Hello All,

I just spent a week in Southern California for a memorial service for my dad. I received a thank you today from his neighbor who came to the cemetery and reception following. She thanked me for including her and her husband in what she called our family gathering.

Judgment shapes your life and what it will be about

Lots of things happened last week. I bet in your life also. Moments of awareness of the need for self care and quiet. Moments of intense emotional reactions and response. Moments of awareness of power, shifting power and how we each influence in our lives. Making choices for others and ourselves is not always easy.

Moving with grace without judgment

Grace has a couple of meanings. One is about how one elegantly moves physically and it is also a sense of the Divine. For me it is consciousness giving pardon to itself as human. Not about the nature of forgiveness but about not judging or being judge in the first place. As humans concerned with life and survival we need to think in order to judge what is good for us. Making distinctions is important. But we need to be skillful at it. Use it wisely.

We haven’t had snowfall this season. But, we have had the delight of the cherry blossom snow starting to fall. You can see it all over the ground and everywhere the rain and wind send it. It sticks to everything when it is wet.

Today on Conscious Conversations, Joan and Janet talk about Sexuality, Gender and Consciousness. There are no rights no wrongs in Consciousness, only distinctions. The old definitions of sexuality and gender are collapsing as we collectively evolve to a higher level. Individuals are questioning their identities as they expand beyond past limitations. Consciousness views this all with warmth, and supportive non judgment. In a state of grace there is only Consciousness expressing.

The messages in recurring or lingering pain

What a great week it was. In group we explored lingering pain in the body. Several of us were reporting on physical pain that had been dealt with more than once and was showing up again, or had become a dull roar. We might wonder sometimes if consciousness technologies work when something doesn’t seem to magically clear away, or it magically clears away and then magically comes back. We have not failed to resolve or save or fix it. What is magically happening is maybe information revealing itself out of the matrix of our being.
