Joan E. Childs, LCSW, has been in clinical private practice as a psychotherapist since 1978, specializing in couple’s therapy, known as ENCOUNTER-CENTERED COUPLES THERAPY.  In addition, she is an expert in Codependency, Inner Child Work, Original Pain Work, and Second Stage Recovery.  She was the first affiliate of the John Bradshaw Center in the United States She is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Certified EMDR master practitioner, Certified Grief Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist, and PAIRS LEADER (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills). Childs provides a 2-5 day Intensive for individuals and a 2 day Intensive for couples in crisis.  She has appeared on many national radios and television shows including The Oprah Winfrey Show.  

Joan is the author of THE MYTH OF THE MAIDEN: On Being a Woman (Health Communications, Inc. 1995) and WHY DID SHE JUMP? : My Daughter’s Battle with Bipolar Disorder (Health Communications, Inc., 2014), under contract for a movie, presently in pre-production. She had her own television series, SOLUTIONS, dedicated to the memory of her daughter, Pamela Anne Glassman, providing information and resources for the community, especially for patients and families who have loved ones suffering from mental and mood disorders.  She is the founder of the Pamela Anne Glassman Educational Center, in cooperation with the Mental Health Center of South Florida.

Joan’s third book, I HATE THE MAN I LOVE: A Conscious Relationship is Your Key to Success will be released on October 11, 2020, and the e-book has been released on May 11, 2020.

Joan has published many articles on women’s issues, relationships, and grief and loss that appear in several well-known publications, including The Huffington Post, Thrive Global, Your Tango.

Clear Sage Leaf is a vocalist and guitarist who plays with a style that is powerfully smooth and soulful. His genre is a blend of blues, jazz, and singer-songwriter. When he plays, he is always striving to dig deeper… singing in a way where he is aiming towards his core… becoming vulnerable and nourishing a deeper awareness with himself so that when his voice radiates out into the world from that sacred space it may encourage the listener to become more vulnerable and aware of something deep within themselves as well.

D-SOUL DAVIS

Hailing from Waco, Texas, Demetrius Davis started his musical career at 8 years old when he took to the stage singing in a school play. He knew at that very moment, that music was his passion. This part-time fitness coach and full time musician gained his phenomenal showmanship and, most importantly, vocal training from touring the U.S. singing gospel music with his talented family and time spent in valuable church vocal workshops.

Demetrius has been influenced by the timeless greats from the likes of James Brown and Frank Sinatra to Otis Redding and Michael Jackson. He was also influenced by his talented and beloved father, brother, and grandmother. He has a vast quantity of experience as a vocalist with bands: MatchMaker, Taboo, All U Need, Hotsauce, and his own project, D-Soul Davis Ft. Art Of Soul.

Some of his most well-known musical accomplishments include.. April 6th being recognized in Austin Tx, as “D-Soul Davis Day”. Being an American Idol Top 100 Finalist in 2003. A 2016 SXSW artist Headliner, and an opening act for the AUMF from which he opened up for Maze. He has thrived in the industry and has had the honor of singing alongside Jamie Foxx, Paul Wall, Steve Miller, Ray Benson, Raheem DeVaughn, Gary Jenkins of “Silk”, The Gatlin Brothers, Huey Lewis and The News, Tony Orlando, Alexander O’Neal, Dougie Fresh, Frankie Beverley, and the gospel legend V. Michael Mckay.

Demetrius lives to bring joy to people through the power of music. His favorite moment while performing is looking out at his audience and seeing them having a great time. He is well-versed at wedding showmanship and is continuously honored to work with amazing couples on the best days of their lives. When he’s not performing, Demetrius works tirelessly towards his goals of operating his own business and becoming a motivational leader and speaker.

Paul is a serial entrepreneur, investor, humanitarian and global adventurer.  He is the founder and CEO of EPX a new business social network based on the Pursuit of Achievement, Spirit of Adventure and the Power of Impact.  Members include space shuttle captains, members swimming oceans, skiing down from the summit of Everest, winning world cups, gold medals and many talented business professionals around the world.  Adventures have included crossing the Sahara, taking Russian MIGs to Space and climbing the inside of the Great Pyramids.

With the onslaught of COVID-19, he started Operation SpiritLift to raise money to protect the elderly and the homeless but also helped co-found and lead America’s medical testing industry coalition called Operation StaySafe focused on restarting the American economy by providing comprehensive, large scale testing for American citizens and businesses alike.    

He was most recently the founder and CEO of SaleAMP, a 10 year old, Austin-Texas based pay-for-performance digital marketing agency before successfully exiting the business. He is the youngest person to attend business school at the University of Texas, was an early employee at Dell Computer Corporation where he pioneered several lines of business including Inspiron (zero to $1.5B in sales in 11 months), built and sold a marketing software company to a NASDAQ leader and has advised many large and small companies on demand generation digital marketing, operational innovation, and disruptive product development.  

Paul has directed and sold a film, sold thousands of copies of a corporate-thriller novel and DJ’s deep house.  He is currently on the UN’s Board of Directors for Blockchain for Impact and involved in a multi-national effort to bring internet connectivity and banking to the poor.

Artie Kornfeld

Artie Kornfeld is best known as the music promoter for the The Woodstock Music & Arts Festival held in 1969, but before Woodstock, Artie had already written over 75 Billboard charted songs and participated in over 150 albums with many other artists of note.

“Never did I think that what started as an idealistic conversation among friends would become part of history” and what Rolling Stone magazine describes as one of the top moments “That Changed the History of Rock & Roll.”

Artie was solely responsible for the historic record & Warner Brothers movie contracts for the Woodstock Film.

He hired Michael Wadleigh to film the Music & Art Fair of ’69, which won the movie and him a 1970 Academy Award.

He was known world wide as “The Father of Woodstock,” the name given to him by the Woodstock Preservation Alliance, as well as sometimes referred to as “The Godfather of Woodstock,” “The Pied Piper,” “The Father of Peace,” and other such honorary titles.

Artie is a Composer, Publisher, Producer, Manager, & Promoter.



He was the First Vice President of Rock Music at Capitol Records, and the first for Rock Music, period.

Over 40 + years experience as a composer, publisher, producer, manager and promoter, among many other awards and recognitions he had a hand in over 100 Platinum projects.
