He brought this harsh tasting herb from the mountains of Iran. He claims the use of Oil of Oregano has turned round a number of illnesses entirely, a treasure served from Gaia's table! Years ago, he was stuck by a needle contaminated with HIV, which began his search for the impossible. His explorations with Oregano – presented a brilliant learning process. Add his own bout with Lyme's Disease, and decades of patients and research into the flaring ailments of our society. Now Covid 19.
I am excited to bring Dr. Ingram to you with his long term dramatic and successfull history, reminding us all of the startling bounty of plants and the use of their power in potions with their huge range of healings in body, mind and spirit.

The covid situation seems to be continually morphing, But here is a simple sounding approach to natural healing. I thought it could trigger some protective inspiration.

Maybe it is because it tastes so bad it scares any virus away! I offer this rerun of Dr. Ingrams wisdom, perspective, maverick attitudes backed by success, into the rushing slough of variables and fear.
I have noticed in my work that many of you these days have risen into greater self realization and self awareness through the lockdowns. People finding out what they believe in.... others what they do not believe in any longer. But self realization is the true name of the game. Added to that, Oil of Oregano, when diffusedb brings a new level of security... either because it is anti viral, or because it deals with fear and insecurity, soothing your brain.

Chris Holmes
Chris Holmes is an American heavy metal guitarist and songwriter. Holmes started his musical career in the Pasadena, California area in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He is best known as the lead guitarist of heavy metal band W.A.S.P. Together with Blackie Lawless and Randy Piper he was one of the founding members of the band. Holmes was a member of W.A.S.P. first from 1983 to 1990, and again from 1996 to 2001.
Written and Directed by French filmmakers Antoine de Montremy and Laurent Hart …MEAN MAN: The Story of Chris Holmes was a project that was born in 2014 after they had an opportunity to meet and direct Holmes in a music video for the Holmes-penned song “Let It Roar” in Cannes, France. At that time, the former W.A.S.P. guitarist had more or less disappeared from the music scene, leaving his home in the U.S. to seek a new beginning with his wife Sarah in France. Not content with merely directing a music video for the re-born Holmes, de Montremy pursued his bigger dream of writing and directing a documentary film about this iconic metal guitar legend and for the next several years shadowed him throughout Europe while filming everything from band rehearsals, to recording sessions to live performances.
By creatively combining archival footage, interviews with past and present band members and musical peers, family members and childhood friends – interspersed with beautifully filmed concert performances of Holmes’ current solo band – Director de Montremy skillfully portrays the story of an iconic guitar player who has lived a life of extreme highs and lows. After losing the publishing rights of his own songs and combatting dangerous addictions, the legendary W.A.S.P. guitarist is shown starting over from scratch while living at his mother-in-law’s in Cannes, France as he puts together with his wife a brand new band and a brand new musical role as not only the main guitarist, but now as the actual lead singer of this newly-born musical project aptly named MEAN MAN.
Cleopatra Entertainment’s plans for release include a stand-alone DVD Home Entertainment version and a Blu Ray version chock full of bonus goodies not available on the Digital VOD version which will follow the DVD and Blu Ray Release this November, just in time for the Holidays. A U.S. west coast Theatrical premier is being discussed as well, pending the revision and/or relaxation of the current local State Government’s restrictions on movie theaters operating during the Covid pandemic.

Brian BecVar is an accomplished keyboardist/composer/songwriter and producer who has toured, recorded and performed with Celine Dion, Michael Bolton, Laura Branigan, Air Supply, Englebert Humperdinck, John Mellencamp, Gino Vannelli, Roberta Flack, Bill Champlin, Jon Anderson (from the group Yes), Kenny Loggins, Richard Marx, Davy Jones (from the group The Monkeys), Phoebe Snow, Dave Mason, Ben E. King, Bobby Caldwell, Wild Cherry, Kitaro, Cheryl Lynn, Alejandro Lerner, Pedro Aznar and David De Maria. The highlight of Brian’s touring years were the years performing with Celine Dion and with Michael Bolton, with whom he is currently performing as a pianist/ keyboardist.
As a composer of Film & TV, Brian has produced and scored music for independent films and major sports channels. His songs have been recorded by John Mellencamp, Roberta Flack, Bobby Caldwell, Cheryl Lynn, Alejandro Lerner and Pedro Aznar. In 1994 Brian released his first solo CD, entitled “Once In A Life,” on the Real Music label, featuring vocals by Pedro Aznar, from Pat Metheny’s group. Since then, Brian has recorded several solo albums of jazz/classical/world music. He is currently producing several promising young artists for major label distribution.
In 2003, Brian, along with his brother Bruce BecVar, collaborated with mind-body specialist and best-selling author Deepak Chopra to create an extraordinary CD of healing music entitled “The Magic Of Healing.” Composed, recorded and co-produced by Brian and Bruce BecVar along with Deepak Chopra, this CD contains music that uses elements inspired by ancient Vedic traditions and principles of healing. Since its initial release in mid-2003, the CD has been a major success globally and continues to inspire to this day.
In 2008, Brian wrote two Olympic theme songs for the Beijing Olympic games. Out of 80,000 songs submitted, Brian’s songs were selected and honored as two of the top 50 songs. And Brian received special Olympic awards from the Olympic committee for both songs.
Brian has recently launched SerenityStream, a video streaming app for mobile phones and smart TVs. SerenityStream is the source for epic films to quiet the mind and calm the soul, an ever expanding library of extraordinary visual landscapes and stunning soundtracks composed, edited and produced by Brian. Multi platform apps for mobile, TV and the Web allow the user to stream tranquil visual & sound environments for meditation, relaxation, stress reduction and inspiration. Lori Kilpatrick grew up in a small rural southern farming community. She joined the army right out of high school where she met her husband. While traveling base to base she started a family as an Army wife and achieved a degree in education.
Her husband's family had settled in Douglas, Arizona and Lori's family retired from the service and settled in the area. As a small business owner, Lori decided to run for AZ state Senate. Even though she lost, she realized that her commitment to making a difference and changing what she saw as corruption within the establishment would not keep her from trying again.
Running for County Supervisor of Cochise County, AZ she once again encountered the difficulties of running against an incumbent. We are honored to have her on our show tonight as we discuss the perils and pitfalls and the accomplishments of running for public office.
