Guest Occupation: Championship-Winning Football Coach, Author, Transformational Speaker
Guest Biography:

Coach Mikki is a championship-winning football coach, author, and transformational speaker who empowers people to build unshakable belief and win the inner game first. Known for breaking barriers and building champions on and off the field, she inspires audiences to start strong, finish strong, and dominate everything in between.

"The Most Courageous Thing You Can Do.. Is Be Yourself!" – Coach Mikki

My purpose has always been rooted in heart, hustle, and hope.

I grew up learning from my dad (#63 on the field) a man who taught me that the game of football isn’t just about plays or scoreboards; it’s about people! He showed me the value of hard work, discipline, and integrity long before I ever stepped on a field. Those lessons became the foundation for how I coach, how I lead, and how I live.

When I started coaching, I quickly realized my calling wasn’t just to teach the game  it was to reach the kids who felt left behind. The ones who didn’t always start, who didn’t always get noticed, but who had fire in their hearts and just needed someone to believe in them. I see them because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to fight for a spot, to be underestimated, and to rise anyway. That’s why I do what I do.

Because every player , and every person deserves a coach who sees their potential before they see it themselves.

My purpose is to help people discover that strength within them,  to show them that the same grit, focus, and heart it takes to win on the field can transform their lives off it. Whether it’s an athlete, a business professional, or someone simply trying to find their next step, I help them build confidence, resilience, and belief that they can still win,  no matter the score.

This is more than football to me. It’s about building character, creating leaders, and giving hope to those who once felt left behind. That’s my purpose,  and it’s my honor to live it every single day.

"I believe that everyone deserves a comeback story. That belief comes from my own journey of starting over, pushing through challenges, and proving that it’s never too late to win your game." – Mikki St. Germain
