Erin is a design catalyst, strategist & educator. She’s infinitely curious about what motivates people to learn and act, and enjoys designing new experiences, services, programs and systems within education and healthcare, social enterprises, nonprofits, foundations and purpose-minded businesses. Erin is the Founder of EPIC: Engaging Philanthropy, Inspiring Creatives, which has worked with over 40+ nonprofit organizations in Chicago and Minneapolis and donated over $4M+ in creative service fees in the last five years by engaging thousands of top creative professionals in volunteerism. She also teaches design to graduate students at Northwestern University and has created curriculum and taught at Columbia College Chicago, lectured for School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) and created and launched the design program at the Chicago Portfolio School.

Did you ever wake up one day and know your entire life needed to change? You might know what you want, but where to start is often the barrier. I'm Karen Morales and in 2017, that was me. With a lot of inspiration, I decided to leave my job, my marriage and start a company, all at once. What's more, I did it with a muscle disease, two small kids and no financial back-up plan, and built a seven figure business.
Karen Morales uses her personal stories of change. With resilience and humor as her core messages, Karen challenges us to all believe that any difficult situation, in life or business, can have a happier ending.
