Our guest is Mark Gerzon, Founder and President of Mediators Foundation. If the 2020 election has taught us anything, it's that America is divided right down the middle. We will discuss how to get beyond the divisiveness and rancor of the largest presidential election in American history. Join Maria and I as we discuss with Mark Gerzon where we go from here!
Most people sell their business services and products based on their own expertise, but Kristin Zhivago takes this sales approach mindset and flips it upside down to talk about why success is enhanced when based on providing what customers need first. Kristin Zhivago is the president of Zhivago Partners, a digital marketing management company that serves both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) clients in a variety of industries. Zhivago’s career began in the high-tech industry; she and her husband, through their high-tech agency, helped introduce and market all of the technologies we take for granted today. When the web emerged as a commercial medium, she branched out into other industries and re-invented herself to become a revenue coach, helping CEOs and entrepreneurs sell the way their customers want to buy. Her 5-star book, Roadmap to Revenue: How to Sell the Way Your Customers Want to Buy was chosen by Forbes as one of the top sales and marketing books. Zhivago speaks frequently on the subject of the customer’s buying process, which she was one of the first to identify as being key to selling to today’s customers, and about building your business to compete effectively in our fast-changing, hyper-competitive markets.

author, speaker, podcaster, and pastor/teacher
Bill Simpson is a consummate professional, as an author, speaker, podcaster, and pastor/teacher. He's been a missionary in West Africa and a pastor to two congregations. These experiences, coupled with his seminary training and years in the marketplace, have led to his discovery of know the amazing promise Jesus made to us - “That if we remain in him, and his words remain in us, we can ask for whatever we want and we'll receive it!”.
Author of How to Ask God - for What He Wants to Give You, and What Men Crave - Spoiler: It's Not Money, Sex, or Power.
As an ardent follower of Jesus since 1982, I have experienced the wonderful truth of praying the way Jesus taught us to pray, especially in asking for his Kingdom to come. Thinking about God throughout the day by frequently launching "flare prayers" and "text praying" have taught me how to have a truly personal relationship with the Creator and Sustainer of the universe. As I have grown older, I have come to realize life is about understanding how desperately dependent on God we are.
Author of four books, one in the language of Wolof in Senegal, West Africa, and three in English. The English titles are: How to Ask God - for What He Wants to Give You, Take 10 to Menó - 10 Minute Readings thru Colossians, and What Men Crave - Spoiler: It's Not Money, Sex, or Power. All books are available on Amazon, Leadership Books, and all other online book distributors.
Bill and his wife, Tammy, both grew up in Fuquay-Varina, NC. They were married shortly after Bill graduated from NC State's College of Engineering in 1981. A few months after their marriage, Bill became a follower of Jesus. After 9 years of success in business, the Simpsons realized the Lord was leading them in an entirely new direction. They sold their home and company in order for Bill to attend seminary at Columbia International University in Columbia, SC in preparation for overseas ministry. After graduation, they served as church planters in Senegal, West Africa where Bill soon became the Field Director. They served with the mission agency, SIM, for six years in Senegal. Bill’s first book was an explanation of practical theology written in Wolof, the primary language of Senegal.
When the Simpsons returned to the US in 1997, Bill was privileged to pastor their home church in High Point, NC, Community Bible Church. He served there for almost 10 years and then returned to the marketplace as a leadership consultant. Over the next 5 years, he held positions in energy efficiency and conservation with two Fortune 100 companies. Bill and Tammy were led back to the pastorate in March of 2012, as he became the Lead Pastor of Manchester Creek Community Church in Rock Hill, SC. Bill and Tammy resigned from pastoring to move to Wilmington, NC where he now writes and podcasts full-time.
Motivational Speaker, Pet Psychic and Trainer
Motivational Speaker, Pet Psychic, and Trainer
With so many ways to say the same thing, have you thought about how you communicate with family, friends, co-workers, &/or difficult people? Most likely yes. Let's add another layer. How do you communicate with nature, animals, the world? Pet Psychic & Communicator Aminah, will show you the layers of communication that all of us have. How to do and be better at not only sending out your messages but maybe, & more importantly, receiving the correct messages.
Hearing the passion in which Aminah speaks is a joy because she adds her lifelong experiences in hearing the animals, flowers, and the world speaks. Quote: "All my life I have spoken to and heard the animals, plants, people, & earth. When I was very young I just thought everyone did but quickly realized this was not the case as no one seemed to "see" and "hear" what I did. Now, having spent a lifetime working hands-on with all types of pets, exotic animals, trained, worked in veterinarian care, actively involved in promoting rescue services, teaching co-existing, besides all my experience with nature in all forms, it is humbling to get to share all this knowledge with others.”
Aminah's Story
"All my life I have spoken to and heard the animals. When I was very young I just thought everyone did but quickly realized this was not the case as no one seemed to "see" and "hear" what I did. Having spent a lifetime working hands-on with all types of "pets", exotic animals, trained, worked in veterinarian care, and been actively involved in promoting rescue services, it is humbling to now get to share all this knowledge with others. By helping to read other people's animals is now the way I share this magical gift so they too can "hear" their furry children. Every reading is different, as we and our pets are all unique. Join me as I travel the world, help others, grow in knowledge, and every day help the animals."
Aminah's Gift
"I imagine every psychic is different, so for me, my best connection is You. Your relationship/tie to your pet, living or not, is my connection to you both. That is why I do not need to have us all in the same place or even the same plain. Let me help you strengthen that bond with a better understanding for you both."
Fighter Jet pilot, Entrepreneur & CEO Six Pack Abs & LuxeSkin MedSpa, Naperville
If you’re interested in knowing how I turned from client to owner of SixPack Abs, let’s start with a confession:
Even though my hard work and determination resulted in tons of success in business, I couldn’t make a dent in the extra pounds around my middle. At least not on my own.
I had to admit I needed help, and once I did my research into healthy, long-term weight loss it led me to VIP Platinum Coaching at SixPackAbs.
With one-on-one coaching, tailor-made supplements and research-driven insights, I saw quick results, both physically and mentally. Within 8 weeks, I lost 12 pounds with the nutrition plan alone!
I’ve kept the weight off for around 2 years now, all the while keeping my eye on the SixPackAbs company. As the founder and CEO of Harter Investment Strategies, I look for great companies poised to go to the next level. And I became increasingly impressed by SixPacks’ culture, community and growing commitment to client satisfaction.
Wait… client satisfaction isn’t the right word. What really got me fired up was seeing SixPack’s growing passion for their client’s success.
I saw that passion in every person I met when I visited company headquarters in Austin, Texas. My coach tweaked my workouts in a way that significantly improved my results. The newest SixPack trainer, Thomas Deleaur, couldn’t wait to give me a sample of Thermofast, and now I can’t imagine being without it. Mark Mcilyar and Clark Bartram from the Abs After Forty program shared their workout and blew me away with their health, strength and vitality.
So, it was the people and the passion that sealed the deal. And now I couldn’t be happier about investing nearly five decades of experience in this business … while the SixPack team invests in you. Hoping success to you!!!

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW
Legendary guitarist & songwriter Tommy Bolin’s Teaser album was recorded at The Record Plant in Los Angeles, CA in July 1975 with additional recording at Electric Lady Studios in New York (September), and Trident Studios in London (October). It was mixed at Trident Studios in London by Dennis MacKay. Production credits went to Tommy Bolin and Lee Kiefer except for “People People” and “Marching Powder,” which were produced by Dennis MacKay. Those two tracks were done late to fill out the album out better and required Tommy and Dennis to travel back to Electric Lady to record the material. MacKay would go on to co-produce Private Eyes with Tommy in 1976.
Private Eyes/Tommy Bolin released in 1976. After recording finished at Cherokee the album was mixed at Trident Studios in London. MacKay demonstrated great skill in editing and mixing the material, turning seven days of rapid recording by an unrehearsed band into an iconic album. Dennis MacKay would go on to engineer or produce a remarkable range of artists including Tommy Bolin, Jeff Beck, Judas Priest, Return to Forever, Billy Cobham, Brand X, Gong, Pat Travers, Al DiMeola, David Bowie, Mick Ronson, Jack Bruce, Whitney Houston and the list goes on and on …. Mackay won a Grammy Award in 2010 for the Stanley Clarke Band Best Contemporary Jazz Album.

Life Coach Podcaster
I believe you deserve to live your best life. Your life should be rich and filled with wonderful health, fulfilling relationships, involved in jobs and careers that you love and are passionate about and be blessed with financial abundance.
Why is it that some people struggle along in life, never get out of first gear or hit their limits and feel stuck and confused, yet for others they seem to have the golden touch and everything in their life seems to be working and extremely rewarding?
There is no need to feel hopeless, frustrated and out of control.
If that is how you feel or you are looking to break though existing limits. then let me show you how.
I work with you to identify and change your paradigms – which are your habits and beliefs – which are preventing you from achieving the results you truly want in every area of your life. I focus on the primary goals and objectives YOU want to achieve.
My Coaching is a strategically designed mix of education, accountability, and action. Action toward the progressive realization of your dreams.
Your goals might be in the areas of financial and career success, self-image, personal relationships, or improved business habits and sales strategies. You will identify and change the patterns of thinking that stand between what you have and what you want.
My passion and purpose in life is to see people make positive changes in their lives. I want you to succeed, to feel inspired, motivated and happy.
I am currently in my fourth decade on my journey in this life. Born and raised in South Africa, I have traveled to many different countries, lived in London and I now call the USA my home. I worked in Investment Banking for 14 years, Founded my own Digital Marketing Agency and Coaching Business.
Life to me is a continual cycle of growth and opportunity. No matter how bad the fall or downturn, it is an opportunity for us to makes positive changes in our life and grow.
My life was pretty frustrating for most of my life. I lost my father to cancer when I was only 11 years old. I watched my parents lose everything and my mother being left with 4 kids at home, with no income and no money. I loved my childhood, but it wasn’t always easy with no father and no cash. Oblivious to me at the time, but my thoughts and those powerful circumstances were adding powerful messages and thought patterns that would shape my life in future years.
Over time more and more layers of disappointment, fear and not knowing my purpose in life created powerful sub-conscious habits, also known as paradigms, that kept me stuck. The harder I tried, and I ended up doing very well and paid my way through college and successfully fought my way into a career in Investment Banking, I still felt stuck, full of fear and uncertainty.
Eventually my world came crashing down around me, I lost my job, I got really sick for about 5 years, lost all my money and went through foreclosure courts with my house. It wasn’t fun and I disliked being in those situations, but looking back it was the best thing that happened to me.
I had changed!
I had been studying the mind and personal growth for a few years prior to that. That allowed me to be better prepared for life’s challenges. Slowly through more pain and suffering I began to understand that I was actually in control and I wasn’t a rudderless ship exposed to the elements, luck and chance and having my life path dictated to me by powerful unseen forces. When I started to understand this, further my studies and apply this new knowledge, my life began to shift and change for the better.
For the first time in my life I understood my purpose, I had a clear image of what I wanted, how I was going to get there and I took action. So now I want to share that knowledge with you together. Help you, coach you and be part of your journey to your best life, NOW!

Accordion National Champion, Writer, Teacher
CORY PESATURO
Cory Pesaturo (“C Pez”) is on the forefront of the accordion world, pushing the boundaries on multiple fronts of what is possible with the accordion. The only person to ever win the trio of World Championships on Acoustic, Digital & Jazz Accordion, and the only accordion graduate of the prestigious New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA. In 2017, Pesaturo became a Guinness World Record Holder, as RedBull® flew him to Austria to break the Marathon Accordion Record, in which Cory played for over 32 hours. Cory’s main contribution is his visionary thinking of how the accordion should be used, played, taught, and presented in modern music. He has given 2 TED Talk’s and 2 Google Talk’s about this, which are currently the only TED or Google talks in the world about the accordion. Pesaturo is also developing his own electric accordion, and already has made the first ever skinned accordion which includes a symmetric lighting system attached to the keys.
Pesaturo’s extensive resumé includes appearances at the White House for President and Mrs. Clinton on 4 different occasions, starting at age 12, and 8 other appearances for the Clintons since 2000, along with 14 letters from the first family. On one of those occasions, he became the youngest person to ever perform at a State Dinner, performing with the Marine Strolling Strings for the President of Hungary. Some TV appearances include the Late Show with David Letterman, performing with Johnny Depp, and nationally televised programs in New Zealand, Canada, Italy, Tunisia, France, and Finland. On an NYC broadcast, CNBC/FOX host Maria Bartiromo once said “No one is currently doing more for the Accordion than Cory”. He has judged accordion competitions in the US, Canada, and Europe, in addition to other music competitions, and currently gives masterclasses at various universities throughout the US and Europe on Accordion and Improvisation.
For his Classical side which is lesser known, a win in a concerto competition at 16 years old gave Pesaturo the rare opportunity to perform with the Brockton Symphony Orchestra as a featured soloist, where he became the youngest accordionist to ever solo with a symphony orchestra in the US back in 2003. Concerning his Jazz side, Cory recorded two CD’s with saxophone legend George Garzone and his known band “The Fringe” at age 19, and has become friends with Jazz and Music Legends Quincy Jones and Wynton Marsalis. His performances at all 3 of his World Championships were played on accordions that were not his, and were generally 90% improvised; both aspects are unheard of in the accordion world.
The instruments most famous legend in the US, Dick Contino, said when Cory was only 15, “Of all the accordionists I’ve seen over the years, Cory is the one to pass the torch to, the only one who has all the tools to bring the accordion back to its former glory.” Guido Deiro’s son, the “Father of Piano Accordion”, has stated “I’ve worried greatly about the future of the accordion since my father died, but not anymore since seeing and hearing Cory.”
Pesaturo is also heavily involved and respected with the weather and motor sports worlds as well. He composed the Official list of records set by the record-breaking 2005 Atlantic hurricane season and also wrote the lists for the 2007 and 2008 Seasons as well. Moreover, he has put out reports on Winter Seasons for the US which have been featured on Accuweather.com, HurricaneCirty.com, and others. Cory is known for his FreeSledding work, including his own sledding mountain called “CN Mountain”. He has written sports blogs for sites like Bleacher Report, and has collaborated with members of the Red Sox and the Drop Kick Murphy’s on the “Fenway 100″ album released in 2012. His music has been played on Formula 1 broadcasts on NB
