Guest, Larry Grogan
Larry Grogan is President of Grogan Advisory Services, a Private Wealth Management Firm. A large part of his practice now involves philanthropy for his clients as the result of being a pet therapy team with his dog Scrappy for 8 years at a local children's hospital. It was his time as a pet therapy team where Larry observed the needs - both financial and emotional - of the children, their families and nurses. But he also observed the power of pet therapy and the immediate emotional impact that Scrappy had on everyone she visited. In October 2021, Larry published his first book, "A Tail of Love, Life Lessons from Scrappy, a Pet Therapy Dog." detailing many of his shared experiences with Scrappy. Now a pet therapy dog advocate, Larry's goal is to quadruple the number of certified pet therapy dogs in the United States.
