As the Co-Founder and Lead Teacher at Modern Mindfulness, Erik works with individuals and organizations to heal unhealthy stress, reduce anxiety and burnout to unlock a happier, more productive life, both on and off the clock.

He has designed mindfulness and performance courses for Special Forces and Apache Pilots, as well as several Hospital Clinics. Currently, Erik teaches many top mindfulness teachers on how to build a mindful business, deepen their practice and offer some of the best training for their clients.
