Separated from her family at age 3, Teresa learned a valuable lesson from her grandmother.  As a Cuban refugee whose father had lost everything overnight, Teresa, her parents, and her 3 other siblings fled to America.  Teresa was given a doll by her grandmother and told to "tell her your story."  During that frightening time, she learned the power of story.  

That lesson has turned her into an author, international speaker and coach.  She has created the Trueness Project, a non-profit dedicated to empowering children and adults to cherish their imagination and own their power to write their own narratives.

Teresa is also hosting a worldwide community building event to send love and light into and around the planet.  She is asking people around the world to dress up as butterflies and to send her their pictures to put on her website butterflymarch.com

The in person event is in beautiful Jackson, Wyoming and we are going for a world record of the largest number of people dressed as butterflies in a single place.  Coach Ken Foster is our Keynote Speaker and our Butterfly March is bound to raise consciousness around the planet.

M. Teresa Lawrence is an award-winning author, international speaker and leadership coach. She is the founder and president of the Trueness Project, a non-profit dedicated to empowering children and adults to cherish their imagination and own their power to write their own narratives.  As part of her mission, Teresa is donating her award-winning transformational children’s book GLORIOUSNESS to disadvantaged children throughout the world.  Teresa is also the co-author of The Power of Leadership with M.
