With 15+ years of experience working as a mindfulness and performance consultant for the military, doctors, and athletes, Erik Leslie has a rare combination of skills and experience in training the world’s toughest careers. He is a certified teacher from U. Mass Medical School in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and received a Masters in Psychology from University of Denver.

As the Co-Founder and Lead Teacher at Modern Mindfulness, Erik works with individuals and organizations to heal unhealthy stress, reduce anxiety and burnout to unlock a happier, more productive life, both on and off the clock.

He has designed mindfulness and performance courses for Special Forces and Apache Pilots, as well as several Hospital Clinics. Currently, Erik teaches many top mindfulness teachers on how to build a mindful business, deepen their practice and offer some of the best training for their clients.
