Marilyn is an exercise therapist and personal trainer working exclusively with clients 55+. While many people in their late 50s are dreaming of retirement, Marilyn was recreating her life. She had a, Marilyn transformed her life at 58 after a concussion in a simple slip and fall changed the trajectory of her life. She was unable to return to her corporate governance role, and her competitive powerlifting sports was finished. With the help of many people she went back to school at 59. Today she is owner of MVR 55+ Fitness and Community helps people to revitalize, re-energize and thrive in this next part of their journey.
Marilyn speaks on the topics of Joining The NO-AGE Revolution, Reducing Stress and elevating productivity in the workplace, and that a career change later in life is POSSIBLE.
