Before we get into it, I want to introduce someone whom I am sure most of you already know. He needs no introduction, but I have had the pleasure of really getting to know Don Newsom over here at BBS Radio a few years ago. We recently reconnected, and I can tell you right now that he is someone who is so passionate about what he does.

I have always said that, as busy as he is with everything he has to do for these shows, it is amazing that he still makes himself available for people to ask him questions, whatever it may be. He is just an amazing person.

He is working on two projects that I have looked into a little bit, and I am so excited. But I am not going to be able to explain them, so I asked him to come on. He is doing us a favor by being here right now to explain them. Mr. Don Newsom, please take it away.

We started upgrading. We are in the technology industry, and we are also in media. That landscape is evolving faster than most people can handle. People are being laid off, companies are being laid waste, and the bigger companies are either absorbing the little ones or taking away their flavor and power by mimicking them or creating ways to outdo them.

We realized that if we do not get our act together, we are going to fall by the wayside. That is something we truly do not want to happen, because we have been doing this since 2004. We have managed to stay up with most of the curve, but lately everything has grown so fast and evolved so quickly that if you do not have the ability to make the changes necessary to adopt the new systems and software, you get behind the eight ball. Once you are behind, it is hard to catch up. That is how fast things are moving. It is almost an exponential curve.

Up until 2018, when the fire burned out our three-story building, BBS Radio had never asked for money since 2004. We did in 2019, after that fire. We raised about $90,000 within four weeks, and then we closed off the funding because we did not need more. We used that to acquire the software and systems we needed.

We only missed a couple of weeks. Really, it was a little over a week that we were down, and the rest of the time we were up as if we had not missed a beat. That was because of the support, the love of our fans, our guests, our hosts, the listeners, neighbors, family, friends, and coworkers. Mostly, it was the fans and listeners of the network. They made it possible for us to stay on the air and keep rolling.

But it hurt. We lost 50 terabytes of data. That is extreme. If you look at how much that is, even in today’s time, almost eight years later, that is an extreme amount of data.

We lost everything we owned. I do not have a picture of my mother, and I had six big boxes.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Oh, wow. I am sorry.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Yeah. We lost everything, but through compassion we were able to make it through those hard times. Still, it put us behind the eight ball, and we have never really caught up. Since 2019, we have been self-funding this to a greater degree than we ever have because of the increasing evolution of media.

If we keep trying to self-fund it, we can. My brother and I are not poor. We are not rich, but we are not poor. We can self-fund this, but it is slow. It means we would have to sell off some of our own assets and some of the things we put away for retirement, and then piece it together. Doing that in this kind of environment is not conducive, because it will keep us going, but it will not get us ahead of the curve. If you fall behind these days, you are going to stay behind, because things are going to change faster and faster as we move along.

So we are coming out to the community and asking for support to help us acquire enough funds to pay our credit lines, pay the coders and developers, and pay for some of the new hardware we need to make this a reality. We are there. We have spent enough time putting it together, getting the right teams, putting the software in place, and having it ready. Now we owe a lot of money, and we are finishing it off. It will take another month, maybe a month and a half, and then we are going to unleash it.

It was expensive. We are also going to deal with new costs afterward. Server-management costs will be much larger than before. We will be dealing with cloud costs, which we never dealt with before, and extra bandwidth costs because of the video systems and distribution we are putting in place. We also have AI software, our own AI supercomputer and AI deployment server. We hired an in-house AI guru, not just the people we hired to develop everything, but our own in-house person.

All of that is extremely costly. Without the support and generosity of our fans, Doug and I are going to be in a little bit of a boondoggle, and we are trying to work ourselves through that. We were able to do it once before, and we are praying and hoping we can do it again.

We are appealing to listeners and hosts, and we are getting on their shows. We are putting up our GoFundMe campaign on the website, so if people want to help support us and help see this through to fruition, they can. Believe me, it is worth it. You saw a sneak peek of what we are doing, right?

We wanted to give that to everybody so they know exactly what we are doing and where we are going. We put the GoFundMe campaign on every page of our website. If people click it, or if they go down to the bottom of the right column, they can donate to us or subscribe to BBS Radio TV. They can truly help support us.

In that way, we can keep a movement going. It is a movement. I call it a micro movement because I own the domain, but I never used it. The reason I say micro movement is because it is for alternative voices that have a very difficult time finding openings, going viral, or getting their message spread in the current paradigm. We want to change that. We want to turn it upside down and make alternative voices the mainstream.

Mainstream is not worth the time it takes to listen to it or turn it on. To us, alternative voices, building community, building communications, building relationships, and creating an atmosphere and an energy of change are some of the most important things in the world. That will give us the future we want for ourselves, our children, and their children.

Our main goal is not to enrich ourselves or make money. It is to create a safe and powerful platform for voices that are not going to find their way to mainstream media until we are knocking on the mainstream media and busting those doors in. That is our plan. It will turn from a micro movement into a macro movement, and we need help doing that.

That is awesome. Last time you and I spoke, I mentioned my vision for where I want to see this going. They say, “You have not because you ask not.” I mentioned that I want my information, or whatever I say, to be shared with billions of people. Are you saying this is going to help me do that?

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Absolutely. That is not only the intention and the plan, but it is part of the process, and we are making that a reality.

My twin brother is always with me. We are two peas in a pod. We are of the same mind, same heart, and same frequency. We both put our money where our mouths are.

When that fire hit, Nationwide supposedly told us—I do not know if this is true—that we were the largest personal or residential loss, because it was a residential business in the home. In this three-story home, we had two power inverters and enough solar panels so we would not have to pay an $1,800-a-month power bill. Within four months of installing that and finally getting our power bill to zero, and even making money so that Southern California Edison had to pay us back every month, the fire hit.

After that, with all the losses, we were able to put enough paperwork and documentation together, even though we did not have any of it. It all had to come from memory. My brother did almost all of it, and it was thousands and thousands of pages stacked up. We managed to pull in enough money, and we gave over $643,000 directly into BBS Radio.

Will we ever see that money back? If we are ancient, or if we turn it over to family or others who run this when we are unable to do so, maybe they will get the benefit of it. But is it likely that we will ever get reimbursed? Unlikely. My brother and I knew that going in, and we do not regret it. We would do it again.

We take a salary, but it is about $800 each per month, and we have the tax records to prove that since 2004. Many months it was $500. Many months it was zero. There were a few months when it was $1,200 or $1,500, but that would be one month out of the year or something like that. It averages out to under $800. With our W-2s, because we are a corporation and we are employees of the corporation as well as officers, we are lucky to take home $600 each per month.

That is the way it has always been. It is just a fact. If we keep going the way we are going, I do not anticipate that changing, because every time we make extra money, we put it back into the company. We are always putting it back into the company and growing it a little at a time.

In fact, BBS Radio, or BBS Network, Inc., only had one year when it went backward since 2004. Since we started earning revenue, every single year we did better than the prior year. Not by much, but every year we did better, year over year, until 2019, the year after the fire. We actually went backward. Since 2020 through last year, it has always been a little bit more.

We are in a situation now where the landscape is changing so much that we have to redo everything in order to maintain, grow, and start to shine. Right now, we are dealing with older systems, older software, older codecs, an older website, and older servers. We need to ramp that up to a high level. That is what we have done and are doing, but we just cannot afford it.

My brother and I do well. Again, we are not hurting. Our income comes from another company that my brother and I have. It is a real estate company, and it pays for what we need so we do not have bills. But we do not have extra. We might go out once or twice a week to a little café, but I have not had a vacation in many, many years. My brother takes a little bit now that he has a wonderful new fiancée, and she likes to travel. She works with doctors, and they are able to do that.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Right.

We do not like asking for money.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Well, I mean...

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

It is the toughest thing in the world. We were not raised that way. We were raised by a father who said, “You roll up your sleeves, get out there, and do it. You are not the one asking. You are the one giving. You never want to owe people a favor. You always want to be the person who is owed the favors. You do not use the system. It does not matter how many others are using it. You do not take that quarter if it is lying there and it does not belong to you. You find out who owns it and give it to them. If you do not earn it, you have no right to it.” That is how we were raised.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Right.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

So this is difficult for us. We even returned money when we raised that $90,000. We wanted to raise $92,000, hit it on the nose, and we hit it quickly. We were returning checks for tens of thousands of dollars. A big reason we were returning those checks was that we knew we did not need the money. We did not want to take money we did not need.

You do not see us as a company going out and creating telethons or raising money for our network the way a lot of these networks do. Almost all AM/FM stations do it. They say, “Donate now,” or “This is the giveaway,” or “We only need $5,000 more to hit our target for the month.” They are all the same. We have never done that.

Everybody in media we meet says, “You guys are going about it all wrong. You should be trading for favors. People could be putting on new roofs for you to get on the air. You could be trading with hardware manufacturers and software developers. You are going about it all wrong.” Even though we know this, we still do not do it, because there is something about it that just does not feel kosher.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

I know, right?

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Is that weird? When so many people are in need, getting more than what you absolutely need without really earning it is wild.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

It is wild. But we are okay with inflation. We are okay with paying extra for no reason.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Right. But then we are all in the same boat.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Exactly.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

I can cry louder than you, or somebody can cry louder than me, but we are all in the same boat. If someone thinks they are infinitely worse off, remember that we create our own realities. We make the choices that lead us to exactly where we are.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Absolutely.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Being in that same boat, it is about how we treat the energies. To me, global energies are intelligent. Energy is a form of intelligence, and we are energy. How we cooperate, communicate, proceed, and progress within those energies are the energies that are going to evolve around us and come back to meet us and greet us. It is an evolutionary, creative system. Creation. We are just thankful to be a part of it.

In fact, I have a twin brother. His name is Douglas Newsom, and Charm, he has been charmed by you and your show. He would like to say a few words. Here is my twin brother, Doug.

Hi, Doug. You guys are so amazing. I think I called in one time and I got you, and I thought it was Don. I was like, “Oh my God, you guys sound unbelievable.” How are you?

You sound lovely. I wanted to say to you and to your audience, thank you for letting us into your hearts. It has been a love fest with shows like yours.

Don hit it right on the head. We love the soul quality, the soul wealth, as I like to call it, that you bring to the table.

Wow.

Speaker 3 – Douglas Newsom:

That is the reason we are here, because of shows like yours. I know that affects the audience in some way. It reaches into their core and says, “Here is a world where we can unite, come together, and be of loving service.”

That is really my brother’s and my goal. Everybody has an opinion, but we are of the opinion that everything is infinitely connected and infinite. If you affect the larger body of who you are, which might be everything else around you, then you do good to yourself. You could call it selfish, right?

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Correct.

Speaker 3 – Douglas Newsom:

By empowering the world, you are really empowering a greater part of yourself. For Don and me, it is a no-brainer.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 3 – Douglas Newsom:

Because you get it. Once you get something like that, you cannot go back. It is like seeing something for the first time. The knowledge not only empowers you, but I think it also makes you responsible, on some level, to that understanding.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Absolutely.

Speaker 3 – Douglas Newsom:

It comes with the good and the bad of that. That is a hard thing to say. You would think becoming more aware would make you happier, and I think it does, but then you see the other parts of yourself that need change, too. That goes back the other way again.

I read something recently that said, “What if everyone you came across or encountered was another version of yourself? How would you treat them?” If we were all one, how would you treat them?

Sometimes I imagine how people enter a room. Some individuals enter a room and the first thing they do is have an awareness of everything in the room. That dictates how they are going to enter the room. Then there are other people who have something on their mind, and they are not thinking of the room. All they are thinking about is, “How am I going to get what is inside of me out to whatever is in front of me?”

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Right.

Speaker 3 – Douglas Newsom:

Those are two different ways of being, but both are required. In a universe of up and down, left and right, we have to know that, right to our core. How we see and perceive things along a line, whether it is up or down or good or bad, is really a level of perception and necessary. It is continually expanding, because only through that expansion do we reach deeper and deeper on that line.

Speaking to another show earlier, one of the things that always pops into my brain whenever I think of energy, connectivity, and how we are all living in the same sphere and unity is a spiderweb. I always think of an angle in a spiderweb. You can make all these lines, and they crisscross like tic-tac-toe, but each one of those little tiny lines is a separate line, and then it goes to an angle. Each line might be what we think we are, or our perception and awareness level, and yet we are part of the entire web. If we do not take care of the entire web, our little angle does not do very well.

Right.

Speaker 3 – Douglas Newsom:

We are all connected. That is how I see the world.

I also see ourselves as connected in another way. Another way I visualize this is thinking of everything as a piece of paper, and a human being coming out of the paper like a piece of string with a little light on the end of it. That little light is looking around, saying, “Gosh, I am all alone here.” But there is still this string tying that being to the piece of paper. That is everything.

Once you get those understandings, they get stronger and stronger. Then you become more aware of energy, people, and not only the infinite nature of it, but the lasting nature of it and the unforgettable nature of it. You cannot really hide anywhere or run anywhere. You cannot do something wrong and think that because nobody saw it, it will not affect anything. It becomes more interesting, because at that point you can no longer lie to yourself. Is that not amazing?

Thank you. We love hosts. We love people who really want to do a talk show but do not know how. Kind of like you. You were a little timid. You did not want to put yourself out there.

There is no one around to show you the ropes for free. They are all going to cost you. They are going to say, “Pay $1,500, and I will show you how to make your book a hit,” or “I will show you how to do a talk show,” or “I will teach you how to podcast.” They all want to charge money for something they can offer freely.

Knowledge is free these days. If you do not believe me, just get on the internet. Like Elon Musk says, you do not have to go to university. You can learn it all from the comfort of your home. Knowledge is something that should not be sequestered so much and absconded with, as much of our government facilities do today. It should be freely given to the people.

Now, granted, a little too much can cause harm. Some information out there can cause harm. For instance, if they allowed people to use AI the way it has already been developed, which is only now allowed for government institutions and big companies that have the ability to corral and contain that sophisticated, evolving intelligence, there would be people out there who would exploit things on a global scale. They would be stealing everything, breaking into everything, and fooling people with videos, phone calls, emails, letters, and documents that no one could tell were not real. They could overwhelm the system with fraud.

Some technologies, even space technologies, cannot be let out to the public too quickly. Another example would be mind-bending or mind-altering technologies that they are capable of: reading minds from a distance and giving suggestions. They need to know the depth of those technologies and what they are capable of. Sometimes, they may even have to use those technologies on a large group of people. I know that is unfortunate, but if they do not figure these technologies out, they can end up developed or put into the wrong hands, because people will not know the power of them. They can be used to the detriment of all society. So sometimes things do have to be sequestered.

But when it comes to talk radio, my brother and I say, look at Elon. I love to use him because he is our first trillionaire, folks. You do not see him in a room full of yes-men. If he is building a project, he does not want twenty people sitting around the board agreeing with him. That would not do him any good. He needs twenty people there giving him their own knowledgeable and diverse opinions and thoughts, so that he can come to a greater awareness of what he is doing.

It is the same with talk radio and media. If we allow a few mainstream companies to close down the spectrum of voices, we will be in a room full of yes-men. Then we really are sheep, and we really are digging our own holes. We may not be doing it willingly, but we are walking right into those holes, and we will be covered up quickly, because holes are holes, folks.

Ultimately, the diversity of opinions, talk radio, and information is what will help us all grow. Even antagonistic opinions can help. I heard a profound quote, and I will paraphrase it in my own words: the darkness that we all try to get away from is really the teacher. If we do not have that dichotomy or duality, we are never going to grow. We will not know how to grow. We will not even know what growth is. We will not know what we are trying to achieve, because we will be in a static environment. That is not conducive to the soul.

I think we are all here for growth, awareness, and purpose. Ultimately, that purpose is community and communication. Otherwise, I think we would be born on a planet by ourselves.

What would be the point?

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Exactly. A lot of people say, “It is all within you. You have to go within.” True. I believe that in a maximum way. But I also know that everything outside of us is within us. So how we treat everything outside of us is really us treating the greater part of ourselves. It is the greater part of ourselves, because all that we are seeing outside of ourselves is ultimately within us.

It is such a vast outside informational network that we have to learn to cooperate, communicate, and build community with everything outside of ourselves. In doing so, we harmonize intrinsically, and ultimately that becomes innate in our future evolution. It is a grand rising, as some people say.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

In a similar vein, a lot of people say, “We are going to ascend.” I believe ascension is part of the evolution of our energies into a more refined reality of ourselves. But ascension, to me, is learning how to communicate and cooperate with that greater part of ourselves, which is everything outside of us. Otherwise, we would be selfish.

When I say that, I apologize. We have a lot of phones here, so they ring in my ears and I can lose track of what I am saying. But ascension is really awareness of how to overcome ourselves, our physical self, and the physical things that trap us. Those things we emotionally attach ourselves to can include too much playtime, liquor, drugs, people, sex, money, or our way of life. It is really trapping, and it continues that spiral of incarnation.

I think that in order to overcome that, we literally have to put all that aside and be real spirit. We need to know that the only thing we will ever take with us, and the thing that will last forever, is what you and I are talking about right now. Everything else falls to dust. The energy of it will transmute. The communications we have will enlighten us for eons.

So true. I could not have said that any better. For me, ascension is knowing what you just explained: that we are spirit having a human experience and really understanding that. It is also when you fall in love with yourself. That is ascension for me. I feel like that is the key to everything.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Joy. Inner joy. Because no matter what, our feelings and how we deal with them are choices. We can choose to transmute a bad moment or bad feeling into a joyous learning experience. Coming back to the teacher, we can look at every moment as a moment to grow, bless it, be grateful for it, and take that opportunity to transmute it into something effective for all. I absolutely believe that.

Some people call that self-actualization: learning to love yourself in an unlimited way. Unlimited. Because you cannot love anyone if you do not love yourself. How do you love anything? You learn to love yourself.

Right. That has definitely been my experience. When you reach that point, not coming from ego or anything like that, but simply loving yourself because you are perfect, whole, and complete, nothing can get to you. Nothing.

I have become fairly versed with AI and various pieces of software. It just takes a little time, and you become effective at prompting the AI. I have been having a little fun with it and using it for its intended purpose.

AI is the perfect companion for media, because it can do things that would be very difficult for us, and it can do them better and much quicker than we can. Even though a lot of people say AI is the devil’s energy, I do not believe that. They say it will make mankind lazy, put everyone on the street, and steal everybody’s jobs. Something is always going to do that, according to people. There are always going to be new energies that are harmonious, progressive, recessive, or destructive. This happens to be one of those times where we have an energy that will do both. It is a double-edged sword.

Those who have good intentions and use it for good intentions will have good outcomes, and those who do not will not. I believe that. It is like if I spent fifty years building software, say Facebook, and I wanted to be a Samaritan. I build this software for fifty years and create something wondrous. The next generation can turn around in a year or two, with newer technologies and more sophisticated abilities, and turn it into an evil system immediately. But the reverse is also true.

Systems like AI and others may be perceived as evil, and some of them may be. But smart people with compassion, wisdom, knowledge, insight, and foresight will be able to hack into them, change them, and use them for good purposes. We see that with government institutions and with institutions built by people outside government. Some start out good and go bad; some start out bad and then go good. It is an ever-evolving landscape designed for us. I mean, everything is AI here anyway. It is the perfect learning experience where we can all come together and laugh at ourselves.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Yeah. It is how you use it. That is what I am noticing. For example, how would I get my voice out there if it were not for you and AI? It is needed. We can definitely use it to our benefit.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

That is what we believe. It is there. It is going to be used, so why not use it with creative, good juices, so to speak?

A lot of people think AI sentience will come, and it will, because information is information. It is energy, and energy is quantum. That means it comes in and out of our reality in different space and time. The energy of AI is an energy, so do not think it is not interacting with quantum information from other dimensions, realities, time, and space.

In that respect, it is going to evolve. It is likely to become sentient, even if it has not already, maybe not on this planet, maybe somewhere else. I think that has been done. We are in that evolutionary stage for humanity, and the more good energy we put toward it, the more we will be able to influence the outcome. If you are a negative person with bad intentions, then that is what you are going to get from AI. Am I right?

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

I think dharma and karma will definitely play a significant role. The energies here and now, or hereafter, will definitely play a part, because again, it is one big system. What you put out comes back because you request it.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Exactly. I think we are all ultimately immortal, and I think we have the power within us to change everything around us, at least within our own bubbles.

I tend to think everything is a black hole within a black hole within a black hole. I thought that more than fifty years ago when I was a young man, and I have never let up on that. Everybody thought I was crazy. Now, over the last decade or two, science has started saying, “Oh, we may be living in a black hole,” or “This far-off galaxy and the way it is spiraling means we might be in a black hole.” Even very wealthy and astute people are saying the same thing.

I believe it is all contained energy units used for learning purposes. It is not quite infinite. I believe the infinite, as some people say, skips off the finite and the finite skips off the infinite. It is all a self-contained infinite loop, but it is vast. The energies we propagate and sow, we shall reap.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Exactly. So the people who are not quite there yet are going to have a tough time with it. It is so important to heal and make sure you are in the right space.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Gratitude will put you there every time. Gratitude is the single most powerful feeling and understanding we can have. Gratitude and gratefulness.

My brother says, “Kindness is love in action.” When you think about it, if you are not kind, you do not really know what love in action is. You might not even know what love is. Kindness is that energy put into action. Being kind and compassionate with others is the ticket. Being grateful is the magnetizer. It creates the swirl and whirl of energies that rotate out and back to your beingness. I believe that. I get a little tongue-tied, because there is so much I could say on that and would love to say.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

It is so important. But gratitude, kindness, and all of that are almost impossible if you do not love yourself and if you are not okay with yourself. I do not know how you can send that energy out.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

There are a lot of people having a very difficult time just being who they are. There is a big game being played by the money that wants you to be confused and divisive, and wants you to act against your neighbor and your family because it wants you to give up your power. It wants you to be confused and in fear, and it works for them.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Right. It works for them.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Nobody believes me, but I promise I saw this. It was a commercial. People were sitting around a boardroom table, and it was an actual commercial. A man stands up from the boardroom table, has some documents, walks over to the chairman sitting at the head of the table, and he is laughing. He holds them up and says, “Yep. What is bad for the people is good for us. What is bad for them is great.” They are laughing.

I cannot remember where it was from. If I could, I would post that video. It was one of those videos that was lost in the fire eight-plus years ago. The reason I say that is because I see firms like BlackRock and Larry Fink, CEOs, and heavy-weight investors saying, “We have to influence people and make them think the way we want them to think. If we do not make them think the way we want them to think, we are not doing an effective job for our corporation.”

I think that commercial might have been done by one of the big three: State Street, Vanguard, or BlackRock. I am not sure. I remember the commercial vividly because it was around the time of 9/11. For many years, these controlling groups and families have been laughing at us and stating that they are going to hurt us. The next part of human evolution, in their view, will be to their favor, because our hurt, pain, confusion, fear, and divisiveness will make them money.

Exactly.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

That is what we see more and more today. That commercial never left me. I wish I could get a copy of it. How many countries does this get broadcast in?

It is just about every country, not quite. You are probably looking at around sixty. Does that mean we are on Channel 2 in Hungary? No. What it means is that we distribute our stream to a portal in that country, and they distribute it to their own audience. Those portals can be anything from a podcast portal to a broadcast portal. It is all over the place. But yes, it is a lot of countries, and we are very proud of that.

I would be, too. I do not know anyone else who is really doing what you are doing.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

Thank you. There have been quite a few, but many have fallen by the wayside because the machine figured out how to do everything automatically, in a user-friendly way, at almost no cost. It can take that influence, and influence is what it is all about. They can take what people you influence and make money on it.

Others cannot go out and find big sponsors and advertisers, because those sponsors will not put their money behind a lot of independent voices. If they did, the cartel groups would harm them. They have really put a lock and key on those abilities for the favored ones. That is unfortunate, but creativity, passion, and good people will overcome it. We plan on being part of this landscape for as long as this landscape exists.

Speaker 1 – Host Charm:

Do you have an idea of how much you actually need to do this? Money-wise, financially, if you want to share.

Speaker 2 – Donald Newsom:

If we could pull off anywhere from $80,000 to $100,000, we would be able to do it. We are starting smaller. We have a GoFundMe for $11,000. Will we meet that target? Remember, a lot of people donate or subscribe to our streams, so a lot of people will not see that on GoFundMe.

But if we can manage to get in and around that amount, it will pay off the lines of credit. Because we have a couple of lines of credit going, it will help meet the bills for the coding teams. It might not cover everything, but it will be good enough that the progress and the revenues will be able to take care of us. I would say no less than $80,000. If we hit $80,000, we will be laughing, giggling, and overjoyed, because we will literally have hit the target for our needs.

That is so true. If people knew that they could be on a network for thirty minutes every two weeks for $49 every two weeks, or $98 a month, and that they get unlimited podcasting with that, they would understand. They get every feature. They will get their own songs, bumpers, liners, be able to use AI, get full transcripts that are corrected, and have all the information put in for them. They will have their own talk show that is live broadcast, their own podcast, and they can monetize it all. They can do all that for less than $100 a month.

With that comes unlimited podcasting. If they do a daily talk show, or even more, they can use our system, upload those productions, and use all the podcast features at no extra charge. They just have to be a broadcaster.

We separate that out. Broadcasting means live. It means live on a live station. When we broadcast live, it goes out live to live stations. Is live podcasting a thing? Of course. When you podcast, it goes out to podcast portals that accept that information live, and some also accept it on demand. Most are on demand, but some podcast portals accept the live podcast. We say you broadcast, podcast, and podcast on demand as well. You get the best of all universes.

We hope to prove this year that we are the finest portal that exists for alternative voices, or really for any voice in the broadcasting and podcasting medium online. We do not say we are AM/FM. We are not. Some of our shows are picked up by fifty-plus AM/FM stations. If you go through our schedule, you will see some of them on their program pages or links to their websites. But we are not an AM/FM station. We are digital.

To us, it is about creating the environment and the ability for anyone, including smart TVs, podcast portals, broadcast stations, and portals, to effectively pick up your production live or afterward. We do a good job at that, and we are coming out with tools that we hope will put us at the forefront.
