Lisa is a passionate corporate governance change leader who leads a collective of senior specialists that shape, drive and implement ‘right sized’ efficient governance policy and related frameworks and processes holistically in businesses.

Having worked in both the private and public sector with a career that spans well over two decades in governance at varying levels, Lisa has defined and rejuvenated governance frameworks and processes enabling effective decision making in organisations. She has done this through advising Chairs, Boards, Committees, Managing Directors and Executives on corporate governance, enabling active and adaptive management approaches to aid in delivery of their business strategy.

Lisa is passionate about coaching, guiding and providing thought leadership to Boards, Executive Management and governance professionals. She relishes the opportunity to support the continuous improvement of their personal effectiveness and mindsets to enable the delivery of effective governance within their organisation at both strategic and operational levels.

Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Management, a Post Graduate of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Intensive Course. Lisa is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching Practitioner and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate Member of the Governance Institute (formerly Chartered Secretaries) and is a member of the Australian Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Belfast born guitarist Peter Bullick, lauded by the press for his passionate and exceptional playing, paid his dues playing clubs and theatres across the UK and Europe for many years.  The constant touring allowed Peter to develop his own style while holding dear guitarist Rory Gallagher and others who were a big influence on his playing. Of all the guitarists that influenced Peter it was Paul Kossoff with whom he connected with the most. The Bonham Bullick album takes you on a journey with songs from O.V. Wright, Johnnie Taylor, Ann Peebles, Bernard Fowler, Mark Lanegan and others.  Deborah and Peter throughout the recording process of the album have shown a deep respect for the original songs while reaching deep into their hearts and souls to make each song an exciting new adventure for the listener.  The Bonham Bullick album is scheduled to be released in early 2021 on the California based label Quarto Valley Records.

Mehran Tavakoli Keshe was born in Iran in 1958, son of an X-ray engineer. He was introduced to the world of radiation and nuclear science at a very young age. In 1981 he graduated from Queen Mary College, University of London, as a nuclear engineer specializing in reactor technology system control. He has spent the years since then completing a system for the production of gravity and energy using a radioactive hydrogen-fueled reactor that is clean and safe. He has covered all aspects of the design of a new plasma nuclear system from the very beginning to its present stage. This has included the design, the fuel, testing and practical applications. He has concentrated on completing the full range of his technology for launching into the scientific world and industry.
