Peter deSilva brings to ALI C-level experience leading retail finance business, as well as deep nonprofit board leadership. Most recently he served as president of the retail business at TD Ameritrade and earlier was president of Scottrade Financial Services, chairman & CEO of UMB Financial Corp., and senior vice president and general manager of the retail and brokerage businesses at Fidelity Investments.
Peter’s many civic engagements include service as a trustee of The National WWI Museum and Memorial, the St. Louis Regional Business Council, the Robert W. Plaster Foundation, and MRI Global. He previously chaired the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, chaired major fundraising campaigns for the YMCA and United Way in Kansas City, and was a trustee of Park University.
