We can achieve anything that our minds can conceive. For example, man wanted to fly like the birds. He did not grow wings but he built airplanes. This potential is always within us. I have been helping people reconnect with it for the last 12 years. Whether it is emotional, physical, spiritual or financial situations, it all comes down to where we put our minds. People have a tendency to focus on what they do not want to see happening rather than what they do want to see. By utilizing hypnotherapy techniques, they can change their focus and their energies to create positiveness and well-being.
Pierre Benoit is a trained Specialized Educator and Child & Family Counsellor. For over 25 years, he has worked providing counselling services and care to children and adults in a variety of settings such as youth centres (Centre Jeunesse de Montréal, Hull Child & Family Services, Wood’s Homes), hospitals (Ste-Justine Hospital, Adolescent psychiatric unit; Philippe Pinel Institute, high security psychiatric hospital), Secure Treatment Program for youth and also street work for agencies in Montreal and Calgary. In 1996, he opened the Institut International de Formation et de Ressourcement Inc. which provides training in verbal and physical intervention techniques in order to handle aggressive or violent people. He has created the following training programs: Safe Physical Intervention Program and CommunicAction. While taking courses in NLP, he touched on hypnosis and right away he knew that it was the way to go in providing therapy services for his clients. Pierre was certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and in September 2004, he opened the Clinique d'hypnothérapie et de relation d'aide where he meets clients. In continuing his training in hypnotherapy, he was certified in the following approaches: Hypnotherapy, Medical Hypnotherapy, Medical Hypnoanalysis, 5-PATH Advanced Hypnotherapy. He is also certified in Impact Therapy, Eye Movement Integration Therapy and is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner. Mr. Benoit has been getting excellent results with his clients who are very satisfied. In the last year, he helped clients with the following issues: smoking, anxiety, golf swings, weight reduction, cancer, enuresis, depression, self-confidence, help in decision making, phobias, post-traumatic shock disorder (PTSD), nail biting and more.
