Radio Toni A Conversation with Kez with Kez Wickham St George

This show series is focused on authors and co-hosted with my amazing new co-host Kez Wickham St George

Kez Wickham St George is the driver of her own creativity, and her passion is to inspire and nurture others to tell their stories. Her values are simple; when you touch a heart; we can change a life. By encouraging you to write or journal her belief is, it will only add value to your life. If you need help getting that book written then Kez is the one to help, she offers professional book mentoring.

Today’s guest is Holly Rose Holland – Co-author in The Colors of Me and Keep Moving

Holly Rose Holland is an intuitive author, international speaker, grief coach, former spouse, parent and grief survivor. While moving through the grief process herself, she noticed that people often become stuck when processing death, difficult relationships, employment-related issues, and even changes within themselves. She practices wellness through nature, natural products and intuition and travels to share her gifts with the world.

Holly’s first book is called Keep Moving, Creating a Life After Loss (2020, Sapphire Seahorse Press). Having always loved writing, she finds writing to be therapeutic for herself and others, as a means of expressing grief and creating a new life. Holly helps women get REAL: Remember, Express, Action, and Live.

Hollys chapter in The Colors of Me is called Peeling Back the Layers.

Her favorite quote is "Gratitude turns what we have into enough" by Anonymous

  10. Toni – thankyou Holly

  • My first book is a self help book about grief and loss of life, lifestyle, relationships and employment. It is predominantly about my husbands cancer journey and our family’s recovery.

  • All of the other situations: lifestyle, relationships and employment also require grieving which is not always recognized.

  • As well, I provide some charts to complete for the living. Each day is a gift and we never know how many days we have left to complete our bucket list for example. There is some peace of mind in having important information collected and conversations had before a serious illness or death.
