Rich Procita is an attorney specializing in helping clients get their social security benefits. As such, he is often dealing with poor and disabled people. This work is aligned with his central mission- to help people and to help society conform to its best ideals, centered on social justice, not exploitation for the few at the sake of the many. Although his special work area now is helping his client’s needing these benefits, he has studied and written about Constitutional law and he is concerned about the state of our nation, which has abandoned so much of our rights.
To help energize these rights and regain our direction as a democracy, he has focused on trying to unite the Christian Churches in developing messages as what he conceives to be the essence of the true Biblical messages- again, social justice. To this end, he writes in a blog called Modern Lectionaries, where he formulates a progressive Christian interpretation in Scripture, available to Churches who wish to perfect their message to be aligned with citizen rights inherent in our modern Constitution and the laws formulated in the United States. He sees the Bible as largely a political document- the story of occupied peoples. In this manner, he counters a more conservative point of view of Scripture.
It is the view of Inalienable and Free that all scriptures and all spiritual movements contain seeds of Truth, but often they have been modified over centuries in a fashion that distorts their original message which is consistent with the Inalienable and Free Clause in the Declaration: namely, all men are created equal in the eyes of God and entitled to the full range of their inalienable rights.

Inalienable and Free
How can we, the people of Earth, take back the power and privileges granted to us by God and addressed so significantly in the United States Declaration of Independence? Our rights are inalienable for citizens of all countries, not just America. They are, indeed, given by our Creator and “incapable of being taken away from or given by another.”
Our program, “Inalienable and Free: Voice of the Coalition,” hosted by Johnny Blue Star, addresses the grave challenges to these human and citizens' rights in America and in the rest of the world. These rights are the basis of liberty, the foundation of all life and happiness. The Coalition of Planetary Empowerment, is an emerging organization, serving to empower individuals personally, spiritually, and politically through a new social network, dedicated to this mission.
