Erik Cutter is a visionary urban regenerative farmer and devout steward of our planet. Erik is managing director of Alegría Fresh (www.AlegriaFresh.com) and executive producer of the documentary film, “Farmacy of Light” (www.FarmacyofLight.com), a film that illuminates ancient links between human health and soil health, exposing our critical need to regenerate living soil to produce local, light-filled healing food.

Alegría Fresh is a zero-waste, regenerative urban microfarm employing RegenOrganic soil-based growing systems. Erik is also Founder of the Alegría Farmacy, an integrated carbon neutral food production system designed to grow superior produce anywhere, anytime. Erik has over 35 years experience growing ultra nutrient-rich produce using regenerative organic techniques and is a leading pioneer in developing cost effective living soil-based growing systems that can be deployed over man-made surfaces close to where people live and work. He has a background in biochemistry and oncology, and possesses a lifelong passion for creating haute cuisine using the finest ingredients, most of which he grows himself. Erik’s mission is to increase adaptability and resilience and combat auto-immune disorders by creating greater awareness of the numerous health benefits of consuming fresh, locally-grown, light-filled food. The company’s goals include connecting individuals with where their food comes from and how it should be grown in living soil to optimize microbiome health, influencing positive change in resource management, teaching healthy eating habits, promoting entrepreneurship programs and creating green jobs in urban agriculture.

Our words and actions have an impact. During my 21 years in law enforcement, I saw the impact of how people were treated. When well intentioned people don’t understand the people they’re working with, it’s possible to do more harm than good.  Through workshops, keynote speaking and training programs, I equip people with tools to bridge the gap between at-risk and immigrant youth, First Nations Youth, newcomers and the community at large. 

Human Performance and Tech Consultant. Pro sports, Navy Special Warfare, sports & health tech startups. Integrates & leads multidisciplinary teams for optimal results. Former NBA strength coach of the year. My passion is to develop and maintain athletes and their performance using sports medicine and strength and conditioning. 
I use technology(tools) to gain more information and profile their strengths and weaknesses and develop a comprehensive plan to allow them to reach their highest potential.

Ann has over 25 years experience as a clinical & therapeutic counsellor. She has worked across many fields
including -  Mental Health, Crisis & Welfare, Advocacy, Education, Relationships & Family, Suicide prevention,
Domestic Violence, Sex Education/ Mentoring, Female Sexuality, Sexual trauma, Research & most recently Spiritual Counsel / Guidance.
The Journey has been a diverse & convoluted one, beginning  in the not for profit / welfare sector,
to the Government medical sector, then into private practice.

After re-locating to the country in 2015, Ann established a new private practice Margaret River Counselling & Healing,
offering Relationship, intimacy and sex counselling /education. She became a certified Female sexuality educator,
as her work was becoming more exclusively focused on women suffering childhood & sexual trauma.
She also ran women's sex & intimacy education workshops, helping women reclaim their sexual identity.

Around the same time, having been certified as a  Theta-healing® practitioner for 20 years, Ann recognised the need
to incorporate a more "spiritually centered" component to her therapeutic practice, & began offering this as a modality in healing.
As part of this therapeutic metamorphosis & perhaps as a reflection of her own spiritual evolution, she became more aligned
with the spiritual aspects of her work. It became clear that the old paradigm of her original therapeutic work was being surpassed
by something far greater and more holistic. So in 2019, she terminated her counselling practice and created Orion Metaphysical.
In addition to this spiritual transformation, Ann went on to qualify as a Level 3 QHHT® Hypnotist & past life regressionist -
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique ®
This ground breaking work was created by Dolores Cannon - leading edge Hypnotist, Past life regressionist and healer.
Dolores spent nearly 50 years conducting & documenting her healing hypnosis work on thousands of clients across the globe,
contributing greatly to spiritual and metaphysical studies and research via her 18 published books.

Ann's work is never stagnant, as she continues to expand & evolve.
In mid- late 2019, she experienced a debilitating mystery illness. Through her daily meditations, she was instructed by Source (God)
how to heal her body without medical intervention. These steps became the outline for the course she created in October of that year
the  Metaphysical Healing Meditations .

The Meditations have now been converted into a wonderful guided healing handbook called

Ann believes her work is no longer a Profession but rather a Vocation as she moves
into a very heart-centered way of working inclusively for the betterment of each individual she works with.
Her goal has always been to help people heal. Because only through healing can one truly live in joy.
And there is nothing more beautiful & heart warming than seeing a Human Being finally recover, releasing themselves from a life
of suffering & evolving into a Shining Beacon of Light.
Because these are the Humans who offer Humanity Hope, that they too can free themselves of their shackles
& live the life they truly deserve to live. And so can YOU.

Dave grew up in a military family where hard work and sacrifice were taught. It is here that he learned the importance of our country and its impact on the world. A deep commitment to faith, patriotism, and civic duty are the cornerstones of his upbringing, as well as continual sources of strength and guidance.

Dave met his wife, Emily, his senior year of high school. They dated during their early years of college and married shortly after. They had their first child in December 2016.

He has served in several leadership capacities in both small business and local politics. Dave currently serves as Vice-President of Logistics for a manufacturing support services company where he helps bring businesses together to find tailored solutions for their customers.

From 2011-2013, Dave served as Vice-Chairman of the El Paso County Republican Party. While serving, he showed a steadfast commitment to the cause of liberty and freedom. Dave believes we need to encourage and hold accountable our elected representatives to support such principles.

In 2016, Dave was the first Latino elected to House District 15. He is providing new energy and enthusiasm that will help strengthen our community and Colorado. Dave is committed to working with the grassroots to further the cause of liberty and ensure that freedom is passed on to future generations.
