Guest Biography:

Brian Mcnally was raised in a working class family from Philadelphia where he was taught to value hard work, integrity and grit. Like most working class families they lived paycheck to paycheck. At a young age he recognized that in order to have anything beyond the necessities his parents worked so hard to provide he would need to contribute. At 9 he and his brother would raid the recycling bin in their apartment complex where they lived and take the cans to the recycling plant for the 5 cents a can return, he shoveled snow in the winter, worked in the kitchen of pizza shops at 13 and by 16 was holding down two jobs as a custodian while maintaining good grades and leading as captain of his high school lacrosse team. His father struggled with alcohol which created a tremendous strain on his family life, Brian had to grow up fast and quickly became fiercely independent. However driven and independant he was, he lacked direction and his desire for more led him down a road of selling drugs in his late teens and early twenties. He very narrowly escaped this chapter of his life with his freedom and decided a radical change was needed so he packed up and left for Florida where he attended the University of South Florida.

Guest Occupation: Harvard-trained Scientist, Holistic Wellness Expert, Author, Keynote Speaker
Guest Biography:

Dr. Mamta Bhatt is a Harvard-trained scientist, bestselling author, keynote speaker, and holistic wellness expert who has been featured more than ten times on NBC and CBS for her work in improving performance, recovery, resilience, and long-term health.

After a two-decade career as a high-level executive and scientific career—no contributing to research, product development, and innovation for Fortune 50 companies—Dr. Bhatt’s life came to an abrupt halt. One morning, she woke up unable to lift herself out of bed. A crushing, unexplained fatigue left her bedridden, battling chronic exhaustion, hormonal imbalances, and digestive dysfunction, with no answers from conventional medicine.

Determined to heal, she turned back to first principles. Inspired by Hippocrates’ wisdom, “Let food be thy medicine,” she combined her scientific training with ancient healing systems, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and mind-body regulation. Through rigorous self-experimentation, she developed her own proprietary, science-backed protocol.

Within just 90 days, her health was fully restored. She returned to energy, vitality—and even jogging again. The transformation was so profound that those who had watched her decline were stunned. Word spread quickly, and soon others began seeking her guidance. One by one, they too began experiencing measurable improvements in energy, metabolic health, blood sugar, cholesterol, inflammation, and overall well-being—often within the same 90-day window.

Today, Dr. Bhatt works with clients globally, including individuals from the U.S., U.K., Japan, and Australia, helping them reverse chronic conditions and reclaim vitality through lifestyle-based, sustainable solutions. Her work bridges rigorous science with real-world application—making it especially impactful for high performers, athletes, executives, and organizations seeking longevity, focus, and resilience.

Dr. Bhatt holds a PhD in Macromolecular Science, with executive education from Wharton Business School and Harvard Medical School. Beyond science, her journey led her inward. She spent decades immersed in a monastery in rural India, studying meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy, breathwork, vipassana, reiki, and contemplative practices under the guidance of living masters—deepening her understanding of healing at the mind-body-spirit level.

She is the author of two bestselling books, Journey for Joy and Recipes for Joy, available on Amazon, which combine her personal healing story with practical, actionable strategies for overcoming chronic disease and restoring clarity, energy and joy. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker and works with corporations to improve mindset, well-being, and productivity using evidence-based lifestyle medicine.

Dr. Bhatt’s work is grounded in one simple truth: true performance and lasting health emerge when the body, mind, and spirit are brought back into alignment.
