Guest Occupation: Green Living Pioneer and Mentor, Advocate, Holistic and Sustainable Living Podcaster and organic farm owner
Guest Biography:

Amy is a Green Living Pioneer, Speaker, Author, Trusted Advisor in Holistic and Sustainable Living and Podcaster.

With over 30 years of experience in green living, holistic health, and sustainable practices, she guides eco-conscious, health-focused female entrepreneurs to detox their homes, bodies, and lives—without the overwhelm.

"I didn’t wait for a health crisis to begin detoxing my life—I was raised by a nutrition-savvy mom and a chef stepfather, who also gardened. That early exposure planted the seeds of awareness, but it wasn’t until I was pregnant with my daughter that everything changed. I picked up a book about non-toxic baby care from a health food store and was stunned to learn that many everyday products—shampoos, cleaners, even baby toys—were legally allowed to contain toxic chemicals. That was my wake-up call!

I dove deep into researching food systems, corporate deception, greenwashing, and environmental toxins—and I hasn’t stopped. For over 30 years, I’ve been on a mission to help others detox their food, homes, and lives so they can thrive without relying on pharmaceuticals. But this mission hasn’t come without its challenges."

From a childhood influenced by a nutrition-focused mom and a great aunt who cultivated her own food and made soap, my passion for eco-friendly living was ignited early. Her transformation began upon discovering the alarming presence of toxins in conventional food and household products, highlighting the scant protection offered to consumers.

As a seasoned advocate for environmental health and a leader in sustainable lifestyle education, Amy has dedicated her life to empowering women with the knowledge and tools needed for a vibrant, toxin-free lifestyle. Through her Green Living Now Podcast, transformative online programs like the Organic Food Blueprint, and the 5-Day Green Living Kickstart Challenge, to provide clear, actionable strategies to eliminate toxins, make confident organic food choices, and adopt holistic lifestyle changes.

My guest, Georgia Jean had a “knock you to the floor” spiritual event in 2004 where she connected with The Circle of Light, a non-physical collective supporting humanity through the evolutionary shift. She spontaneously developed the ability to channel them verbally and transmit their frequencies energetically. Since then, through thousands and thousands of transmissions, they have shared one of the most comprehensive overviews of how the Matrix of reality is created. And most importantly, how we can generate radical shifts to assist both personal and collective evolution. Assisting humanity to move from a 3D to 5D reality is their specialty. Georgia and the Circle of Light are Amazon bestselling authors, and have been featured on Gaia TV. Guest Occupation: Master Gardener, Horticulturist
Guest Biography:

I’m Idaho Bo, a horticulture
junkie in love with plants since I was a kid, when my German-born mom schooled me in
flower names and natural cures, all while I roamed wild in the 1960s SoCal fields,
mountains and beaches. Forget Barbies, I was catching horned toads and frogs, picking
flowers and growing plants in the backyard early on!
I earned a Horticulture degree in Cali, then hauled my know-how to Idaho, receiving a
Master Gardener certification from Ada County Extension to learn how to tame this frosty
dirt. I’ve worked in many plant nurseries, sculpted landscapes, and drowned neighbors in
so much veggie loot, they started barricading their doors—cue my Food Safety Advisor gig,
where I now can teach the masses to pickle, ferment, and pressure-can like champs.
With Vic, we’re slinging a century of plant-powered sass: organic gardening, sustainable
living, and herbal alchemy —I’ve got a side hustle whipping up organic tinctures and beauty
brews from herbs I grow or sustainably forage on my hikes in this wild Idaho landscape.
Chickens? Check. Goats? Been there. Foraging mushrooms and berries? Oh, honey,
Mother Nature’s my BFF. So buckle up, ‘cause we’re dishing up the dirt with a side smirk
and a dash of love!

Don't forget to check out Idaho Bo's new podcast with co-host Vivacious Vic!

Wales, Bo and Vic bring practical wisdom and a passion for eco-conscious living.

Guest Occupation: Gardening Guru
Guest Biography:

Meet Vivacious Vicki, a gardening guru with a green thumb and a knack for making
landscapes practical, sustainable and beautiful. Born in Idaho, Vicki started gardening at
age 10 and has been digging in the dirt ever since. She’s a certified expert with a Master
Gardener certification, a Bach Flower Remedy certificate, and a permaculture
certificate—She approaches all of these interests and talents with passion and respect for
the forces and patience of nature. At the age of 68 it has become very important to add wit
and whimsy to her projects because in her experience the universe often has other plans for
how things turn out and it is usually better than planned.

For 20 years, Vicki owned a garden landscape business, turning ordinary yards into
extraordinary oases. Now, she’s thriving in Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and
consulting, and all aspects of food harvest and preservation, helping folks grow their own
veggies and create backyard paradises so stunning, even the squirrels stop to stare.
With her infectious enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge, Vicki will have you smiling all the
way to the compost pile.
