Hello, New Year resolution maker.  Let's face it, resolutions are easier said than done, which is why we've selected, "Easier Said Than Done" as our featured phrase of the week.

Of course, that could apply to almost anything you say you're going to do. 
Consider these New Year's resolutions: ..
# 18. I'm going to eat more healthy (cut out all those carbs, fats and sugar)
# 3. Exercise more
# 46. Be a nicer person 
# 46a.Be less controlling person (ooh...even if we said that, which is questionable, much harder to execute).
# 327. Call home more often.
# 6 Forgive those people with whom I still hold a grudge.
# 12. Or simply keep your word--when you say you're going to do something, actually do it.-- Simple, but a big challenge for people you may live and work with.

What does it take to actually move from what you say (with the best of intentions) to taking action, especially if you're resolution is to keep your mouth shut about anything you might say unless you can commit to do it? (# 523)

Much to consider. So, you may want to tune in to our show tonight to explore this issue with us. Or, use it as an opportunity to practice. Say to yourself (make sure no one is listening), "I'm going to listen to "Insight Out--the Naked Truth" tonight (# 1) and then hold yourself to it...(If you can't do that, then practice New Year's resolution #238, "I'm going to forgive myself for not living up to my expectations for myself."
