Well, how are you doing with the hearings and all the excitement of who is saying what and who
owns the picture. It's interesting as the seams split in our political reality. We Heard from great teachers that the systems would be coming undone. And old talk about the core elite that runs our civilization even through time. Sounds like the core that Nandhiji and others teach.... the core that runs through our soul and develops through lifetimes.
Lots to cogitate.
In the meantime, let's remind one another that breathing, centering, and LOVING, can keep us growing and refreshing ourselves. Its evolution times. I often think that we are as a species lurking at the bottom of a vibrational ocean. Our job is to
keep kicking our feet so we rise up through all the distractions and debris, (and of course we have to pick up our debris and transform it wherever we find it.) where life can be lighter and our journey glows. I do believe we are intrinsically a vibrational being of light, in transit to claiming that ability.

Cattle Rancher
Mark has a herd of Black and Red Angus cattle in Eastern Colorado. His cattle graze in open pastures during the summer and are fed a combination of hay and grain during the winter. His herd expands every spring with the addition of calves. Mark's herd has grown to over 50 with more calves on the way.

Mark was the longest serving school board member for Lewis-Palmer School District 38 since term limits were enacted. He was elected three times serving 12 years. He served twice as President and held every position during his tenure. Lewis-Palmer is a high-achieving school district with one of the highest on-time graduation rates in the state of Colorado.
