What does claustrophobia feel like?
It can be triggered by things like being locked in a windowless room, being stuck in a crowded elevator, or driving on a congested highway. Claustrophobia is one of the most common phobias.
It feels like you are going to suffocate and die. Scuba Diving in La Paz
Point get in touch with your phobias, fears, and triggers and set you intention to get rid of them.
What you don’t resolve when you are younger, usually gets worse with age. Think of any fear you have. Is it getting better or worse than a few years ago.
Point is Become Aware of your fears.
Now Courage Changes everything, because it changes the way you connect with yourself.
