Australian born Craig Hubbard is Founder and principal designer for KiSS Ankle Co. Craig
played NBL basketball (Australian equivalent of the NBA) while he studied Engineering then
later attained a degree in Biomechanics and Exercise Rehabilitation. As an athlete he injured
fingers, thumbs and ankles, and confused and frustrated by rehab and return to play options,
he developed his own he could play or work in. His first US patent was the heat molding
thumb brace now copied around the globe.
He dedicated 1.5 years to understanding the ‘function’ of ankle injury and repair and
consulting Ankle surgeons before designing the ‘form’ of devices to address the injury and
effectively prevent it. Simply titled ‘An Ankle Brace’ his second US Patent forms the basis
for KiSS ankle systems for PPE and for rehab.
He found others wanted protection and function, including some of Australia’s elite ankle and
hand surgeons, athletes and teams, who often competed when they otherwise couldn't.
Surgeons loved the Medical Intent; The products were both medical and safety devices while
others were, and still are just braces, and taping, little more than an anachronism and source
of revenue for trainers and Physiotherapists.
Craig is a passionate advocate for independent testing and standards for Ankle PPE,
lobbying the NOCSAE which tests all other US sports safety equipment, from helmets to
shin pads, but strangely not those devices used on the most common sports injury on the
planet. Craig still lives and works in Australia where he facilitates the local manufacture of
high-quality hand-made ankle PPE and exercise rehabilitation systems for export around the
world.

Her love of performing began very early as she tapped her way on the stage of a big auditorium in Albany, NY at the age of 5. That year, Helene took her first trip to NYC and knew she wanted to live there and thus two big dreams were born and fulfilled almost two decades later! Recent projects include filming a new indie episodic, “Peri-Street- the series”, some sketch comedy videos for You-tube, casting three musical projects and writing her first play, which won Honorable Mention in a festival! Stacy Raymond is a Clinical Psychologist in private practice for nearly 24 years. She is a trauma specialist and an Approved Consultant in EMDR. The daughter of a retired police officer and US Marine, Stacy dedicates half her practice hours to working with First Responders and Military Veterans. In 2020 she created Responder Wellness Inc—a non-profit charity for EMS, Police & Fire. Stacy co-leads a weekly free Peer Support Meeting for first responders, along with Bonnie Rumilly.
Bonnie Rumilly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of Adults, Adolescents, Children and First Responders. Bonnie worked in Newtown treating Trauma directly after the Sandy Hook School Shootings and is an EMDR therapist. She is a Board Member of the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team, Inc., which treats First Responders for PTSD and Trauma. Bonnie is also a 21-year Emergency Medical Technician, and retired Chief of her EMS agency.
In addition to hosting Responder Resilience, Bonnie co-leads a weekly peer support group for first responders along with Dr. Stacy Raymond.
