Guest Biography:

Stephanie McAuliffe, founder of The Way of the Diamond Warrior, Author, Master Healer and Coach, and 27 years ex-Wall Street.

Stephanie B. McAuliffe is the Founder of The Way of The Diamond Warrior - created to empower women to walk in the legitimacy of who they are. She has helped hundreds of women unravel their patterns and reclaim their sense of self. She speaks extensively about healing our stories and stepping into our true selves.  Stephanie is the Author of her latest international best-seller “THE IMPACT OF SILENCE: Self-Mastery Practices for Women: Stepping into Your Power and Embodying the Happiness That's Your Birthright”. (Launched 3/23.)

Her world felt like it fell apart when within one year, her 10-year marriage and 27-year career on Wall Street both ended. She had what she calls a mini nervous breakdown and then made the choice to say “yes” to herself. She was determined to heal her traumas, the stories she’d carried, and to step into the truth of who she truly is. She now works with women to heal all aspects of their stories and to step into the legitimacy of who they are.

She also shared...

In addition to 27 years on Wall Street:

  • Founded and operated a gourmet preserves business ahead of its time
  • An international best-selling author
  • Worked and trained with healers and coaches worldwide
  • Is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master
  • Certified Oracle Guide, an intuitive healer, and studied mediumship with world-renowned mediums
  • Led all sessions for a 3-day Serenity Retreat in January 2020 for 65 women
  • Appeared in the March 2020 movie “Speakers Who Dare” as the sole healer who dares.
  • In her free time, she’s an avid cyclist, nature enthusiast, and a lover of art and live music. She fully uses all of her senses to enjoy this wondrous life she has been given.

The Way of the Diamond Warrior was created as a revolution to a new state of being in this world. You have facets that want to be seen, most importantly by you. You’re not here to be controlled or manipulated or silenced. The silencing isn’t just of your voice, it’s of your soul. There are millions of things that needed to happen for your existence here on this planet. The fact that you’re here speaks to your legitimacy. It goes far beyond worthiness.

“When you let go of the reins to the world around you, and focus on the truth of who you really are, your essence emanates from you. There’s nothing you need to prove anymore. As you shift, the world around you naturally shifts, and the only change may be within you. This is true, incredible freedom.

I believe there is no story that can’t be given a voice. I teach you alternative ways of doing and being. I see you transformed before my very eyes and always see the light and perfection of who you are. Some of my clients thought they’d always have to live with their pains. Through our work together, they’ve been able to forever free themselves.”

The listeners are welcome to take a free assessment that will help them identify where they may be leaking their power and energy.

Guest Biography:

CHRIS PAN

I was born in Taipei and moved to Cincinnati when I was 7, not speaking a word of English. I had a lonely childhood as I couldn’t communicate for 2 years and was bullied often as the only scrawny Asian kid in my class. The local Chinese church was my refuge and I discovered my love for group singing there, and I ended up learning guitar and leading weekly services.

After college, I focused on my career and stepped away from music until I was working at Facebook where I started a cover band with colleagues in 2009. It brought me so much joy.

After I left Facebook and went through a terrible break-up in 2013, I ended up at an intense personal growth retreat called the Hoffman Process where we surrendered our phones and immersed ourselves in 15-hours of deep inner work each day.

I played for the first time in decades and found myself releasing a lifetime of sadness, stress, and anxiety. I felt true joy for the first time ever. I felt for the first time. I had numbed most of my life as a way to protect myself.

On the last day, we were invited to set an intention for our next chapter. Mine was to bring this magical experience of connecting with our true selves to those who didn’t have a week and $5k. That was the vision for my next chapter – a safe space for inner work and connection, and make it fun and accessible for everyone to enjoy.

After the retreat, I was still in a world of pain. I would wake-up and karaoke for an hour to soothe. Songs like “Let Her Go” and “When I Was Your Man” allowed me to release my feelings. I remember hearing “Don’t You Worry Child” and thought how powerful that message was and how cool it would be to sing that together with others.

When I moved to LA in 2013, I started hosting gatherings at my house called SpiritSundays where we would sing, move, paint, play, and make intention bracelets. I am not a jewelry guy. But I loved the conversations asking someone their WORD would spark, and the connection we would have when I stamped someone their WORD.

For the past 9 years, I’ve been trying different forms of therapy, and have found embodiment work to be the most powerful for me as a lot of our stress and traumas are stored in our body. Talking alone is not enough for me.

I’ve been leading inspirational workshops since I was in college, and a lot the past 9 years with MyIntent. So VoMo is just the next evolution of my workshops with a lot of live music and vocal activation to take people on the journey of a lifetime – from their head to their heart where they find their true intention.

Vision for VoMo & MyIntent:

The world in harmony, living with intent.Through intentional movement of our bodies and voices, we create joy and gain freedom. These self-care practices enable us to feel loved and inspired to serve. Find your clarity. Live with purpose. Use your voice. All are invited. Come as you are and feel at home. This is a safe and judgmental-free space for play, discovery, and connection. We’ve never been so isolated, stressed, and divided. As we arise together, we will be the change for our generation.

With service,

Chris Pan

Guest Biography:

ERICA M. ELLIOTT, M.D.

Erica was born into a large family with a Swiss mother and an American father. Throughout her childhood, Erica moved with her family from one part of the world to another due to her father’s work. She began her schooling in England, graduated from high school in Germany, and then studied art in Florence, Italy, before returning to the States to attend college.

The seeds for becoming a medical doctor were first sown when she spent a summer in Switzerland learning from her uncle, an eccentric and brilliant medical doctor. It took many years before those seeds sprouted.

Erica came to medicine later than most medical students, after pursuing other careers and interests, including teaching grade school and herding sheep on the Navajo Reservation, mountain climbing in the Andes while serving in the Peace Corps in South America, teaching Outward Bound students wilderness survival in the Rocky Mountains, studying spiritual practices, and traveling abroad.

After graduating from the University of Colorado Medical School and completing her residency in family practice in Denver, Erica worked in Cuba, New Mexico, where she fulfilled her National Health Service obligation. From there she worked in a number of settings including a clinic for indigent care, a local emergency room, a women’s clinic, a multispecialty clinic, and finally, in 1993, Dr. Elliott opened her own private practice in her co-housing community, The Commons, which she helped found in the early 1990s.

Dr. Elliott’s unrelenting curiosity has led her on many eye-opening and heart-opening adventures. The years she spent living in foreign cultures, both as a child and an adult, enabled her to bring a fresh perspective to her life’s work.

Dr. Elliott specializes in family practice and environmental medicine. Her private medical practice grew rapidly and soon she was treating patients who came to her from other parts of the country, as well as local patients. She has been nicknamed the “Health Detective.” She finds deep meaning and purpose through helping her patients find relief from their suffering.

Over the years, Erica has given radio talks, interviews, webinars, workshops at Esalen and Omega Institutes, and a TEDx talk about living in co-housing. She is the co-author of Prescriptions for a Healthy House, and the author of Medicine and Miracles in the High Desert: My Life among the Navajo People.

“I want my patients concerns addressed and enjoy helping care for both routine and complicated problems in children and adults.
