Guest, Gavin P Smith
Gavin P. Smith is the founder of a nonprofit organization called "Civilian Exposure" whose goal to investigate and educate the public about environmental contamination at military installations including Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and numerous other bases around the United States. His goal is to help not only military personnel and veterans, but also the thousands of civilian employees who work for the military. His father, Robert Ray ("Bob") Smith was a civilian employee at Camp Lejeune for 25 years (1973 to 1998). His father died from acute leukemia which is believed due to exposure to toxic contaminants at that installation.
