During her time working at Canadian Parliament with Member of Parliament Joy Smith, Ena Lucia built a database to track human trafficking cases and to provide supporting data for Bill C-310, a piece of legislation that enhanced the definition of exploitation in the criminal offense of human trafficking. Using information from this database, Bill C-310 also enabled the prosecution of Canadians who committed crimes against children and human trafficking offenses outside of Canada’s borders. Ena Lucia's research was also used to support Bill S-224, An Act to Amend the Criminal Code (Trafficking in Persons) before the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights. Ena Lucia is the Global Ambassador of the Council on Violence against Men and Boys. She is also Co-Founder of the 2024 International Conference on Violence against Men and Boys. Ena Lucia is a trainer and international speaker and has presented her research at international conferences, the United Nations and INTERPOL. She is also a published researcher, and her work can be found in the Child Abuse and Neglect Journal special edition on boys.

John Monaghan III is a retired police chief with over 20 years in law enforcement. He worked as a municipal officer, State Trooper and Police Chief in New Hampshire. After retiring John consulted and facilitated focus groups and educational workshops in equity, mental wellness, resilience, and organizational development. John regularly presents on wellness, social justice causes, and police-community relations. He was featured in the 2019 Nantucket Project documentary film “The Box”. Chief Douglas Wyman is thirty-two year Law Enforcement veteran. He retired as the Chief of Police for the Town of Sandwich, NH in 2020, and later served as the Chief of Campus Police for the Worcester State Hospital, in Worcester, MA. Chief Wyman currently serves as an Investigator for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, Office of Investigations. Chief Wyman has an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from the New Hampshire Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Divinity from Liberty University.
Chief Wyman served on the Board of Directors for the New England Association of Chiefs of Police and served as the NH Chiefs of Police representative on the NH Governor’s Advisory Council for Diversity and Inclusion.
