David Biro, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. David Biro received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, his MD from Columbia University, and his PhD from Oxford University. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn where he was awarded the Alpha Omega Alpha award for excellence in teaching. Dr. Biro has been named one of New York's "Top Doctors" in New York Magazine in 2005, 2006, and 2007.

In addition to practicing dermatology and training dermatology residents, Dr. Biro is actively involved in the medical humanities. He teaches a course in medicine and literature at SUNY Downstate and has published articles in numerous medical journals, the New York Times and Slate magazine. His first book One Hundred Days won critical acclaim and he recently published his second book; The Language of Pain.

Lindsey Williams

During the 1970's, Lindsey Williams went to Alaska to work as a missionary for the workers of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. He spent 3 years working as a chaplain on behalf of the 'elite', who spent several billion dollars constructing the 800-mile, 4-foot-wide oil pipeline.

As an 'executive insider', Lindsey Williams was afforded the rare opportunity to participate in private meetings where he overheard the secret plans of the oil cartel. He later authored the best-selling book, The Non-Oil Crisis."

Born in Folkestone, Kent, England in April 1947, Picknett grew up in a haunted house in York, attending Park Grove Junior School and Queen Anne Grammar School. After graduating from university with an Upper 2nd (hons) degree in English Literature, she briefly became a teacher, a shop assistant, and a stand-up comic before moving to London in 1971 to join Marshall Cavendish Publications as a trainee sub-editor.

In the 1980s, she was Deputy Editor on The Unexplained and contributor to many other publications. She was also a regular contributor on various radio shows, including Michael van Straten and Clive Bull's on LBC and Talk Radio. She was also a television presenter for both Anglia and Southern TV.

In 1990 she was guest curator for the Royal Photographic Society's exhibition The Unexplained at Bath, performing the same function in 1999 for the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television at Bradford.

In the early 1990s, she teamed up with fellow researcher and writer Clive Prince. Their first book, Turin Shroud: How Leonardo da Vinci Fooled History was the first mainstream work to reveal how all the so-called miraculous characteristics of the Turin Shroud could easily be reproduced only using a pinhole camera (camera obscura), and argued that Leonardo da Vinci not only faked it, but used his own face for the model of Jesus'.

Their 1997 The Templar Revelation was credited by Dan Brown, both in The Da Vinci Code and in the 2006 court-case (Baigent & Leigh v. RandomHouse), as the main inspiration for his novel.

Between 1999 and his death in 2003, she and Clive Prince worked with Stephen Prior, described in book blurb as "a historian specialising in intelligence matters".

Picknett and Prince perform most of the research for their books themselves, though they are sometimes helped by several friends and fellow researchers. They have credited Keith Prince as a main contributor for their work on the Turin Shroud, Philip Coppens in The Stargate Conspiracy, and Robert Brydon for their work on Rudolf Hess.

She nurtures her interest in the paranormal through her membership of The Ghost Club.

Picknett, as well as Prince, makes a brief appearance in the film The Da Vinci Code. The pair appear on a London bus as the protagonists are traveling to the Temple Church in London. Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) leaves his seat to join Sophie (Audrey Tautou) at the back of the bus, and Picknett and Prince are seen sitting on the left.

Clive, a Londoner, had worked for several years as a systems analyst for a major national charity before meeting Lynn Picknett Lynn.

However, after meeting they abandoned their 'proper' jobs to concentrate full-time on research into religious and historical mysteries, which became a successful and enduring joint career in authorship. This took them on an amazing journey, often frustrating and sometimes even dangerous, but never less than fascinating, through subjects such as the Shroud of Turin (Turin Shroud: How Leonardo da Vinci Fooled History) and the origins of Christianity (The Templar Revelation), the hijacking of the myths of ancient Egypt by intelligence agencies (The Stargate Conspiracy), and the political skulduggery of the Priory of Sion (The Sion Revelation).

Clive Prince In 1998 Lynn and Clive met the charismatic researcher Stephen Prior who, together with his Edinburgh-based friend and colleague Robert Brydon, had a fascination for the wartime mysteries of Rudolf Hess' flight to Scotland in 1941 and the death of the King’s brother, George, Duke of Kent, in a plane crash there a year later - which they had come to believe were intimately connected. When Stephen and Bob suggested they collaborate with Lynn and Clive on a book, they jumped at the chance - and so the foursome's three-book career began with Double Standards: The Rudolf Hess Cover-up, followed by War of the Windsors and Friendly Fire.

Debra Greene, PhD, is an Energy Health Specialist and frequently quoted expert in the field of energy medicine and mind-body integration. Author/speaker and former sheriff Richard Mack has served in a wide variety of roles over the course of his nearly twenty year career in law enforcement, which began in Provo, Utah.

Mack began his career with the Provo Police Department as a parking enforcement cadet while attending BYU. A couple of years later he became a full-time officer and was soon promoted to Corporal, Sergeant, and Detective. His most traumatic experience there was a one-year assignment as an undercover narcotics agent. After nearly 11 years at Provo PD, Mack decided to return to his childhood turf in Arizona and run for Graham County Sheriff. His campaign took off and he was elected in 1988.

He was sheriff for two terms until 1997. He was named Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona-New Mexico Coalition of Counties in 1994, received the NRA Law Officer of the Year, inducted into the NRA Hall of Fame, 1995 Cicero Award, Samuel Adams Leadership Award from the Local Sovereignty Coalition, and Gun Owners of America Defender of the Second Amendment Award.

During his tenure, federal officers informed the sheriffs of the state that they would be required to enforce the so-called "Brady Bill" and run background checks at their expense under the law. In 1994, Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country, challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and ultimately, fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they won a monumental decision for freedom.

Three years later, in a landmark 5-4 split decision based on the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, Mack won his case.

A graduate of the FBI National Academy, some of Mack's positions include: patrol officer, undercover narcotics officer, hostage negotiator, youth officer, school resource officer, communications supervisor, corporal, front desk sergeant, detective, sheriff, Search and Rescue supervisor, jail administrator, and DARE instructor.

Mack has been a consultant on numerous cases regarding police abuse, brutality, and other misconduct by public officials. He has joined with other members of the law enforcement community to speak out in favor of drug policy reform.
