There’s only one YOU. What YOU desire, dream and create is important to us all. There’s no right or wrong way to create. Just the way that works for YOU. We’re all unique. We all discover and grow from each other.

For me, asking questions is a demonstration of Love. I relish the feeling I get when I’m asked a heart-centered question. It feels good to be met with another’s undivided attention – to know me, hear me, see me. Questions are an invitation to share love from our heart space.

So, let’s get curious, ask a lot of questions, be receptive, and listen with presence.

If we want Peace, Freedom and Prosperity, let’s align, build relationships, proactively participate and work together to create what we prefer – the future we desire.

This is the place to connect, feel encouraged and supported – a safe place to be YOU, to share from your heart center, and to ask for the help and assistance you need and want.

Let’s enjoy playing together.
Let’s chat about what inspires us.

And I just greatly appreciate what you're inspired to share with me. So thank you in advance from my heart to yours. And all of you listening now and in the future, thank you for joining me, everyone. And as of late, I've been starting the show with what I'm calling breadcrumb bands. This one's gonna be a bread crumb artist, and the artist is Eric Clapton.

And the song one of the my favorite songs of Eric's is Change the World. So I'm just gonna say a few brief a brief a portion of the lyrics. If I can reach the stars, pull one down for you. Shine it on my heart so you could see the truth. That this love I have inside is everything it seems.

But for now I find it's only in my dreams and I can change the world. I will be the sunlight in your universe. You would think my love was really something good. Baby, if I could change the world. So maybe you're sensing a theme here.

Change the world. If it's change we seek, let's be the change. So I was I was kind of pondering on the word change a little bit, and it it came to me that we can have change of scenery. We can change things up. We can have change in our pocket.

We can keep the change. So, you know, when I say let's be the change, I feel what I'm saying is let's be the big old capital b. Let's be. Let's embody everything, everything we desire, everything we want because we are the change. And what I've come to know is that change comes from what we are and how we are and not just from what we want.

So when our frequency, our our vibration, our true self is compatible with what we desire, what we want, what we ask for, it shows up. It shows up in our reality. And I feel the universe is always joining with us. It's always responding to our energetics with what it feels we want, you know, be it positive or negative. It it you know, no judgment again.

It doesn't discern between the two frequencies, the two energies. And we've all heard the same where attention goes, energy flows. So I feel source response not just by our asking, but by what we're embodying in every now moment. So with that, I'm super, super excited to introduce two very special guests, and I'm honored and privileged to call Lucia Nicola Evans and Margie Barbier my dear friends. Lucia, Margie, are you there?

Yes. Yes. We're here. Yay. Thank you so much for joining me.

It's like I said, it's just it's just special for me to have you here in a in a way that is very personal to me because I've spent time with both of you in in physicality, intrinsically. We've been together. And when I say that, I I I kinda mean I feel like we reconnected from from a forever connection. We reconnected Lucie and I lived together for a short while, and I've spent significant time in physicality with with Margie. So both of for both of you, I feel like we reconnected recently.

And as beings of light, I feel like we've known each other. I know we've known each other forever from our energetic resonance, and and it's like a heart centered knowing. And the time I spent with you, it just it was just so amazing. And part of the reason why I wanted to have this conversation with both of you is because the word transition comes up a lot. And I know there's there's some pretty radical transitions going on in the collective, but I really wanted to focus on the the significant life changing transitions that the three of us as individuals have been experiencing.

I I've been walking right along with you both and you with me, and we've been transitioning from what we don't prefer to what we do prefer, albeit with, you know, unconditional love for ourselves and each other. And I feel like as we are going through our transitions together, it's just been an amazing experience and it's given me the the opportunity to observe the process. It's just it's just fantastic. It's it's kind of cool. So I'm so grateful for you both, for your love and your support, Lucia, Margie, and just to kinda launch off on on this topic for us.

And you can you can restate this however you feel, but I feel like transition for me, maybe for you, has been going from what doesn't feel good, what no longer serves me, you know, what no longer resonates to what what feels right, what feels good. Maybe a better way to say it is what feels perfectly aligned with my heart center. So you can feel free to restate that. But for both of you, I'd love to hear what transitioning feels like when you're living, when you're being from your heart center, from your true self in every now moment. That's that's what I'd love to know from both of you.

So whoever'd like to answer that first, go for it. So this is Lucia. Thanks so much for having us on your show. Yeah. So the transition that I've been in is literally it feels like a quantum leap because my whole life is completely different than a month and a half ago.

And I like what you said around transition is what resonates what resonates with the heart and what aligns with the heart center. And, you know, the beauty of being human is there's something called evolution and which is growth. To me, that means growth. And part of what helps me keep growing and evolving is embracing life's changes. And I'm on this fast track of continuous improvement.

And not to say I'm not enough as I am because my spirit's enough. It's whole and complete. And yet there's there's the human component where I love learning and growing and discovering new things about myself and and and others. And part of that is I use the practice of Aikido to help help me learn ways that actually work in reality versus moving from this place of thinking and overthinking and overanalyzing where it gets kind of old and can get stuck, you know, in that way of being. And so I have an opportunity to keep growing and improving myself through this practice, and it it's such a great way to live my life as I open to the continuous change that life presents me where I get to choose.

I have conscious choice to really choose the life I want to create. And part of what that has been lately is really choose a life that I wanna create with Margie and with how we are bringing this vision of heart centeredness, especially through our retreats to women where they feel empowered, can connect to their authentic self because that is, for me, a co opponent of this change that collectively we're going through where no longer is it serving to live from the programs and the shoulds of, you know, identifying with my title and with my role, but there's an opportunity to go into the psyche a little bit deeper where the heart has a different resonance than the mind and has the opportunity to expand beyond any kind of thought form or shoulds or roles or identity that really brings a huge unlimited world where there's infinite possibilities to choose from. And as a result of that, there's, like, this beautiful playground that is based on freedom, the the ability to choose who and where and when I wanna play. And and this is the new life, that I am exploring, and Margie has been an an important component as my dear, dear friend and business partner in exploring how we can bring this energetic and resonance more available to others where it can be fun, adventurous, and authentic.

Mhmm. That's so beautiful. Yeah. When you're saying it's about, you know, of course, of growth is embracing that that that change. But that's a choice.

Right? And you you made that choice. So what tell me about that process. Yeah. I was you know, when I don't want to be in something anymore, I feel it pretty strongly, and then I just want to move on.

And it's of nobody's fault. It's not like, oh, the relationship I was in last, nobody's fault. It was just like, you know how sometimes you just outgrow someone or you have a different experience for, oh, I wanna do something different. I wanna learn a new skill or to have a different job. Or so I just needed to move on and felt the contraction getting worse and worse and worse.

It's almost like the body has the wisdom. And if if I'm listening to my body, I I'm shown where I need to go, what needs to happen. I need a new house. This is what I want. And to get really specific with exactly what I want and say, okay.

I can actually have what I really want. And I think we that there's such a deep program, and I know you can relate to this, Marjee, around, can I really have what I want? Am I worthy of having what I really want? And there's there's a a growth edge around giving myself full permission, right, to actually have what I really want. And this is what we're we're both doing right now is giving ourself permission to explore and not just have give it to ourselves, but give it to the the people around us that surround us.

And, mostly, that's this beautiful unconditional love that people are longing for. Yeah. I it's just been so so incredible to just be a part of your transition, our transition. It's just it's just so great. Thank you for that, Lucia.

How about you, Margie? Anything you wanna share? Yeah. I feel kind of what Lucia just said about I'm similar in the way that, like, what I was doing and living in Costa Rica. It was a great life, and I was getting quite uncomfortable.

And my heart it's like my heart is it's like the situation gets so uncomfortable that I'm forced to follow my heart because my heart starts speaking and leading me. And it's just it's great to to live that life and to make the leap, the big quantum leap of moving from Costa Rica to California because it's, like, it's the only it to me, it gets to the point where it's the only option is to follow my heart, to live the life I wanna lead. And it it feels a little risky because there's no guarantees, and it's just it takes a good amount of trust. But to me, it's, like, the only way that I wanna take. So yeah, that's that's one thing I could say about that.

Yeah. And you're you're making it you're you're boiling it down to very simple because I know it's not been an easy process for you. And there's a lot of people out there that you know, me included, we we get to the place where we are uncomfortable. It's that discomfort that it's just it can be a catalyst. It can be, you know, a place of just helping us take that leap of faith.

And, you know, it's an interesting study that some of us do, some of us don't, some of us just take a little long. You know, it's it's just such an interesting thing. But I'm with you and that both of you that, you know, if you get to this place where you're physically just your energetics just feel awful or, you know, you might even physically be getting yourself sick, That's a good sign that perhaps you might wanna go in and and check-in with your heart and see if there's just a small step even to take because we don't all have to take big life transitioning steps. Right? I think I'm a big believer of, you know, if you if you wanna make some changes, start with something that feels good, and then it leads you down that road of to what you really want.

But to your point, which, you know, if you having a vision of what you want and just embracing it and saying it's all good. It's what I want. And if it's what my heart wants, then it's perfect. So I guess I'm I'm wondering how you would respond to people that are kind of in that place of, I wanna take a leap of faith. I do wanna make some changes, but I'm not sure where to start.

I don't know. I don't I I don't know. What would you say to them? I would say, you know, change is not convenient. Yeah.

Gonna feel after you make the change. And it's okay if fear comes up and anxiety comes up, and you can address that and work with that, but not let it stop you from taking the step. Because when you take the step, then then the path almost is like the path reveals itself, and the next step shows itself. And then the next step shows itself, and then there's this, like, renewed energy that is expansion, and it can't it can't come until you have the courage to take the next step even if you don't know what the second or third or fourth step is. Just sometimes even just, oh, I wanna move or I wanna do something in my house.

If you if you just clear the clutter, you know, take one closet and clear out what you no longer need, that creates space for something else. It's as simple as something as simple as that could be huge. It starts moving the energy, the the old stuck energy out. Right. Exactly.

Yeah. Energy is always it it it wants to move, and that's, I think, what when we start feeling that discomfort, it's because the energy wants to move. Wouldn't you say, Margie? I know you've had that that you've been to that place. Oh, yeah.

For sure. I mean, in in my case, like, with energy, it it's I just need to meet it to fight face it full on, and then it's able to to alchemize. Mhmm. But what I was gonna say, I was gonna tail off of what Lucia said is it may or may not like, when when you're making a transition and, like, you may not have it all figured out. Like, in my case, it's just I've never really had it all figured out, like, exactly, like, how things are gonna go.

It's kinda just, like, just jumping with one kind of step like she was saying, and then you just trust, and then the path kind of reveals itself. Right. Yeah. You guys both are amazing examples of that. So how do you how would you say you stay present?

How do you say how do you stay in the moment inside that transition, that change? Good question. Good question. That's the million dollar question. So I practice Aikido four times a week, and I also walk, and I also love sitting.

Sometimes I sit with my eyes closed. Sometimes I sit with my eyes open, but I really have a regular practice that helps me center. Sometimes it's putting my feet in the grass. Sometimes it's taking a hot bath. You know?

Sometimes it's calling a friend and just having a chat. But it's really important to have a practice, a regular practice that helps ground and center you. And it's different for everyone. Some people do yoga. Some people, you know, have their own hobbies that are creative, whether it's painting or, you know, Margie likes surfing or, you know, tap dancing.

It could be anything. Right? Mhmm. But it's it's just to allow the energy to keep moving. And so there's the stagnancy doesn't have a place to sit and stay and kinda because that's just no fun to have that kind of energy.

How to stay present in the in the transition is really being present with my body and listening to my needs. Like, if I need to rest, I rest. I don't argue with, oh, no. I can't rest right now. I can't afford to take that time off.

Right? Then I'm arguing with the truth. What's actually happening is what the truth is, which as a tendency, we all do, especially people like me who have a really strong mind and it's determined, and I'm I just wanna I'm gonna get this done. You know? And that's mind energy, and it's fine.

It has its place. But sometimes if I override my body needs or what my heart needs, it's not actually helpful for my health or well-being or state of mind even. So it's a real practice in honoring the body's needs and taking the time and slowing down. Like, if I'm if I have a a long to do list that's 20 things long, I might get three of those things done that day. And especially moving, everyone knows how stressful moving is.

It's like you have to re redo everything. Like, we had a whole house with nothing. We didn't have a lot of things. We had to buy every everything, really, from, you know, cutlery to curtains, you know, all of it, couches, and that takes time, and, you know, you learn it's funny. It's a funny thing.

Margie and I actually have very similar likes, which we didn't know until we started living together. I'm like, do you like this? Yes. Actually, I really like that. Yeah.

I like that. So that all takes time. And so it's just what I've noticed is taking deliberate action and listening when I need to rest and resting and then eating well. So having good meals. I think that's the first thing we set up in our new house is our kitchen so we could make healthy meals.

Mhmm. That was really, really important component for us. I know one of my friends, he said he he traveled across the country, and they had some moving company move all their stuff. And they didn't get all their stuff for a whole month, And that really wrecked the relationship. So, you know, making sure the the the basic needs are covered is really, really important.

And we also had a lot of time to sort of talk and rest, and I actually took really the whole month of April just to focus on moving and recovering. So that was really important to to do. Yeah. How about you, Margie? Yeah.

Just kind of what she said. Just to like, I know when when I moved here and we're moving to the house and we were doing so much because we're both really, like, kinda, like, hardcore. Like, we get things done. And I remember just being so tired, and there was just, like, so much to do and just in those in those times, just allowing myself to just rest even if it was, like, for days or just for the whole afternoons and just to honor my body because, like, what Lucia was saying, if I don't rest and I keep pushing and pushing, then it just doesn't work. Then I get sick.

So I was just honoring, like, my body and eating well and trusting. The trust was big because there's moments where, you know, my mind was like, oh, you should be working. You should be doing all this stuff. You know? And and it just just keep trusting and and breathing and going for a walk with a friend and looking at the flowers.

Like, we did that today or yesterday. Like, I was stressed about something, and we went for a walk. And I just started looking at the flowers and the trees, and then boom. Right back to the the present moment again. Mhmm.

That's awesome. You know, the body is so wise if we just tune into it and allow it to speak to us, and it knows exactly what it what it needs, what it wants to help us navigate those those kind of moments of discomfort. And I know change kinda stretches our comfort zone. We can get we can get pretty comfortable, and change allows us to create that new comfort zone again and again, and I I feel that's that's creation. Change is helping us be that that creation where we can experience that new comfort zone, but it can be clunky and uncomfortable.

And it's it's in the in those moments how we how we navigate change while embracing, loving, giving great care to our true authentic self. So there's the body, but there's also our true self. And is there anything you'd like to say about that? Yeah. Yeah.

I I wanted to say that it it's kinda like, for me, it was like a death and a rebirth. And it's what really helped me was honoring the moment. Mhmm. Did I lose you? No.

No. I'm here. Was Oh, there you are. It sounds like you're just that that's us. Stay there.

I was just reflecting on that. That was the moment coming in. Yeah. That was a great moment. I'm so happy to be full to be worthy of being received, full of stuff, full of that's that's the beauty is when there's pockets of silence, then there's an opportunity.

If it's relaxed and peaceful silence, it there's an opportunity to get resourced. Mhmm. Yeah. I just had a a just a brief panic moment. Like, technology was was doing its thing, but that I agreed wholeheartedly with that silence.

I I love silence. It's it it can be super just chill, and it can realign everything if you're just with yourself. And and, you know, kind of going into that, the authentic self, the true self, from your both of your perspectives, how does how does one get to know their true authentic self? It's a very interesting question because it's almost like you're saying, how do I get to know myself as myself? Right.

And part of that is I love the way you you started this conversation is be the change. Be that. Be the self. But what I'm not referring to is your personality self. What I'm not referring is your identity or your or the label, you know, as a wife or a husband or, you know, like a police officer or something like that.

But what I am referring to is there is actually something beyond the mind, and I will write something about this soon around the difference between personality and authentic self because it was a question the other day that came up with a client. And, you know, how do you be yourself? And and, really, it's how do you let go of what is not not you and no longer serving you? And therein lies the question of it's more about coming into the allowance of letting life live through you and giving yourself a break of thinking that you have to be in control because it's a false sense of control. The mind wants to control because it thinks it needs to keep the body safe.

But in actuality, when the mind surrenders to something greater, therein lies peace, therein lies freedom, therein lies new opportunities and possibilities that the mind probably couldn't have seen because it has a limited view of of how it sees reality with which is what's actually happening, not what it thinks about what's actually happening. It's two distinct things. And this is where I think we get you may it's very difficult because in a way, we create our own suffering by resisting what is and what resisting what needs to happen or resisting the change. Oh, I know I need to leave this relation, or I know I need to quit this job, or I know I need to move, or you know? And it's really it's the inconvenience and and the and the unknown, the fear of the unknown that that often keeps us in the comfort zone of of ultimately dying.

Mhmm. Because if we're not really living and and feeling alive from being in the present moment and opening to the change that life presents, which is constantly, then we're really over time just slowly dying and decaying. Mhmm. Yeah. Yeah.

Which is kind of, like, depressing in a way. Absolutely. And yet it's reality. So Yeah. Then you might as well just get on the on the train to change and and be that and and let it it's it's like it's like an allowance rather than a forcing.

There's an it's it's a it's an allowance of what actually if I was to get out of my own way, what is actually wanting to happen? Can I really be completely 100% honest with that? Mhmm. And let that be the reality of what I feed and where my attention goes, the energy then flows to support that new reality that I'm scared to create and open to because it's it's it's foreign. It's not known yet.

And there's no guarantees. There's no guarantees. But that's the beauty of it. Right. Yeah.

Because that's where it there's an aliveness. That's almost like an anticipation of, oh, I wonder what's gonna happen now. You know? The mystery. Yeah.

That is so good. I've I've been feeling into that a lot lately because, you know, you are we're spirit. You know? Our authentic our our true self is really, it's neutral. It's it's it's without emotion.

It's just pure passion and excitement. And if you kind of embrace the, oh, what's around the corner? You know, it's whatever it is, I just I wanna play with. I I'm just gonna play. It's just a playground.

If you kind of use that lens as everything's just a playground, it kind of and emotions are a choice also. You know, if you wanna dabble in emotions, that's fine. But coming from the spirit perspective, it what you're saying, Lucia, it it makes it a little easier, funner in my perspective. Yeah. Because I'm not living according to anyone else's idea of how I should live, or I'm not living from the sense of obligation or kind of this idea, right, of what I think I should be in order to what?

Please somebody or get likes or Yeah. Mhmm. Like, have someone approve of what I'm doing or not you know, like, it's it's really it becomes then a life that I'm living for me. And I'm the most important person that if I'm not taking care of me and my well well-being and health and happiness, then who else is? Mhmm.

Yeah. Who else is? Right? And so and it's easy to project, oh, some you know, my next partner will make me happy, or I wanna make someone happy. Therefore, I'm valued.

Or you know, we all go through these people pleasing things, but, ultimately, it there's no fulfillment in that. There's no real sense of being whole, feeling that experience of, like, satisfaction, of contentment, you know, that ultimately my system wants to feel okay, safe to relax, safe to be. Yeah. The the the notion of, you know, you gotta put the oxygen on yourself first comes up that that visual. And, really, for me, it just comes down to it's really just unconditionally loving yourself, just giving yourself complete freedom to be yourself without any self judgment and impervious to any outside judgment and just completely living from your heart sending your heart center and letting your heart be your guide, be your navigator because it will not lead you wrong.

Is that how do you feel about that, Margie? Does that resonate with you? Oh, yeah. In your in your transition? Yeah.

Oh, yeah. I mean, it's like once I got a taste of, you know, what to to feel alive really feels like. It's like there's no turning back, which is where it comes in to to to follow my heart. Yeah. Right.

And and I think it gets us to you can get to a place where it's just a knowing that all is perfectly synchronized if you just kind of come from that being in awe of everything. Just all is perfect. All is well. There's nothing to worry about. Nothing to fear.

You're you're just without care. And then things just fall into place. That's my experience. How about you guys? Yeah.

I feel like you're pointing to opening to living in the flow of life. Mhmm. And, you know, everything has cycles. I feel like there's there's cycles in life, and I honor those cycles. And, you know, a lot of it's to really live in alignment with my heart and my spirit.

It's the consistent practice of listening, of opening, of allowing, of experiencing what wants to come through, getting my out of my own way. If everyone just got out of their own way, you know, it'd be such a different experience. And there is a lot to to navigate when you like, recently, we just moved, and it's just like it's been exhausting and and yet exciting at the same time. Yeah. And so, you know, we're we're meeting new friends and experiencing whole different worlds, and it's it's really to have an kind of like a new you know, when you go hiking and you find a place and you have a view.

Right? You have a new view, and it's it's like new things start to emerge and new ideas. Like, we're creating new courses, and it's like and it's and it's exciting. And and that's where I feel sometimes when things get too complacent, it's like, you know, this the psyche can feel depressed because it's not being allowed to express its natural creativity in in ways that the mind can then get in the way and, oh, this won't work. And attitude is a huge component to support successful change, one's attitude and mindset.

And, you know, I'm I love having an attitude of gratitude because I feel gratitude is really one of the ways love then can grow. And, you know, be just appreciating what I have and appreciating all the friends around me, all the support that I have, and all the lessons that I'm being given so I can grow myself. And, you know, the more I take self responsibility of what's in my say in my space, the better, and then I can show up as my best self. Yeah. Right.

How about you, Margie? Wow. I mean, I just that was so beautiful. I I know. That was so good.

It was so good. I, like, I feel like I'm learning so much just over this past month of I am seeing, like, where I'm in my own way, and I'm being conscious of it. And it's just it's really fun. It's getting life is getting really fun. Life is getting really exciting.

And, yeah, I just I don't know what else to say on on top of that. It's just Aikido is actually teaching me a lot. I I practice Aikido as well. I started about, maybe, like, a year or six months ago, and it's just kind of wraps this all up. Like, it's like a learning environment kind of where I'm learning how to, like, open and allow and change.

It's just Mhmm. It's just quite miraculous. Just the the place that I'm in right now is just I feel like I'm taking a big shift in a quant more quantum leaps, and it's just really exciting. Yeah. It's in that allowing.

I mean, that's that's a huge component of it. It's the allowing, and it's allowing the spirit to to be the, you know, the the writer, the director, the producer, the actor, like, everything. It's if you allow it, even for me, until I kind of built into that that space, you know, that's when all the creative creativity, the projects started showing up, and they started showing up. But, you know, until I was in that energetic flow of knowing who I am and allowing me to be me, that's that's what kind of starts it all. It starts the ball rolling on being the change.

So I feel as if you guys, you know, you you were creating just in so many levels, but, you know, you just mentioned it, Lucia. You guys are showing up in, ways that are allowing you to be the change you seek and helping others do that. Would you like to say more about, you know, what what that is and share what you guys are up to in in that respect? Yeah. I mean, our vision one of our visions, especially for our retreats, is to have fun and connect and play with our soul family all over the world because I feel like when we're connected, even if we have, like, challenges and issues coming up, it's almost like they're not as big when there's a sense of, oh, I'm not alone anymore.

There's someone that gets me and understands me and loves me for who I am. You know? Mhmm. We're literally here to uplift each other and help people feel safe to and empowered to to to be themself and to really realize that they don't have to be anything else, that they're enough as they are. And, like, we're doing that by being enough as we are.

And I'm you know, I think that was a real wound of mine when I was younger. In my childhood, I didn't feel enough. I I was con constantly comparing myself to my sisters and had this inferior thing going on. And, you know, comparison, I always say, is kinda like a cancer, and it just eats away at at oneself and one's own sense of worth. And, you know, I've really, through the practice of Aikido, have completely shifted my view of myself, and I totally adore and love myself now.

And and I think that I heard someone on a podcast say, you know, we all go through these dark night of the souls, the difficult challenges that life presents, and we have our phases and our and that those are our deep sometimes deepest and most profound moments of of of transformation and change is are those darkest moments. And yet the opportunity is to to fall in love with ourselves even more in those moments, especially in those moments because sometimes they're the hardest moments. So how can I love myself even more when I feel crappy? You know? Yeah.

Yeah. Right. And, yeah, that's the practice. I feel like, you know, I wrote this in a book that I've been writing for many years. Maybe I'll publish it, but I always wondered what the purpose of suffering was.

And, you know, I came to a realization of what it's given me in myself, in my own journey of working through stuff and working through my wounding and my shadows. And what I came to is it helps with deepening not just my love for myself, but compassion for being human, for not being perfect, for not being the way I think I should be, for for all the things that I think that I am or need to be in order to be a good citizen of The United States or the, you know, the world. Right? Yeah. Right.

With the honor, like, hey. I'm here. I I chose to be in a body. I came to assist humanity in awakening to their spirit and to their heart and realized that, you know, there's there's an element of of deep courage. And yet, also, if I can keep the lightness and the playfulness and the humor in it all, it can also help because sometimes I can get pretty serious.

Guys, that's like, oh my goodness. This is crazy. Yeah. Oh, yeah. It almost gets to a point where it's like I remember when Luci and I were, like, going to buy, like, silverware.

You know, we were so serious. We just started laughing, and we were gonna go buy, like, a laundry machine. And, like, we're so serious about everything, and I could just kinda see us. And it was hilarious. It's like it's just so funny to kinda look at at yourself Mhmm.

In these moments and just kinda be like, okay. Well, this is kinda funny. Like, I'm, like, a human, and I'm on this planet, and I'm gonna buy you know, I'm gonna see if this washer and dryer is good enough for me to buy. I'm the one that's gonna pick it out. You know?

And then all the things we need as humans, it's kinda crazy. Yeah. All the stuff. Like, we're pretty minimalistic in terms of what we own. And all the stuff we had to buy to, like, have a functional home, it was, like, kind of ridiculous.

Yeah. Like, we laughed a lot. Like, first, we went through, like, maybe a couple, like, serious days, and then we had, like, these days where, like, we were, like, laughing so hard. We just couldn't stop. Yeah.

It's just so funny. So that's so good. I love coming from that perspective of just just the lightheartedness of not laughing at myself or just I do I do that a lot. Like, throughout the day, I'm like, oh, that was a cute little human trick or, you know, wow. That's that's pretty funny.

Or, you know, I'll burp. I'm like, oh, you're such a crass human. Wow. But, you know, all the while laughing because the spirit's just going just it's just funny, you know, coming with the the spirit lens, just like you're saying. Just the human experience is it's pretty funny when you think about it.

That's what you're saying. Yeah. It's it's so funny. The only time that's funny is is Go ahead. In Aikido on the mat.

That's that's serious business matter. Fact, it's kinda funny. Yeah. The coolest thing about that keto mat for me, and I know for others too, is, like, right when I step on it, everything else is gone. Like, everything else, like, who I am, the day, there's no thoughts.

It's just pure presence in the moment. That is so good. So good. Well, what's the best way for peeps to get ahold of you guys? You know?

We have a website. It's under my name, luchia nicola ovens dot com, and you can also email us at retreatmagicnow@gmail.com, where our next retreat is just for women this time, is in June June the twelfth through the nineteenth two thousand twenty five coming up here in Escondido, California. So we do have some spots still available, and it's gonna be on wild and free come alive. And it's we've already, you know, got some amazing facilitators coming to to bring their gifts, and it's just gonna be a real really intimate, amazing group of ladies and experiences. Yeah.

We've got a a great team that we just we just found that are so aligned, and it's it's gonna be really fun. So we're excited about that. And I I got a I got a inside glimpse of the the place, which is, wow, so cool. It's gonna be amazing. Yeah.

We have some pictures on the website under retreats. It's really wonderful place. And, you know, if anyone also wants to connect with me, they can sign up for a free discovery call. And, you know, if you like me, you can even work work with me one on one. And, you know, it's just I'm here to assist and help your heart to feel a little later and to bring love and understanding.

And, you know, if if everybody felt understood for what they're experiencing, I think we would have a a lot more love in the world and more connection because I think that's what's missing, is just feeling heard and and understood for where we're at and what we're experiencing without chain trying to change anyone. You know? I think that's that's what I offer and just some empathy and compassion where, like, hey. You know, this is a hard thing sometimes being human and learning how to navigate things. And I want I want everyone here to know that they're not alone, and they don't have to do it alone.

And we're cultivating quite a lovely soul group of community friends here doing our retreats and and our work together. Yeah. So good. And you guys are yeah. I can attest to beautifulness of just who you are, both of you, and I have never felt so loved in my life than I was with you guys.

So, I'm getting chills as I say that because it's true. I love you both so much. Yeah. And I I know we've gotta wrap it up here. I could chat with you guys for a long time, forever and ever.

Thank you, Kelly. Yeah. We love Kelly. You're amazing. Thank you.

I I just wanna say I'm inviting everyone to tune in to in two weeks, I'm gonna have a beautiful interview with doctor Neil Benson on May 24 at 10AM central time. He's a he's a socially conscious metal medical doctor who was on being inspired with q and who Asha dubbed the healing warrior. So I'm so thrilled. I we'll have a chat to to just learn through his personal experience and of his patients with suboptimal health. And he's gonna share some some pearls of wisdom from his paradigm shifting book, which is called On the Origin of Diseases, and I I got it on my program page.

I've got that on under the program handouts. But his hope is that it will springboard for a new medical model, which I think we can all agree that would be fantastic. He's also gonna share his project for developing a training course for getting teachers up and running quickly and competently to just lead this new medical model to help people through their individual healing and wellness journey. So you won't wanna miss it in a couple weeks. I hope you'll join me then.

Thank you, Lucia. Thank you, Margie, with all my heart. BBS, everyone listening. See you in two weeks, and just just beautiful day to you all. Thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Kelly. We love you. Thank you, Kelly.

Love you, guys. That's a wrap.
