Patrick is now on a mission to help other responders overcome the same issues that he faced. In this episode, Patrick discusses the struggles he faced, and provides advice, inspiration, and hope for overcoming mental health issues, through his role as National Outreach Liaison for FHE – Health Shatterproof Program for First Responders.

Veronica Entwislte : Intuitive Energy Counselor

Veronica Entwistle : Intuitive Energy Counselor

This week on Paradigm Shifters:

Paradigm Shifting can be a matter of light.  Tune in tonight and meet Peter Forhan of www.justlight.com.

Peter is a light wizard who has studied the frequencies and developed beautiful tools and lamps to use light in the place of water.

Shockingly he found when he was fretting about water shortages etc., he realized that he could clean and dry his laundry in a short period of time, using only light.

He followed up with through studies, some of which emanated from the research of a Nobel Peace Price

winner in 1903, who reversed smallpox using light frequencies.  This stuff is not new apparently but was distressing to the powers that be.   Sounds like Tesla, doesn't it?

Many are discovering amazing facelifts and healing properties when radiating their own skin for short periods of time.

Claims are many of focusing red lights, yellow lights, blue lights on all kinds of difficulties that are psychological or physical.  Photobiolmodulations is a light packed title of this work.   Our friend Peter Forhan joins us in this interview to explain how it all works and how he came upon it

You might want your own health boosting light after hearing Peter's amazing stories.   Again, this isn't new but has been hiding behind marketing status quo.

Meet Peter at 8 PM PT tonight on www.bbsradio.com and do let us know what you have learned or enjoyed.

MAYBE WE CAN USE LIGHTS TO RAISE THE FREQUENCIES OF THOUGHT AND INTENTION FOR MOTHER EARTH!!

A Message from Veronica --

Hello Everyone,

What tumult we are experiencing.   Isn't it interesting that racism, after all the learning curves and consciousness we have been on still

prevails.  And though it tries to hide underground it is truly insidious.   I love hearing how -for example, - London is a buzz with people of all shades and no particular concern about it.

Plus, the super suppression that is being used.... feels like the "Monty Python Foot" smashing possibility for the greater good.  It's hard to imagine the intentions behind suppression of democracy.

HOW DO WE SUPPORT RISING CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGHOUT OUR WORLD?  I believe it is called EVOLUTION.

Let's connect and upgrade your personal evolution.!  Call 510 595-5564 and let me know how you are faring with the crazy ferment of these times.   Is it possible to love each another instead of fighting for power and/or resources?

Can we become the promised unifying

force of all of life?

Love

Veronica

Life Changes Show Guest, MIHI NIHIL December 20, 2021
Emerging band from Los Angeles

MIHI NIHIL

THE BAND

MIHI NIHIL (Mee-Kee Nee-Keel) is an emerging band from Los Angeles, comprising Mihi Vox (vocal), Benjamin Montoya (guitar), Nick Steinberg (bass) and Adam Alt (drums).  Mihi, a former New York City Opera singer, is backed by three self-taught rockers.

Casually, through years of friendship and free-flow sessions the group calls “Whiskey Rehearsals,” MIHI NIHIL was realized and the anatomy of the album was built. They quickly understood how perfect this imperfect pairing of three alternative musicians and a classical singer would be. The record, written and performed together by the quartet in one room, fully encompasses their collaborative essence.

Delivering a dark country sound rooted in post-punk, MIHI NIHIL pulls from a kaleidoscope of influences, including early Radiohead, The Clash, Ennio Morricone, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Bauhaus, Neal Young, The Cure and The Pixies. Mihi’s captivating vocals flow seamlessly from serene unfolding to anthemic power, gliding alongside the tectonic pull of Benjamin’s guitar, while Nick and Adam drive the bass and drums with commanding fervor. Together, the four-piece have crafted a nine-song debut grounded in earthiness and redolent with nostalgia.

The name Mihi Nihil (Mee-Kee Nee-Keel) sounds like a University’s Latin motto, but it was actually the lead singer, Mihi Vox’s, nickname in college. Now a band motto, the name represents the groups approach to life and music as they write songs together, staying open not only to each other but also to the music.
