The Architecture of Peace: Navigating Triggers, Presence & Enlightenment
A solo journey with Lauren exploring the "beautiful mess" of self-realization and the shift from mind-dominance to heart-leadership.
Lauren shares a deeply personal exploration of the self-realization journey, framing the path to enlightenment as a "beautiful and messy" process of moving from mind-led survival to heart-centered peace. This session emphasizes the importance of understanding emotional triggers, the role of the heart as a creative architect, and the necessity of presence during current global energy shifts.
The Nature of the Awakening Journey
Lauren describes the awakening process as an "unstopping" journey of self-realization that is often isolating but ultimately fulfilling. She likens the realization that we live in a "simulation" to the movie The Matrix, recalling her own "aha moment" where she recognized herself as a spirit inhabiting a body rather than being the body itself. This path is not a straight line but a rollercoaster of "ups and downs" where one must learn to "run through the fear" like a bison through a storm rather than running away from it.
Navigating Triggers and the Spiral of Healing
Healing is characterized as a spiral rather than a linear progression; once a lesson seems mastered, it often resurfaces at a deeper level for further transmutation. Triggers are viewed as mirrors that reflect ancestral programming and DNA-encoded traumas, yet Lauren asserts that increasing one's "light" allows an individual to move beyond these biological scripts. The work of a "Jedi" on this path involves identifying repeating cycles and being radically honest with oneself while maintaining self-compassion.
The Mind as an Instrument, Not a Master
Referencing Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now, Lauren explains that the mind becomes "destructive" when it is no longer a tool but a master that the individual identifies with as their true self. True creation stems from the heart, which acts as the "architect," while the brain serves as the "builder" to execute the heart's vision. To find peace, one must break the "mind loops" and return to a state of neutrality, where the "dry" analytical mind is replaced by the "wet" intuitive feeling of the spirit.
Presence and the Acceptance of "What Is"
Presence is defined as being 100% in the physical vessel, fully connected to the "now" moment without being fractured across different timelines. Peace is not merely the absence of noise, but the "acceptance of what is" without resistance or the desire to control outcomes. Lauren shares that this state of neutrality allows one to feel the "truth" in the body, which the brain is incapable of knowing on its own. Through practices like nature immersion and breathwork, one can sustain this peace and reclaim lost memories and knowledge.
The journey to "Unstoppable Love" requires a radical commitment to self-accountability and the courage to drop the masks of the ego. By shifting the seat of consciousness from the analytical mind to the peaceful heart, individuals can navigate global transitions with neutrality, eventually becoming "lighthouses" for others in the awakening process.

Meet your Float Hosts LAUREN and ZOSIA:
LAUREN: Guided by a heart dedicated to service for others, Lauren's passion is to empower and inspire all those on their awakening journey by sharing her "Wounding to Wisdom" story of self-love, self-empowerment and the realization that she is the love of her life and the author of her own story. Her preferred communication style is spontaneous and organic, while creating an environment of authenticity and peace, so sharing from their hearts is easy and natural for her listeners. Cultivating conversations that spark a positive catalyst effect, for anyone interested in evolving from limitations to endless possibilities, is her highest excitement. With a vision of seeing all beings living in love, harmony and peace, Lauren creates a safe space for the unification of divine feminine and divine masculine energies, for an increase in twin flame reunions, for exceptional relationships fostered through honoring personal sovereignty and for explorations of sacred sexuality, new ways of raising children and creating a truly loving family life. Lauren is “tickled to bits” to have her radiant and wise sister, Zosia, affectionately known for her “smooth like velvet” healing and heavenly harmonics, to play and float in this space of Unstoppable Love and expansion on the show. Together and with the listeners, we are excited to create a coffee chat style atmosphere where we can all learn and evolve together-one laugh and smile at a time.
ZOSIA: After 20+ years of asking “Who am I?”, I have come to know my true self as a being of Light here to help transform this world by going within, express my authentic self and live my highest excitement. As a very sensitive individual with deep abilities to feel and love from my heart, this has been a very long journey yet a beautiful education to KNOW. Constantly asking questions, getting up every time I was knocked down and being radically honest has helped me evolve and remove relationships and situations with ‘static’ and incompatibility with my new realizations. This intensive work has developed my ability to hold a deep state of inner peace, learn to love ‘just being’ and more confidently express my unique piece of the puzzle. My yearning for connection with other heart centered beings focused on expansion is happening! It is with great excitement to be here with Lauren, my beautiful and vivacious sister, to play, have fun, figure it out and grow our Light together.
We are deeply honored to connect with all of you who have made it to our show, our family of Light. We welcome you to join our space of love and play as we discuss these exciting topics.

[00:00] Speaker 1: (mellow music) Welcome, welcome, welcome, everyone, to Unstoppable Love with Lauren and Zosia. I'm so happy that you're here joining us, um, on our, our, uh, Happy Hour Show. So tonight, uh, Zosia and I, we're just so busy birthing and creating, (laughs) creating things. So tonight, we are gonna do Double Dutch. So we're gonna do some, we're gonna jump rope Double Dutch. So I'm taking the first hour, and Zosia ... And it's just gonna be me flying solo, and then Zosia is gonna be taking the second hour. I'm gonna pass the baton to my sis, and she's gonna be taking the second hour. And we just wanna play and, um, um, you know, in our own space, and share our unique experiences and singularity on separate hours. So, no, we're not divorcing. We're j- ... (laughs) We, we just want to, uh, just play, um, you know, just experience something different, and create from a different space. So that is, uh ... Just to let the audience know that's what's going on with that.
[01:48] Speaker 1: So tonight, um, what's been coming up for me is something that I've been ex- ... I've just been going through on this journey, and wanted to share with, with the audience. So what, uh, what I'm, uh, passionate and i- inspired to talk about tonight is, um, where I'm at in my journey, what's been, what's been bubbling up inside of me, what have I been experiencing, what have I been going through. Um, I started this show, uh, over a year ago. I don't remember. It was in November, I believe, is when I started the show. And I really wanted to have, um, a playmate, someone to play with. And boom, my, my girl Zosia, we just were like, "Oh, yeah, that sounds like fun. Let's just, let's just float, let's play, and no expectations, no outcomes. Let's just feel it and see how we like it." And so we've been doing the show for, oh, since I think ... I feel Zosia came in around, uh, I think December. I, I can't remember. I did a couple shows, and then Zosia joined me.
[02:52] Speaker 1: And we've been having so much fun playing and exploring and experiencing. And so I say ... I start the show with this. I'm no different than anyone listening to this show. I'm no better, I'm no worse. I'm no different than anyone listening. I'm, uh ... The only difference is that I'm inspired to share my journey of the self actua- ... self-realization, enlightenment journey with the listeners. Why? Because I love empowering and inspiring, um, people. Um, and if I can do that through sharing, uh, my unique experiences and my journey, it, it, it fulfills me. It, it ma- ... It brings me so much joy. So that is the reason for this show. It's to em- ... and empower and inspire. Um, this show isn't about me. I'm just using my experiences to help others. Um, so with that ... And I'm sure - I can't speak for Zosia, but I'm sure she'd probably agree - um, just figuring this out, uh, on our own and together, and, um, and that's how we grow, that's how we evolve. And it's, uh ...
[04:05] Speaker 1: It can be a, it can be a lonely journey. Uh, I guess that's from a perspec- ... Uh, if you look at it from that perspective. But it is ... I was talking to someone a couple weeks ago, and I described this journey as it's beautiful, it's messy. Like, one minute you're looking in the mirror and you got your outfit going and it looks so good, your hair is perfect, like, everything looks perfect. (laughs) And then the next minute, or, like, the next day, you're a flippin' mess. Hair is all over the place. I mean, y- y- you just ... y- y- you're just a mess. So I, I said to this individual, I said, "This journey is beautiful and messy. It can be ugly. It can be so exciting, filled with so many ups and downs and a rollercoaster, but it's all wrapped up in a bow." So it's, it's, it ... There's beauty in it. There's beauty in the ashes. There's y- um, the rising of the Phoenix. You know, you get down, you fall down, you gather yourself, you pick yourself back up, and you keep going.
[05:10] Speaker 1: So that is really the reason for doing the show. And, uh, and I knew, I knew ... I went and visited my girlfriend in Texas, and, uh, I remember her saying to me ... Well, she was sharing with me about, you know, the, the animals there, and how the cows, they run away from the storms, but the bi- the bison, they ... I think it was the bison. I th- I think it was the bison. She said, "They run right through it." I said, "That's what I have to do. I have to just run right through the fear." So that's what we're d- That's what I'm doing. That's what we're doing. And I'm so excited to share it with everyone, because I know, I know in my heart this is helping people. I just know it. So, um, so what has been coming up for me that I want to talk about tonight was the path to peace, to enlightenment. And within that, embedded within that, uh, we have triggers, presence, and peace. (laughs) ... 'cause I know we are all going through this, right?
[06:11] Speaker 1: We're all at different, (clears throat) we're all at different places in the journey, and I love what Zosia said last week. Um, I had shared, um, that, you know, I just, I didn't understand why ... There was a time where I did not understand why I was taken, um, I was, uh, brought to, down this, taken down this path, and it was very, it was very, um, isolating, uh, to, uh, to be honest. It was very isolating and, you know, you're, the awakening journey, and everyone has their own, um, their own genesis, their own, their own moment of, of their, um, just realizing that we're in a simulation here, kind of like the Matrix movie. Uh, if you haven't seen those and you're, if you're new to this, if- all of these terms and words that I'm using sound foreign, not to worry. You're, you're, (laughs) you're in the right place, um, it's just, it's, uh, you'll, you'll, you'll, you just keep digging, you keep digging, you'll get there. So, and that's exactly what I did.
[07:19] Speaker 1: So I can remember, I don't know when it was, how many years ago, I was looking in the mirror and I had this moment, this awake-, this aha moment. I was looking in the mirror, kind of like Neo looking in the mirror in The Matrix and he put his finger through the mirror 'cause it wasn't, it was, it, it, because he was ... I don't know the ins and outs of it, but I recognized the separation or the I am not this body, I am a spirit experiencing what it's like to be human in this body. So I had that, that distinct moment, I'll never forget it. It was, um, it was surreal. It was like, it was, it was pretty profound. And I remember, I remember I was taken down this path of reading all these books. I just couldn't get enough of researching and reading and, um, yeah, I would find one rabbit hole and I would go down that rabbit hole and then I would find another and go down that one, and I was just consumed. It's like I was catching up from years of being asleep.
[08:28] Speaker 1: Um, and so, I just remember, I just couldn't get enough of it, and I asked myself, years later, I asked myself, "Well, why? Why did I experience that? What, what is the purpose? What is my mission? You know, w- what is my mission here on planet Earth?" And I kn- (laughs) and I say that to say that, um, it's to, it, it's to empower and inspire others who are on the journey as well, and I, I just, I, I light up when I hear other people, when they, when they put, put it together and it clicks. I just light up. It's just, I can't stop. So, anyways, I, um, yeah, I asked m- I, uh, just to get back to that, I asked myself why. I feel so, I feel so weird. It's, I, I just feel like, like a weirdo. I just feel, um, like I don't fit in and I'm a- I'm just observing things around me and starting to ask myself questions and, "Well, why, well, why is that?" You know, I was very inquisitive. Why? Because I know that there's a, there was a, there was more to the story.
[09:44] Speaker 1: There's a deeper meaning, there's more to the story. So, I remember, I was in my bedroom one day, I'm s- I've shared this before. I was in my bedroom one day and I just looked up at the ceiling and I said, and I, and I think I'm yelling to God, "I just wanna know the truth!" I just want to know the truth, and oh my gosh, did I get it. (laughs) Did I get it. I got it in phases. I got it in steps. Um, what's coming out now, uh, on the news, uh, eh, patriot news, mainstream news, um, i- i- disclosure, and it, disclosure has been happening for a long time, uh, but just l- you know, being awake and aware to it, and, um, I feel that we have a activation point, um, as to when we, we are activated and, uh, and, and we're, we're, we're seeking. So, I realized the reason why, you know, learning about all this information, I had to go through, um, you know, I, I'm not gonna name the stuff, but, 'cause most of the listeners, you already know, you're already, you're already aware.
[11:02] Speaker 1: Learning about this information, processing it, and healing from it. Um, there was some information that I learned that was so disturbing that I just, I couldn't sleep for nights at a time. So, why, wh- I feel, why is that important? It's important now because this information is coming out now and the White Hats are doing it, Q Trump, the White Hats are doing it in a way that is as gentle as possible, but people need to know what's been happening here so this never happens again. Um, so that is, a- and so that I answered my own question, you know, and it didn't happen 'til recently because I keep asking, "Why am I here? What's my purpose? This is just annoying. Like, come on, Lauren." So, yeah. It's, it's, uh, it's super exciting when you start to embody the reason, y- your mission, w- why you're here, and it's such an honor to do this journey. My love to, uh, The Alliance, the White Hats, Q Trump, our guardians, um, the military, um-... just my great love to you.
[12:13] Speaker 1: There's things that are going on right now that we have, we don't, we have no clue, but, um, a lot of sacrifice. And it's just my great honor, um, just to be a part of this team and on the journey. And, of course, BBS Radio. BBS, I, I think I want a chattoccino cappuccino. Can I get one of those? I like a lot of froth on that. I like a lot of whip. You know what, BBS? I learned this week that that's actually called a dry cappuccino. I had no idea. (laughs) Yeah, it's called a dry. I was like, "Well, how is that dry?" (laughs) Oh, goodness. Yeah. So I'm putting my order in for a chattoccino cappuccino. Oh, okay. Cool. Yeah. I would love to hear, I would love to hear what, what, uh, I'd love to hear what she has to say about that. Um, I actually got a cappuccino machine or espresso maker, and, um, in December, and I was like, "This is too much work. This is like, I'll just have a cup of coffee.
[13:13] Speaker 1: And when I want a cappuccino, I'll just go to the, uh, the co- the coffee shop." But, yeah, I learned that this week. Very inter- yeah, very interesting about the dry, uh, the dry cappuccino. Um, so interestingly enough, something that I can report is with all these energies that are coming in right now, I can't eat the same foods anymore. I, I mean, I was getting nauseous, um, just going through these, going through these changes, um... Ooh, okay, BBS, blueberry. I like that, blueberry coffee, yummy. That's a new one. We'll have to try that one after I get over the nausea with the coffee. (laughs) It's all these energies that are coming in, um, and I'm, uh, I don't know if people have checked forthepeople.space. It's a great, great resource. Um, ve- vetted and great resource of what's going on right now in the world. But in the article, uh, it's The Sun, very exciting information in this article.
[14:14] Speaker 1: And it talks about, um, it says here, "On February 21st, 2026, Aries marks a shift in the direction of the sun, a shift in orientation that has not occurred for thousands of years, changing the dynamics of this planet significantly in terms of masculine and feminine energy and how we use our power." Oh my gosh, I got so excited reading this article. Thank you, Asha. This is just beautiful, beautiful information, um, wh- what, what's coming out right now. And I'm feeling it. I am feeling it. I am... These energies, it's pulsing through me, and whatever's, you know, if there's any resistance, if there's any, you know, cobwebs that need to be cleaned out, (exhales) I just breathe. I just breathe. B- breath work's amazing. Not saying that it's easy, but, u- um, that is, I'm just curious if people are feeling these energies. I know, uh, th- I believe the article said February 21st through February 26th. Um, and we can, we can choose to, uh, ride the wave and, and, um, with these energies.
[15:24] Speaker 1: And it's just super exciting what's happening in the world right now. So, um, I say that to say, so let's talk about triggers. Oh my gosh, the triggers, those things. You think you've, you think you've mastered something, and then they just show up again. You're like, "Oh, God, it's you again. Uh. What do you want?" (laughs) So something that, uh, I have learned, a dear, beautiful, um, friend shared with me is that healing is not linear. It's a spiral. So once you feel that you've mastered something, something else pops up. And there's more to heal and more to discover and explore. So, um, I'm sure I'm not alone in this, uh, on the journey with others, um, uh, a- and what they're experiencing. Um, so with the triggers, I found it very interesting, when these, when these triggers pop up, and whatever trigger du jour, whatever trigger it is, whatever, um, you know, we are not this, we are not this body. We are spirit in this body, in this, in avatar, what, whatever we, we wanna call it.
[16:38] Speaker 1: We are multiple bodies on a presence, but that's another discussion. So spirit in this body is perfect peace, peace energy, neutrality or perfect peace. But you get here, and you have all of the, all of your ancestors', um, epigenetics and programming, all of their experiences, all of their traumas, all of it is in your DNA. And, uh, the DNA, what I have learned as well is the DNA is just, it's the instructions for your body basically. And when you bring in more of your light, you increase your life force energy. You bring in more of your light. Y- y- you can just look at the DNA. You, you totally out... Uh, what's the word I'm looking for? Uh, you don't... The DNA is like, is, is, it, does, it doesn't even matter. Um, you don't, you can observe the DNA, but you don't have to follow the script of what the DNA is, is, um, is, is telling you, is telling your body.
[17:40] Speaker 1: So with these triggers, I found it very interesting because they're not pleasant, that is for sure, when the triggers come up, whatever word you'd like to use with that. They're not pleasant, um, (clears throat) but what is important is, uh, when, when these triggers pop up, um, in whatever, you know, in your life, in experience, uh, in circumstance, what's important is to, to really look at them closely. Um, are there common themes?... is there a repeating cycle with these triggers? You know, I'm not going to go through mine specifically, but, yes, I have identified, you know, specific, uh, you know, commonalities in these triggers that pop up. And, um, you know, what does it take, you know, what does it f- what does it take to d- do this work, to, to, to transmute, um, you know, to be the Jedi? It takes a lot. (laughs) It takes dedication, I'll just say that. But, you know, we can all do it, we can all do it.
[18:54] Speaker 1: So, something that I wanted to comment on about thinking, um, I'm reading the book and I'm still reading the book that I picked up in, oh, gosh, in the fall, um, about, uh, by Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now. It's, it's so good, it's such a good book. It's saying basically the same thing that we've already been taught, you know, from Q, but just saying it in a different way. And he says here, "Thinking has become a disease. Disease happens when things get out of balance. For example, there is nothing wrong with cells dividing and multiplying in the body, but when this process continues in disregard of the total organism, cells proliferate, and we have disease. The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you use your mind wrongly, you usually don't use it at all. It uses you." How dare th- h- how dare the mind? Mm. "This i- this is the disease. You believe that you are your mind.
[20:09] Speaker 1: This is the delusion. The instrument has taken you over." So basically, from that, um, y- we've, we've been taught backwards here. Everything's backwards, everything's inverted. So, you know, um, y- you can will it. You know, you just, just, y- use your mind and, and you can will it. It'll, it'll happen that way, just, just make it happen with your mind. Nothing wrong with the mind, but are you... Is it from mind energy and from ego of what you want to create, what you want to do? Or is it from your heart? Is it from the core? Is it from your spirit? And so, I r- I remember, and I'll, I'll say it again, I loved, uh, (clears throat) a quote by a beautiful brother on the journey. He said to me, he said, "Lauren, the heart is the architect and the brain is the builder." And I just love that. I loved that. It just, it has stuck with me, it has stayed with me, um, since hearing it, and I love to share it. I love to share it with people. It's just a simple way to explain it.
[21:16] Speaker 1: Um, so basically, we're, we're using our... we're using it backwards. Um, the mind, we, we are not a master to the mind. Um, the heart is what leads and guides us, and then we use the mind to build it, to create it. Um, so I, I just love that. And, (clears throat) excuse me. So getting back to triggers, so there really, you know, there really is... Uh, sometimes I can't, I don't know what the... I, I, if I do a root cause analysis, I don't know, you know, what is causing this trigger. Um, uh, and I, I sit back, I'm like, "Okay, was it from a past life, or was it in another expression?" Or, you know, a- and I, and you can really waste, quote, "time," no time (laughs) , on trying to, quote, "figure this out." A- and really, you can just drop it all and just stop thinking. That's the short version.
[22:16] Speaker 1: Um, but, uh, and I can do that with some of the triggers, um, but there's deeper ones that, uh, I don't know, for s- for me, it helps me to just to, it, for s- it's very healing in knowing where it, where it came from. And, uh, there's, uh, is a feeling of completion or wholeness because I, I know where it, it came from, and now I can transmute it, and I can really look at it. It's not necessary, you don't have to do that, but it's just, you know, this is my individual journey, um, and take what resonates and leave what doesn't. So, you know, the core, like, what is the c- why are, and, and the core question I would ask myself is, "Why do I continue to experience this trigger? What is it in me that is causing me to experience this trigger?" Um, and it's a mirror, uh, you know, could be a, um, a circumstance, uh, uh, y- you know, a conversation you have with somebody, 'cause everyone's a mirror.
[23:18] Speaker 1: So I keep, uh, so the core reason, I keep asking the deeper questions as to, y- you know, I gotta get really honest with myself. I gotta get naked. (laughs) I gotta get naked, through and through. I got, I just gotta, I gotta drop the mask and say, and be brutally and radically honest with myself, and say, (sighs) "Okay, why does this keep coming up?" And, but at the same time, having kindness, you know, being kind to myself, having compassion for myself. And, and loving myself despite the fact that, you know, okay, I'm still having a issue or still having this pop up in my experience. Um, and that is key. That is key, I have found in this journey. So I, you know, I'd, I'd, I'd sit down and I'm like, "Okay, well..." And there's many processes, many practices that you can do, um-There's, uh, many great teachers out there that have, uh, specific, um, steps. You know, if you really want to get into the nitty-gritty with it.
[24:28] Speaker 1: Uh, I tend to like to- I tend to get into the nitty-gritty and so it's very empowering though, um, I would say, when you- when you look at these triggers, and I'm still working on 'em, by the way. Uh, (laughs) I'm not exempt at all from this. I'm- I'm working on it, um, every day and, um, just showing up for myself. This, you know, being the warrior, um, and you get smacked and knocked down many times on this journey. But you're tenacious, you get back up and you keep going. You're br- you might be bruised, you might have some- some, um, scars on the inside that no one can see except you, but you just keep going. And just the determination and the dedication and commitment to yourself that you're not giving up on yourself. You're just gonna keep at it. So I want to know more about myself, you know. I- this is why I ask the questions. This is why I'm doing this work. I want to know more about myself, um, and it, like I said, you know, it's- the answer is very simple.
[25:34] Speaker 1: It's to stop thinking, um, and basically thinking is- is- it's- it's judgment. It's judgment of yourself, it's judgment of others, judgment of a situation, but when you're in peace, you know, it all goes away. You're in neutrality. Uh, but we'll- we'll get there. We'll get there. Sorry, I'm getting ahead of myself. (clears throat) I haven't done a show on my own in a while, so (laughs) just bear with me here. And so something else that I noticed, uh, when this- when this- I feel like for me, where it's been a little challenging is that I feel so much. I- I mean, it's like a cat with, like, every... Remember Q talking about, like, every hair on that cat's body, you know, when they touch you just stands up. I feel so much and I feel all around me.
[26:19] Speaker 1: I can feel everything, and so what would happen is- is, um, whatever- whatever trigger, whatever emotion would pop up, I would associate my ex- my- I would assoc- I- I would associ- I would feel it and then associate and become the emotion, and that's not me. I'm not- I'm not the emotion. I'm neutral. I'm peace energy. I'm spirit. So that's the tricky part that I've- that I've ha- that I've been going through, um, and it also... Uh, Asha speaks about this on the For The People article, forthepeople.space article, um... I apologize, I don't have the title of it right in front of me, but it was recent. Sh- and there's an image of a boat and the boat is in the water, right? But then, um, the boat... Then there's another image of the boat and it's- it- it's a sinking b- ship, literally at the bottom of the ocean. So, um, the e- the emotions overcame the wat- the water. It all overcame the boat, and the boat's- the boat's at- at the bottom of the ocean.
[27:27] Speaker 1: So it's- it's really, uh, it's just a great reminder, especially with what's going on right now, all the things that are coming out, um, (smacks lips) um, in the news, the disclosure, observing and not absorbing. So just observing the information, being in neutral, but not absorbing the emotions from it, um, and- and this is why we've been doing this inner work. This is why, uh, all of us on this journey, we've been doing this inner work. We're all connected, we're all one, and we're- we're- we're- we're basically healing. We're heal- by healing ourselves, we're healing humanity. Um, I remember hearing- I remember hearing Q say, "Well, how can you heal somebody if they don't even know they're sick?" So i- it's gonna be very interesting, I feel, um, the rest of this year and into next year about all the things that are coming out and, um, a- and just, uh, a- a- and being... And I'm excited about just being able to, um...
[28:28] Speaker 1: It's like all these years that I've been doing this work and finally it's come to a head as to why. Now I know why, and just being of service to others. Um, I don't have to, you know... It mainly, it's just- just being, um, just being the lighthouse, but I have to do it myself first in order to help others. So basically, where I'm at right now, um, is just, you know, I have m- I have massive awareness, maybe too much. I have massive awareness, uh, of- of, you know, when I'm having a thought that's not mine. I know, I can see when the brain is in a mind loop and when it's going, um, and- and then- and then, you know, we all have our own techniques on how we stop it, like how we stop the loop. Um, you know, deep breathing can be one of 'em, um. I remember when I was working with Lucia, Lucia Nikola-Evans, would highly recommend if you, um, are interested in, um, healing, um. She's a beautiful, beautiful light being, um, that has helped me, um, tremendously on my journey.
[29:34] Speaker 1: lucianikolaevans.com. She's amazing. Um, I believe she's in a retreat right now, (laughs) but she, um, told me about the candle exercise. So every morning, I would wake up for like, a couple months, and I would sit and watch the candle for 10 minutes. I would watch the flame flicker, and any time a thought would come up, I would- I would, uh, observe it, but then I would pull my attention, my awareness back to center and be fully present. I would- I would still watch the thought, but I wasn't attached to it energetically, and I would set the, uh, I would, yeah, I set the timer for 10 minutes and there are times when, uh, times when, um, I wouldn't even, uh, I- I was so present that it- 10 minutes felt like two- like two seconds. It was- it was pretty amazing.Um, but yeah, so that's what I've been doing. And, uh, there's no victims here, right? No victims, uh, you know.
[30:36] Speaker 1: It was easy when you could d- It was so easy when you could blame it on somebody else, like, "Oh, they did this to me. Oh, they're such a bad person, they did this to me." There's no victims here, right? We're accountable for our own, for our own inner work, um, 'cause we're, we're creating, you know. We're just right now, so we're creating everything around us. Your inner world is a reflection of your outer world. (smacks lips) Uh, it took me a while to figure that one out, (laughs) and I'm so glad that I know. So, like I said, having a... I have massive awareness, um, you know, uh, dropping the victim mentality, taking accountability for my work, my inner work, eh, and cre- and, and also creating boundaries, learning how to create boundaries for myself. And on this journey, it's interesting because you just, you don't take any... You just don't deal with any crap anymore. You really don't. So that is, um, that is some, (clicks tongue) um, uh, that's some good news on that.
[31:36] Speaker 1: Um, and you're quick to identify. I- i- things pop up, you're very quick to identify, "Um, okay, I see what's going on here. I don't like this. I don't wanna experience this anymore, so how can I change it?" And I would encourage everyone listening, if you're interested, um, (clicks tongue) in checking out, um, the amazing shows that Q, Q, Mermaid, and Asha did, uh, on our web page, it's bbs.com/unstoppa- /unstoppablelove. The, um, hyperlinks to all of Q's shows, PRQ Homesteading, PRQ Timelines, Pro- uh, Being Inspired with Q, and Project Review with Q are all listed there, and you can go to the archives and you can listen to your heart's content. I, I love listening 'cause I, I, I glean so much information. (smacks lips) I might listen to a, uh, uh, something from two years ago, and then finally it, like, clicks, because he's speaking to us at a multi, in a multidimensional, multifrequency way, 'cause it just, it's just...
[32:40] Speaker 1: 'cause he can see forwards, backwards, um, you know, time travel. It's just so cool. So I would encourage you, if you don't know what timelines are, PRQ Timelines, he talks about... That show was created to help educate the listeners on what timelines are, and are you on a proactive timeline or are you on a reactive timeline? Um, and identifying, you know, wh- uh, ho- how did it all... you know, what caused that, you know? Were you in your heart? Were you in your head? Were you doing things out of obligation or expectation? Um, so it's a great resource, um, Project Review with... oh, excuse me, PRQ Timelines. (smacks lips) So, also, I was- I wanted to talk about, well, what does it take? What does this take, you know, these triggers, working through these triggers? It takes patience with yourself and patience, you know, e- e- and with the journey, 'cause honestly, what I have learned is th- uh, it all stops when you stop thinking. (laughs) It sounds so simple, but that is it.
[33:48] Speaker 1: Um, that's it. So, it takes dedication, commitment, tenacity, um, and just, just being radically honest with yourself. And I've, I have found that you can keep pushing this stuff down under the rug, or, you know, out of sight, out of mind, but it's gonna resurface. It's gonna come back around until you, quote, "learn" and you, and you heal, you transmute it. (smacks lips) I'm not saying that it's pleasant. I'm not saying that sometimes it's not fun, but I have co- I've started with the, uh, I'll call it heartset of, "Oh, goodie, something's popped up that I can, I can look at now. All right, let's get to work," (laughs) and just reframing it and changing my perspective on it instead of bashing myself. Um, I'm not saying that... That does still happen some, but I'm reframing how I'm looking at it. I'm changing my perspective on, on, on how I'm, I am working through this.
[34:48] Speaker 1: And also, just having compassion for yourself while you're doing this journey, loving yourself through the process, not giving up on yourself. Um, a- and I ask, I ask the listeners, has anybody li- has anybody s- s- sat and just not... and, and not... and don't think? I'm not talking about reading a book. I'm not talking about scrolling on Instagram. I'm not talking about, um, you know, cooking in the kitchen. I'm sitting... I'm talking about hardcore sitting there in... sitting there, um, and not, a- and not thinking. It's not as easy as it sounds. Um, a lot of stuff comes up. But the good news is, on the other side is exquisite peace. Exquisite. Ooh, I love that word exquisite. I know somebody else who likes that word too. (laughs) Mm, it is exquisite. It feels so good. The, the times that I have sustained peace, energy, and, yeah, I'm, I'm working on this, um, it feels, it feels wonderful. It's... it feels... uh, you feel so alive. You feel... I- it's, it's you.
[36:08] Speaker 1: You're connected to your spirit, source, unconditional love. You don't need anything outside of yourself. You lack nothing. You're not looking for anything. You're just in perfect peace, and, uh, you know, now, now I, I've experienced it. Now the key is sustaining it. And, um, I would encourage people to, if you're inspired, get out in nature every day.... nature. They didn't mess with nature, US Department of They. Wink, wink. They did not mess with nature. (laughs) So I, I try to get out in nature, um, as much as I can. And when you're ... And why is it so important to be in peace? Like, you're like, "Okay. Th- that's real nice, Lauren. Well, what's the big deal?" Well, when you're in peace, you can feel yourself. You, you can feel yourself. It is ... It, y- it's, it's the real you. It's the real you. Um, so I, uh ... That's what I'm working on right now. I'm working on expanding.
[37:22] Speaker 1: I wanna expand as much as I can, increasing my life force energy, focusing on being, um, in peace energy and being in the now, being in the present. Um, and when you sustain this, you get your knowledge back, you get your memories back, and y- you can feel the truth in everything. (smacks lips) So it's, it is a ... It's a, it's a profound shift, I would say, um, and it comes from years of doing the inner work. I'm still doing it, by the way. My hand is raised the entire time, like ... (laughs) I'm doing it just like the rest of us are, so I- I'm just sharing my journey. Okay. So we talk about, you know, what is peace? It's ... What is peace? It's not thinking. It's perfect neutrality. It's no emotion, 'cause, 'cause emotions can trick us, you know, like lust, greed. L- that's emotions. But feeling, y- you know, you can't lie with a feeling. Um ... And also, what is peace? Peace is the acceptance of what is. It's, it's, it's acceptance of what is.
[38:34] Speaker 1: There's no resistance, no trying to push back, no fighting it. You accept what is as it is. You're not trying to con- change anything. You're not trying to control an outcome. Y- you accept the moment for what it is. Um, I, uh, I had my, I had to, uh ... Unfortunately, I, I know I shared a couple, uh ... In December, I had to, I h- I had to put one of my dogs down. Um, I have three, and he transitioned in December. And recently, this week, I had to do it again. And, um ... But I was at peace with it. Uh, I was at peace. And, at first I was like, "Oh, God. I don't wanna feel those emotions. It's just ... Oh my god, it's just like punching you in the stomach. It is awful." But I was at peace with it. I accepted the what is, and I was able to hold space and be present, fully present, um, while, um, you know, he was transitioning. Um, and, uh, you know, normally, a couple years ago, it was so much emotion. I'm, I'm not saying that I didn't cry.
[39:42] Speaker 1: Of course, I, you know, I, I, I did, but, uh, it was just a very, uh, peaceful experience. So, I didn't try to fight it, I didn't try to change it, I didn't try to ... It, it is wha- it wi- it, it is. It just is. Um, so that's, that's an example, a recent example that, um, that I experienced. Um, and when you are in peace, you can feel the truth of everything. You know, the brain ... I heard a quote by, um, Kerry Kay. I like Kerry Kay. Um, and I, I love this quote. Uh, she said, um, (smacks lips) uh, basically the ... Uh, let me see if I have it written here somewhere. I'll have to find it. I thought ... Okay, here it is. "Truth is not something your brain knows. It's what your body feels. You feel the truth." So I just, I just love that, so I resonate with that quote. Um, so wh- like I said, when you're in peace, you feel the truth in everything. And then letting go of trying to control outcomes, 'cause the light, source, spirit only works in the now. You're just right now.
[40:52] Speaker 1: Hard to believe, but you (laughs) ... That's how it is, that you're just right now. And, um, why is peace so important? Um, from Buddha, "Enlightenment is the end of suffering." Stop thinking, basically. It's so simple, right? Um, and I know there's some, like, I've heard, um, you know, people that, uh ... And I've e- I experienced this too. Just if something's going on in their life and they just, they can't relax, they can't, um, they just can't sit still, it's 'cause they're ... It's probably 'cause they're, they're thinking. It's just your mind's on this continual loop, thinking. Um, and when you're in peace, you c- you're, you're, you're in neutrality. You're at the zero point energy. You can create what you want. And things just ... C- because you're in harmony with your spirit and with yourself, you're connected to yourself, and things just flow to you out of synchronicity. And it's, a- a- and, and you know it's right. You feel it. You just feel it. This is right. Yes.
[41:54] Speaker 1: This is, this is a hell yes. Um, if you're making a decision, this is a hell yes. No deliberation, no hemmin' and hawin'. "Oh, I don't know. Let me make a pros and cons." No, none of that. Mm-mm. It's hell yes. (laughs) Um, so yeah. It's, it's, uh, it's ... The peace is so beautiful. Mm-hmm. Yep. Okay. I love it. I love it, BBS. (laughs) I love it. Um, and also, just another reason for this journey, for expansion, why I wanted to expand. Like, I wanna really know who I am. I wanna know the real me, not the me that was, you know, uh, eh, who people told me who I was. Not the, not the programming. Not the mind. I wanna know the real me.And basically our brains, it's like this big computer, and you're deprogramming the machine 'cause our ... Really, the technology is, as we've been, as Q shared with us, is, is our heart. That's the advanced technology. (laughs) It's the heart. Um, a- and so just, you know, I, um, uh, I just lost my, just lost what I was gonna say. Ugh.
[43:15] Speaker 1: S- so basically that, that, that's why, why peace? Well, that's, that's it. And we're hav- and basically we're having to reprogram, you know, get all, get all, get all those limiting beliefs out, right? Clean the cobwebs out, get all those limiting beliefs out, and create, and, and, and, um, and create new, new, um, uh, k- n- I would say knowings, what we know about ourselves, and that we can create anything that we want. We're not limited. The mind, the mind has limitations. If you're trying to figure this out with your mind, good luck. Pack a lunch. Sit down for ... It's, it's gonna take a while. It's just y- good luck. You can't. (laughs) You can't. Uh, logical, analytical, mm-mm, it's not gonna work. Um, so, uh, what I've been doing just to, um ... An- and, and I kinda feel a little stuck at this, uh, you know. It, it takes ... You know, everyone's got their method to do it, but, uh, it takes, it takes, um, it takes, uh, you know, certain practices, deep breathing, um, taking ...
[44:25] Speaker 1: I remember Saskia, um, has a channel, and I was, um, watching one of her videos, and she was talking about deep breathing and observing, you know, observing the sensations in your body, not reacting to them, but observing them. It's pretty profound. I mean, uh, e- you know, it, it, it really does work. Uh, be patient with yourself, um, and it's like scanning your body, you know, uh, feeling your body, doing a scan. "Oh, I notice this feels this, but I'm not reacting to it, 'cause that's giving energy to it." Um, okay, so that's that. And something that I wanted to share that I thought was beautiful, uh, from E. Feathered Serpent, um, Wisdom of the Feathered Serpent by E. Featherstone, (clears throat) they talk about, uh, it's on page 306, um, a channel from Chief White Cloud on ego. (clears throat) Excuse me. I'm gonna read a pa- I'm gonna read some of it. Um, "Profound are realizations gleaned from confusion or gleaned from a strange path of hidden clues. It is the puzzle solved.
[45:36] Speaker 1: It is the satisfaction so many seek. It is the answer so many ask for. It is the obstacle on so many impassable routes to love and success. It is," dun-dun-dun, "ego. Those who study Zen or the Tao understand the ego well. Those who suffer don't realize what is and what isn't the ego." And he goes into ... And he's, he goes into talking about, you know, what is ego. And I love this. "You are serving ego if you are feeling misunderstood or blamed for something you didn't do, blaming someone else for your own undesirable feelings, jealous because of assumptions made by yourself, jealous because of assumptions made by others, feeling as if you need to dress better or look better, feeling as if others look better or are more powerful than you, you cannot bear the ego of someone else, feeling envious of others, embarrassed by yourself or others with you, caring what others think more than what you think, feeling as if you need to be correct or prevail, need to prevail or to be outwardly
[46:44] Speaker 1: successful, feel competitive, feeling different than others around you, afraid to meet people, you insist on keeping score. Now, you are serving love if you allow yourself to detach and observe others without feeling hurt, envious, or inferior, allow yourself to detach and observe others without feeling superior or dominant, allow yourself to have symptoms or expression of ego waged against you without rage, hurt, or blame, let anger or other aggressive behavior wash over you without reaction, allowing any unexpressed reactions by your body to subside, to subside without action or verbal representation, you are serving love if you are feeling unity, you're serving love if you're fe- feeling similar to others around you and excited to meet people." So I really, I really resonated with that. I love that. Uh, and just, uh, encourage anyone who hasn't, uh, The Wisdom of the Feathered Serpent, E. Featherstone's ... Great, great information in that book. Read it slowly.
[47:54] Speaker 1: (laughs) And it's interesting 'cause I'll pick it up and I'll, you know, in the morning I'll pick it up and I'll, like, "Okay, what, what do I need to know today? Spirit, talk to me. What do I need to know today?" And, like, it's exactly what I need. It's right there. All right. Now, we're gonna talk about presence. I'm gonna wrap it up. I know I don't have a whole lot of time left, BBS, but presence, what does it mean to hold presence? You're fully in your body. You are 100% ... Your 100% spirit is in your body. Your spirit's not fractured or split out into multiple other timelines or parallel lives. You are fully in your vessel, your physical body, and you're connected. You're fully in the now moment with yourself. You can feel yourself. And when you can feel yourself, you can feel the truth of ... in everything. And I, I came to this realization ...The topics I'm really excited about, well, some of the topics, but sacred sexuality, intimacy, uh, the twin flames.
[48:58] Speaker 1: Well, how can you, how can you have intimacy with someone if you don't even have it with yourself? How, how can you hold presence with someone in such a sacred, beautiful, um, connec- you know, s- spiritual, physical level if you can't even hold presence with yourself, right? Um, yeah. It's just, it's, it's really hard to do. Uh, it, it, it turns into ego and it turns into the mind. Um, so those topics, they, we, we will talk about those topics, but, (clicks tongue) uh, we're not there yet. We- I'm still working on myself. (laughs) Um, and, and being present, I, I just... Here's an example, like being present with your partner. Like, I love eye-gazing. I love looking into the eyes, because I can see everything. It's, and you can, uh, huh, you know, usually your partner can see everything about you when you're eye-gazing. It's beautiful. But some ways to practice, some things that I've done to help with being present, uh, the candle exercise.
[49:58] Speaker 1: I talked about deep breathing, going out in nature, getting off timelines you don't prefer, and then holding space with others. It's very beautiful. Um, what does it mean to hold space, first off? You might say, like, "Lauren, what is this holding space? What does that mean?" It's creating a safe place to share without judgment, um, and compassionate, and it's when someone is fully seen, heard, and supported, and it involves being emotionally present, practicing active listening, and suspending the urge to fix, advise, or judge, allowing the other person to experience their emotions freely. And it's very empowering too. It's e- uh, it's empowering because, uh, trusting the person to find their... the person that's speaking, they're gonna find, um, their own answers rather than providing solutions. So I know we have to wrap it up, BBS. Um, I am gonna pass the baton off to my sister here in about a minute.
[50:56] Speaker 1: Um, I would, uh, just encourage everyone, if you wanna check out, um, some resources, you can check out the, uh, PRQ Timeline Show. All the links to the shows are on our, um, webpage, bbs.com/unstoppablelove. Also, check out forthepeople.space. Great information about what's going on in the world right now. And if you wanna clean out your vessel, you can have support and assistance from Creation Lightship at creationlightship.com. And BBS, I, uh, lastly, I would say thank you to our supporters, our listeners. We love you. So honored to be doing this journey with you, and I'm gonna pass the baton off to my sister. I love you, and that is a wrap, BBS.
[51:39] Speaker 1: (upbeat music)
