As I journeyed through the levels of the Healing Touch program I was surprised to find out that all documentation was done on paper and everyone had their own forms. To raise the bar of professionalism I developed an electronic program for documentation of sessions. I would like to talk about my program, Kinetic Hands.

I started my lifelong healthcare career in 1976 as an aide in the nursing home. From there I started my formal education graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 1980, Associate Degree Nurse (ADN) 1984, Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing (BSN) 1995 and then graduated from a Family Nurse Practitioner program with my Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) 2000. As I worked in a multitude of areas my ability to relate with client’s changed. I started to connect on an energetic level and I knew that there was more to learn. The opportunity presented itself at the Mind, Body and Soul by Scripp Medical conference that I attended in 2010. I experienced Healing Touch (HT) for the first time and returned home with a desire to immerse myself into the peace that I found as Anne Day, CHTP-I, worked on me. I had truly begun the lifelong process of healing from the inside out. The journey thus far has been amazing and my guides are invaluable. I am looking forward to the future and connections I will be making with everyone in the HT profession.

I am happy to talk about my books, 'Echoes' and 'Freya's Child' which has just been re-released after being taken on by a publisher, Crimson Cloak. I have just finished three other books at various editing stages and i wrote a faerie story collection for young children to encourage them to learn morals and live in harmony with nature. I wrote these originally for my daughter who has autism and dyspraxia. I wrote the 'Rose Faerie' to show her it was oaky to be different and it is for others to learn to accept and not judge.

I love history as being adopted I don't have one of my own - so am nosy into everyone elses'! I walk in nature every day with my dog, Sidney, I dance, sing, enjoy a glass or bottle of wine and fine ales! Love a good film and Italian food. I live life with my husband of nearly twenty-two years having fell in love instantly.

“Looking at the Unseen: My Guide Dog Journey” is the story of Olivia’s ten-year struggle to get a guide dog. Not just any dog—but the one God has for her. As a legally blind wife/mother, Olivia goes from a novice to a competent guide dog handler. After three difficult attempts, the wait was worth it. What types of obstacles does she encounter? Can she conquer her doubts, fears, and criticism from others? Come along with her on this incredible journey of faith in everyday life, for both blind and sighted alike. it is one that will definitely inspire, challenge, and inform.

Olivia has a BA in Psychology from Cal Baptist University, ’77, and a second BA from Cal State Bakersfield, in Fine Arts, with a concentration in Vocal Music/ English. She taught Choir to K-6 Graders for Fresno Unified, from 1990-92. She has been married to her husband Jim, for over 25 years. They live in Fresno, with their son, James,who is away in college. She enjoys Oldies from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, old-Time Radio, baking, biking, bowling, hiking, and reading. She’s been active in Bible Study Fellowship, and in her Women’s Ministry at church, and sings in the Choir.She writes devotions/articles for myjourneyoffaith.com and mjofmagazine. Com both on-line sites. She has been an advocate for the blind and disabled locally, statewide, and nationally.

I am the author of the dolphin love novel "Wet Goddess" (2010), the memoir "Growing Up In The Orgone Box: Secrets of a Reichian Childhood" (2014) and the forthcoming "The Mel-Khyor Chronicle," a UFO novel due out this summer.  I am also the subject of the award-winning documentary "Dolphin Lover" (2015).

Born 1951 in New Jersey to a family that believed in Wilhelm Reich's crazy "orgone energy" theories. Graduated New College of Florida, 1974.  I ran a photo lab in Seattle from 1980-1985 and worked as a reporter covering the Navajo Nation, 1992-1999.  Retired in 2013, now freelancing my photography and self-publishing my books.
