Remembering Your True Being and The Metaphysics of Joy

In this episode of The Metaphysical Hour, hosts Julia Cannon and Tracey Mahan explore the natural evolution of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), interpret classic commercial jingles through a metaphysical lens, and provide deep insights into energy protection and the sensory process of manifestation. The discussion emphasizes moving beyond ego to embrace a state of joy, play, and co-creation with the universal simulation.

Detailed Summary
The Evolution and Integrity of QHHT
Tracey Mahan, currently teaching a Level 3 QHHT class, shares insights into the profound evolution experienced by both students and practitioners. A central theme of the discussion is the necessity of following the established QHHT script without modification. The hosts argue that the modality is designed to evolve naturally through the client's experience; attempting to "add" to it from a 3D perspective is often an act of ego that can interfere with the higher-dimensional process. They emphasize that the foundation is complete and perfect as it is, allowing for a 5D evolution that transcends physical consciousness.

Metaphysical Interpretations of Nostalgic Jingles
In a creative segment, the hosts interpret classic advertising jingles as spiritual metaphors. "Snap, Crackle, Pop" is viewed as a series of awakenings and the clearing of energetic blockages, while the Toys "R" Us theme serves as a reminder to embrace the inner child and the importance of play. Other interpretations include "Where’s the Beef?" as a call for authenticity and "You Deserve a Break Today" as a literal message for self-care and rest. These interpretations suggest that the "simulation" we live in is constantly communicating through familiar symbols to trigger memory and joy.

Energy Protection and Spiritual Tools
Addressing listener questions, the hosts provide practical advice for those using dowsing rods or pendulums. If a practitioner feels drained, it often indicates "giving energy away" or having "leaks" in the auric field. To prevent this, they recommend calling in a "gatekeeper"—such as a dragon, angel, or star being—to maintain a high-frequency environment (5D and above). Furthermore, Julia discusses her mother Dolores Cannon’s Convoluted Universe series, explaining that each book represents an evolution of understanding and should be read to see how one's own beliefs can expand when exposed to "mind-bending" information.

The Mechanics of Manifestation
The episode concludes with a deep dive into the art of "utilizing" or "molding" energy for manifestation. The hosts clarify that this is not about control or force, but about "remembering" how to create. Effective manifestation requires engaging all senses—imagining the smell, the physical touch (like a doorknob), and the specific emotions of a completed goal. They suggest using the phrase "this or something better" to avoid the vibration of "wanting" or "needing," which only attracts more of the same lack. By embodying the version of oneself that already possesses the desired outcome, the physical reality is forced to comply with that vibrational match.

This session serves as a powerful reminder that spiritual growth is not a process of "adding" complex layers, but of stripping away ego to remember our innate power as creators. By maintaining the integrity of foundational tools like QHHT and approaching life with the curiosity of a child, we can effectively mold our reality and "shine" as beacons in our respective corners of the world.

[00:05] Speaker 1: Good evening, everyone, and welcome to The Metaphysical Hour. I'm Julia Cannon, and this is my co-host, Tracey Mahan. (laughs) Oh, look at this, whoo!

[00:14] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:14] Speaker 1: And we have our question master, Tiffany. (laughs)

[00:18] Speaker 2: Hello. (laughs)

[00:21] Speaker 1: Yay! So thank you so much for being here with us, um, and thank you for being patient with us as we have, you know, our lives play out in, on different weeks. And (laughs) -

[00:32] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[00:32] Speaker 1: ... so we, we do our best to be here and be with you 'cause that's where we wanna be, but, you know, sometimes life happens.

[00:39] Speaker 2: Yep. And

[00:39] Speaker 1: And life happened last week.

[00:41] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:42] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[00:43] Speaker 2: So, yeah.

[00:44] Speaker 1: So I'm glad you're here, and I'm glad you're all here, and yeah.

[00:49] Speaker 2: Yay!

[00:50] Speaker 1: Welcome. Make sure you tell us where you're from. Uh, shine your light, do your part, be the beacon in your area on your grid. That is so cool. Just, just acknowledging where you are and that you're here, that does, that's like 90, they're saying 95%. Wow, cool.

[01:08] Speaker 2: Oh.

[01:09] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:09] Speaker 2: All right then.

[01:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, do it. (laughs)

[01:12] Speaker 2: Do it. Tell it

[01:13] Speaker 1: No matter when you're listening, no matter what time. You know, when you come in later and you're listening to the replay, that's okay. Doesn't matter at all when, it's that you do it. It's, they're kind of pushing on that-

[01:22] Speaker 2: I, I keep hearing the Shine Bright Like A Diamond song-

[01:24] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:25] Speaker 2: ... in my head now. It's come-

[01:26] Speaker 1: Ah, cool.

[01:27] Speaker 2: ... it's been stuck in there all day.

[01:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:28] Speaker 2: Shine bright like a diamond.

[01:30] Speaker 1: (laughs) Nice.

[01:32] Speaker 2: Get in there and get your name in there.

[01:34] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[01:34] Speaker 2: I think we just need to right now, just summons all the souls that are like, "Oh, are they live? Are they not live 'cause, you know, we've been juggling that around?"

[01:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[01:45] Speaker 2: We are live come join us.

[01:47] Speaker 1: What are we?

[01:49] Speaker 2: Woo!

[01:50] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:51] Speaker 2: I'm gonna apologize to my YouTube followers too 'cause I haven't been on there either, but, you know, things happen.

[01:59] Speaker 1: You've had stuff going on, (laughs) you know.

[02:00] Speaker 2: I've had stuff going on. (laughs)

[02:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[02:03] Speaker 2: Yeah, um, and I'm still tired so I'm not really-

[02:06] Speaker 1: Well, yeah, you're in the middle of a class. I mean, I co- kudos to you. I tried to give her an out today, she wouldn't take it.

[02:13] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[02:13] Speaker 1: She's like, "No, I think I can do it." You know, she's been-

[02:15] Speaker 2: I think so. I've missed too many. Yeah.

[02:18] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[02:19] Speaker 2: So (laughs) , but yeah.

[02:22] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[02:22] Speaker 2: So we got a, a level three class going with some pretty amazing, again, amazing students.

[02:27] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[02:28] Speaker 2: And, um, it's just, you know, it's just so fun to get to meet-

[02:33] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[02:33] Speaker 2: ... people all around the world doing this work. And we get to talk about your mom, and we get to talk about all the cool things.

[02:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[02:43] Speaker 2: And, um, every class I think I get an even deeper appreciation for this work, for the people that are doing it, for the things that, you know, it helps-

[02:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[02:54] Speaker 2: ... so many people, and the stories we get to hear with that. And so, you know, if, if you guys, um, ever doubt, if you're a practitioner and you're just wondering, "What, what the heck am I doing?" You're, you're in the right place doing the right thing. And this is such an amazing modality.

[03:12] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[03:12] Speaker 2: And what I will say that is one of the things you say all the time is like, it's so easy, just follow the script. (laughs)

[03:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah, exactly.

[03:22] Speaker 2: No one has to take a call right there. And-

[03:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, it's all right there. You just follow it, don't change it. There's no need to change it. I mean-

[03:28] Speaker 2: No need to change it.

[03:29] Speaker 1: Uh, one of the, one of the claims out there is that we don't allow it to evolve, and that's why, you know, they have to change the script and stuff like that. And it's like, oh my gosh, you don't understand QHHT at all then. It evolves all on its own. You just follow. You have the foundation, you follow the script, and it goes where it's gonna go. That's evolution.

[03:48] Speaker 2: Yeah. It-

[03:48] Speaker 1: You know, you can't get any more involved-

[03:49] Speaker 2: ... it's built in.

[03:49] Speaker 1: ... involved than that. (laughs)

[03:51] Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is built in. And, you know, I think it's our own egos get in the way, you know?

[03:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[03:57] Speaker 2: We, we want to think, "Oh, well, there's so much more, or we could do this or that," but it's built in.

[04:03] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[04:03] Speaker 2: So if the s- if the, if the, um, client is there and they're ready, they're gonna go there naturally-

[04:10] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[04:10] Speaker 2: ... and you've got the tools to take them through it.

[04:13] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[04:14] Speaker 2: So, yeah. Anyways, so I'm just kind of in that place today.

[04:18] Speaker 1: Well, it's, it's total ego to think that you have to add something. And I'll just say it like it is, it's total ego.

[04:23] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[04:23] Speaker 1: If you have to add something, that it's not complete, that you need to do more, something else, whatever, that you... Because we're dealing with something that's way beyond ego, way beyond physical 3D consciousness, you know? So it's like, uh, and that's where it's, you know, the 3D is trying to control this 5D and beyond, you know, this higher thing. And it's, no, I'm, I guess I'm in a mood today.

[04:48] Speaker 2: Don't do it.

[04:50] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:50] Speaker 2: You don't have to change a thing.

[04:52] Speaker 1: You don't have to mess with it. It's beautiful and perfect just as it is.

[04:58] Speaker 2: Yeah. And anyways, so yeah, I mean, I could be telling stories, but-

[05:03] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:04] Speaker 2: ... um, I don't have permission to share some of, you know, I, I would need to talk-

[05:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:07] Speaker 2: ... to the students to share their stories. So we won't do that. But, um, just having an incredible time evolving with them.

[05:14] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[05:14] Speaker 2: And that's the beauty of it too, is every time I teach, I evolve myself. It, you know, I learn something, I'm growing, I'm expanding.

[05:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:24] Speaker 2: And so it's, I'm just blessed. And thank you for allowing me that privilege of getting to do the classes.

[05:32] Speaker 1: Absolutely. Oh, yeah.

[05:35] Speaker 2: So, um, yeah. So all of you out there, hope that one day we'll all get to cross paths and share our stories together-

[05:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:41] Speaker 2: ... and, and do those types of things. And I know that we're getting really close to launching some information that will bring us all together. (laughs)

[05:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:49] Speaker 2: So-

[05:50] Speaker 1: Very close.

[05:50] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[05:50] Speaker 1: Very, very close. (laughs)

[05:53] Speaker 2: Yeah. So that'll be fun. Um, so we're just killing time right now while all of you are sticking your where are you from information-

[06:01] Speaker 1: Yeah. Mm-hmm.

[06:01] Speaker 2: ... in the chat room. So if you just got here-... tell us where you're from. And if you have a question-

[06:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[06:07] Speaker 2: ... Julia and I would love to dive into that question.

[06:10] Speaker 1: We would. (laughs)

[06:11] Speaker 2: Both hands in to your question.

[06:14] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[06:14] Speaker 2: So, ask it. (laughs) That's right, we're going down.

[06:18] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[06:19] Speaker 2: Ask your question by putting TIFFANY in capital letters, and if you are familiar with us at all, we like Princess Tiffany, Queen Tiffany, uh, what was the, the official title?

[06:31] Speaker 1: Question master.

[06:32] Speaker 2: Question master, question master Tiffany.

[06:34] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[06:34] Speaker 2: You guys know how to get creative with it.

[06:36] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[06:36] Speaker 2: Cap and butterflies.

[06:37] Speaker 1: Butterfly, she's a butterfly, she's, you know-

[06:38] Speaker 2: Emojis.

[06:39] Speaker 1: ... all the beautiful, precious, ang- whatever. (laughs)

[06:44] Speaker 2: Yeah, put it on there. The more, the more flashy, blingy things you put on there, the more likely she'll see it, so-

[06:51] Speaker 1: Yeah, she does like that. She does like.

[06:53] Speaker 2: Yeah. So, Tiffany, if you are, again, new to the page, is our moderator and slash, slash daughter, and, uh, what would I call her, surrogate daughter? (laughs)

[07:04] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[07:06] Speaker 2: And so-

[07:07] Speaker 1: I, the, I was the birthing mother.

[07:09] Speaker 2: ... Julia's daughter, my surrogate.

[07:11] Speaker 1: Surrogate mommy. (laughs)

[07:12] Speaker 2: That's right. I claim her, but she biologically belongs to Julia, so there's nothing I can do about that.

[07:19] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[07:21] Speaker 2: Um, (laughs) anyways, let's get some questions going so that we can, uh, just start blowing our minds apart with-

[07:29] Speaker 1: Absolutely.

[07:30] Speaker 2: ... the information that's gonna come in today.

[07:31] Speaker 1: Yeah. Tiffany, come on in.

[07:36] Speaker 2: There she goes.

[07:37] Speaker 3: Hi.

[07:38] Speaker 2: Hey.

[07:39] Speaker 1: Hi.

[07:39] Speaker 3: (laughs)

[07:40] Speaker 1: (laughs) How are you today?

[07:42] Speaker 3: How's it going? I'm all right. How are you guys?

[07:44] Speaker 1: Wonderful.

[07:44] Speaker 2: Well, yeah. Getting just dainty.

[07:46] Speaker 3: Busy. Sounds busy.

[07:47] Speaker 2: I wanna, I wanna use fun words like dandy. I'm doing dandy.

[07:51] Speaker 1: Ooh, just dandy.

[07:52] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[07:53] Speaker 1: I think earlier I was talking to Tiff and I said something about I was feeling cuckoo, and she's like, "Oh, yeah. Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs." (laughs)

[08:01] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[08:02] Speaker 3: Hey, you gotta bring back the old slangs, all the old, uh, jingles.

[08:07] Speaker 1: That's right.

[08:07] Speaker 2: That would be fun. What jingle do you remember?

[08:10] Speaker 1: Ooh, that's a good one. Mm-hmm.

[08:13] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[08:13] Speaker 1: And it might have some significance. Whatever you come up with, you know, we can make it metaphysical.

[08:18] Speaker 2: Ooh, that would be fun.

[08:20] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[08:20] Speaker 2: Okay, you guys put an old jingle from the past in the chat, and then the challenge will be, we'll make it metaphysical.

[08:27] Speaker 1: Yeah, whatever comes to you, the first thing that comes to you, that's... That'll be significant.

[08:32] Speaker 2: (laughs) Watch, this will be our new thing now, every week. "Okay."

[08:35] Speaker 1: (laughs) What is it now? (laughs)

[08:37] Speaker 2: What jingle? That's funny. I think I challenged people to that before, ye- you know, give me an animal and I'll make it spiritual or something like that.

[08:47] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, everything has metaphysics behind it. (laughs) I mean, it's all...

[08:54] Speaker 2: That's it, uh, we were saying today is, you know, we're in a, um, simulation that's constantly talking to us.

[09:01] Speaker 1: Abso- oh, constantly. That's what they've told me. Constantly. Constantly. We are constantly talking to you. Constant- just in that tone. Exactly like it, constantly.

[09:10] Speaker 2: I hope they don't sound like that. (laughs)

[09:14] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[09:14] Speaker 2: I feel like we're in a bad 1960s sci-fi movie.

[09:18] Speaker 1: Yeah, but that was wild because-

[09:20] Speaker 2: Constantly.

[09:20] Speaker 1: ... that's how I heard it, and it's like, wow, that's just really weird that it sounds that way. And then, somebody else that I know, you know, he's an author, and he was, I was interviewing him, this is years ago, I was interviewing him, uh, with his new book. And he was talking about his guiden- guide and, um, you know, it's a really cool story that he has, his guiding and journeys he takes them on. And, and, um, anyway, they came through like that and they said, he did the exact same thing. He said, "They're constantly talking to you." (laughs) I'm like, oh my gosh! Like I was there, what are they talking about?

[09:53] Speaker 2: We've got to get in the same mother ship, that's all. My mother ship goes constantly.

[10:00] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yeah.

[10:02] Speaker 3: (laughs)

[10:02] Speaker 2: I got the, I got the upgraded version.

[10:05] Speaker 1: Oh, okay.

[10:05] Speaker 2: I spent a little more money on my simulation.

[10:07] Speaker 1: Ah, okay.

[10:08] Speaker 3: (laughs)

[10:09] Speaker 2: (laughs) Oh my gosh. Okay.

[10:13] Speaker 1: So funny.

[10:13] Speaker 2: Let's bring the butterfly back into the room.

[10:16] Speaker 1: Yes.

[10:16] Speaker 2: And she can tell us where everyone's from.

[10:19] Speaker 3: Okay, we have Seattle, New York-

[10:23] Speaker 2: Wait.

[10:24] Speaker 3: ... San Antonio.

[10:24] Speaker 2: I kind of want you to do it in the robot voice.

[10:26] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[10:26] Speaker 3: Oh, goodness. Seattle, New York.

[10:30] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[10:31] Speaker 3: San Antonio, Texas.

[10:34] Speaker 2: (laughs) Thank you. I think we're gonna have to pay extra for that one.

[10:39] Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.

[10:40] Speaker 1: It might take her a while to get through this. Okay, keep going. (laughs)

[10:42] Speaker 3: My, my fee went up. Florida, Kentucky, Utah, California, Tucson, Sweden.

[10:50] Speaker 2: Oh, okay. There we go.

[10:52] Speaker 3: Michigan, North Carolina-

[10:53] Speaker 1: Oh.

[10:53] Speaker 3: ... Canada, Minnesota, Canada Pacific Northwest-

[10:57] Speaker 1: We heard her. Yes.

[10:57] Speaker 3: U- London, Portland, Oregon, uh, another Texas, Indiana, Connecticut, Canada, Ontario, New Jersey, Little Rock, Arkansas.

[11:08] Speaker 1: Whoa.

[11:08] Speaker 3: Canada, um, Wisconsin, Bali, Denmark.

[11:14] Speaker 1: Wow, Bali. I think that's the first time on Bali, isn't it?

[11:16] Speaker 3: No, it's, it's Desiree.

[11:18] Speaker 2: I was gonna say, is that one of the ones we know?

[11:20] Speaker 1: Oh, Desiree. Hi, Desiree.

[11:20] Speaker 3: (laughs)

[11:20] Speaker 1: That's right, I- I just don't know if you've... I don't know, why did it jump out at me this time? Hmm.

[11:25] Speaker 3: Uh, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Michigan, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, Minnesota.

[11:35] Speaker 1: Ten is green.

[11:35] Speaker 3: South Carolina, Utah, California, Australia, New York, Canada, Tennessee.

[11:42] Speaker 1: Love it.

[11:42] Speaker 3: Please hold, Australia. I got some jingles in here, so we'll come back to that.

[11:47] Speaker 1: (laughs) Oh, great.

[11:47] Speaker 2: Oh, yay.

[11:48] Speaker 3: Pennsylvania, uh, Arizona.

[11:53] Speaker 1: Love it.

[11:53] Speaker 3: New York, slowing down, DC, Australia, Toronto.

[12:00] Speaker 1: Wonderful. Yay. Look at you shining your lights. I love it.

[12:05] Speaker 2: No kidding. Buzzing. We're buzzing.

[12:07] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:08] Speaker 3: All right. You ready for the first jingle?

[12:10] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[12:10] Speaker 2: I'm a little nervous about this-

[12:11] Speaker 1: Or-

[12:11] Speaker 2: ... first jingle, but here we go.

[12:14] Speaker 3: Snap, Crackle, Pop.

[12:15] Speaker 1: Oh, I love it. (laughs)

[12:18] Speaker 2: (laughs) Do we have to name what brand that is? Rice Krispies Treats.

[12:22] Speaker 1: Rice Krispies. (laughs)

[12:23] Speaker 2: Rice, Rice Krispies, yeah. I guess you make the treats later when you add the marshmallow. (laughs)

[12:28] Speaker 1: But that's, that's-

[12:29] Speaker 2: Rice Krispies.

[12:30] Speaker 1: ... Snap, Crackle, Pop. I mean, that could be, or that, your joints? (laughs)

[12:35] Speaker 2: (laughs) Coming from, from the soul speak perspective.

[12:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[12:38] Speaker 2: That might mean (laughs) you've got blockages.

[12:42] Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe it's something going on with your, your path?

[12:46] Speaker 2: Now, Snap, Crackle, Pop to me might mean an awakening series.

[12:51] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, yeah.

[12:51] Speaker 2: Snap, I got it. Crackle, whoa, my mind just opened. Pop, I'm, I'm metaphysical now.

[12:58] Speaker 1: There we go.

[12:59] Speaker 2: Maybe, yeah?

[12:59] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, maybe.

[13:01] Speaker 2: Let's see. What did they wanna tell us? What is Snap, Crackle, Pop?

[13:05] Speaker 1: And we may not have enough information, but anyway, we're gonna... We... Those are two different-

[13:10] Speaker 2: What was the name of the, the person that posted that?

[13:17] Speaker 3: Alyssa St. Clair.

[13:19] Speaker 2: Alyssa. Snap, Crackle, Pop. I feel like there's gonna be kind of like a little surprise, 'cause isn't that what the commercial was, is kinda like you put it in your mouth and it snap, crackle, pops, and it surprises you? 'Cause-

[13:33] Speaker 1: Well, no, it did that when you put the milk, when you put the milk in the cereal, it would do all the noises.

[13:37] Speaker 2: Oh.

[13:37] Speaker 1: Snap, Crackle, Pop.

[13:39] Speaker 2: Okay. One more ingredient and you're gonna have Snap, Crackle, Pop. Yeah. Okay. So-

[13:49] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[13:49] Speaker 2: ... anything else on joints or...?

[13:53] Speaker 1: I just, you know, a lot of times that's how I, you know, when I get up and I start moving (laughs) after-

[13:57] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[13:57] Speaker 1: ... I've been sitting down for a while, it's like... I, I'll say that a lot of times, "Snap, Crackle, Pop." (laughs)

[14:04] Speaker 2: True.

[14:04] Speaker 1: So.

[14:04] Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, so after you get up though and Snap, Crackle, Pop, then you feel better, right?

[14:10] Speaker 1: Yeah. Mm-hmm.

[14:10] Speaker 2: Then, then you're able to start moving, so-

[14:12] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah, it's lubricated then and it's just going, so-

[14:14] Speaker 2: Right?

[14:15] Speaker 1: It's just, it's just that first part that's... It... Sometimes they pop and I just... It's just a pop and I just say, "Oh, Snap, Crackle, Pop." (laughs)

[14:23] Speaker 2: I just can see how many times I can get her to say it. (laughs) Snap, Crackle, Pop. So, um, yeah. I think that there's, I think there's gonna be something really magical coming, like a cereal that'll go Snap, Crackle, Pop. That's pretty, pretty fun cereal. Something good is coming.

[14:47] Speaker 1: All right.

[14:47] Speaker 3: All right, the next one's really good.

[14:49] Speaker 2: Okay.

[14:51] Speaker 3: The Toys "R" Us jingle, if you don't recall, where a kid can be a kid."

[14:56] Speaker 1: Oh, I love it. Um, I don't know, is it-

[15:03] Speaker 2: Do we have to... Do we even have to-

[15:04] Speaker 1: I Don't Wanna Grow Up.

[15:05] Speaker 2: ... translate that?

[15:05] Speaker 1: I'm a Toys "R" Us kid. Um, that's all I remember (laughs) of it.

[15:09] Speaker 2: How did, how did it get started?

[15:11] Speaker 1: I Don't Wanna Grow Up.

[15:13] Speaker 2: I don't wanna grow up. I'm a Toys "R" Us kid.

[15:16] Speaker 1: I'm a Toys "R" Us kid.

[15:17] Speaker 2: Come on, Tiffany. What's the rest of it?

[15:19] Speaker 1: Da, da, da, da, da, da.

[15:20] Speaker 2: I walked in T... Like...

[15:21] Speaker 1: Uh, (laughs) no. (laughs)

[15:25] Speaker 2: We're getting help from, from backstage and that was like- (laughs)

[15:29] Speaker 1: (laughs) Talking about a horror film. I don't think so. (laughs) No.

[15:36] Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Well, they don't have a Toys "R" Us anymore, but, um-

[15:41] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[15:41] Speaker 2: Well, that would be like the inner child coming out, like-

[15:43] Speaker 1: Absolutely. I love it. Yeah.

[15:44] Speaker 2: ... kids can...

[15:45] Speaker 1: A kid can be a kid. I love it.

[15:46] Speaker 2: A kid can be a kid and our... It, uh, you know, we've talked about that.

[15:48] Speaker 1: And see, and that's significant. That's the line you remember, "The kid can be a kid."

[15:52] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[15:52] Speaker 1: You know, so that's... I think that's about be that inner child, be yourself.

[15:57] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[15:58] Speaker 1: Explore that. Mm-hmm.

[15:59] Speaker 2: Remember to play. Don't take life too serious.

[16:01] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Exactly.

[16:01] Speaker 2: That one was pretty easy to, to metaphysicalize it.

[16:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[16:05] Speaker 3: All right, I got another one.

[16:07] Speaker 1: Okay.

[16:08] Speaker 2: Okay.

[16:08] Speaker 3: "You Deserve a Break Today."

[16:09] Speaker 1: Yes, you do. (laughs)

[16:11] Speaker 2: Oh, that gave me chills. See ya. (laughs)

[16:14] Speaker 1: You deserve a break today.

[16:15] Speaker 2: I want a bite. (laughs)

[16:18] Speaker 1: (laughs) And you know who made that song? Who created it?

[16:23] Speaker 2: Uh, d- ... Uh, (laughs) no.

[16:27] Speaker 3: Wow, Tracey.

[16:28] Speaker 1: You know who made that song?

[16:28] Speaker 2: Not me.

[16:28] Speaker 3: Wow.

[16:28] Speaker 2: I just went blank. Faces, seeing faces. (laughs)

[16:33] Speaker 1: You were at the concert.

[16:34] Speaker 2: I was at the concert.

[16:36] Speaker 3: Yep.

[16:36] Speaker 2: No, no. Barry Manilow, thank you.

[16:38] Speaker 1: Yes. (laughs)

[16:39] Speaker 2: I kept wanting to say, uh, th- the wrong name and now I can't think of that one, but-

[16:42] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[16:42] Speaker 2: ... I was like, "No, no, that's not who it is." Barry Manilow.

[16:46] Speaker 3: Yep.

[16:46] Speaker 2: Okay. "You Deserve a Break Today."

[16:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:49] Speaker 2: Well, that one's pretty self-explanatory too. Uh, it's like I'm-

[16:53] Speaker 1: Agreed. Absolutely. See how the, whatever pops in, that's, that's your message.

[16:57] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[16:57] Speaker 1: I mean these are literal. (laughs)

[16:59] Speaker 2: Yeah, and, and-

[17:00] Speaker 1: You can be a kid and have a break today. (laughs) Enjoy a break today.

[17:03] Speaker 2: I think we have a theme where everybody's working too hard. We need to-

[17:06] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[17:06] Speaker 2: ... take a break and-

[17:08] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[17:08] Speaker 2: ... you know, remind ourselves it's okay to have a day off.

[17:11] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[17:12] Speaker 2: Not do anything.

[17:13] Speaker 1: Exactly. So that could've had that... It's kinda like what you were saying about the Snap, Crackle, Pop. It's like maybe a party. That's a party in your mouth. (laughs) It's definitely in the bowl. It was a party there.

[17:26] Speaker 2: (laughs) It's in the, it's in the bowl. Yeah. I think what is it, uh, Pop Rocks that do that in the-

[17:33] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, yeah.

[17:33] Speaker 2: ... in the, the candy.

[17:34] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. (laughs)

[17:37] Speaker 2: I mean, it's kinda fun. I still do it. They still make 'em.

[17:40] Speaker 1: Do they?

[17:40] Speaker 2: So, yeah. Kinda fun.

[17:43] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[17:44] Speaker 2: So, all right. What else we got?

[17:45] Speaker 3: Here comes the next one, Trasher.

[17:45] Speaker 2: What's-

[17:46] Speaker 3: It's Shake 'n Bake, and we helped.

[17:49] Speaker 1: I love it. Shake, and I helped. (laughs)

[17:52] Speaker 2: And I helped. (laughs) I'm thinking now of the coffee one with the second cup. He never has a second cup at home.

[18:00] Speaker 1: (laughs) These are really blasts from the past. (laughs) I love it.

[18:05] Speaker 2: And I helped.

[18:06] Speaker 3: Uh-

[18:06] Speaker 1: Yeah, that one was that Southern accent. Shake 'n Bake.

[18:09] Speaker 2: So Shake 'n Bake. Yeah, so-

[18:11] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[18:12] Speaker 2: I mean, it makes dinner easy.

[18:14] Speaker 4: Shaking up your world.

[18:16] Speaker 2: Shaking up your world.

[18:18] Speaker 1: And I helped.

[18:18] Speaker 2: Right. Who has had that happen lately?

[18:20] Speaker 1: (laughs) Right.

[18:22] Speaker 2: Both hands.

[18:23] Speaker 1: Well, and see, and the thing you're saying, "I helped," that means you're a part of it.

[18:26] Speaker 4: (clears throat)

[18:26] Speaker 1: It didn't happen to you, you're fully part of it.

[18:28] Speaker 2: Happened for you. Yeah.

[18:29] Speaker 1: You, you cre- exactly, it happened for you. You were in the middle of it, creating it.

[18:34] Speaker 2: You know, yeah.

[18:35] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[18:36] Speaker 2: Lots of things going on over here in this world and I can sit there and look at it and go, "Boy, if we weren't doing this and that person wouldn't have been there, and then we wouldn't have been... This wouldn't have happened, and then we wouldn't have been able to do that and then..." You know, and it's like, you can sit there and see the synchronicities of what played out-

[18:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[18:52] Speaker 2: ... to get people in the right place at the right time-

[18:55] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[18:55] Speaker 2: ... and, for good, for good outcomes or better outcomes-

[18:58] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[18:58] Speaker 2: ... and whatever. And so, um, yeah. That's definitely a thing. So-

[19:05] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[19:06] Speaker 2: ... shaking up, shaking up your world, but remember you live in a, in a simulation that is constantly, constantly changing. (laughs)

[19:15] Speaker 1: Constantly. (laughs)

[19:17] Speaker 2: So, shake it day in and-

[19:17] Speaker 1: So I would ask, are you feeling like, like things are shaking up-

[19:21] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[19:21] Speaker 1: ... for you? Yeah.

[19:22] Speaker 2: Yeah. And, and I'm gonna say Michelle noticed that her shirts match and we, when we logged on I was like, "Oh, we did it again." (laughs)

[19:28] Speaker 1: We did. Yeah, they're muted and same lines, patterns.

[19:33] Speaker 2: Same lines and-

[19:34] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[19:34] Speaker 2: Yeah. Uh, y- anyway, so we're just in sync.

[19:38] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[19:41] Speaker 2: (laughs) Okay, what's our next one? We got any more?

[19:46] Speaker 4: Where's the beef?

[19:47] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[19:48] Speaker 2: I knew that one had to come in. I mean, who doesn't remember that little old lady? "Where's the beef?"

[19:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[19:54] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[19:54] Speaker 1: But what came in, what said, when she said that just now, is authenticity.

[20:00] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[20:01] Speaker 1: Being authentic, because that's what it's about, yeah, what's real, uh, is-

[20:05] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[20:05] Speaker 1: ... where's the real beef, you know? So being authentic.

[20:09] Speaker 2: Yep. I like that too.

[20:11] Speaker 1: Mm.

[20:14] Speaker 2: Now, you could also, like, beef is supposed to be, like, um, like two people having a problem with each other, right? They have a beef-

[20:22] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[20:23] Speaker 2: ... with each other.

[20:24] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[20:24] Speaker 2: So where's the beef? Where are you holding something that you need to let go of? That could be something too.

[20:31] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[20:31] Speaker 2: So-

[20:32] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[20:32] Speaker 2: ... I wouldn't have thought of that.

[20:33] Speaker 1: I went in that direction, yeah.

[20:36] Speaker 2: I'm just trying to think of any other, like-

[20:38] Speaker 1: I, I, I just go with the first thing that came in, that was authenticity.

[20:43] Speaker 2: That's all right.

[20:44] Speaker 1: Well.

[20:45] Speaker 2: No more simulated meat. (laughs) We want the real thing.

[20:49] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yes.

[20:50] Speaker 2: (laughs) That's good. That's good.

[20:52] Speaker 1: Love it. This is fun.

[20:54] Speaker 2: Yeah, I like this. You guys are getting creative.

[20:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[20:57] Speaker 2: I was trying to think of some jingles when we were talking about it, because it's, seems like there's some good ones out there.

[21:02] Speaker 1: Well, now I've got these jingles in my head.

[21:06] Speaker 2: You got what in your head?

[21:06] Speaker 1: I have these jingles in my... I don't want to grow up, I'm a Toys"R"Us kid. (laughs)

[21:11] Speaker 2: I know, I wish we could remember the rest of that.

[21:13] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. It's not what you're saying, TJ. (laughs)

[21:20] Speaker 2: (laughs) Yeah. But he, he was born in the wrong generation. He, he was at the end of Toys"R"Us (laughs) when they were going out.

[21:28] Speaker 1: I think he saw a horror movie with it in it or something, and that's what he's like, "Uh..."

[21:31] Speaker 2: Oh, you know, they made that, they made that TV sh- or that movie with the guy that lived in the Toys"R"Us store for a while.

[21:39] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. He said they still exist.

[21:40] Speaker 2: Oh, they do still exist, huh?

[21:42] Speaker 1: Oh, okay.

[21:44] Speaker 2: Okay. I did not know that.

[21:45] Speaker 1: Why? Because we don't have little kids.

[21:47] Speaker 2: We...

[21:48] Speaker 1: Oh, it's in the mall near him. Okay. Well, cool. That's-

[21:51] Speaker 2: Yeah, the one you were asking, yeah.

[21:52] Speaker 1: That's probably, was that what you were talking about anyway? Okay. All right. We'll have to get that story after the show.

[21:56] Speaker 2: I guess so. (laughs)

[21:57] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[21:57] Speaker 2: It works like a reading, isn't it? Whatever.

[21:59] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[22:02] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[22:02] Speaker 1: Anything else, Tiff?

[22:05] Speaker 4: Do you want jingles or questions?

[22:07] Speaker 2: Ooh.

[22:08] Speaker 1: Oh.

[22:08] Speaker 2: Maybe mix it up a little bit.

[22:09] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[22:09] Speaker 2: Give us a question, then if there's more jingles we'll do another one of those.

[22:13] Speaker 4: Okay. Question. "Julia, do you have a favorite Convoluted Universe book? I recently got all five and I'm curious if you have one you like the most."

[22:25] Speaker 1: Oh.

[22:25] Speaker 4: "I have read Books of your Mothers, but have not started this series yet."

[22:32] Speaker 1: They're all... They're individual. I mean, they're, they're... Each one has their own context and flavor. They don't build off of each other. I mean, toward the end they kind of, there's might, may be some additional information, but each one's standalone. Uh, the first one, I'm just gonna go into a little bit, but it's like, as far as a favorite, I mean, this might help what I remember about them. Um, the first one is when she first kinda came into all this information. It's like, "What do you wanna know?" We can... You know? And she's like, "Well, don't ask me that.

[23:03] Speaker 1: I wanna know everything." And so-

[23:04] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[23:05] Speaker 1: And that's when she realized she had this source of all knowledge, and so she's like, "Gosh, I wanna know all the things I've ever been curious about, you know? All the myths, the m- the mysteries, (laughs) the... You know, I wanna know what's behind them. Are they real?" And so that's where she was going after those. And so it was all these really cool things, the Sphinx, the, you know, a lot of the Bible stories, the, a lot of different things. It's like, what's real here? And the mythological creatures, whatever, you know? We thought, we grew up thinking, you know, they're just, they're, they're myths, you know? And no, there's truth behind every single one of them. Um, and so that was really fun. Um, ah, the second... And then each one, okay, and the second... She was doing different... It was like themes and stuff, and I remember it might have been Convoluted Universe 2 that goes into a lot of Egyptian things. Um, and the, um...

[23:57] Speaker 1: I know we had the Sphinx on the first one, but I think there's more as far as like the cat people, and you know, that's when we start getting into some of these different li- lives on other planets, and kind of where they are, you know, what they're like. Um, so every one of them opens your mind, and-

[24:15] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[24:15] Speaker 1: ... to just other possibilities. So that's why it's hard to, to say a favorite. Um, probably as we went III, IV, and V, then she was starting to go into the, the, uh, new...... new children, you know, it's like all the new ones, the volunteers, and then that's when she event- you know, then she wrote The Volunteers of the New Earth. Um, because, and now she was taking stories out of these books, as well as adding more material that she got. And so, she was compiling all of that so it was in one place. So, you'll start seeing that rolling in, in probably about three, um, and then keeps on, um, for, uh, so that, you know, you're getting more and more information on that. Yeah, a favorite?

[24:58] Speaker 2: (laughs) That's like, that's like taking all your favorite candy and telling you, "You can only have one flavor."

[25:05] Speaker 1: Yeah, which one's your favorite? Well, it depends on my mood. (laughs) You know, it's just-

[25:08] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[25:09] Speaker 1: So, I mean, you don't have to read them in a certain order, but since you've got them all, I'd say just start with the first one. Every, every time you see, you know, in a series or actually all of mom's books, you'll see how she evolved. How she was evolving with her work as she was going, because they would be over years this material-

[25:27] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[25:27] Speaker 1: ... was, was coming out. And so, um, que- she would ask questions a little differently, she had different understandings, she'd have more understanding, um, you know, or sh- different things like that. So, that's where you can see her evolution, uh, with h- with the work. You can see how her beliefs, beliefs started changing. That what I- that's what I mean by evolution. Um, it's really cool because, uh, some people say, "Well, Dolores said this," like one, in one of her first books, and it's like you have to understand, that was her understanding-

[25:55] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[25:55] Speaker 1: ... from that point of view.

[25:56] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[25:56] Speaker 1: As she kept going, you'll see it shift and change as it keeps going because she's learning more and she's understanding more. So, and that's what we will all do as we are exposed to this information. So, um, and, and that's what... Just read it and see what resonates, because it might be something. If it doesn't resonate, maybe that was an earlier book, and then if you, you know, if you keep reading, it's like, "Oh, sh- I see where she shifted." You know?

[26:20] Speaker 1: It's not that she contradicts or anything, it's just that she has-

[26:22] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[26:22] Speaker 1: ... maybe a more expanded knowledge or m- uh, understanding.

[26:26] Speaker 2: Yeah, it would be silly to think that she's gonna have that-

[26:29] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[26:29] Speaker 2: ... same understanding from book one to book five.

[26:32] Speaker 1: Right.

[26:32] Speaker 2: You know?

[26:33] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[26:33] Speaker 2: If she's not evolving, then what's the point? (laughs) So-

[26:36] Speaker 1: Exactly. Yeah, it was for her as much as all of us, and that's what she, that's why she wrote it, 'cause she's like, "This is new to me, and-"

[26:44] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[26:45] Speaker 1: "... if I don't know this, and I, you know, it, then maybe others don't know this." And that's why she put it i- in book form. It's like, and she loved to write, so that, the two came together, and it's like, "Maybe others would enjoy this." And, and, you know, and then everybody's, "Oh my gosh, yeah, this is mind expanding, mind-blowing," and, and that's, that's what's wonderful. That's what the Cosmic Universe books are.

[27:07] Speaker 1: They, that's what she said, "They'll bend your mind like a pretzel." Uh, you may not-

[27:11] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[27:11] Speaker 1: ... always understand what's going on in there. Just keep going, just let it digest. Um, things are happening on other levels, and you'll have probably really cool dreams. (laughs)

[27:24] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[27:24] Speaker 1: You know? 'Cause you're opening up things, and if you don't get it, it's okay. Um, just keep going. It's digesting in there.

[27:34] Speaker 2: Very good.

[27:34] Speaker 1: But very cool.

[27:35] Speaker 2: So, they're all-

[27:35] Speaker 1: Enjoy.

[27:35] Speaker 2: ... her favorite, that's what she's saying. They're all-

[27:37] Speaker 1: They're all-

[27:38] Speaker 2: ... perfect.

[27:38] Speaker 1: They all have their own flavor-

[27:40] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[27:40] Speaker 1: ... and so that's why it's really hard to say one.

[27:42] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yep.

[27:45] Speaker 1: Yep.

[27:46] Speaker 2: All right.

[27:47] Speaker 1: Have fun with them.

[27:48] Speaker 2: What's next?

[27:49] Speaker 4: A big, wide, happy, ear-to-ear, Kool-Aid smile.

[27:55] Speaker 2: Oh. Kool-Aid Man.

[27:58] Speaker 1: Yeah. What was the Kool-Aid song? I just remember him busting through walls, that's all I remember. I don't remember if there was a song with it.

[28:07] Speaker 2: Kool-Aid Man. Um...

[28:10] Speaker 1: Do you remem-

[28:11] Speaker 2: Seems like there's a jingle with that, yeah.

[28:12] Speaker 1: I think Tiffany, but you did, I thought maybe she knew.

[28:13] Speaker 4: No, I don't. I just remember the-

[28:15] Speaker 1: Oh, okay.

[28:15] Speaker 4: ... "oh yeah" when he busted-

[28:17] Speaker 1: That one's, okay, oh yeah, yeah, and he's busting through it. (laughs)

[28:19] Speaker 2: Between the two of you and the robot voice.

[28:21] Speaker 1: Brah, constantly, and oh yeah.

[28:25] Speaker 2: Oh yeah.

[28:25] Speaker 1: (laughs) But the big ear-to-ear smile. Yeah, he was always smiling. So that kind of is, yeah, of the joy, the, the, uh, have fun. It goes back to also like the child.

[28:35] Speaker 2: Yeah, the inner child, and he's busting through and they're playing and they're having a good time.

[28:40] Speaker 1: Busting through walls.

[28:41] Speaker 2: That's right. That's a good one.

[28:42] Speaker 1: No barriers, no boundaries. (laughs)

[28:44] Speaker 2: No boundaries.

[28:45] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[28:46] Speaker 2: Moving through it.

[28:47] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[28:48] Speaker 2: Oh yeah.

[28:49] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs) I love it. (laughs)

[28:53] Speaker 2: (laughs) At least we didn't go to Don't Drink the Kool-Aid.

[29:00] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[29:00] Speaker 2: Uh, in this case you can.

[29:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[29:02] Speaker 2: Oh yeah, have fun.

[29:04] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[29:04] Speaker 2: Okay, let's see. Do we get this? Kool-Aid's here bring you fun. Kool-Aid's got something on the run with a big, wide, happy smile, ear-to-ear Kool-Aid smile.

[29:15] Speaker 1: Why, I sure don't remember that, that-

[29:16] Speaker 2: Can you...

[29:17] Speaker 1: ... that sounds familiar, but I don't remember the tune. (laughs)

[29:22] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[29:22] Speaker 1: I love it.

[29:22] Speaker 2: We're having too much fun. Okay, uh, what else we got, Tiffany?

[29:28] Speaker 4: Emperor Tiffany...

[29:30] Speaker 2: Ooh.

[29:31] Speaker 4: (laughs)

[29:31] Speaker 2: Well played.

[29:33] Speaker 4: When you are helping someone using rods or a pendulum, is it normal to feel drained into the next day?

[29:41] Speaker 2: Oh.

[29:41] Speaker 4: I use them about an hour plus.

[29:45] Speaker 2: It shouldn't.

[29:46] Speaker 1: Mm-mm.

[29:48] Speaker 2: It would depend on what you're doing, I suppose. How are you running your energy with that? 'Cause, um, I assume-

[29:55] Speaker 1: Ooh, I just heard giving your energy away.

[29:58] Speaker 2: Yeah, I assume we're talking like doot or...

[30:01] Speaker 1: Over the, yeah.

[30:03] Speaker 2: Um, and yeah, it... Oh my gosh. I thought you had picked up a little thing-

[30:06] Speaker 1: Yeah, and those don't take your energy.

[30:08] Speaker 2: ... that looks like a heart.

[30:10] Speaker 1: Aw. I mean, you don't even use your-

[30:12] Speaker 2: You can't use... There we go.

[30:12] Speaker 1: ... energy on those.

[30:14] Speaker 2: Yeah, um...

[30:17] Speaker 1: I don't feel like you do. I mean, it's just, it's, messages are just going through you. It's like they're, you're just used...

[30:24] Speaker 2: Yeah, you're the conduit for-

[30:25] Speaker 1: It's hard to do it kind of thing.

[30:25] Speaker 2: ... the energy to move the...

[30:27] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[30:28] Speaker 2: ... the tool.So-

[30:32] Speaker 5: So, but I-

[30:33] Speaker 2: ... the first thing I got was you're giving ... you're ... you're ... you're giving your energy away. So, it- Yeah

[30:38] Speaker 5: Like you said, what ... what are you doing? Yeah.

[30:41] Speaker 2: When I use tools like that, I tend to set intentions and clear my energy and call in the higher frequencies around me. I use a gatekeeper. That may not be a thing for everybody, but, um, you know, I just like to keep everything in a high vibration, so I have a gatekeeper that doesn't allow lower frequencies to run. Um, so maybe if you haven't done that, that might be something-

[31:10] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[31:10] Speaker 2: ... to try and see if that maybe shifts it for you. Because somewhere y- ... So we have these auric fields, right? And if we end up with, um ... Sometimes even pain will create like a hole in that auric field, and then you're just drained and you're tired.

[31:26] Speaker 5: Oh.

[31:26] Speaker 2: And ... And it's because you're losing energy. It's like having a little pinhole in your tire-

[31:30] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[31:31] Speaker 2: ... or a balloon or something.

[31:31] Speaker 5: Or a balloon, yeah.

[31:33] Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's ... So that's kind of the image I'm getting with why is my energ- ... why am I so tired or drained? Um, there could be something ... You're learning something for sure.

[31:46] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[31:46] Speaker 2: Your higher self doesn't allow these things to happen unless you're learning from them. Which got you to ask us a question, which gets us to say something, and maybe there's other things you're learning around it as well, that you might learn from this that will serve you even better-

[32:01] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[32:01] Speaker 2: ... going forward. So, yeah, when ... whenever you're doing anything where you're opening yourself up energetically, you know, everything is energy and all the frequencies of energy exist, so where are you at when you're opening yourself up? You know, are you in a bad mood and then you're like, "I'm gonna pull out my dowsing rods," and you're in this bad mood, you're attracting-

[32:23] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[32:23] Speaker 2: ... frequencies that are in that same frequency. So, that's why you wanna just kinda clear your energy before using tools like that, or cards, or-

[32:31] Speaker 5: Yeah, good point.

[32:32] Speaker 2: ... tarot, oracle, pendulums.

[32:34] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[32:34] Speaker 2: Any of that kind of stuff, because you are out there in the ethers asking questions, so you're gonna find a vibrational match to where you're at. Did ... Was that a-

[32:46] Speaker 5: Yeah, good point. Mm-hmm.

[32:48] Speaker 2: So, um, here's what we do. We just ask for your, your guides to come in and check your auric field, and if there's any, any areas where you're losing energy, to just fill that space in and see it sealed and feel- filling up with whatever frequency you desire, or a higher frequency, and feeling good again. So, it's pretty easy to flip it. If you're feeling tired, you know, just work with your team. Have them help you.

[33:21] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[33:21] Speaker 2: Lift up. First, you might need to understand it before it gets lifted. I think it's kind of like, you know, like in sessions, we need to understand why it's there-

[33:29] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[33:29] Speaker 2: ... before, you know, you wanna clear it.

[33:31] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[33:31] Speaker 2: 'Cause you might clear it and feel good for another day or two, and then boom, you're back into it again.

[33:35] Speaker 5: Yeah, 'cause you didn't get to the-

[33:36] Speaker 2: You need to find out why. Yeah, why that was a resonance to you.

[33:41] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[33:41] Speaker 2: To feel that depletion. What, what was the message in that? Ask that question.

[33:46] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[33:46] Speaker 2: And see if you can get some wisdom from it, so.

[33:50] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[33:51] Speaker 2: All right.

[33:52] Speaker 5: Nice.

[33:54] Speaker 2: Thank you.

[33:58] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[33:59] Speaker 2: (laughs) Ask me anything, I'm half awake.

[34:03] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[34:03] Speaker 2: What else? What else?

[34:05] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[34:06] Speaker 2: Um, okay, Tiffany, what's next? If there's another jingle, I want you to sing it if you can.

[34:12] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[34:13] Speaker 2: 'Cause that will make my day brighter. She's not unmuting so I think she's ignoring me.

[34:20] Speaker 5: Hmm. She did the, "Oh, yeah." (laughs)

[34:24] Speaker 2: I know, she did, she did get into character for that one.

[34:26] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm. Yeah. She might have a kitty cat and puppy dog demanding attention.

[34:33] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[34:33] Speaker 5: I know.

[34:34] Speaker 2: Well, I did kind of do the glancy thing and saw somebody's asking how do you call in a gatekeeper, so while Tiffany-

[34:40] Speaker 5: Okay.

[34:41] Speaker 2: ... is wrestling with how to unmute-

[34:43] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[34:45] Speaker 2: ... we're gonna talk about how do you get a gatekeeper. You ask for one. So, um, you know, when you're in your ... You go into a meditation or prayer, even just right now, you could ask for your highest and best good, bring in a gatekeeper. You can choose one. Um, dragons make great gatekeepers.

[35:05] Speaker 5: Mm.

[35:05] Speaker 2: I love the dragon gatekeepers. They breathe fire. They're cool.

[35:09] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[35:09] Speaker 2: You can have an animal, a loved one, a saint, an angel, um, a star being that, that strikes your fancy. Um, you know, you got a lot of options of high frequency connections. You can call on other versions of yourself that have lived in higher frequencies that can connect with you and be your gatekeeper. So, um, I mean, it's ... You just ask for one to come in and be the gatekeeper. And I set the intention that all, all the frequencies when I'm working at that level are at least a fifth dimension and above, so. 'Cause fifth dimension is out of fear.

[35:48] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[35:48] Speaker 2: We're no longer in a fear-based-

[35:49] Speaker 5: Yeah.

[35:49] Speaker 2: ... in that frequency, so.

[35:50] Speaker 5: Yeah, you don't want that coming in.

[35:52] Speaker 2: Yeah, so I try to start, start there and higher, anyone, anything up above that, so.

[35:58] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[35:58] Speaker 2: But ...

[35:58] Speaker 5: We got enough of the fear stuff here. (laughs)

[36:02] Speaker 2: W- Yeah. We don't want that. Okay, do we have Tiffany back yet?

[36:06] Speaker 3: Yeah, sorry about that. My sound was messed up, sorry.

[36:08] Speaker 2: Oh, okay.

[36:09] Speaker 3: Uh.

[36:10] Speaker 2: Now.

[36:12] Speaker 5: (laughs)

[36:12] Speaker 3: Who wears short shorts?

[36:15] Speaker 2: I wear short shirts. Isn't that an Nair commercial for-

[36:19] Speaker 3: Yes.

[36:19] Speaker 2: ... hair removal?

[36:21] Speaker 3: (laughs)

[36:21] Speaker 2: (laughs) Okay.

[36:23] Speaker 5: Oh, that's a good one. How do we make that metaphysical?

[36:26] Speaker 2: Somebody did a good challenging one. They're ... You-

[36:29] Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.

[36:29] Speaker 2: Whoever did that is giggling their little face off.

[36:31] Speaker 5: Uh-huh. (laughs)

[36:33] Speaker 2: How do we make Nair hair removal-... uh, spiritual-

[36:36] Speaker 6: It's actually the lines. The short shorts. So what, what is short shorts?

[36:40] Speaker 2: That's true.

[36:41] Speaker 6: Exposure?

[36:41] Speaker 2: Who wears short shorts?

[36:42] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[36:43] Speaker 2: Yeah. Expos- you're being exposed. Um...

[36:47] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[36:48] Speaker 2: It c- the people that wear short shorts are confident.

[36:51] Speaker 6: I was just thinking the same thing. You've got a confidence if you wear those. (laughs)

[36:56] Speaker 2: Yeah. Feeling pretty confident about yourself in them short shorts.

[37:00] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[37:00] Speaker 2: (laughs) So, um, yeah. So you're not gonna see me in short shorts, but I could wear short shorts. Yeah.

[37:11] Speaker 6: I, I don't know if I could wear them comfortably. (laughs)

[37:16] Speaker 2: It was metaphorical. (laughs) Please, don't put me in short shorts.

[37:22] Speaker 6: Yeah. (laughs)

[37:25] Speaker 3: Oh, so what's a root chakra?

[37:27] Speaker 6: What was that?

[37:27] Speaker 2: Root chakra. The root chakra. Could be-

[37:31] Speaker 6: Oh. Well, it is all that area, isn't it?

[37:34] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Well, you got a confident root chakra. (laughs)

[37:42] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[37:42] Speaker 2: So, good for you. Oh, yeah.

[37:44] Speaker 6: Yeah, you're grounded. (laughs)

[37:46] Speaker 2: (laughs) At the end of this, we should try to bring them all together, right? Like-

[37:51] Speaker 6: Oh, my gosh.

[37:53] Speaker 2: ... everything. (laughs)

[37:55] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[37:55] Speaker 2: Constantly.

[37:56] Speaker 6: Hm. Well, tell us.

[37:59] Speaker 2: Oh, I got-

[37:59] Speaker 6: The metaphysics of jingles. That'll be great.

[38:01] Speaker 2: That's right.

[38:02] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[38:02] Speaker 2: This one will go down in history.

[38:03] Speaker 6: Yes.

[38:05] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[38:06] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[38:07] Speaker 2: All right. So I'm gonna stick with short shorts mean you're confident and-

[38:10] Speaker 6: Yeah.

[38:11] Speaker 2: ... and feeling good about yourself.

[38:13] Speaker 6: Right.

[38:13] Speaker 2: Which is where we all need to be, right?

[38:15] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[38:15] Speaker 2: That's what we're evolving to.

[38:16] Speaker 6: Yeah. We, we like to be there. Yeah.

[38:17] Speaker 2: Self-love.

[38:18] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[38:19] Speaker 2: Root chakra grounded, yeah, all the things.

[38:24] Speaker 6: Yep.

[38:24] Speaker 2: Okay, Tiffy, what's next?

[38:27] Speaker 3: Blessed Wondrous Tiffany had, had a dream where I was getting married. It was a unique engagement ring, but couldn't see the groom's face. Not dating, so what do we think it may mean?

[38:42] Speaker 2: Marriages can be new beginnings, um, partnerships coming, um, coming into being-

[38:48] Speaker 6: Yeah, it can also be the relationship with yourself.

[38:52] Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm gonna look it up.

[38:55] Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah.

[38:56] Speaker 2: I wanna know what the ring means.

[38:58] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[38:58] Speaker 2: I'm not seeing the person's face. I remember looking things up like that.

[39:01] Speaker 6: That's what made me think it's maybe with yourself.

[39:04] Speaker 2: Yeah, sometimes that can also be like a, um, like a, a guide or something.

[39:11] Speaker 6: Hm, yeah.

[39:13] Speaker 2: And okay. Promise, eternal, perspective, the ring of truth. Oh, ring of truth, and then it says, "See circle." Okay.

[39:23] Speaker 6: And then marriage.

[39:23] Speaker 2: Well, yeah, let's do wedding.

[39:25] Speaker 6: Or wedding. There's wedding, yeah.

[39:26] Speaker 2: Wedding. Oh, let's see. It's a small book, so we'll find the word that best... if I can find, find it. Wedding, wedding, wedding veil, wedding, see marriage. (laughs) .

[39:39] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[39:40] Speaker 2: See, it's gonna send me on a wild goose chase, but...

[39:44] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[39:45] Speaker 2: And... "A uniting or bringing together of ideas, people, parts of, aspects of self." There you go. Uh, "To dream of marriage often represents a blending of the intellectual and intuitive, or masculine and feminine parts of self."

[40:09] Speaker 6: Oh, nice. Okay.

[40:10] Speaker 2: "The dream of marrying a former lover, that's not you. You didn't see their face."

[40:14] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[40:15] Speaker 2: So friends... Okay, so the rest of that doesn't go. So now let's go to circle. So this is about self, probably coming full circle.

[40:24] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[40:25] Speaker 2: You know? Um...

[40:27] Speaker 6: Well, and that's what we do when we're learning about ourselves, that's what we do. We tend to do that full circle thing.

[40:32] Speaker 2: Yeah. Wholeness, complete li- completeless, completeness. (laughs) Sorry. Uh, no beginning and no end, infinity. The circle may mean you have completed a cycle or have grown into a wholeness of the body, mind, and spirit, uh, at present as a merry-go-round. Not a merry-go-round, you are getting into... Okay, so um, again, like that no beginning, no end.

[40:57] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[40:57] Speaker 2: Circle may mean you have completed a cycle. I'm here to show you the cover of the book. This is The Dream Book by Betty Bethards. It's just a tiny little thing, but it sure has a lot of information in it.

[41:09] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[41:09] Speaker 2: So it's been a fun one for me for years. Um, so yeah.

[41:14] Speaker 6: Do you love how she just has all those right within reach of her fingers? (laughs) Just-

[41:19] Speaker 2: Right.

[41:20] Speaker 6: ... she had pendulums right there, she has The Dream Book right over there, she has SoulSpeak right there. (laughs)

[41:26] Speaker 2: (laughs) I do. Everything is better right here, isn't it?

[41:28] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[41:29] Speaker 2: (laughs) What else you guys got? Let's see if my little magic corner over here...

[41:33] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.

[41:35] Speaker 2: You guys are probably right now going, "Okay, so the camera cuts me off here and you can't..." It's like, "What the heck does it look like down there?"

[41:44] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[41:45] Speaker 2: I have a patch of space. (laughs) So we're good.

[41:51] Speaker 6: It works.

[41:51] Speaker 2: We're good.

[41:52] Speaker 6: Okay.

[41:52] Speaker 2: I can find things usually. All right. So completeness of self, you're, I-

[41:58] Speaker 6: Yeah.

[41:59] Speaker 2: This is self-love. This is amazing.

[42:01] Speaker 6: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[42:01] Speaker 2: This is a great dream. You're really evolving and-

[42:04] Speaker 6: Yeah.

[42:04] Speaker 2: ... um, it, uh, to me i- it's like your spiritual awakening is, is working. Good job. All right.

[42:12] Speaker 6: Yeah.

[42:13] Speaker 2: Oh, great goddess of the sky, Tiffany. Oh, yeah.

[42:19] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[42:20] Speaker 2: (laughs) I'll probably be doing that all night.

[42:22] Speaker 6: Uh-huh.

[42:23] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.

[42:25] Speaker 6: (laughs)

[42:25] Speaker 3: Uh.

[42:25] Speaker 2: I'm gonna be the Kool-Aid man.

[42:27] Speaker 3: Do you want jingle or question?

[42:30] Speaker 2: Hm.

[42:31] Speaker 3: 'Cause we're getting time-wise, but-

[42:34] Speaker 2: I guess we'll qu- Oh, let's do a jingle. I think we have time for a jingle, then another question.

[42:38] Speaker 3: Okay. Double the pleasure, double the fun.

[42:43] Speaker 1: That was-

[42:44] Speaker 2: Doublemint gum.

[42:45] Speaker 1: D- yeah, yeah. I thought it was gum. (laughs)

[42:48] Speaker 2: (laughs) It was gonna be there for the camera.

[42:49] Speaker 1: I love it. Double the pleasure, double the fun. I mean, that's back to the fun and the child again.

[42:54] Speaker 2: Uh, we do have a theme.

[42:55] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[42:55] Speaker 2: It's like this inner child theme of-

[42:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[42:57] Speaker 2: ... get out and play.

[42:58] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[42:58] Speaker 2: Uh, get into your inner child. And you know what? That's gonna be amazing if you guys all go out and do that, because that's how-

[43:04] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[43:04] Speaker 2: ... we manifest and create in that joy state.

[43:07] Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely.

[43:09] Speaker 2: In that childlike state.

[43:09] Speaker 1: I love it. (laughs)

[43:11] Speaker 2: Yeah. See, that one was easy.

[43:14] Speaker 1: Yes.

[43:16] Speaker 2: I got hiccups now, so let's see if I can get rid of them.

[43:19] Speaker 1: (laughs) So you're having fun. (laughs)

[43:24] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[43:27] Speaker 4: Okay. Uh, this is from Josephine. "I have these tiny lights come on in- come in my room at night-"

[43:35] Speaker 1: Okay.

[43:35] Speaker 4: "... like orb, but they hang by electricity, different to orbs. Some have light and some do not. What are these things? Are they from-"

[43:43] Speaker 1: They're cool, that's what they are. (laughs)

[43:47] Speaker 4: (laughs)

[43:47] Speaker 1: What's the rest of it? They probably are orbs. I mean, those are elements. Those are- I mean, orbs are... They're beings, they're different things, and so-

[43:56] Speaker 2: Yeah, they're from the fairy realm.

[43:58] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah, um, and the fact that they're around electricity... I mean, 'cause a lot of times, like, the little orbs, you'll see them really populous in areas where people are having a lot of fun. They're dancing, they're singing, they're in merriment, that kinda thing. And they'll just be so- bouncing all over the place and right over them and everything. Electricity, you know, it's- it's some kind of a charge. I mean, I don't know if we've ever paid attention to things like that, are they around. We're just looking at, we notice they're around a lot of people, you know, when they're having fun. Um...

[44:29] Speaker 2: I wonder if the electricity is how they're able to make themselves visible to us.

[44:34] Speaker 1: Hm?

[44:34] Speaker 2: Maybe they can use the current to-

[44:36] Speaker 1: Maybe.

[44:36] Speaker 2: 'Cause you know they can play with the-

[44:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[44:39] Speaker 2: ... stereos and- and different things, and affect-

[44:42] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[44:43] Speaker 2: ... our signals. So, I wonder-

[44:44] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[44:44] Speaker 2: ... if there's something about the frequency of the electricity so that they can...

[44:49] Speaker 1: I'm hearing belief. Do you have a belief around electricity? It's something about... Uh, I- I- I'm not... That's all. It's something about a belief.

[45:01] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[45:01] Speaker 1: You know, they're always- They're gonna work with our own beliefs.

[45:04] Speaker 2: So, here's- here's something that happened in the class. Uh, yesterday we were talking about deceased loved ones. Can't remember why-

[45:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:14] Speaker 2: ... we were talking about it. And all of a sudden, my doorbell rings, all the dogs get up, run, run, run. And I have the Ring doorbell that will record when someone's at the door. There was nobody there. And so, I was like, "Oh my gosh, your relative just rang my door."

[45:29] Speaker 1: Yes, yeah.

[45:29] Speaker 2: (laughs) I was like, you know, the timing-

[45:31] Speaker 1: Yeah, "We'll show you now, we show up." (laughs)

[45:33] Speaker 2: Yeah. So they- they use these things. They can use it.

[45:36] Speaker 1: They... And electricity's easy to use.

[45:38] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[45:39] Speaker 1: Yeah. (laughs)

[45:40] Speaker 2: Interesting. So, I think that there is a connection there. I'm getting, um, you know, that... Orbs to me usually come from fairy realm, could be fairies or sprites or different things like that.

[45:52] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[45:53] Speaker 2: And I kinda feel like it's- it's something to remind you of where you come from.

[45:58] Speaker 1: Oh.

[45:59] Speaker 2: Like- like they're saying hello and don't- don't forget who you are.

[46:04] Speaker 1: Love it.

[46:05] Speaker 2: That's kinda the- the message I get with that.

[46:06] Speaker 1: And that goes back to all the fun. Be ha- have fun, have- be happy. (laughs)

[46:09] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[46:09] Speaker 1: All the message's. (laughs)

[46:11] Speaker 2: It is. Yeah, fairies are very playful.

[46:13] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:14] Speaker 2: So, when you're hunting for your keys, just remember that.

[46:17] Speaker 1: (laughs) What if you-

[46:20] Speaker 2: But they also know how to make them disappear and reappear. And it's like, "I've already looked there six times."

[46:25] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:25] Speaker 2: How are they there now? Yeah.

[46:28] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[46:28] Speaker 2: Crazy little fairies. We don't want to... I mean, we love the little fairies.

[46:33] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:34] Speaker 2: (laughs) I had one I used to call Henri, 'cause he would knock everything down. I would go reach for something and it would fall, and I'm like, "What the heck?"

[46:44] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[46:45] Speaker 2: So, all right do-

[46:46] Speaker 1: I have one in the form of a cat, a kitten, you know.

[46:48] Speaker 2: Yes.

[46:49] Speaker 1: Nala is little Henri. (laughs)

[46:51] Speaker 2: I bet she's chasing the fairies through your house. She's probably-

[46:55] Speaker 1: Probably.

[46:56] Speaker 2: ... having a good old time.

[46:57] Speaker 1: She chases all kinds of things. (laughs)

[47:01] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[47:01] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[47:01] Speaker 2: We've got Galahad over here. You guys have seen him.

[47:04] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[47:04] Speaker 2: He comes up and says hello.

[47:06] Speaker 1: He was behind you a little bit ago.

[47:09] Speaker 2: Okay, so he also apparently dragged something up and left it on my floor, so... (laughs) Anyways.

[47:15] Speaker 1: It's not visible, no. (laughs)

[47:18] Speaker 2: Yeah. Anyway. (laughs)

[47:24] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[47:24] Speaker 2: (laughs) I think we have time for one more.

[47:26] Speaker 1: I think we do, yeah.

[47:27] Speaker 2: Yeah. So...

[47:29] Speaker 4: How do we, quote-unquote, "manipulate" energies to manifest our dream jobs or projects without controlling or forcing? I'm a little confused by the word manipulate. Thank you.

[47:41] Speaker 1: Yeah. Use a- I know. Manipulate is kinda like a... Yeah. It's-

[47:45] Speaker 2: I think I got over my-

[47:46] Speaker 1: It's- it's got a lot of negative connotations to it. Hm?

[47:48] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[47:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[47:48] Speaker 2: I think I kinda got over my negative-

[47:51] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[47:51] Speaker 2: ... connotation to the manipulate thing.

[47:53] Speaker 1: Yeah. If you just use the word use-

[47:54] Speaker 2: Uh, because in my mind, it's like- like when you're-

[47:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[47:57] Speaker 2: ... kneading dough and stuff-

[47:58] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[47:58] Speaker 2: ... like that, and you're shaping it.

[47:59] Speaker 1: Right.

[48:00] Speaker 2: And so...

[48:00] Speaker 1: Yeah. If you say you're using it, you're adjusting it-

[48:04] Speaker 2: You can shape it.

[48:04] Speaker 1: ... whatever, yeah.

[48:05] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[48:05] Speaker 1: Uh, kneading it maybe. (laughs)

[48:07] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[48:07] Speaker 1: Like I'm saying, "I'm kneading the energy." Um, uh, yeah. Just- it's just that's- the word manipulate actually means working with.

[48:16] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[48:16] Speaker 1: So, uh-

[48:17] Speaker 2: Changing structures and...

[48:18] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[48:19] Speaker 2: Um...

[48:20] Speaker 1: S- yeah. So if you kinda- if you wanna exchange, put other words in there, that's fine, uh, if that helps you with that. Because manipulate has a bad rap, you know, for this.

[48:30] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[48:31] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[48:31] Speaker 2: 'Cause you're manipulating me, you're tricking me.

[48:33] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[48:34] Speaker 2: Um, yeah. And you know, because I don't go in that frequency...

[48:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[48:38] Speaker 2: I- I mean, I did. I used to hate that word too, and now it's- now it doesn't mean anything to me. (laughs) It's like, that's what I'm doing. I'm-

[48:44] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[48:44] Speaker 2: I'm reshaping it.

[48:45] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[48:46] Speaker 2: I'm-

[48:46] Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.

[48:46] Speaker 2: ... changing it, which is manipulating its- its-

[48:50] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[48:51] Speaker 2: ... its structure into something I like better. (laughs)

[48:54] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[48:55] Speaker 2: So-

[48:55] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[48:55] Speaker 2: Um...

[48:55] Speaker 1: As far as how you do it, um, I mean, yeah. See, you just know it's there, and you're utilizing it-

[49:03] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[49:03] Speaker 1: ... to, uh, "This is what I want." You utilize it to, you're... 'Cause the way you manifest is by imagining whatever it is you want, you imagine it already completed and that you do it. I mean, 'cause that's, we all know that part. There, that's where... Wait, wait. Imagine it already completed, you know, it's already envisioned that. But there's more to it than that. You, you've gotta picture it, you've gotta smell it, you've gotta feel it. You put yourself in that scene, in that place where it's already done, and you feel all the emotions of what it's like to be in that, b- be that person with that, to be in that situation. You, you're feeling all the feels. See, that's using the energy. See, that's how you're, you're using that energy to feel that way, to imagine that. And then by doing that, see, now you're attracting that energy to you, like we were saying earlier. You know, whatever state you're in, that's what you're attracting to you.

[49:56] Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right.

[49:56] Speaker 1: So when you're utilizing the energy to create whatever it is, you know, you're just like, "This is what I want and I can feel it, I can..." I mean, you, you feel it, actually feel it. Rub your hands if it's a physical thing, rub your hands on it and, and, uh, you know, this is what it's like. I know it's in my world. But you also look at you. And this was a big part of, of when, you know, one of the parts I was learning is, like, what are you like?

[50:18] Speaker 1: Because you're probably-

[50:19] Speaker 2: Exactly.

[50:19] Speaker 1: ... different than you were now.

[50:21] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[50:21] Speaker 1: What is the person that has that, what does that, what are they like?

[50:24] Speaker 2: (laughs) Exactly.

[50:25] Speaker 1: You know? And so you feel that. And I remember that one time it was like, the confidence that person had was so great. It was so wonderful. I love that feeling. You just know everything's okay, you just know, you know, things like that. And, and then when you come back to your present, you're bringing all of that feel stuff with you. And so that you know it has to happen, see, because you've, you've got it there, you... And then you go back and visit it anytime you want, you just go back to the feels part, or just whatever makes you be back in that and everything.

[50:55] Speaker 1: But just know because I can imagine it-

[50:59] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[50:59] Speaker 1: ... then that means it can happen. And, oh, I love it. (laughs)

[51:03] Speaker 2: I spoke of him and his childlike wonderment right here.

[51:06] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, yeah.

[51:06] Speaker 2: He brings me toys.

[51:08] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[51:08] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[51:09] Speaker 1: So see, that's, that's how you use that energy, that's how you utilize. Let's just call it utilize, you know. You're just... And you're reshaping it, you're shaping it into what you want.

[51:18] Speaker 2: Th- There's a good word in the chat of molding it, you're molding it, um-

[51:21] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yes, mm-hmm.

[51:22] Speaker 2: ... shaping it-

[51:23] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[51:24] Speaker 2: ... all the things.

[51:25] Speaker 1: Absolutely.

[51:25] Speaker 2: Yeah. And let's-

[51:27] Speaker 1: But you gotta have the feels, you got... Put the emotions in it, do all the senses. That's what makes-

[51:32] Speaker 2: You know, when-

[51:32] Speaker 1: ... it happen.

[51:34] Speaker 2: ... when some of the things, like, uh, let's say it's a house.

[51:37] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:37] Speaker 2: Um, one of the things that's kind of fun to do is what does it feel like to touch the doorknob as you twist it-

[51:43] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:43] Speaker 2: ... and turn it and walk inside? What's the temperature of the house when you get in there? What's-

[51:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:48] Speaker 2: If you're breathing in, what is that like? You know-

[51:51] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[51:51] Speaker 2: ... all the senses. Get them in there.

[51:53] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[51:53] Speaker 2: If you're barefoot on the floor, is it hardwood, is it carpet?

[51:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[51:57] Speaker 2: What does that feel like?

[51:57] Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly. All-

[51:59] Speaker 2: You know, just do your-

[51:59] Speaker 1: ... all the senses.

[52:00] Speaker 2: ... daily kind of things, just the-

[52:02] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[52:02] Speaker 2: ... simple things.

[52:03] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[52:03] Speaker 2: And that will-

[52:04] Speaker 1: What's it like to brush your teeth in the s- in the bathroom-

[52:06] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:06] Speaker 1: ... in that house, you know? And, or when you go to bed in that house, what's it like? You've got your eyes closed. Whenever you wake up in the morning, what do you see around you? You know, really experience it.

[52:16] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:16] Speaker 1: You're creating it when you do that.

[52:20] Speaker 2: Exactly.

[52:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. And then it has to happen because you have done that. Like I said, and you can, you can visit it every so often, but then you, you know, you just know it's gonna be there. And that's that confidence that happens in there. "Well, I felt it, I know it's there," because, you know-

[52:33] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[52:33] Speaker 1: ... it has to happen. Then you let go of it.

[52:36] Speaker 2: So you're creating-

[52:36] Speaker 1: You're not like, "I need it. I want it, I want it, I want it."

[52:39] Speaker 2: You're creating the reality. Yeah. If you, if you get into that neediness or the wanting-

[52:44] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[52:44] Speaker 2: ... then that's, that's a different vibration-

[52:46] Speaker 1: Uh-huh, completely.

[52:47] Speaker 2: ... and the universe complies and says, "Okay, you're gonna want it then."

[52:50] Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, just keep you there.

[52:51] Speaker 2: We'll leave you in the wanting and the needing.

[52:52] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[52:53] Speaker 2: So yeah, it's the having it, enjoying it, um, just seeing yourself. Uh, one of the things I do with that too, and, and just invite this idea if it, if it fits, is this or something better?

[53:07] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[53:07] Speaker 2: And...

[53:07] Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely.

[53:09] Speaker 2: And we just currently went through, through that where it's like this or something better, and when this didn't work, it's like-

[53:15] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[53:15] Speaker 2: ... "Oh, then I get something better."

[53:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[53:17] Speaker 2: And it kinda... You know, there is, there's gonna be a little disappointment with, "Okay, yeah, that didn't work. Oh, wait, but-"

[53:25] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[53:25] Speaker 2: "... that must mean there's something better."

[53:26] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[53:27] Speaker 2: So, you know, it's, it's a interesting world we live in and we're creating and-

[53:33] Speaker 1: Yes.

[53:34] Speaker 2: ... learning. And we are in this heightened level of manifesting, so-

[53:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[53:41] Speaker 2: ... more and more and quicker and quicker. And just-

[53:44] Speaker 1: And just know this is your true being. This is who you really are. And this is one of the biggest reasons we are here, is to learn how to do this. So, um, it... Actually, that's not even learning. Boy, they, they just corrected me so quick, it's remembering how to do it. (laughs)

[53:59] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[53:59] Speaker 1: And so, um, but we wanted to remember how to do it in this plane. We can do it already. I mean, that's why it's remembering. Um, but it's, uh, here on earth where we, we believe we have limitations and all these different restrictions and things like that. Doing it here? Whoa. (laughs) See, we're-

[54:18] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[54:18] Speaker 1: ... we're doing things that great big powerful beings can do, you know. These are manifesters.

[54:24] Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure your mom said it was... "This is a very advanced school." Like-

[54:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[54:29] Speaker 2: We had to go to all of these other planets and live all these other lives and then, you know, come into, "Okay, you're gonna forget who you are, you're gonna go into-

[54:36] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.

[54:37] Speaker 2: ... duality, you're gonna experience low frequencies, high frequencies, and you gotta go figure out and remember who you are."

[54:43] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[54:43] Speaker 2: So-

[54:43] Speaker 1: Exactly.

[54:44] Speaker 2: And then...

[54:44] Speaker 1: Exactly. Have fun.

[54:46] Speaker 2: Yeah, that sounds challenging.

[54:47] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[54:49] Speaker 2: (laughs) Oh, yeah.

[54:50] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[54:50] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[54:51] Speaker 1: So do it with fun. Just know that's why you're here and you're just remembering. And keep that about it, and that'll keep the fun and do all the jingles with it, you know, keep the fun and stay-

[55:02] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[55:02] Speaker 1: ... with that childlike. We got our two-minute warning, I think, so we can-

[55:05] Speaker 2: We did, yeah.

[55:05] Speaker 1: ... go ahead. Yeah. (laughs)

[55:06] Speaker 2: (laughs) Pew pew.

[55:08] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Yeah, so-

[55:09] Speaker 2: Wrap it up, ladies.

[55:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely. Anyway, thank you everybody for being here. [55:39] Speaker 2: Oh, that's be fun.

[55:40] Speaker 1: Anyway, go to qhhtofficial.com. And if you wanna find Tracey, if you wanna have a session with Tracey, where would...

[55:52] Speaker 2: Find a practitioner.

[55:56] Speaker 2: Put in themagicisreal, all one word, to get your discount. The magic is real.

[56:01] Speaker 1: Yep.

[56:02] Speaker 2: And-

[56:02] Speaker 1: And then she lifted the SoulSpeak book up there a while ago-

[56:04] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[56:04] Speaker 1: ... if you wanna understand the language of your body. There's SoulSpeak, the book, and I also have an online course. And I'll put the link below this video. (laughs) So yes. Anyway, and Tiffany, where can people find you? (laughs)

[56:18] Speaker 5: On the couch at home. (laughs)

[56:21] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[56:21] Speaker 2: I thought she was gonna say, "Running for the hills. Oh, yeah."

[56:24] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[56:24] Speaker 2: (laughs) Okay, guys. Thank you all so much.

[56:27] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[56:27] Speaker 2: And we'll see you next week.

[56:28] Speaker 1: Yeah. Love you, bye.

[56:30] Speaker 2: Bye.

[56:30] Speaker 1: (laughs)
