Unstoppable Love: The Sovereignty Shift

Lauren & Zosia on authenticity, spirit-led instruction, and bending the fabric of creation.

The Solo Hour Decision

"There was resistance at first... but it was a catalyst to lean in deeper and feel my own spirit."

— Lauren

  • Individual Expression: Moving from a mental "map" to purely spirit-anchored broadcasting.
  • Presence: Holding depthful space for one another’s unique stories and vibrations.
  • Growth: Recognizing that expansion requires the courage to walk through nervousness.

In this episode of Unstoppable Love, hosts Lauren and Zosia reunite to reflect on their recent transition into individual solo shows and the profound spiritual growth that followed. They explore the shift from intellectual seeking to heart-centered presence, sharing personal anecdotes about "bending" time, the necessity of individual growth in the ascension cycle, and the power of authenticity.

The Evolution of Individual Expression

The hosts begin by discussing the inspired decision to host separate hours on the show, a move that initially met with some internal resistance from Lauren but ultimately served as a catalyst for her expansion. Zosia describes this shift not as a mental strategy, but as a movement of the spirit where the heart leads the way without a predetermined map. This transition allowed both hosts to hold a deeper presence for one another, listening to each other's stories as observers and feeling the unique "signature band" of their respective lights. They emphasize that living authentically—like a rose that blooms without critiquing its own petals—is the highest frequency one can achieve during this ascension cycle.

The Head-to-Heart Drop

Mastery of Time and the "Fabric of Creation"

Zosia shares a remarkable experience from her years of "deep instruction" with her mentor, where she frequently had to catch a ferry after long sessions of silence and contemplation. Despite staying late and seemingly defying the constraints of a fixed schedule, she found that she never missed a ferry, illustrating the concept that the "fabric of creation changes" when one is led by the heart. This "bending" of space and time suggests that when we disengage from the pressures of the "matrix" or the "false light," we enter a state of relaxation where time no longer holds its traditional power. This state is achieved through neutrality and the recognition that we are the creators of our own reality.

Inner Instruction and the "Butterfly Wings" of Ascension

The dialogue touches upon the necessity of individual struggle and growth, using the analogy of a mother allowing her children to develop their own "butterfly wings" rather than enabling them by removing all discomfort. Lauren and Zosia agree that a collective, instantaneous ascension would rob individuals of the opportunity to empower themselves and work through the heart. They describe the current period as one of "deep inner instruction" that can only be accessed through stillness and silence. By clearing the "landmines" or "booby traps" within the vessel—the programmed reactions of the mind—individuals can break through the "constructed reality" and find total fulfillment within themselves.

The Empowerment Philosophy

  • No Savior: True empowerment comes from the realization that we are our own catalysts for change.
  • Butterfly Wings: Discomfort is often the friction required for the light to break through the vessel's restrictions.
  • Omnipresence: Recognizing the same "light column" in different vessels beyond the personality.

To-Do / Next Steps

  • Review Previous Content: Listen to Zosia’s solo show from the previous Saturday to understand her journey of self-realization.
  • Explore Resources: Visit forthepeople.space to access information on world events and spiritual insights, including recent posts on authenticity and the Rumi poem.
  • Practice Presence: Engage in "sitting in stillness" to observe mental and emotional processes without reacting to them.
  • Cultivate Neutrality: Focus on maintaining a state of neutrality through daily experiences to sustain heart-centered presence.

Conclusion

The episode concludes with a reminder that the journey to self-realization is not "rocket science" but a simple, though not always easy, process of returning to the heart. By following the spirit's promptings and embracing silence, individuals can move from being "programmed" to becoming "limitless" creators. As Lauren shares through the words of Rumi: "If I love myself, I love you. If I love you, I love myself".

Meet your Float Hosts LAUREN and ZOSIA:

LAUREN: Guided by a heart dedicated to service for others, Lauren's passion is to empower and inspire all those on their awakening journey by sharing her "Wounding to Wisdom" story of self-love, self-empowerment and the realization that she is the love of her life and the author of her own story. Her preferred communication style is spontaneous and organic, while creating an environment of authenticity and peace, so sharing from their hearts is easy and natural for her listeners. Cultivating conversations that spark a positive catalyst effect, for anyone interested in evolving from limitations to endless possibilities, is her highest excitement. With a vision of seeing all beings living in love, harmony and peace, Lauren creates a safe space for the unification of divine feminine and divine masculine energies, for an increase in twin flame reunions, for exceptional relationships fostered through honoring personal sovereignty and for explorations of sacred sexuality, new ways of raising children and creating a truly loving family life. Lauren is “tickled to bits” to have her radiant and wise sister, Zosia, affectionately known for her “smooth like velvet” healing and heavenly harmonics, to play and float in this space of Unstoppable Love and expansion on the show. Together and with the listeners, we are excited to create a coffee chat style atmosphere where we can all learn and evolve together-one laugh and smile at a time.

ZOSIA: After 20+ years of asking “Who am I?”, I have come to know my true self as a being of Light here to help transform this world by going within, express my authentic self and live my highest excitement.  As a very sensitive individual with deep abilities to feel and love from my heart, this has been a very long journey yet a beautiful education to KNOW.  Constantly asking questions, getting up every time I was knocked down and being radically honest has helped me evolve and remove relationships and situations with ‘static’ and incompatibility with my new realizations.  This intensive work has developed my ability to hold a deep state of inner peace, learn to love ‘just being’ and more confidently express my unique piece of the puzzle.  My yearning for connection with other heart centered beings focused on expansion is happening!  It is with great excitement to be here with Lauren, my beautiful and vivacious sister, to play, have fun, figure it out and grow our Light together.

We are deeply honored to connect with all of you who have made it to our show, our family of Light. We welcome you to join our space of love and play as we discuss these exciting topics.

TOPICS: All things Q and Mermaid, sacred sexuality and love, twin flames, omnipresence, masculine and feminine energies, procreation and anything to move us forward while supporting our highest excitement and expression of our beautiful spirits.

[00:00] Speaker 1: (instrumental music plays) Welcome, welcome, welcome, everyone, to Unstoppable Love with Lauren and Zosia. We are back. (laughs)

[00:43] Speaker 2: (laughs) Hi, you.

[00:44] Speaker 1: Hi.

[00:44] Speaker 2: You sound familiar.

[00:47] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[00:48] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[00:48] Speaker 1: Oh, it's so good to be back together on the show. How are you?

[00:53] Speaker 2: Yes, it is. I'm good. I missed you.

[00:56] Speaker 1: (laughs) Aw.

[00:56] Speaker 2: I missed you. It was- I was so excited for today-

[00:59] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[00:59] Speaker 2: ... to connect again on the air. (laughs)

[01:01] Speaker 1: Me too. Me too. Oh, my gosh. And you know, I have to say, I, I, of course I listened on the last show and- when you were speaking and, um, well, the two shows, and just tears, just had-

[01:14] Speaker 2: Oh.

[01:15] Speaker 1: ... beautiful tears, just so beautiful, 'cause I- I could feel you. I felt you.

[01:19] Speaker 2: Wow.

[01:20] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:21] Speaker 2: Wow. I just got chills as you said that. Oh, thank you. That touches my heart too.

[01:26] Speaker 1: Aw.

[01:26] Speaker 2: It really touches my heart, and of course, (laughs) I'll go back to you too, s- I'm gonna ask you how your captaining of your ship was going. (laughs)

[01:35] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[01:35] Speaker 2: It's so windy here today. It's like, "It's a perfect sailing day, Lauren. You'll love it."

[01:40] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yeah, I'm getting ready to put the spinnaker up.

[01:43] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[01:44] Speaker 1: (laughs) It's perfect.

[01:45] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[01:47] Speaker 1: Have you, Zosia, have you seen where they do, like, spinnaker dipping? I think it's- I've never done it, but basically you're- you're using the spinnaker or the sail to- and it's like a little, uh, like a wooden board, like a- like a seat, like a swing, and they use the wind and they dip you in the water. You- you, have you seen that?

[02:03] Speaker 2: No, but it sounds fun. (laughs)

[02:06] Speaker 1: (laughs) I want to try that.

[02:09] Speaker 2: I thought you were gonna say like in the Bahamas when the boat would ri- hit the, like, the crest of the wave and then dip down like a roller coaster.

[02:14] Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.

[02:15] Speaker 2: That was dipping in the water.

[02:16] Speaker 1: Wasn't that the best?

[02:18] Speaker 2: (laughs) So fun.

[02:19] Speaker 1: It was so much fun.

[02:21] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[02:23] Speaker 1: (laughs) And the water was so warm. Oh.

[02:25] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[02:27] Speaker 1: Mm.

[02:27] Speaker 2: I feel like we're just gonna giggle all day, don't you?

[02:30] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[02:30] Speaker 2: People are gonna feel like, "Gosh, separate them." (laughs)

[02:34] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[02:35] Speaker 2: Like in school, you had to be separated-

[02:37] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.

[02:37] Speaker 2: ... from your friend.

[02:38] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[02:39] Speaker 2: I did. I'm sure you did.

[02:40] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Yeah, like, I'm just worthless right now, like, I'm just laughing so much. (laughs)

[02:46] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[02:48] Speaker 1: Oh my goodness. Okay, okay, all right. Whew. Mm. Okay, so whatever you- I- I- would you like me to start, or-

[02:58] Speaker 2: Yes.

[02:58] Speaker 1: Okay.

[02:59] Speaker 2: (laughs) Please.

[03:00] Speaker 1: Okay, okay. (laughs) Oh my goodness. So first off, we're gonna start with the decision, well, what- what- what prompted us to start doing separate hours, and how do we feel after doing a couple shows by ourselves, and- and, you know, and- and- and what has come of it, what's come from it. Um, so Zosia, I will say, I'll start and please just, you know, fill in or just interject. Um, the decision to go separate hours, it was a decision, and is it okay if I say, Zosia, h- how the decision was made?

[03:40] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Go for it.

[03:41] Speaker 1: Okay, okay. So the decision you made, the dec- you were prompted for us to, you know, you were inspired to, uh, go just do our own hours. And at first I was like, "Oh my gosh," like, "wow." I, I kind of caught me off guard and I'm like, "Oh my goodness, I haven't done a show by myself in so long. How am I gonna be able to do this?" Uh, but, so there was some resistance on my end, on my end at first, but that was just me needing to, you know, look at, look at the- look at myself and what's going on with that. And so I was really nervous. You know, people probably don't know, but I was so nervous that first show where I was going by myself, but I said, "No, I know this is right. This is a part of the journey. This is a part of it." Um, and I'm so glad that you did. I'm so glad that you got that inspiration, because of just how it's assisted me. And like you said, we're, this is our pr- like, we're doing our projects right now. Um, anything that you want to share about that, Zosia?

[04:50] Speaker 2: Thank you for starting that.

[04:51] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[04:53] Speaker 2: I appreciate it. Yeah, I feel like it's ki- it reminds me back to when I spoke on the show about my mentor, like the feeling that I had. I had to be there. And then when I left, I had to leave. So it's the same feeling when it came to me about doing our shows. I'm like, "Ah, that's- this is why we have the third hour." We each have our unique expression. But even before that, it wasn't a mental thing. It was just, oh, it's time for each of you to speak. It just, I had to do it. It's- it's just a beautiful example that I get over and over of how my spirit moves. There's no deliberation.

[05:38] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[05:38] Speaker 2: And it's just the spirit moving, so to me, that's, uh, also a beautiful example of living at that frequency of feeling the spirit. The heart leads the way. So it- I'm out of my head. I don't, there's no map. It's purely being anchored in the spirit. Had to happen. And then upon reflecting on it, because I- I told you it came to me after, I feel like it's like after that Saturday show, and then I observed it, it came through me very strongly.... and I observed it for days because now y- you go into the head, I'm like, "Oh, how is Lauren gonna feel? How are we gonna do this?" You know, that stuff. I'm like, "No, back in my spirit and just observe." I'm like, "Oh, there's so much beauty to this because I want to hear your story. I want to hear what you have to say. I have things to say." And the beauty of it, of listening to your show or my show, is being able to hold such a depthful presence with each other.

[06:39] Speaker 1: Hm.

[06:40] Speaker 2: In a sense, I get to feel you when you tell your story, when you share what you're inspired to share about. So I love the presence aspect of it. And the, the other piece is just moving your spirit. When we live our own authentic self, look what happens. Like, all these other op- limitless opportunities present themselves.

[07:02] Speaker 1: Hm. That's right. Beautiful.

[07:04] Speaker 2: Riding the waves. (laughs)

[07:06] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[07:07] Speaker 2: So I chuckled when you talked about sailing because it's a form of sailing.

[07:12] Speaker 1: Ooh.

[07:13] Speaker 2: Your boat.

[07:13] Speaker 1: I love it. Are you there, Zosia?

[07:15] Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm here.

[07:16] Speaker 1: Okay. (clears throat) Oh, that's beautiful. Hm. Something about that sailing, huh? (laughs)

[07:25] Speaker 2: (laughs) So riding the waves. It's just riding the waves. It's flowing like water, Bruce Lee. It's flowing. It's just, um... Well, you go ahead, and then I can add another piece. You go ahead.

[07:37] Speaker 1: (clears throat) And you know what? I'm so glad that you, you followed that prompting of your spirit because whatever I had to work on on my end, that was for me to take care of. That's... I'm accountable to me and to no one else but to me. So, it was actually, it was actually a, a growth. It was a growing moment for me. And just the benefits of it, uh, I am expanding. My light is growing. I'm expanding. I'm evolving. It's actually a catalyst for me to lean in deeper, to really feel myself, my spirit. And each time I do a show, I literally say, uh, like, you know, our separate hours, uh, when I do my hour, I literally say, "Okay, Spirit, what are we gonna talk about next week? I, I... You gotta help me. If you, if I'm supposed to be doing this, you're gonna have to help me and work with me." So, I put it out there, and then I receive it like the sails receiving the wind. It's, it's so b- it's just so beautiful, and it's fun. It's so much fun. And just listening... Well, I'll...

[08:44] Speaker 1: Anything you want to add to that? (laughs)

[08:46] Speaker 2: Yeah. To me, what you're describing is also the courage to do that. You know, it's, it's, it's work to walk through this.

[08:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[08:54] Speaker 2: Um, but it's, it's also the perspective of how we look at it. And you described that so beautifully, of walking through it, expanding, recognizing it. Recogn- uh, to me, (clears throat) my overlay with what you shared is, that expansion is feeling that spirit. And it's like, okay, we can get nervous. We can get whatever. Like you said, all the stuff that can come through. It's such a gift to look at, and we all get to choose that.

[09:17] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[09:18] Speaker 2: We all get to choose that because we could take it either way. Remember when Mermaid talked about in the higher frequencies? If we have a dinner party-

[09:28] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[09:28] Speaker 2: ... we throw a party for Jan. (laughs)

[09:31] Speaker 1: Yes. (laughs)

[09:31] Speaker 2: And Jan decides she doesn't want to come. We're still so happy because Jan's inspired to go to the beach (laughs) or whatever the example was.

[09:38] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[09:38] Speaker 2: And I feel us doing this was another piece of demonstrating this, living it, walking the talk, living it.

[09:47] Speaker 1: Hm. That's right. Uh, oh my gosh, I love that (laughs) example with Jan.

[09:53] Speaker 2: (laughs) I love Jan.

[09:53] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[09:54] Speaker 2: I'm so glad Jan found her inspiration (laughs) . We all have Jan inside of us. (laughs)

[10:00] Speaker 1: Yes. (laughs)

[10:01] Speaker 2: And back to our own problem, if I don't feel my Jan inspired- (laughs)

[10:05] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[10:05] Speaker 2: ... I'm my own problem. (laughs)

[10:08] Speaker 1: (laughs) Yeah. Oh, it's so good. (laughs)

[10:16] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[10:16] Speaker 1: (sighs)

[10:16] Speaker 2: And that's Mermaid being herself, sharing from her heart.

[10:21] Speaker 1: Hm.

[10:21] Speaker 2: See, and it goes, just circles back to being authentic, the highest frequency. It's just being authentic. (laughs) It's not being right, perfect, wrong, or (laughs) whatever. It's just being ourselves.

[10:32] Speaker 1: That's right. That's right. And I think, uh, there's a post on For The People about the rose. Did you see that recent post?

[10:39] Speaker 2: Hm. Yeah.

[10:40] Speaker 1: Oh, it was so beautiful, talking about authenticity. I don't have it memorized, but it was just so beautiful. Just so many amazing ama- just amazing information on forthepeople.space, if you're inspired to check it out-

[10:52] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[10:52] Speaker 1: ... if the listeners are inspired to check it out.

[10:54] Speaker 2: And could you imagine blooming as a rose? Now, sometimes I would overlay that. It's like, "Okay, does a rose analyze itself-

[11:01] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[11:02] Speaker 2: ... critique itself? Oh, why did you let your petal lean to the left?"

[11:06] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[11:06] Speaker 2: "It looks so much better if you go like that. Oh, can't it just be a little pinker?" (laughs) You know what I mean? It just... (laughs)

[11:15] Speaker 1: It just... It, it's so funny. No, it just is. It just, it just is.

[11:20] Speaker 2: (clicks tongue) And you feel the essence of it. Now, can we feel the essence of our own selves?

[11:26] Speaker 1: Hm.

[11:27] Speaker 2: For me, that was, has been the work.

[11:30] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. And I'm starting to, I'm starting to feel that within myself.

[11:36] Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel it in you too. (laughs)

[11:40] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[11:40] Speaker 2: That's what's exciting, to feel everyone, to feel you, to feel myself, and be so excited about it. It's like, "Oh, we are doing it."

[11:49] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[11:49] Speaker 2: We are doing it. This is it. We are in the ascension cycle. We're doing it. It's not complicated. It's not rocket science. (laughs)

[11:58] Speaker 1: (laughs) Quite the opposite, right? It's so easy. (laughs)

[12:01] Speaker 2: (laughs) So simple. (laughs) It's not easy, (laughs) in my experience.

[12:06] Speaker 1: Right.

[12:06] Speaker 2: I know he's-

[12:07] Speaker 1: It, it, it's so simple, a child could do it.

[12:08] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[12:09] Speaker 1: Or they are. They already are.

[12:11] Speaker 2: (laughs) (laughs)

[12:14] Speaker 1: (laughs) Oh my gosh.

[12:15] Speaker 2: So funny.

[12:16] Speaker 1: Okay.

[12:16] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[12:18] Speaker 1: So I have to say, Zosia, is there anything that else that ... There's-

[12:23] Speaker 2: No, that's good. Keep-

[12:23] Speaker 1: There's so, so many amazing things I want to, I want to discuss.

[12:26] Speaker 2: Please lead. Please. (laughs)

[12:27] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay.

[12:27] Speaker 2: I'm honored. (laughs)

[12:29] Speaker 1: Okay. All right. I got, I got the wheel on the boat. I think that's the ... Is that ... What's that? The helm? I think-

[12:33] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[12:33] Speaker 1: Gosh, I think that's what it's called. It's a big wheel on a sailboat. I know that.

[12:36] Speaker 2: It's the thing, (laughs) the thing that moves-

[12:39] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[12:40] Speaker 2: ... the thing that moves the boat. (laughs)

[12:42] Speaker 1: That's right, that's right. (laughs)

[12:44] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[12:44] Speaker 1: Oh. Um, you just sit there and sunbathe, okay?

[12:48] Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, yeah.

[12:49] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[12:51] Speaker 2: (laughs) Thank you. (laughs)

[12:55] Speaker 1: You got me the next time?

[12:56] Speaker 2: We take turns here. (laughs)

[12:59] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay. Well, I have to say, just before we start, 'cause I am really inspired to talk about what you shared on the last, your last hour. And I listened to it, I was listening to it live, and then I listened to it again last night, and then I listened to it again this morning. And something happened. Something happened within me.

[13:21] Speaker 2: Oh.

[13:24] Speaker 1: Zosia, I have been looking for and yearning to connect and, uh, with profound depth, uh, and connection and feeling for so many years. And you can't, uh, uh, you know, you can't find it in intellect. You can only find it, it's, it's heart wisdom, is what it is. And I was looking in all the wrong places for it, but I, I was, I was seeking. And just listening, listening to you share your story is just so, it's profound. It's an activation for me. I know it. Um, so I just have to say, I get you. I see you. I feel you. And I'm so, so glad that you're sh- (clears throat) that you're sharing this, because it's, it's profound. It's so deep. It's so rich in depth, and it's like a, a flower in a pot that hasn't been watered for a long time. The, the dirt's ... It's dry.

[14:29] Speaker 1: Uh, and then you, you know, you pour water into it, and it's so deeply, as I remember you said on the show with Q when we had him on our show, you said, "It's so deeply fulfilling." The lack of nourishment, um, on a spirit level, uh, that I've experienced for so many years on the way of seeking and looking, and ... So I say all that to say, in a lot of words, it's very nourishing to my spirit to hear your journey of self-realization and what you went through, and then sharing it with us, so thank you.

[15:05] Speaker 2: Wow. (clears throat) Wow, dude, I have tears in my eyes. (laughs)

[15:10] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[15:10] Speaker 2: Um, it's, it's, it's humbling. Uh, uh, I have chills, as you shared. Thank you, um, Lauren, for feeling me and seeing me. That's, um, er- up ... I feel the nourishment our spirits seek and, and feel, but I had to see myself first to recognize when someone sees me or feels me. And that somehow that was the essence of, of all of those years, of going within, and then to be here today and talk about it and share it and overlay, as Q and Mermaid were sort of the role models in a sense of them doing it. Because, and Q would always say, "It's your identity. Love your identity." So really peeling that out and getting to the essence of it, it's just coming through me. When we are all in our hearts, it's source coming through. Um, and, and again, people don't know me per se, and my personality and living and life.

[16:16] Speaker 2: I've avoiding (laughs) -

[16:18] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[16:18] Speaker 2: ... avoiding birthday party, I didn't want to be the center of attention. I just didn't like it. I didn't ... I wasn't comfortable. Now, because there is so much going on that I wasn't aware of, could feel it but not know it, or know it but not articulate what it was. But, um, to be here today, to be here now in this moment with you, with all of us, and, um, feel everybody and share, it's just super humbling.

[16:48] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[16:49] Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you. Um, I have no words. (laughs) Thank you.

[16:54] Speaker 1: (laughs) No, it's beautiful. It's beautiful. And to be doing this, uh, and we're gonna talk, we're gonna do a deep dive into this with the c- with just the, the stuff that I ha- the notes that I have, um, on listening to your show. But doing this, being called and pulled to it when you didn't really know why but you just followed your heart, you know?

[17:17] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[17:18] Speaker 1: It's, it's takes a lot of courage.

[17:21] Speaker 2: Had to do it. It's-

[17:22] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[17:22] Speaker 2: It's a certain point, um, and, and I had an ... Even at that time, I had a full life. I had my children. I was in so much fili- full, full of love for my children, but I just knew there was something more. And, and what's going on there as I look back, oh, how does the light do this? And, and in some ways I could say there is an activation of the light, of a directional, when we feel our spirit, that's the directional-

[17:53] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[17:53] Speaker 2: ... for me. And yet, defied, it defied everything around me. It defied my personality, it defied being, you know, um, discerning (laughs) about where I would go or who I associate with and whatnot, and yeah, it just, it's that strong. The heart leads the way, as Q says. The heart leads the way.

[18:14] Speaker 1: Mm.Thank you. (clears throat) Thank you. Okay. And so, what I, what I wanna say is I encourage everyone to go back and listen to last Saturday, um, Zosia's show, just talking about just her, her journey. Um, 'cause there's so many pearls, um, in what you shared that, that have, that have been profound to me. And just, I take with what, I take wh- what you shared and your, and the experiences that, um, you shared in your life, and then I apply them to my life and the situations, the experiences in the past, no past, (clears throat) and now. And it helps me to sort the information, uh, to slow down, and to observe what was going on, what's going on, and then discern. And then to recognize where the decisions that I'm making are coming from. Um, is it coming from my head or my heart? So, that is the, the beauty in sharing, 'cause it's, I know it's, it's, it's profoundly affected me, uh, so I know it's gonna profoundly affect others. I know it.

[19:39] Speaker 2: I love that, may I go?

[19:41] Speaker 1: Please.

[19:43] Speaker 2: I love that you share, uh, the word overlay, because that is w- one of the, one of the ways that helped me recognize Q sharing that, I, I recognized the familiarity of the experience. But there was still left, 'cause I didn't know the terrain, but Q sharing his story or Mermaid sharing her story, it's that word. I would, I would get to observe their experience. So, I didn't show up like, "I know how to do this. I know this." It was really an, um, curiosity and an extreme desire. I'm doing this, so I knew what I was doing. Like, what is left? I knew there was something left that I wasn't getting, and it was the terrain, aliens, and the timelines. So, the beauty of them sharing their story helped me see how they did it, and I could glean the pieces, the pearls that overlaid, which is kind of what you're saying, over my life. And at a certain point of reluctance in my own experience that I shared, I recognized, oh, I ha- it's my, I'm to share my story.

[20:57] Speaker 2: I'm to share my story, 'cause it isn't about my vessel. It's about the experience of how the light broke through the restrictions of the vessel. So, it's so rewarding, really, to hear you reflect that back to me, because I'm just here living my life. I have laundry to do after the call. (laughs)

[21:17] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[21:17] Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying? And I so appreciate your, um, reflection back to me, because that too helps me. Each time, I wonder, I ponder, is this how every time I get a response? And again, I, I just say for you sharing it back to me, reflection and response back to me helps me keep going.

[21:40] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[21:40] Speaker 2: So, thank you.

[21:41] Speaker 1: Aw. Aw, you're welcome. It's, it's j- it's so beautiful. It's just, it's such a beautiful, um, moment that i- i- that's not, that's not the right word. But it's just, it's realization, it's this remembering, um, of, of the mission and why we're here. So, I wanted (clears throat) , excuse me, I wanna jump into this, Zosia. You were inspired to talk about, um, how do we know when we meet another, when w- when we, you know, omnipresence and your experience with meeting (clears throat) meeting Q and your mentor. The light, the light, uh, light column. You were, you were witnessing through, you were witnessing the light through your identity. Um, I just love what you said about that. Like, what, what does it look like to know Q in another vessel? What does it feel like to know Q's signature band in s- in, in, um, your mentor that you spoke of? And just sharing your story about (clears throat) , excuse me, how you were, it was like magnets of steel.

[22:50] Speaker 1: Like, you shared that you, you, you spoke with him on the phone for an hour and he did, uh, your ast- uh, astrology chart. It was, um, Vedic, I believe you said.

[22:59] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[23:00] Speaker 1: And (clears throat) , excuse me, and then you just had those magnets of steel. You had to, you had to go meet him. And it was way out of the way of, of, you know, y- you know, this is not in the time of GPS. You had all these maps spread out, you know, um, finding the way to get, you know, to get to the location. And it was just, you didn't know why per se that you were doing it, but you just, you just felt that pull. You were following your heart, and inspired, and it was just you ha- you knew you had to go. So, anything that you wanna share on that?

[23:36] Speaker 2: That was beautiful, and you summed it up. It's really that, that spirit almost, you know, if you dance a slow dance, there's a lead. Some- one leads. (laughs)

[23:47] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[23:47] Speaker 2: In a g- a good dance, so (laughs) one will lead and one will, uh, be led by, not overtaken by, but to me, it's that spirit was prone in my body. That, that's the had to of what I was trying to describe. It just had to. It defied the he- it was so strong the head couldn't even get in the way. "Oh, well, the traffic or with this or the, oh, it's gonna take so many hours to get..." None of that got in the way. It was that strong. And I really wanted to share it as a way of what it feels like when you know with no doubt, no deliberation, that's what it feels like. How do you know your spirit? You just have to do it.

[24:28] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. And that's exactly what I got from that. That was a great example (clears throat) of you just y- y- you know, despite, despite all odds, despite everything, you're, you're, you just have to do it. You might not know the entire way, but you, you're going to do it. So that's ex-

[24:44] Speaker 2: Yeah.

[24:44] Speaker 1: That... Thank you, 'cause that's exactly what I got from that.

[24:47] Speaker 2: Oh good, thank you. (laughs) Good.

[24:48] Speaker 1: (laughs) (clears throat) Um, okay. So then you brought up, um, now this is a, a bread crumb moment, um, The Sun article that recently posted on For the People. Um, and they brought up about astrology, I believe it was astrology and, um, uh, th- they mentioned best friend and mentor. So for you, it was just, it was all these little clues that, you know, it's like an activation if you will. (clears throat) It was harmonious. I don't have the whole thing in front of me, but just it was a har- it was harmonious when you were with your mentor and it was an activation. And just, just the bread crumbs that, uh, you know, on For the People and how th- how, how the bread crumbs come to you. How do you recognize them with, with deep knowing. Uh, it's brilliant. It's, it's just brilliant. And just to, uh, you know, overlay that, apply that to, just to our, our individual life as, you know, what we're experiencing and, um, how to know when to follow something, with that discernment.

[25:57] Speaker 1: Is it my head? Is it my heart? Um, so I loved that. And the other part that really, really touched me was in, was when you said it w- when you did, you know, meet up with your mentor and you recognized that light, you just, y- y- y- y- it was... You had to know who you were first (clears throat) , excuse me. You're, the, the, it wa- and, and now in hindsight you c- you know, you, it was the raw light column recognizing the Q light column in different vessels. Ah, omnipresence, and how the light works. So before I go into the next, into the next topic, anything that you want to add to that, Zosia?

[26:39] Speaker 2: Yeah, um, (clears throat) at that time, at that moment, in that, at that moment, I had no idea about Q and ra. I had no idea about the light. I had no... I'd, I'd, I just, just knew to be there. And so I didn't know that, that came on, you know, years later with Q recognizing overlaying, and recognizing I had sort of this amazing experience. Like, I knew him, but I didn't know... You know, and just sorting, sorting, sorting the dots. But I knew... I'd say I didn't know myself per se at that time, but I knew I had questions. I knew there was more. So that seeking, that curiosity, that seeking of being able to, um, witness what my question was, like there is more. What is it?

[27:36] Speaker 2: It's, for me, and then my mentor has shared, "The quality of your questions determine the quality of your life."

[27:43] Speaker 1: Mm.

[27:44] Speaker 2: And when he shared that, I went like, "Yes," because I had such a question at that time. I don't mean in my head a question, like, "Are we there yet?" You know, it wasn't, it wasn't that. What I took that to mean and feel like was, what is the question of your spirit? Back to the heart leads the way, the spirit leads the way. I observe the questions of my spirit.

[28:12] Speaker 1: Mm.

[28:13] Speaker 2: And then went back, I'm like, "Ah, that's what I was doing." I had these deep questions and then that moves us in the direction I feel like sources the magnet. It, there's always a magnet. I f- we all feel it in our heart, might not always realize it, but each question within are recognized for me out loud and quietly pulled me on my journey back to myself.

[28:40] Speaker 1: Mm. Wow. Beautiful. Beautiful. Something else that stuck out to me was that it was the first time in your life that you felt so seen. Seen so deeply. I- 'cause, 'cause I feel a lot of people, you know, we have these questions, these, these questions that are like you said, this, the depth of the question. But i- i- nobody really gets it. Nobody's doing the seeking. Um, so I, I loved how you, I loved how you expressed that. Um, and that this was a period of your life when you were in deep, deep instruction. Spirit instruction. It's a beautiful, beautiful space. Not, not many people get it. It's okay. (sniffs) But i- you know, when you said that, I'm like, "Oh my gosh, that's exactly what I'm going through right now." Deep, deep instruction that can only come from stillness and silence. Is there anything that you want to add to that, Zosia?

[29:53] Speaker 2: Yeah, the deep instruction piece and in the silence, um... Well, let me hold that for a second, but I'd, when I would feel and show up to, to listen to Q and all of that, and I, and I would ponder even along the whole patriot journey of discovering the truth and going from different rooms and different videos and whatnot, searching, again, I, I realized my spirit was my brother. I spent a lot of time with a lot of data I really wasn't inspired about.

[30:22] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[30:23] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[30:23] Speaker 2: But that's okay. They, they all were my pieces, but every time I switched, I made a choice. I left. I was moving, moving, are we... We're always evolving and moving when we're in our spirit. ... and I, and it came to me. I felt, okay, it, it doesn't make sense to me if everyone just ascends, you know, trying to figure out there was sort of... I, I felt this pressure like ascension was gonna happen now. Like, that doesn't make common sense. That's not logical to me, because how is everyone going to grow?

[30:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[30:55] Speaker 2: If it, if we just ascend, that doesn't... You don't get to work through the heart. So, in fact, it will take away the opportunity to ascend, for ut- us each to ascend, for us each to be empowered. Ah, the beauty of no savior. That's us. And then it connects to my mothering and recognizing over the years, "Ah, I'm an enabler here."

[31:21] Speaker 1: (laughs) .

[31:21] Speaker 2: I'm not allowing my kids to develop their own butterfly wings 'cause I come in to fix it, to take away their pain-

[31:29] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[31:29] Speaker 2: ... or to take away their discomfort. So really having those re- reflections of a mother and this journey of going within my own path, ah, that makes common sense to me that we all will go through this in- inner instruction, inner, deep inner instruction if we choose. Now, I'm not trying to put anything on anybody, but that's just my, um, interpretation of it, and you, you just hit that point. That deep inner instruction of seeing it in yourself as you shared. You, you can't teach this.

[32:10] Speaker 1: No.

[32:11] Speaker 2: You could... We talk about it, right? But... And you've said it many times, you just... Even doing the shows by ourselves, that's walking through it. That's courage. It doesn't always have to be yielding a, you know, a weapon- (laughs) .

[32:25] Speaker 1: (laughs) .

[32:25] Speaker 2: ... something like that. That's this profound courage, and it's a journey that isn't yet (laughs) -

[32:32] Speaker 1: (laughs) .

[32:32] Speaker 2: ... followed by the masses.

[32:35] Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, and I, I love wha- I love, just to add onto that, I love, um, just letting your children develop their own butterfly wings. That's beautiful.

[32:47] Speaker 2: (laughs) yeah.

[32:48] Speaker 1: That's beautiful because, you know, we, we want to avoid, we wanna... Most people wanna avoid pain, you know, and, um, not saying that we like it, but, um, it's just... I, I remember in, in your, in, uh, your hour when you talked about, um, okay, this happened, that happened, but can I maintain my sta- you know, maintain neutrality through it? That takes a lot of courage, speaking of courage, and strength and fortitude and dedication and commitment. Uh, profound. Um, yeah. So that's... Just so many, so many amazing pearls.

[33:29] Speaker 1: Uh-

[33:29] Speaker 2: It, it... And it, it relates to... I mean, there's many times we'd be inspired to speak about military training and whatnot, and I, and I would share my time. It was like military training because my mentor, Q (laughs) -

[33:47] Speaker 1: (laughs) .

[33:47] Speaker 2: ... in that vessel know there's wisdom there. There's memory there. There's knowing. There's using all of light (laughs) , one's light, to know this and then to know to disseminate it to... Now, I could say, without going too personally, there was also a point where my mentor sought regularly feedback from us because he too didn't have a map. He too was living that, following the spirit about what he would speak about, what he was inspired to. He'd chan- You said you changed your show midweek. He would do that too and share it. The beauty of us communicating and sharing what we go through is a seed for someone else, I feel.

[34:33] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm. Agreed. Like a ripple.

[34:35] Speaker 2: Yeah. Exactly. I- and you can never really know how... I was sharing this with my daughter. You can never really know how you can affect someone because... Uh, she was sharing something with her, her Marines, and I said, "You could never know that young man in 10 years. That seed might develop then, and it's because you expressed from your heart, your perspective at that moment."

[35:00] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[35:00] Speaker 2: And then you go on and keep following your inspiration.

[35:04] Speaker 1: Wow.

[35:06] Speaker 2: Um, so th- so again, it all points to the beauty of us on the radio, others on the radio really sharing our heartfelt stories, um. I, and I just note also at the same time, my bag of breadcrumbs got so large. It, it was... They had to be shared. It wasn't even... It wasn't a conscious choice. I don't know how to explain that. It was a reluctance (laughs) .

[35:30] Speaker 1: (laughs) .

[35:30] Speaker 2: But at a certain point it really was, it was my spirit. It, it-

[35:36] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[35:36] Speaker 2: ... it was a separation of the spirit, the personality. I don't really know how else to say it.

[35:40] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. And, um, just to, um, piggyback onto that, uh, the beauty in... And, and at first I'm like, "Oh, I, I wish I could be, you know, at this pla- at this stage. Why am I not, you know, ahead, and, or why... I feel like I'm behind." But really, wha- how does that... How is that gonna assist, assist humanity in ascension? Because we're all... It's so beautiful. We desi- we cre- we designed it, um, for ourselves, you know? It's, it's designed and created by us, for us, I remember Q saying that on one of the shows, perfectly. So I'm at a certain spot, you're at a certain place, and, and so on it goes. So it's going to, it's going to, to touch someone, if they choose listening. So it, it's, it's brilliant. It's brilliant how this is all, how it's all, um, how we, how we created it and how we set it up.Um, 'cause like you said, what's, uh, where's the growth, where is, uh, the, the expansion if we all ascend at the same time?

[36:47] Speaker 2: (laughs) Y- yeah, e- exactly.

[36:49] Speaker 1: Like, where's the easy button?

[36:50] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[36:51] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[36:52] Speaker 2: And I had the blessing of being with my mentor to prep me.

[36:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[36:56] Speaker 2: Again, it was just, wow, this is a, this is a choice. I didn't know and I kept going, but again, it was that moment. So the beauty of there's no time. We're just now. That takes off the hurry, you know, w- waking up to the truth of this world and whatnot. I felt in a hurry, I don't wanna miss the train to ascension-

[37:17] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[37:17] Speaker 2: ... all of that. It's like, there's no time.

[37:21] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[37:21] Speaker 2: There's no time. So there's such relaxation in that when we really tape up our clogs or disengage from the pressures of "the matrix" or the false, the false light.

[37:36] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[37:37] Speaker 2: See the beauty, the intelligence of what that was all about to try and get us in this hurried state.

[37:45] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[37:46] Speaker 2: And it connects back to me, um, when you reminded us of how we do this, how does the light do this, and we come in waves.

[37:55] Speaker 1: Yes. Yes.

[37:57] Speaker 2: And Lauren, also, when I, when I reflect back constantly, when, um, when Q spoke, I can only speak from my own experience, when he spoke at times if I called him with a question, how amazing it lines up to now.

[38:15] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[38:16] Speaker 2: Just now. Now, I could've beat myself up, but I didn't get it two years ago.

[38:20] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[38:21] Speaker 2: (laughs) Because it d- I didn't. It's just, oh, it, the seed will, will develop when it's meant to develop a- as long as I keep moving forward and I keep looking at it. That's, that's my work, being peace. It just, I don't have to do anything. (laughs)

[38:37] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.

[38:38] Speaker 2: That's... (laughs) It's such a contrast to, but that's the way. (laughs)

[38:43] Speaker 1: Right.

[38:43] Speaker 2: That's the way.

[38:44] Speaker 1: That's the... That is the way, Lao Tzu. That is the way. (laughs)

[38:47] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[38:51] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[38:51] Speaker 2: (laughs) That's funny. (laughs)

[38:55] Speaker 1: (laughs) Oh my gosh. Well, well, just to, just, uh, just to talk about, speaking about "time," 'cause I was gonna say something and, uh, that, and I just forgot it, Zosia.

[39:05] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[39:05] Speaker 1: But, uh, okay. Um, you bent space and time. You, you cha- m- okay. Hold on. Choose your words here, Lauren. Slow down. So you had to catch a ferry.

[39:18] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.

[39:18] Speaker 1: You'd go to your mentor as, it was, it was every week y'all met, and you'd had, it was about 50% of silence and then the other 50% of the time instruction from your mentor. And you had to catch a ferry, you know, on the, to get back, to get back home, and, but you had to stay afterwards to talk to him. You just had to. But because you were l- y- you hav- you were led by your heart, the time, like you always were able to, you were never late. You never missed the ferry. So you, heh, when y- what is that, what is it Q says, when the fabric of your cre- help me out here, Zosia.

[39:52] Speaker 2: Yeah. The fabric of your creation changes.

[39:55] Speaker 1: Yes. So anything you wanna share on that?

[39:58] Speaker 2: (laughs) Yeah. It was even without being aware of that. I, I would go to retreats minimum, well, I went to every retreat, and they were at times six times a year, and then sometimes they were ten times a year, and there was always a really long week-long one. And each, it's a lot of work to travel, leave your kids, get your, everything-

[40:19] Speaker 1: Yep.

[40:19] Speaker 2: ... sorted out at home, pack. It, endless.

[40:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[40:24] Speaker 2: Um, but yeah. The, in my journey was always a fairy, so it's like making a flight. Ye- if you miss it, you miss it. (laughs) And certain times of the year, you couldn't get on the following one because it would be so booked. But like you said, I just had to be there. The light in me had to be with the light, the spirit in me had to be there. And I'd be looking at my watch, there's someone in front of me. I mean, there, there were some people waiting, but no one like this. It's like, "I have to catch a ferry." I'm like, I'm just waiting. "All right.

[40:53] Speaker 2: I'll give it like 10 more minutes looking at my watch." And every single time we got to connect, and like you said, every single time I would be driving, maybe my foot was a little heavy-

[41:08] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[41:08] Speaker 2: ... at times.

[41:10] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[41:10] Speaker 2: ... but honestly, every time I'd pull up to the turn where I'd get closer to the ferry, I was like, "Wow. I have 20 minutes left." Ho- just every single time.

[41:21] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[41:22] Speaker 2: Every single time. So when we're, it, it's again proof when, when Q ment- mentioned that the fabric of your creation will change, I had that. I had those experiences. Oh, that's what he's talking about.

[41:34] Speaker 1: Oh.

[41:35] Speaker 2: Wow. That's why slower is faster.

[41:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[41:40] Speaker 2: And my light got to activate and grow more being in the presence with, collaborating with, growing my light with, that the rest of the world fell away. It didn't, we don't, we're not in time. Does that make sense? (laughs)

[41:58] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Mm-hmm. It absolutely does.

[42:01] Speaker 2: And that's for all of us. (laughs) That's for all of us.

[42:04] Speaker 1: Wow. Wow.

[42:07] Speaker 2: We just let g- we can walk out of that mental prison whenever we want.

[42:12] Speaker 1: Yes, we can. Yes, we can. And, and just being i- the neutrality, it's just, it's so beautiful. It's, you know, I am starting to experience it and learning how to sustain it more and more. And it's, it's just like, wow. You just, i- uh, you can't teach it. You just talk about it, and if people are inspired to, you know, want to experience it, th- they will. But, yeah.

[42:35] Speaker 2: Can I throw in, anyone listening to you or people who have listened in to us regularly can feel it in you too. That's also the feeling when you could feel the frequency of others. You could feel y- it's almost-... when, when you know someone in ways longer, you can feel the change.

[42:55] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[42:55] Speaker 2: Right? It just feels just more flowy and floaty, so, um ... (pauses)

[43:04] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[43:04] Speaker 2: It's, it's impressive, it's beautiful, it's, um ... I don't know, it's just exciting when we're all butterflies and flying. (laughs)

[43:14] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. It's, it's expansive, it's, like, right, it's just ... (sighs)

[43:20] Speaker 2: It's limitless. Limitless.

[43:24] Speaker 1: Unstoppable. (laughs)

[43:27] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[43:32] Speaker 1: So, (laughs) so I would say that is a great example of how it works when you, when you're, when you're living from your heart, space and t- time will mold and it, it, it'll mold to ... Y- you can change time, you know? It's just ... (sighs)

[43:48] Speaker 2: And out of creation, I wanted to make the ferry.

[43:51] Speaker 1: Hm.

[43:52] Speaker 2: Right? In a way, I'm making this ferry. (laughs)

[43:55] Speaker 1: Yep, yeah.

[43:56] Speaker 2: A, a command, an internal command.

[44:00] Speaker 1: That's right, that's right. So then we go, so then something else that s- um, stuck out to me was ... You, when you were at these retreats, it just, you were in, um, s- it, it was silence, contem- you moved into silence and on- and obviously when you're not 'cause you're doing the inner work, but silence, contemplation, and introspection. Um. It's profoundly beautiful, um, and I mean, what does that mean? What does contemplation or deep reflective thought, um ... And you're not in a hurry trying to figure it out. You know, introspection, um, the examination or observation of one's own mental and emotional processes. I'm just reading here, but 'cause I, I had to look it up, I'm like, "Okay, all right." So what, so that's, d- do you, can you talk about going into that space of, of, of contemplation, introspection?

[45:02] Speaker 2: Hmm. Oh-

[45:03] Speaker 1: Um, yeah, cont- what was it? Contemplation, introspection, and, um, what was the other s- sorry, Zosia, what was the other one?

[45:10] Speaker 2: I don't know. (laughs)

[45:11] Speaker 1: I had it, I had it written down and of course now I can't-

[45:13] Speaker 2: Present? (laughs)

[45:15] Speaker 1: (clears throat) Contemplation, introspection, w- we'll just go with that. I know it's there, it'll come to me. And, oh, oh, the, um, cont- silent- silence.

[45:26] Speaker 2: Okay.

[45:26] Speaker 1: Silence, contemplation, introspection. Yes.

[45:31] Speaker 2: Well, and contemplation's a beautiful, really beautiful question. Actually I've never, never been asked that. Um, it's a really beautiful question. And at that time, I could just say technically at the time, y- you could take, you could take pure knowledge, I'll call it that, you know, what is Q saying? Go within. Well, what does that mean? So to m- for me, that was a contemplation. In silence, w- when y- when essentially get, when it was a, a head to heart drop, because that's what we did, even, even when we meditated by not numbers, not dates, we'd fall, the head would actually fall down and look at your heart.

[46:14] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:15] Speaker 2: It would sort of bobble down, interesting. And look at your heart, so it's almost the true knowledge can slip down, just like Ron says with the elevator, can kinda slip down and dwell in your heart. And when, in my experience, I'd just sit with it. Now sometimes you're not aware, your brain is not functioning really, you're not analyzing it maybe at first, and then that just stops and you're completely, I was completely in my presence. And the work happens. It just happens, and just over time, it grows and the knowing grows, and to me that's the same as what Q is sharing. It's up to us to contemplate and, and ask those questions in a sense.

[46:57] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[46:57] Speaker 2: Um, and to me, sitting in the chair, sitting and quiet, I just say go within. And there's so much depth and dimensionality to that phrase alone, individual, to each of us. Could be different each day, but it just grows and grows, expands, expands, and expands, so to me that's contemplation of any phrase. Uh, we used to take the phrases of the mystics, of the Q's and Ra's.

[47:23] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[47:23] Speaker 2: Same thing. Going within. They'd all say this is an illusion as well. What does that mean? So whatever was inspired. There's only one, that was a big one for me at the beginning. There's only one. What does that mean, there's only one? So it's just a repetition in a sense, an internal repetition in the silence. Versus the hurry. Sometimes there's, um, like D- and when I mentioned Darshan, sitting and being with that being, being with that consciousness coming through them.

[47:59] Speaker 1: Hm.

[48:00] Speaker 2: And the spirit interprets it, the spirit develops it, it does all of it. But then the brain will kick in to try and look at it, you know? That, that's how we dance, our spirit and our body dance. Does that, does that answer? Does that-

[48:15] Speaker 1: Yes, it does. It does. A- and I was gonna bring up Darshan too, I'm so glad you brought that up. Um, now with this (clears throat) excuse me, with this, with the silence, with the s- with the sitting, um ... you mentioned there was, after you were, you know, you'd been doing this for a while, there's no need to meditate anymore. It's not this, "Oh, I'm gonna medi-" And meditation's beautiful, I'm not, I'm not, we're not, I'm not knocking meditation. Um, but you know, and I remember Q saying it's a great way, "I, I, I love that you can relax." But really, it's just the meditation, e- e- you're just a state, it's your state of being.... in neutrality in your heart, and, and that's, that's it. Um, is there anything you wanna say about that?

[49:07] Speaker 2: Yeah. Q also pointed to meditation as leaving your body. Now, if you don't know where you're going, that's, for me, what I got, and overlaying with my years of meditation. If people are le- it's a way to be hijacked.

[49:23] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[49:24] Speaker 2: So I feel that's where he was sharing about that. And the beauty of going within was holding your presence with yourself, owning your presence in this body. That's, you know, I could overlay with that as well, because I was in states of bliss and transcendence. But I do say I was in great care, and realize I have the capability to do that, or the presence of light to hold that space, if that makes sense.

[49:56] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.

[49:57] Speaker 2: Um, because again, this is where discernment comes in. I used to go to yoga class, I'd meditate, I'm like, something was off.

[50:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[50:07] Speaker 2: I didn't know, they're lovely, but it was just, again, over time, observing, ah, this way or that way. Now I see the difference. Not everyone knows. They can talk about it, but it didn't feel authentic, so it can sometimes lead you in another direction. So, that's a piece. That's why the beauty of medit- you don't have to do it. It's i- it's what you just expressed, which I forgot, but it's with us right now. Just being in our heart and holding our presence in our body. We don't have to go anywhere. We're here now. We're the light in these vessels. That is meditation to me.

[50:46] Speaker 1: I am starting to s- to, I'm starting to get that. (laughs)

[50:50] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[50:50] Speaker 1: I'm s- I'm starting to experience it. It's, it's just such a profound piece, um.

[50:56] Speaker 2: Can you describe that?

[50:58] Speaker 1: Uh-

[50:58] Speaker 2: C- if you care to.

[51:00] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Um, you know, just, um, practicing sitting in stillness and, you know, observing what's going on with, with the, the brain and... It's like that movie, uh, with Ryan Reynolds. What's that movie, Zosia? We've seen it, where it's the video game movie.

[51:16] Speaker 2: Oh, um, Free Guy.

[51:18] Speaker 1: Yeah, Free Guy.

[51:18] Speaker 2: (laughs) Free Guy.

[51:19] Speaker 1: (laughs) And he g- he goes in, in, you know, he's goes and he's in this constructed reality like we're in right now, and he goes and, you know, um, one day decides to change up his coffee order.

[51:30] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[51:30] Speaker 1: And, and th- and the barista's like, "What?" Like, so...

[51:33] Speaker 2: (laughs) Glitch.

[51:34] Speaker 1: So, (laughs) like the glitch, right?

[51:36] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[51:36] Speaker 1: (laughs) And everybody's freaking out. Um, "No, he's not going with the program." I would liken that to the brain, to the mind. And, um, y- you know, th- that is the work of breaking through this, this version of human, if you will, uh, uh, the governor's that's been placed on us, um, is, okay, I see what's going on, I'm observing what's going on. Am I gonna react to it? And, and it's okay if I do. You know, this is a journey. Um, and just when you do get to that place of, of being in your heart and pure presence with yourself, ih- y- it is, um, you don't need anything. You don't need anything outside of you. It's, it's all right there, and it's such a, a feeling of, um, you just feel like you're in a different place. I, I, I'm, I don't know if I'm doing a great job of describing it, but there's, um, you slow down.

[52:36] Speaker 2: L-

[52:36] Speaker 1: Go ahead.

[52:36] Speaker 2: Do you find the fulfillment there?

[52:38] Speaker 1: Yes.

[52:39] Speaker 2: Yeah, that's, that's the key. (laughs) That's-

[52:42] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. (laughs)

[52:43] Speaker 2: That's the key. And the piece I just wanna share, it was very interesting that you said, I feel you said something about a mine, or like getting out of the body, like the brain telling you, "Don't go there. Don't go there." What came to me o- through the week was, it's like our body has these landmines, or booby traps sometimes, kind of what you're pointing to. It's like, "Oh, nope, we're gonna loop around here. Don't get that coffee." And, but when we observe it, it came to me, it's like, oh, that's fascinating. Princess Diana, who said, "They're not human," that's a bold statement at the time.

[53:18] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[53:18] Speaker 2: But to remember those famous pictures of her going in the land, where there were landmines.

[53:25] Speaker 1: Mm.

[53:25] Speaker 2: And it came to me, it's like, oh my gosh, another meaning to that. Clear the landmines from our own vessel.

[53:34] Speaker 1: Wow. Yeah. I s- I remember that. Oh my gosh, so beautiful. Connecting that.

[53:41] Speaker 2: Fulfillment within, go within. That's where it's all at. And then... (laughs)

[53:46] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[53:46] Speaker 2: We realize and remember our powerful creator selves.

[53:51] Speaker 1: That's right. That's right. And, and, uh, all the technology that we're seeing, like, it's just, it's a bridge, right? Oh my gosh, two minutes. We actually have it-

[53:59] Speaker 2: Oh. (laughs)

[53:59] Speaker 1: ... within ourselves, in our hearts. (laughs)

[54:04] Speaker 2: (laughs) Wow.

[54:05] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[54:05] Speaker 2: That's amazing. Yes, we do.

[54:08] Speaker 1: (laughs)

[54:08] Speaker 2: Go within. That's...

[54:12] Speaker 1: Mm.

[54:12] Speaker 2: That's why sometimes y- people can write someone off. It's like it's hard to get customers. (laughs)

[54:17] Speaker 1: Yeah.

[54:18] Speaker 2: I know that in my retreats it's hard to get customers, so to say.

[54:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, 'cause that-

[54:21] Speaker 2: Because that yearning, it's...

[54:25] Speaker 1: Mm.

[54:25] Speaker 2: Pain that comes through. Doesn't have to be, but...

[54:28] Speaker 1: Exactly. Exactly. Oh my gosh. Okay. I can't believe-

[54:32] Speaker 2: I know. I'm so honored by you. Thank you so much. I love you so much.

[54:35] Speaker 1: Aw, I love you so much too. This is so much fun, and I love doing this with you. And we're doing it, we're, we're growing our light. We are doing it, guys. So... (laughs)

[54:45] Speaker 2: (laughs)

[54:46] Speaker 1: Zosia, do you wanna close this out?

[54:47] Speaker 2: No, you do.

[54:48] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. (laughs)

[54:48] Speaker 2: Such a good job. Go girl.

[54:50] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay. Um, thank you to our subscribers, as always. We love you dearly. And to, um, if you're interested in learning about what's going on, check out forthepeople.space, what's going on in this world. Um, beautiful website. And I will leave you with this poem by Rumi, a Persian poet, that was posted on forthepeople.space this morning. If I love myself, I love you. If I love you, I love myself.

[55:15] Speaker 2: Mm.

[55:16] Speaker 1: (laughs) And with that, we would call tha- that's a wrap, you guys. (instrumental music)
