Alretha created the Detective Rachel Storme Mystery Series: Justice for Jessica, Losing Lauren, and A Penny for Her Heart. In 2018 Alretha’s Women on Retford Drive debuted followed by The Truth About Gretchen in 2019.

The partners in COHealth founded the company based on a shared experience of caring for aging family members at home. To dramatically improve the health and quality of life for all concerned in this phase of our lives, we have introduced the Carebidet.
John Larson has spent the last few decades in technology and media between the east coast, west coast and Dubai, UAE. Marketing and Sales success dominated the early portion of his career, reaching C-level management with a focus on startups, launches and turnarounds. This led to branching into consultancy and the partnership that formed COHealth and the launch of the Carebidet.
The Carebidet complete intelligent (and automated) toileting care system, which can be worn in bed, includes 5 distinct functions: detection, removal of waste and odor, washing, drying, and ongoing moisture management. Once caregivers are quickly trained on the Carebidet, neither they nor your client/user will ever want to go back to providing toileting care the old-fashioned way.
