I’ve had such a blast creating this show. ‘Connect with Kelly’ is a perfect example of synchronicities at work. From its envisionment to its inception, I follow Q’s creative process model:
IDEA → DREAM → RELATIONSHIPS → PARTICIPATION → SOLUTIONS
I envisioned this show, got excited, put the idea on paper, contacted BBS Radio, verbalized my dream, and was given the opportunity and perfect time slot (Thank you, Don!). Making the call to BBS was a critical step toward experiencing what I wanted to create. If I hadn’t made that call, it would still just be an idea on paper.
The inspiration for my show came through my heart center – from all my interactions with Q, from my participation with the BBS ‘Project Review with Q’ (PRQ) show, and from all the PRQ peeps who call in to his program. Special thanks to all the beautiful Q team radio host wayshowers (you know who you are!).
There’s only one YOU. What YOU desire, dream and create is important to us all. There’s no right or wrong way to create. Just the way that works for YOU. I want to feel into each individual caller’s creation process. We’re all unique. We all discover and grow from each other.

For me, asking questions is a demonstration of Love. I relish the feeling I get when I’m asked a heart-centered question. It feels good to be met with another’s undivided attention – to know me, hear me, see me. Questions are an invitation to share love from our heart space. So, let’s get curious, be receptive and listen with presence.
Don’t be shy. Let ‘er rip! Be bold. Be brave. Be authentic. Be transparent. Be vulnerable. Be YOU!

My journey of self-awareness, and my thirst for Universal Knowledge started in 2019. When I found Q in 2022, I felt an immediate shift in my consciousness. I’m honored and grateful to be on board the ‘Q-choo’ train, and I feel his unconditional Source love every moment of every day. What a ride it’s been!
Through ups and downs and all-arounds, I have a deep desire to meet and touch everyone right where they are, to share my experience so that it might nourish and inspire others along their journey of self-discovery, and to learn from YOU, dear listener, what you’ve realized in your evolutionary process.
