Interesting to think that if we keep recognizing the intrinsic light under so much of the dark flagrant aggressions that is gathering resources and power round the world. What would happen if we nurtured and win with empowerment right here! Let's remind ourselves that how we see other people makes a difference. SO, in the meantime we need to get to work and share our look, Our Look of compassion, love and understanding.

Mental health issues are still infrequently discussed in the first responder community. The paramedic profession has a high rate of suicide and mental health-related issues. However, people are slowly opening up about their own personal struggles with their peers and mental health professionals. It’s very important that first responders know that they have options. The peer support programs from FrontlineCT are a great opportunity for those who are struggling and need some help. We’ll be speaking with Steven Wilcox Director of Education for FrontlineCT about their first responder peer support program and the stigma around first responder mental health.
Steve Wilcox has been a Paramedic over 20 years, having worked for 5 years in corrections and he was also a member of the Connecticut national guard for 6 years. Steve has a BA in Psychology from West Conn and is currently in the MSW program at Widener University.

Cattle Rancher
Mark has a herd of Black and Red Angus cattle in Eastern Colorado. His cattle graze in open pastures during the summer and are fed a combination of hay and grain during the winter. His herd expands every spring with the addition of calves. Mark's herd has grown to over 50 with more calves on the way.

Mark was the longest serving school board member for Lewis-Palmer School District 38 since term limits were enacted. He was elected three times serving 12 years. He served twice as President and held every position during his tenure. Lewis-Palmer is a high-achieving school district with one of the highest on-time graduation rates in the state of Colorado.
During his tenure the school district maintained a balanced budget, increased reserves, and was ranked as one of the top ten school districts in Colorado.

West Coast, Country and Americana Rock music crossover legend Walter Egan has released his new album “Fascination” which features thirteen West Coast Rock/Americana influenced tracks all inspired by Walter Egan’s shared history with legendary Super-Groupie Pamela Des Barres. The first single from the album “Miss Pamela” was released in February.
With a mostly undocumented illustrious back story in the music business, Walter Egan wrote “Hearts On Fire” for Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris and achieved chart success with his solo albums “Fundamental Roll” and “Not Shy” which were both produced by his good friend Lindsay Buckingham and with Stevie Nicks singing, particularly on his hit single “Magnet And Steel”.
Walter had further hit singles with “Full Moon Fire”, “Only The Lucky” and “Hot Summer Nights” which Eminem sampled on his “We Made You” release.

SZILVA aka SZILVA VECSERDY
Szilva is a multi-faceted recording artist, voice actress, lyricist, songwriter & music producer. She is a first generation Australian native with a Hungarian family heritage and currently resides in Los Angeles.
Szilva was set on her music career aspirations from an early age when she quickly discovered her natural vocal talent and began writing her own songs and lyrics. Szilvas’ hunger to pursue a career in music accelerated and led her to attend Monash University where she was accepted to study a Bachelor of Music.
