Guest, Dr Mamta Bhatt
Dr. Mamta Bhatt is a Harvard-trained scientist, bestselling author and holistic wellness expert who has been featured ten times on NBC and CBS for her work in improving performance, recovery, and long-term health.
After two decades of a high-flying career as an executive, Dr. Mamta Bhatt woke up one morning unable to lift herself out of bed. A crushing fatigue, as heavy as ten tons of lead, weighed her down. What she didn't know then was that this would mark the beginning of a transformative journey—one that would change not only her life but the lives of countless others.
Dr. Bhatt spent years battling chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and digestive issues, trying every remedy she could find, but remained bedridden. Despite her best efforts, the exhaustion persisted, leaving her frustrated and desperate for answers. Finally, determined to heal herself, she took matters into her own hands. Inspired by the wisdom of Hippocrates, "Let food be thy medicine," she began researching ancient healing systems, experimenting with natural herbs, foods, and lifestyle changes.
Within just three months, the results were miraculous. Her health was not only restored—she was rejuvenated, full of energy, and even began jogging again. Those who had known her in her bedridden state were astonished at her transformation. Word spread quickly, and soon, people suffering from various ailments sought her guidance. One by one, they too began to experience significant improvements in their health and well-being.
Dr. Bhatt's passion for healing through food as medicine, organic gardening, and a deep sense of gratitude for life has become her life's work. Her greatest joy is witnessing the rapid transformations in those she helps—seeing people become healthier, happier, and more vibrant. Encouraged by those whose lives she touched, Dr. Bhatt has a waitlist for consultations and now shares her knowledge in written form, with several books in publication.
Dr. Bhatt holds a PhD in Macromolecular Science from the U.S. with executive education from Wharton Business School and Harvard Medical School. She has had a distinguished career contributing to research, product development, and change management for top Fortune 50 companies. Yet, after years of corporate success, her true journey began when she left that world behind to pursue a deeper truth.
She spent decades in an ashram in rural India, immersing herself in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, reiki, vipassana, breath work and other esoteric practices. She learnt Ayurveda and naturopathy. Her quest for truth led her to seek out living enlightened masters, whose teachings guided her through her own spiritual awakening.
Today, Dr. Bhatt’s journey of inner triumph serves as a testament to the power of healing from within—proving that true wellness begins when we align body, mind, and spirit and spark the joy that lives within each of us.
