- Your music track will be played on BBS Radio TV’s main live audio station streams (Station 1 and Station 2), airing multiple times per day, 24/7, between live talk shows for a period of six months, as well many other station streams. These streams are syndicated to over 190 of the largest Broadcast Stations, Social Networks Sites, Radio Applications and Podcast Networks on the Internet, literally reaching every country and province on the planet.

- Your music track will be included in BBS Radio TV’s Music Station Stream, which is also syndicated to major online radio platforms, social media sites, and podcast portals across the world wide web.

- Your information and music track will be shared with more than 100 talk show hosts who broadcast podcasts on AM, FM, and internet radio platforms throughout the United States, including BBS Radio TV in Houston, Texas, LA Talk Radio in Los Angeles, California, and WNEW HD3 102.7.3 in New York, New York. These hosts may choose to interview you and play your track on their programs. They will contact you if they like what they heard and desire an interview.
Other Possible Outcomes include:
- Your music track may be submitted to a record label for consideration.
- Your music track may be submitted for consideration in our “Best of Awards.”
- Your music track may be submitted for inclusion in our newsletter.
- Your music track may be submitted for inclusion in our online magazine.
Here’s the current situation if you write your own lyrics and use Suno (e.g., Suno AI) to generate the music:
1. Your Lyrics Are Yours
- If you write the lyrics yourself, you automatically own those lyrics and the copyright to them as soon as they’re fixed in a tangible form (like written down or in a recording) — regardless of Suno. Suno Help+1
2. Music Generated by Suno Has Separate Rules
Ownership of the music track (melody/instrumental/arrangement) created by Suno depends largely on:
- Your subscription plan:
- On paid plans (Pro/Premier), Suno’s Terms say that you are assigned the rights to the output you generate while subscribed and are granted commercial use rights. Suno+1
- On free/basic plans, the outputs are generally limited to non-commercial use only and Suno retains broader ownership or rights. Suno AI
3. But Copyright Law Is Different from “Ownership” in Terms
Even if Suno’s terms assign you rights to use and commercially exploit the track:
- In many countries (including the U.S.), copyright requires significant human contribution. AI-generated music — even with your lyrics — may not be eligible for copyright protection because the melody/arrangement wasn’t composed by a human. Suno Help+1
- In other words:
- You may own the rights to use, distribute, and monetize the track under Suno’s Terms,
- But a copyright office might not grant a formal copyright on the AI-generated parts of the song (the music) because it’s not “human-authored.” Suno Help
4. What You Can Do Practically
- You own your lyrics and can copyright them separately.
- If you’re on a paid plan, you typically have commercial rights to the full track (according to Suno’s terms).
- But formal copyright registration of the music itself may be denied by a copyright office because current law in many jurisdictions doesn’t recognize purely AI-generated composition as copyrightable.

- You may include different music descriptions, which will influence the final outcome, and will result in additional, unique, original works of art.
