Joyce Kovelman, Ph.D. - Neuroscience and Psychology

Dr. Kovelman is married and the mother of four grown children and grandmother of two. She holds a Ph.D. in Anatomy as well as a Ph.D. in Psychology. Joyce also completed an NIMH post-doctoral fellowship in Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences and has taught in the Medical School at U.C.L.A. Presently, Dr. Kovelman practice Psychology in Chatsworth, California.

Joyce's two books, "Once Upon ASOUL: The Story Continues... Science, Psychology and the Realms of the Spirit" and "Namaste':Initialion and Transformation," 1998, Jalmar Press, draw upon her extensive training in neuroscience, psychology and several spiritual tranditions. Dr. Kovelman is a psychologist, scientist, international speaker, a frequent guest on T.V. and radio, and serves as an official OCOSOC representative to the United Nations for the Institute of GLobal Education

August Worley is a degreed Electrical Engineer with an associated minor in Performance and Music Composition Studies. He began his professional electronics career working for Moog Music in Buffalo, New York in 1980.

Through his career, August has also designed commercial audio products for several internationally known companies such as B&K Components and Polyfusion, Inc.

In 1997 he was selected to tour with the reformed Emerson, Lake and Palmer as a keyboard technician, and to custom design a digitally sequenced pyrotechnics controller for Keith Emerson's always outrageous stage shows.

In 2002, August moved to Asheville, North Carolina to work with Legendary synthesizer pioneer Dr. Robert Moog in developing his last keyboard, the MiniMoog Voyager synthesizer.

Also a tone therapist, Reiki Master, and gifted musician, August has recently formed his company, AUGUSTARA, to combine his engineering skills and profound insights to bring forth healing music and holistic therapy products such as PYRADYM.

When she was born – in Cordova, on Alaska’s pristine Prince William Sound – Jeane’s father was a lawman. Later he moved the family to a farm in northern Idaho, where she continued contemplating nature – and human nature. She earned her way through the University of Idaho and an honors B.A. in Sociology.

Marriage, a job in social work, and three children – Teresa, Jay and Stan – followed. After moving to the Okanagan Valley of western Canada, she parented while writing for newspapers and a regional magazine. She’s also been an editor, counsellor, Big Brothers’ executive director, and publicist for a theater company that traveled in gypsy wagons pulled by Clydesdale horses.

In 1981 Jeane had encountered an electrician who invented a potentially revolutionary magnetic motor/generator. Through him and his wife she met others in the “free-energy underground” from Germany to South Africa, and discovered books about Nikola Tesla and other unsung pioneer inventors.

Her continueing journey has led to the authoring and co-authoring of books dealing with new energy paradigms, inventions and discoveries.

Command Sergeant Major, Robert O Dean United States Army

Robert O. Dean has been engaged in the field of UFO research for the last 40 years. He began this research on active duty in the US ARMY where he served for 27 years. He retired as Command Sergeant Major from the Army in 1976 as a highly decorated combat veteran after having served as an Infantry Unit Commander in combat in Korea and Vietnam. He also served in Intelligence Field Operations in Laos, Cambodia and North Vietnam. Additionally, from 1963 to 1967 he served at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe ( SHAPE ), NATO as an intelligence analyst with a Cosmic Top Secret clearance. While on this assignment, he helped move the headquarters to the new site in Belgium.
