Having worked in both the private and public sector with a career that spans well over two decades in governance at varying levels, Lisa has defined and rejuvenated governance frameworks and processes enabling effective decision making in organisations. She has done this through advising Chairs, Boards, Committees, Managing Directors and Executives on corporate governance, enabling active and adaptive management approaches to aid in delivery of their business strategy.
