If you've tuned into our weekly program about life, love and the numerous absurdities of our existence, you've noticed that we say a lot, but is any of that which has been said worth repeating? Hmmmm.....

Tonight we're going to see if we can find out, so our featured phrase of the week is

"You Can Say That Again."

Admittedly, some of what we say shouldn't have been said in the first place, let alone...... again, but some of it requires repeating, either because it is so obtuse no one could understand it no matter how many times it's said in which case it becomes redundancy ad nauseam or it's worth considering more carefully because there just might a gem of an idea there.

Needless to say, the ego has lots to say about everything and is happy to throw assumptions, expectations and opinions at whatever comes within is purview.

But separating the ego's perspective, which is by definition biased to its own needs, wants and defense mechanisms, from some genuine insight......well .....that might just require that we say, "You Can Say That Again."
