By turning the arrow inward, he transformed his life and his business when he learned that before the why, how, or what, your WHO must come first. CARLA MCCLOSKEY

Before becoming an author, Carla McCloskey was a long-time director and assistant director who began her film career when she was picked as an assistant director by the Producers Association. 

“I was one of the first women in this position,” recalls Carla, who has lived in Malibu since 1981 with her husband, Leigh J. McCloskey, an actor, artist and author.

Carla was later the assistant director on many films, including The Goodbye Girl, California Suite, Death Becomes Her, Point of No Return, Point Break, The ‘Burbs, The Color of Night, Hook and Jurassic Park. 

She worked with directors Steven Spielberg, Joe Dante, Robert Zemeckis, Richard Rush, John Badham, Herbert Ross, and Cher. She also worked on the television series Amazing Stories, Babylon 5, Ally McBeal, Gilmore Girls and The Closer. 

Carla wrote her first book, Grandma Told Me So—Lessons in Life and Love, to help others find and keep the best possible relationships in their lives. Carla writes with the wisdom and simplicity that she learned during her early life in Lodi, Wisconsin, a picture-perfect small Midwestern town. 

“At my grandmother’s side, I developed the life tools to balance rich personal relationships and family with a demanding life in Hollywood as a director and assistant director to many of today’s most notable actors and filmmakers,” says Carla, adding that she and her husband “have shared the many facets of a life in Hollywood while never forgetting to live a life in love.”  

Carla wrote her second book, Living in an Alien Body—Surviving Stroke, from her own personal experience to help others navigate the life-altering trauma of stroke.  

“This book will transform the way you think about stroke,” emphasizes Carla, whose goal with the book is “to navigate a stroke for you or a loved one—and hopefully prevent stroke.” 

Ultimately, “t may even help you or a loved one survive it—not as a helpless victim, but as an unexpected journeyer into strange and foreign lands.”

EASAE is an indie pop artist originally from Buffalo, NY. Pulling from Fleetwood Mac & Maggie Rogers, hitting a unique emotional tone that is sure to resonate through your bones. Making her debut feature on “Melting”, alongside Danny Olson and Yetep, establishing her sound as an emotional vocal powerhouse for subsequent releases.  Her debut album “Not Sure I Love It Here Yet” premiered December 16th, 2022.  A collection from her journey navigating loss while trying to keep her love for life close by.

PoliticsGirl is a daily TikTok/IG/Twitter rant on politics and the world as well as an easy-to-understand weekly podcast aimed at educating and inspiring voters to reengage with the political process. From understanding the issues, the candidates, and the workings of government to the rebuilding and restructuring of our political system so we can have a stronger, more representational, enlightened electorate and a kinder, more tolerant, more informed country.

Donna Seebo lives in the shadow of Mt. Rainier, in Washington State. Her quiet South Sound retreat is a welcome and refreshing contrast to her busy professional schedule. As an author, publisher, lecturer and renown mental practitioner and counselor, Donna travels extensively each year. Her speaking engagements, radio/television appearances and counseling to businesses and private individuals takes her all over the United States. Donna long ago learned to accept the world of the paranormal as commonplace for her. She was ordained as a minister in California. Then moving to the Pacific Northwest, she began to use her mind skills through many radio and television programs. Her impact was so powerful on her radio audience that record numbers of callers would consistently jam the telephone lines. Her non-sensational approach continues to set new records in radio listener response. Donna has hosted her own national radio show and continues as a popular repeat guest on numerous radio and television shows all over the United States and Internationally.

Using her personal experiences, Donna has created a program to teach individuals to develop their own mind powers to enhance their daily lives and personal relationships. Donna teaches her "Mind Magic" system by speaking at various business meetings and seminars. her program involves a lively display of her own mind skills and then begins to explain, in easy to understand terms, how anyone can develop their own mind's abilities. Donna's current lecture program is "You are the Magic."

Recently, Donna added another dimension to her business and creative skills; she is now the author and publisher of a successful children's book series. Believing that constant development and change is not only important but exciting, she has begun this new adventure with an award winning first book called, "God's Kiss." The book is a heart warming story of a young boy and his adventure through a world of talking animals, magnificent mountains and valleys to a place where young people gather on Christmas Eve to seek the special kiss of life. The book is filled with exquisite illustrations by the renowned artist, Ed Gedrose. In addition to the book there is a companion audio cassette with Donna's own voice beautifully interpreting the story. The book and cassette tape are so well done that the reviews have been overwhelmingly positive and she is now working on publishing her second book called "The Magic Hat."

Donna Seebo has taken all of her own natural talents and worked to develop them into a successful life. She combines her talents; writing, publishing, counseling and speaking together with her sparkling personality and exceptional voice skills into a demonstration of excellence. Donna is an exciting individual to meet and hear speak. She's a woman who is accomplished and poised and yet reflects a warm and dynamic spirit around her.
